一种显示装置及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体地说,涉及一种显示装置及洗衣机。
背景技术
现有技术中采用盘膜的显示装置一般由较小的灯孔与设置在灯孔中的显示灯进行显示,用户选定某一程序时,与该程序对应的灯孔被点亮,而不能照亮相应的按键、字体或图标。
图1和图2所示为现有技术中一种显示装置的具体结构,其中操作面板1与显示板支架2通过卡爪3固定,操作面板1上开设灯孔4,显示板支架2上对应位置设置可点亮灯孔4的显示灯5。操作面板1上还设置可按压触发的按键6,盘膜7粘贴在操作面板1的上表面上,用于提示用户的文字或图标通过丝网印刷印制在盘膜7上。显示灯5仅可照亮灯孔4,用户通过灯孔4与盘膜7上对应位置的文字或图标提示获知当前选择的程序,而无法做到直接照亮相应的文字或图标。
若希望照亮操作面板1上的文字或图标,需要在操作面板1上相对应的位置开孔以使光线能够透过。但对应文字或图标的开孔面积会明显大于灯孔4的面积,而盘膜7一般由PET膜或类似材料制成,厚度约为0.25mm,下方开孔面积过大很容易造成盘膜7塌陷,影响其平整度,不够美观。同时,开孔面积的增大也需要更大的光照强度,当某一开孔处的文字或图标被照亮时,照亮该开孔的光源还可能向四周辐射,从而照亮其周边的开孔,导致相邻的文字或图标出现局部亮起的情况。此时会造成用户无法清晰辨认真正被照亮的文字或图标, 甚至可能对用户产生误导,影响用户体验。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有用于防止不同显示区域之间发生串光的挡光装置的显示装置及洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种显示装置,包括显示板支架和操作面板,所述显示板支架上设置若干灯槽,各个灯槽内具有可独立点亮的显示灯;所述操作面板安装在显示板支架上,操作面板对应所述灯槽具有多个显示区域;
所述显示装置还包括设置在操作面板和显示板支架之间的挡光结构,所述挡光结构位于相邻的显示区域之间。
进一步地,所述挡光结构为从操作面板的表面向显示板支架延伸形成的挡光筋,所述挡光筋的延伸端与相邻灯槽之间的显示板支架抵接;
或者,所述挡光结构为从显示板支架的表面向操作面板延伸形成的挡光筋,所述挡光筋的延伸端与相邻显示区域之间的操作面板抵接。
进一步地,所述操作面板上各个显示区域分别开设通孔,所述显示装置还包括安装在显示板支架上的灯罩;所述灯罩具有与多个显示区域对应设置的透光凸起,所述透光凸起匹配安装在所述通孔中;所述灯罩上开设隔离孔,所述挡光筋穿设在所述隔离孔中;
优选地,所述透光凸起的表面与操作面板的表面平齐。
进一步地,所述灯罩具有一定延伸长度与宽度,所述透光凸起沿灯罩的长 度方向分布成至少两行,沿灯罩的宽度方向分布成至少两列;

本发明的另一目的是提供一种洗衣机,包括上述所述的显示装置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明的显示装置在操作面板和显示板支架设置挡光结构,可以防止相邻的显示区域之间出现串光干扰,使一个显示区域被照亮进行显示时,照亮该显示区域的光线不会扩散照亮相邻的显示区域,避免了无需进行显示的显示区域被照亮误导用户的情况。
本发明的显示装置中,挡光筋由操作面板延伸至与显示板支架抵接,或由显示板支架延伸至与操作面板抵接,操作面板与显示板支架之间的间隙被挡光筋完全封堵,防串光效果好。
本发明的显示装置在操作面板上开设通孔,使显示灯打出的光线透过通孔可以照亮粘贴在操作面板上的盘膜。通过设置具有透光凸起的灯罩,可通过透光凸起填平操作面板上的通孔处,避免盘膜粘贴后在通孔位置出现明显塌陷,甚至容易造成盘膜的损坏。
本发明的显示装置中,透光凸起在灯罩的长度及宽度两个方向呈行列分布,灯罩上设置方向不同的第一隔离孔与第二隔离孔,第一隔离孔与第二隔离孔之间不连通,避免了隔离孔的设置对灯罩的强度造成过大影响,导致灯罩容易损坏的情况。
本发明的显示装置中,相邻两列透光凸起之间的第一隔离孔相互连通,或者相邻两排透光凸起之间的第二隔离孔相互连通,相比于各个第一隔离孔与第二隔离孔均独立设置的方案,降低了灯罩的加工难度与显示装置的装配难度。
本发明的显示装置中,灯罩与显示板支架相对的表面贴合设置,最大程度上减少了灯槽内显示灯打出的光线在照向灯罩的过程中发生扩散的程度,与挡光筋配合实现了更好地防串光效果。
本发明的显示装置中,显示板支架表面局部凹陷形成安装槽,有利于灯罩安装时的定位。灯罩安装于显示板支架上后,两者的表面平齐,进一步安装操作面板时灯罩与显示板支架共同支撑操作面板,避免操作面板中部区域局部悬空,导致显示装置结构不稳定。
本发明的显示装置中,灯罩通过抽拉方式固定在显示板支架上,安装操作简单。通过插接部与插接槽的配合,灯罩安装后可稳定固定,不易松动发生位移。
本发明的洗衣机包括具有挡光结构的显示装置,在显示过程中可以避免不同的显示区域之间出现串光干扰,在洗衣机工作过程中,即使用户与洗衣机之间的距离较远,也可以准确辨认被照亮的显示区域,有利于用户准确获知洗衣机的工作状态。

实施例一
如图3至图7所示,本实施例所述的显示装置包括显示板支架300和操作面板100,所述显示板支架300上设置若干灯槽301,各个灯槽301内具有可独立点亮的显示灯。所述操作面板100安装在显示板支架300上,操作面板100对应所述灯槽301具有多个显示区域103。
所述显示装置还包括设置在操作面板100和显示板支架300之间的挡光结构,所述挡光结构位于相邻的显示区域103之间。
在上述方案中,位于相邻显示区域103之间的挡光结构可以防止相邻的显示区域103之间出现串光干扰。具体地,当任意一个显示区域103被下方灯槽301中的显示灯照亮时,由于挡光结构的阻挡作用,照亮该显示区域103的光线不会向四周扩散以照亮相邻的显示区域103,避免了相邻的显示区域103出现局部亮起的现象,进而防止了用户无法清晰辨认真正被照亮的显示区域103导致误操作的情况。
本实施例中,操作面板100的上表面粘贴盘膜(图中未示出),盘膜上对应各个显示区域103设置显示图标,通过灯槽301内的显示灯从下方照射盘膜,从而使相应的显示图标亮起进行显示。
本实施例中的挡光结构为设置在操作面板100与显示板支架300之间的挡光筋110。具体地,所述挡光结构为从操作面板100的下表面向显示板支架300延伸形成的挡光筋110,所述挡光筋110的延伸端与相邻灯槽301之间的显示板 支架300抵接。
本实施例的另一种方案中,所述挡光结构还可以为从显示板支架的上表面向操作面板延伸形成的挡光筋,所述挡光筋的延伸端与相邻显示区域之间的操作面板抵接。
在上述方案中,相邻两个显示区域103之间,操作面板100与显示板支架300之间的间隙被挡光筋110完全封堵,几乎不存在光线可以透过的缝隙,防串光的效果更好。
本实施例的进一步方案中,所述操作面板100上各个显示区域103分别开设通孔101,所述显示装置还包括安装在显示板支架300上的灯罩200。所述灯罩具200有与多个显示区域103对应设置的透光凸起210,所述透光凸起210匹配安装在所述通孔101中。所述灯罩200上开设隔离孔220,所述挡光筋110穿设在所述隔离孔220中。
在上述方案中,操作面板100由不透明材料制成,仅显示区域103处可供光线穿过,使得上方的盘膜在除显示区域103以外区域不会受到光线的照射,进而只有显示区域103对应的区域可以被照亮,使得盘膜上显示图标的亮度与周围区域的差异更大,显示更加明显。
本实施例中,通过在显示区域103处开设通孔101使光线可以照射在盘膜上。但与此同时,盘膜位于通孔101处的部分由于缺少支撑会出现明显塌陷,影响美观。同时,盘膜塌陷的位置若受到较大外力更容易发生破损,造成盘膜损坏。
为解决上述问题,本实施例在显示板支架300上安装具有透光凸起210的灯罩200,透光凸起210为透明材料制成,匹配安装在各个通孔101中,不影响 光线的穿过,还可以对该处的盘膜起到支撑作用。
本实施例的优选方案中,所述透光凸起210的上表面与操作面板100的上表面平齐。通过透光凸起210填平操作面板100上的通孔101处,使粘贴盘膜的表面整体形成一个平整的平面,进而盘膜可以平整地粘贴于操作面板100上表面。一方面可以形成一个平整的显示表面,增加显示装置的美观度,另一方面也避免了显示装置的表面存在容易积灰的凹陷,难以清理。
本实施例的进一步方案中,所述灯罩200具有一定延伸长度与宽度,所述透光凸起210沿灯罩200的长度方向分布成至少两行,沿灯罩200的宽度方向分布成至少两列。
所述隔离孔220包括设置在相邻两列透光凸起210之间的第一隔离孔221,以及设置在相邻两行透光凸起210之间的第二隔离孔222。所述第一隔离孔221与第二隔离孔222不连通。所述挡光筋110包括穿设在第一隔离孔221中的第一挡光筋111,以及穿设在第二隔离孔222中的第二挡光筋112。
在上述方案中,透光凸起210在灯罩200的长度及宽度两个方向呈行列式分布。在相邻列透光凸起210之间设置第一隔离孔221,供防止同一行透光凸起210之间串光的第一挡光筋111穿过。在相邻两行透光凸起210之间设置第二隔离孔222,供防止同一列透光凸起210之间串光的第二挡光筋112穿过。
如图4所示,本实施例中,第一隔离孔221与第二隔离孔222之间不连通,避免了隔离孔220的设置对灯罩200的强度造成过大影响,导致灯罩200容易损坏的情况。
具体地,本实施例的显示装置共具有十二个显示区域103,对应地,灯罩200上设置十二个透光凸起210,成两行六列分布。灯罩200中部具有避让口201, 用于避让显示板支架300上凸起设置的数字显示面302。避让口201的左右两侧分别设置三列,也即六个透光凸起210。
如果第一隔离孔221和第二隔离孔222相互连通设置,以图4中左上角的透光凸起210为例,其右下角的外周处与周围均不相连,很容易在受到外力时发生弯折。类似地,对于其右侧相邻的透光凸起210而言,仅上边沿连接在灯罩200整体上,左侧、右侧及下侧均不连接。当靠近其下侧的位置受到一定外力时,该透光凸起210很容易绕其上边沿发生弯折,外力过大时甚至可能直接折断。
而本实施例中,由于第一隔离孔221与第二隔离孔222之间不连通,即不存在上述情况,因而不容易出现灯罩200轻易损坏的现象。
本实施例的优选方案中,相邻两列透光凸起210之间的第一隔离孔221相互连通,第二隔离孔222的端部与相邻的第一隔离孔221间隔设置。对应地,位于相邻两列通孔101之间的多个第一挡光筋111依次首尾连接形成一个整体,相邻两排通孔101之间的第二挡光筋112设置在不同的第一挡光筋111之间,第二挡光筋112的端部与相邻的第一挡光筋111间隔设置。
在上述方案中,在灯罩200的宽度方向上,位置对应的第一隔离孔221相互连通,第二隔离孔222在灯罩200的长度方向上断续设置。对应地,位置对应的第一挡光筋111连续设置,第二挡光筋112断续设置。相较于第一隔离孔221与第二隔离孔222均断续设置,同时第一挡光筋111与第二挡光筋112也都断续设置的方案,降低了加工与装配难度。同时,第一挡光筋111设置在操作面板100下表面,可以对操作面板100的强度起到加强作用,一举两得。
本实施例的另一种方案中,还可以是相邻两排透光凸起之间的第二隔离孔 相互连通,第一隔离孔的端部与相邻的第二隔离孔间隔设置。对应地,位于相邻两排通孔之间的多个第二挡光筋依次首尾连接形成一个整体,相邻两列通孔之间的第一挡光筋设置在不同的第二挡光筋之间,第一挡光筋的端部与相邻的第二挡光筋间隔设置。
本实施例的进一步方案中,所述灯罩200与显示板支架300相对的表面贴合设置。
优选地,所述透光凸起210与灯槽301一一对应设置。也即,显示板支架300上的灯槽301与操作面板100上的显示区域103一一对应设置,每个灯槽301中的显示灯分别独立的照亮操作面板100上对应的一个显示区域103。
在上述方案中,灯罩200下表面与显示板支架300贴合设置,显示灯打出的光线在灯槽301的出口处直接照射在灯罩200上,最大程度上减少了光线打出灯槽301后在照向灯罩200的过程中发生扩散的程度,同时与挡光筋110配合实现了更好地防串光效果。
本实施例中,为降低加工难度,减少制造工序,灯罩200采用透光材料一体成型制成,也即灯罩200上除透光凸起210以外的部分也是透明的,挡光筋110由操作面板100下表面延伸至与显示板支架300抵接,防止了光线在灯罩200内部串光的可能性。
本实施例的进一步方案中,所述显示板支架300的表面局部凹陷形成安装槽310,所述灯罩200设置在所述安装槽310中。
优选地,所述灯罩200朝向操作面板100的表面位于透光凸起210以外的区域,与显示板支架300的表面位于安装槽310外部的区域平齐。
在上述方案中,显示板支架300上表面局部凹陷形成安装槽310,有利于灯 罩200安装时的定位。灯罩200安装于显示板支架300上后,两者的表面平齐,进一步安装操作面板100时,灯罩200与显示板支架300共同支撑操作面板100,避免操作面板100中部区域局部悬空,导致显示装置结构不稳定,或者操作面板100下方悬空处容易受外力发生损坏。
进一步地,所述安装槽310的一侧敞口设置,所述灯罩200经所述敞口可插入/抽出的设置在所述安装槽310中。由于灯罩200采用抽拉方式安装在显示板支架300上,显示板支架300表面上不能具有凸起,此时挡光筋110只可以固定设置在所述操作面板100上。
优选地,所述操作面板100与挡光筋110一体成型。省去了后续将挡光筋110固定在操作面板100上的制造工序,同时挡光筋110在操作面板100上的位置更加准确,降低了操作面板100的加工难度,减少了制造工序。
本实施例中,挡光筋110的高度与灯罩200位于两个透光凸起210之间部分的厚度相同,如图6所示,挡光筋110穿设在隔离孔220中时与灯罩200背向操作面板100的表面平齐。如此实现了灯罩200与显示板支架300的表面贴合设置,且挡光筋110与显示板支架300抵接。
本实施例中,灯罩200与显示板支架300的具体装配结构如下。
如图4和图7所示,所述安装槽310的敞口两侧具有沿灯罩200插入/抽出方向延伸的插接槽311,所述灯罩200具有插接部230,所述插接部230插设在所述插接槽311中,实现灯罩200与显示板支架300的连接。
安装槽310的左右两侧表面均具有插接槽311,插接槽311的下侧与安装槽310的底面平齐。灯罩200的左右两侧分别设置插接部230,插接部230的厚度小于灯罩200中部区域的厚度。插接部230插入插接槽311中,被插接槽311 的上下两侧表面夹持限位,灯罩200无法从安装槽310上方脱出,从而被固定在显示板支架300上。灯罩200与显示板支架300间无需再进行额外的固定,当灯槽301中的显示灯出现故障时,灯罩200容易从显示板支架300上取下,从而对灯槽301内的显示灯进行更换。
本实施例的显示装置为采用按键触控式的显示装置,在显示板支架300上还设置多个按键303。操作面板100上与所述按键303一一对应地开设多个按键孔102,按键303匹配安装在所述按键孔102中,与操作面板100的上表面平齐,或略高于操作面板100的上表面。
本实施例的显示装置还包括设置在显示板支架300下方的灌胶盒400,显示板支架300安装在灌胶盒400中,与灌胶盒400固定连接。显示板支架300上设置控制线路板,灯槽301中的显示灯,显示板支架300上的按键303均与控制线路板连接,控制线路板同时还与供电线和/或信号传输线的连接。显示板支架300安装在灌胶盒400中时,控制线路板位于灌胶盒400内部,灌胶盒400内部注入密封胶进行密封,尤其是当显示装置用于洗衣机、洗碗机等洗涤设备时,可防止灌胶盒400渗水导致内部电路损坏。
本实施例的显示装置中,在操作面板100与显示板支架300之间设置挡光筋110,挡光筋110将各个灯槽301中打出的光线阻挡在对应的显示区域103的范围内,防止显示装置出现串光干扰,导致相邻的显示区域103被照亮的情况。通过灯罩200的设置将操作面板100上用于透光的通孔101填平,使得盘膜可以平整粘贴于操作面板100上表面而不会发生塌陷。灯罩200通过抽拉方式安装在显示板支架300上,安装与拆卸操作简单,方便对显示装置进行维修,尤其是在显示灯故障时取下灯罩200进行显示灯的更换。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,包括上述实施例一所述的显示装置。
具体地,洗衣机的箱体上开设用于安装显示装置的连接槽,显示装置与所述连接槽固定连接。本实施例中,如图3所示,灌胶盒400与连接槽卡接固定或螺接固定或胶结固定。供电线与信号输送线从灌胶盒400伸出,其中供电线与洗衣机的电源线连接,信号输送线与洗衣机的控制系统连接。
本实施例的洗衣机包括具有挡光结构的显示装置,在显示过程中可以避免不同的显示区域出现串光干扰。在洗衣机工作过程中,即使用户与洗衣机之间的距离较远,也可以准确辨认被照亮的显示区域,有利于用户准确获知洗衣机的工作状态。

  1. 一种显示装置,包括显示板支架和操作面板,其特征在于,所述显示板支架上设置若干灯槽,各个灯槽内具有可独立点亮的显示灯;所述操作面板安装在显示板支架上,操作面板对应所述灯槽具有多个显示区域;
    所述显示装置还包括设置在操作面板和显示板支架之间的挡光结构,所述挡光结构位于相邻的显示区域之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述挡光结构为从操作面板的表面向显示板支架延伸形成的挡光筋,所述挡光筋的延伸端与相邻灯槽之间的显示板支架抵接;
    或者,所述挡光结构为从显示板支架的表面向操作面板延伸形成的挡光筋,所述挡光筋的延伸端与相邻显示区域之间的操作面板抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述操作面板上各个显示区域分别开设通孔,所述显示装置还包括安装在显示板支架上的灯罩;所述灯罩具有与多个显示区域对应设置的透光凸起,所述透光凸起匹配安装在所述通孔中;所述灯罩上开设隔离孔,所述挡光筋穿设在所述隔离孔中;
    优选地,所述透光凸起的表面与操作面板的表面平齐。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述灯罩具有一定延伸长度与宽度,所述透光凸起沿灯罩的长度方向分布成至少两行,沿灯罩的宽度方向分布成至少两列;
    所述隔离孔包括设置在相邻两列透光凸起之间的第一隔离孔,以及设置在相邻两行透光凸起之间的第二隔离孔;所述第一隔离孔与第二隔离孔不连通;
    所述挡光筋包括穿设在第一隔离孔中的第一挡光筋,以及穿设在第二隔离孔中的第二挡光筋。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,相邻两列透光凸起之间的第一隔离孔相互连通,第二隔离孔的端部与相邻的第一隔离孔间隔设置;
    或者,相邻两排透光凸起之间的第二隔离孔相互连通,第一隔离孔的端部与相邻的第二隔离孔间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述灯罩与显示板支架相对的表面贴合设置;
    优选地,所述透光凸起与灯槽一一对应设置。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示板支架的表面局部凹陷形成安装槽,所述灯罩设置在所述安装槽中;
    优选地,所述灯罩朝向操作面板的表面位于透光凸起以外的区域,与显示板支架的表面位于安装槽外部的区域平齐。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述安装槽的一侧敞口设置,所述灯罩经所述敞口可插入/抽出的设置在所述安装槽中;所述挡光筋固定设置在所述操作面板上;
    优选地,所述操作面板与挡光筋一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述安装槽的敞口两侧具有沿灯罩插入/抽出方向延伸的插接槽,所述灯罩具有插接部,所述插接部插设在所述插接槽中。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的显示装置。
