Description
本实用新型涉及电力设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型耐高温电缆。
电缆是一种电能或信号传输装置,通常是由几根或几组导线组成,电缆有电力电缆、控制电缆、补偿电缆、屏蔽电缆、高温电缆、计算机电缆、信号电缆、同轴电缆、耐火电缆、船用电缆、矿用电缆、铝合金电缆等等,它们都是由单股或多股导线和绝缘层组成,用来连接电路、电器等。
随着新城市的快速发展,电缆的使用环境逐渐的改变,由最原始的露天电缆逐渐演变为地下电缆等多用电缆,电缆的使用环境越来越恶劣,常用的电缆耐高温能力已经无法满足现有的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种新型耐高温电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:一种新型耐高温电缆,包括外层护套,所述外层护套的套身上固定套设有防火涂层,所述外层护套的内部固定套设有防火套,所述防火套的内部固定套设有隔热层,所述隔热层的内部固定套设有加强护套,所述加强护套的内部固定套设有二号阻水层,所述二号阻水层的内部固定套设有铜丝屏蔽层,所述铜丝屏蔽层的内部固定套设有一号阻水层,所述一号阻水层的内部固定套设有绝缘屏蔽层,所述绝缘屏蔽层的内部固定套设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层的内部固定套设有导体屏蔽层,所述导体屏蔽层的内部固定套设有电力导体。

本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型提出的一种新型耐高温电缆,通过防火套使得该电缆具有较高的耐高温能力,并且由于防火套是由云母带和铝合金带编织而成,所以该电缆不仅耐高温能力强,还很耐用,同时还具备较强的散热能力,从而使得该电缆使用起来更加稳定。
本实用新型提出的一种新型耐高温电缆,通过防火涂层可以有效的隔绝外界的明火,同时还可以通过加强护套进一步加散热性能,并且通过隔热层能够有效的防止高温入侵电缆内部,从而使得该电缆使用起来更加稳定耐用。

参照图1-3,本实用新型提供的一种实施例:一种新型耐高温电缆,包括外层护套2,外层护套2的套身上固定套设有防火涂层1,外层护套2的内部固定套设有防火套3,具有防火耐高温性能,防火套3的内部固定套设有隔热层12,隔热层12的内部固定套设有加强护套4,加强护套4的内部固定套设有二号阻水层11,二号阻水层11的内部固定套设有铜丝屏蔽层5,铜丝屏蔽层5的内部固定套设有一号阻水层10,一号阻水层10和二号阻水层11起到阻水和保护铜丝屏蔽层5的作用,一号阻水层10的内部固定套设有绝缘屏蔽层6,绝缘屏蔽层6起到绝缘的作用,绝缘屏蔽层6的内部固定套设有绝缘层9,绝缘层9的内部固定套设有导体屏蔽层7,导体屏蔽层7用于屏蔽电力导体8,导体屏蔽层7的内部固定套设有电力导体8。
加强护套4是由铝合金材料制成,铝合金材料韧性强并且具有良好的散热性能,使得该电缆更加耐用和稳定,防火套3是由一股云母带13和一股铝合金带14编织而成,加强其耐高温性和稳定性,防火涂层1是由电缆防火涂料构成,防火涂层1用于防止外界明火入侵,隔热层12是由3M隔热膜构成,具有较强的隔热性能,防火套3设置成圆环形形状,一号阻水层10和二号阻水层11厚度相同,铜丝屏蔽层5是由多根铜丝编织而成。
工作原理:在使用该新型耐高温电缆的时候,如果电缆遇到明火会被防火涂层1阻燃,能够有效的防止电缆被明火危害,当该电缆处在高温环境中时云母带13能够有效的起到耐高温性,同时高温会被隔热层12阻挡在外,防止高温入侵电缆内部,并且由于加强护套4和铝合金带14都是由铝合金材料制成,所以电缆承受的高温很快会被散发出去,从而起到防止电缆持续高温叠加,进而使得该电缆更加耐用。

- 一种新型耐高温电缆,包括外层护套(2),其特征在于:所述外层护套(2)的套身上固定套设有防火涂层(1),所述外层护套(2)的内部固定套设有防火套(3),所述防火套(3)的内部固定套设有隔热层(12),所述隔热层(12)的内部固定套设有加强护套(4),所述加强护套(4)的内部固定套设有二号阻水层(11),所述二号阻水层(11)的内部固定套设有铜丝屏蔽层(5),所述铜丝屏蔽层(5)的内部固定套设有一号阻水层(10),所述一号阻水层(10)的内部固定套设有绝缘屏蔽层(6),所述绝缘屏蔽层(6)的内部固定套设有绝缘层(9),所述绝缘层(9)的内部固定套设有导体屏蔽层(7),所述导体屏蔽层(7)的内部固定套设有电力导体(8)。
