连接对接管时,将对接管插入到螺帽3内,转动螺帽3使螺帽3与对接管形成螺纹连接,拧紧螺帽3使螺帽3的挡肩3a抵靠在限位凸起5a的内端面上,使对接管将密封垫圈4压紧在限位凸起5a的外端面上,从而使螺帽3、套圈5、密封垫圈4和对接管固定成一整体。由于套圈5套装在连接部1a上并限位于挡环1a1与挡圈6之间,套圈5不会从连接部1a上脱出,这样对接管通过套圈5固定在连接部1a上,而套圈5的内侧面与连接部1a的外侧面之间设置有密封圈7,密封圈7具有密封作用,液体也不会从套圈5与连接部1a之间的环隙8处漏出。同时套圈5能够在连接部1a上转动,当螺帽3锁紧后需要螺帽3与接头本体1相对转动来调节接头本体1上固定有连接管2一端的朝向时,握住接头本体1与和螺帽3,使套圈5与连接部1a相对转动即可,转动过程中和转动后密封圈7始终能够起密封作用,且套圈5始终被挡环1a1和挡圈6限位于连接部1a上,使连接管2与对接管连接稳定。因此本活接连接管总成中不仅具有螺帽3的活接功能,使连接管2与对接管安装方便,而且螺帽3拧紧后在保证连接管2与对接管实现密封稳定连接的同时,螺帽3与接头本体1 之间还能够相对转动,并能够进行360°转动,从而避免连接管2或者对接管发生扭曲,避免连接管2或者对接管扭曲损坏管体结构并影响液体的正常输送,提高了活接连接管总成使用的稳定性和可靠性。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种活接连接管总成,包括接头本体(1),所述接头本体(1)的一端固定连接有连接管(2),所述接头本体(1)的另一端设置有连接部(1a),所述连接部(1a)上套设有螺帽(3),所述连接部(1a)的外侧面上具有凸出的挡环(1a1),所述螺帽(3)的内侧面上具有凸出的挡肩(3a),所述螺帽(3)内安装有密封垫圈(4),其特征在于,所述连接部(1a)与螺帽(3)之间设置有套圈(5),所述连接部(1a)的外侧面上位于挡环(1a1)的外侧卡接有挡圈(6),所述套圈(5)可转动的套装在连接部(1a)上并限位于挡环(1a1)与挡圈(6)之间,所述套圈(5)的内侧面与连接部(1a)的外侧面之间设置有密封圈(7),所述套圈(5)的外侧面上具有呈环形的限位凸起(5a),所述限位凸起(5a)位于挡肩(3a)与密封垫圈(4)之间且挡肩(3a)能够抵靠在限位凸起(5a)的内端面上,所述密封垫圈(4)贴靠在限位凸起(5a)的外端面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的活接连接管总成,其特征在于,所述连接部(1a)的外侧面与套圈(5)的内侧面之间具有环隙(8),当套圈(5)抵靠在挡环(1a1)上时所述挡圈(6)与套圈(5)之间具有间隙(9)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的活接连接管总成,其特征在于,所述密封垫圈(4)外端的内侧面上具有凸出的挡凸部(4b),所述挡圈(6)位于挡凸部(4b)的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的活接连接管总成,其特征在于,所述密封垫圈(4)内端的内侧面上具有凸出的凸起部(4a),所述套圈(5)的外侧面上位于限位凸起(5a)的外侧设置有呈锥形的密封面(5c),所述凸起部(4a)贴靠在密封面(5c)上并形成密封。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的活接连接管总成,其特征在于,所述限位凸起(5a)的内端面上具有凸出的环形凸起(5b),所述环形凸起(5b)套设在挡环(1a1)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的活接连接管总成,其特征在于,所述连接部(1a)的外侧面上位于挡环(1a1)的外侧设置有定位槽(1a2),所述挡圈(6)固定在定位槽(1a2)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的活接连接管总成,其特征在于,所述连接部(1a)的外侧面上位于挡环(1a1)与挡圈(6)之间设置有固定槽(1a3),所述密封圈(7)固定在固定槽(1a3)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的活接连接管总成,其特征在于,所述固定槽(1a3)有两个并在连接部(1a)上沿轴向依次排列。
