- the output health check result is notified to the individual as a paper medium or as a screen of the mobile terminal 80 via the Internet I.
- the database 30 is the main part of the present invention.
- Database 30 is a cloud server. Since it is a cloud server, data can be collectively managed even if users use this system at multiple pharmacies.
- the database 30 is roughly divided into personal data 40 and measurement/advice data 50 .
- Personal data 40 is data relating to individuals who undergo health checks, and consists of registration data 41 , measurement and evaluation data 42 , weight data 43 and health check notification data 44 .
- the registration data 41 is personal registration data. It consists of ID, password, name, address, telephone number, date of birth, sex, age, pre-existing diseases, and the like.
- the data is entered during the first health check. Data are corrected as necessary.
- the measurement/evaluation data 42 are measurement values obtained in the inspection and evaluation data obtained from the measurement values. Health status is determined according to the value of the evaluation data. Past data is also saved as history.
- the weight data 43 is data for determining the priority of inspection items for each individual. The higher the weight, the higher the priority. The weight is a value according to age, gender, pre-existing disease, and the like. In the health check result, advice is given according to the item with the higher weight.
- the health check notification data 44 is advice or the like based on the evaluation results. It consists of evaluation results for each item, advice on major inspection items, related videos, websites, and introductions to medical institutions. Graphs and radar charts may be used to evaluate each item.
- the measurement/advice data 50 is a group of data such as evaluation criteria at the time of measurement in examinations and advice indices for results. It consists of relational data 51 between measured values and evaluations, relational data 52 between evaluation character strings and pattern numbers, relational data 53 between pattern numbers and moving pictures, sites, etc., and is basically fixed values.
- the relationship data 51 between the measured value and the evaluation is data indicating the relationship between the measured value and the evaluation (FIG. 3, T20). It is for determining the threshold value, initial value, and classification value for each evaluation. Evaluation is divided into negative evaluation, normal evaluation, and positive evaluation.
- the relationship data 52 between evaluation character strings and pattern numbers is the relationship between character strings and advice index patterns generated by selecting a certain number of items in the order of decreasing weight and classified as negative evaluation among evaluations. (Fig. 5, T30).
- the items having a high degree of importance and being limited to negative evaluations are used to determine a pattern number serving as an index of advice.
- the guideline for guidance to the user is also uniquely determined.
- the relationship data 53 between pattern numbers, moving pictures, sites, etc. is data that associates advice, comments, moving pictures, sites, etc. corresponding to pattern numbers, which are indicators of advice (T40 in FIG. 6). Advice is automatically generated corresponding to the pattern number. Comments are entered by registered dietitians and pharmacists. It also includes the content of questions from users. For example, a video of exercise therapy, a video of diet therapy, and a drug initiation video are set as the video. As the site, a site that leads to improvement by diet therapy, a site that leads to improvement by exercise therapy, and a site that introduces specialized medical institutions near where the user lives are set. Moreover, you may set the site which introduces health foods and health goods.
- the evaluation result output unit 60 is a part that outputs a health check result output 61 to the user.
- the output content consists of columns such as measurement values, evaluation values, advice, and moving images. According to the user's desire, a method of printing on paper and a method of sending information to a mobile terminal 80 such as a smartphone and allowing the user to confirm the information on the mobile terminal 80 can be selected.
- the personal information input section 70 is a section where the user inputs information.
- the user inputs his/her name, address, telephone number, age, sex, pre-existing diseases, etc., and issues an ID and password for user registration and user access. From the next time onwards, the individual will be identified by ID and password.
- the result of the health check is recorded in personal data 40 of database 30 .
- the mobile terminal 80 is a terminal used by an individual user, and is mainly a smartphone. It is connected to the evaluation result output unit 60 via the Internet I and receives each information. In addition, although not shown, it is also possible to transmit questions to the pharmacy from the portable terminal 80 to the system.
- Health check measurement flow Explain the general flow of health check measurement.
- the user inputs his/her name and the like from the input terminal 70 to obtain an ID and a password.
- the user performs each measurement, and the measurement results are converted into data and stored in the database 30 . It is compared with predetermined reference data in database 30 . At this time, graphing may be performed.
- the data output from each health measuring device can be made to correspond to each individual, and the current position of one's own data can be grasped compared to the reference.
- each piece of information is provided by the health check result output 61 when the value falls below the standard value. This is because it is sufficient to simply notify the user that the value is below the standard value, but in such a case, the user often does not know a specific method for improvement. For example, by guiding the user to a site that leads to improvement through diet therapy or to a site that leads to improvement through exercise therapy, the user can easily take a specific action. It is also conceivable to guide the user to a drug therapy introduction site. It is also possible to guide the user to a site that introduces health foods and health goods.
- T10 is a table for setting individual weights (FIG. 2).
- the weight values are set to be 100% in total.
- An item with a larger weight value is processed as an item that is more important to the user.
- the setting is made as in line T11.
- Middle-aged and elderly people increased the weight of vascular age related to arteriosclerosis to 30%.
- AGEs (advanced glycation end products) and body composition analysis are set at 20%, and forgetfulness and skin age are set at 5%, giving the lowest weight.
- this table does not take pre-existing diseases into consideration, tables adjusted according to the presence or absence of diabetes, obesity, etc. are also prepared.
- the next column is the inspection item identification code. This symbol is uniquely determined for each inspection item and is discriminated when determining the pattern number.
- the next column is the weight for each examination, and the more important the item for the user, the higher the weight.
- the next column shows the content of the evaluation.
- the next row of character strings corresponding to allotted points is the portion that determines the character strings corresponding to the evaluations and deviations of the measured values.
- the evaluation is generally set with 3 levels of negative evaluation, 1 level of standard, and 2 levels of positive evaluation. Depending on the contents of inspection items, the number may be increased or decreased as appropriate.
- the character string set here is combined with the inspection item identification symbol and used to determine the pattern number.
- the item of blood vessel age will be described. Take a man in his 50s as an example.
- the measuring equipment identification symbol is ⁇ , and the weight is set by the T11 line of T10, which is 30%.
- Evaluation items are scores out of 100 points, and a score of less than 40 points is a negative evaluation. Negative evaluations are divided into three categories: 19 points or less, 20 to 29 points, and 30 to 39 points. The standard rating is one division from 40 to 59 points. Positive evaluations are divided into two categories, 60 to 79 points and 80 to 100 points.
- a character string corresponding to each division is assigned. For example, if it is 19 points or less, it is a. If the blood vessel age test result is 19 points or less, ⁇ a is generated as a result. For other test results, similarly, a scheduled character string is generated from the test item identification symbol and the evaluation classification.
- the portion surrounded by a thick frame is the evaluation result.
- the weights are assumed to be items with high weights from the top row.
- FIG. 4(a) if three items with negative evaluation are selected in descending order of weight, they are vascular age, bone density, and AGEs.
- the character string as the evaluation result in this case is ⁇ a ⁇ g ⁇ m.
- FIG. 4(b) similarly, if three items with a negative evaluation are selected in descending order of weight, AGEs are not applicable because the evaluation is standard, blood vessel age, bone density, body composition analysis and become.
- the character string as the evaluation result in this case is ⁇ a ⁇ i ⁇ s.
- the evaluation result character strings ⁇ a ⁇ g ⁇ m and the like are character strings generated by adding predetermined conditions to the evaluation result of T20 as described above.
- the pattern number is a number corresponding to the evaluation result, and the advice content is determined according to this pattern number. For example, in the case of line T31, the number of the pattern corresponding to the evaluation result character string ⁇ a ⁇ g ⁇ m is 1, and the advice contents are vascular age caution, bone density caution, and AGEs caution. .
- the number of items with negative evaluations may be less than three, depending on the search results.
- the conditions may be changed to include standard or positive evaluation items.
- the advice pattern setting table when the negative evaluation is only the blood vessel age is shown as T50 in FIG.
- Evaluation of vascular age is a negative evaluation of any of ⁇ a, ⁇ b, or ⁇ c
- evaluation of bone density is standard ⁇ j
- positive evaluation of ⁇ k, ⁇ l evaluation of AGEs It is the case where it is either standard ⁇ p, plus evaluation ⁇ q, or ⁇ r.
- the advice is to be cautious about the blood vessel age, and since the bone density is a standard numerical value, the advice corresponds to the bone density standard. For example, the advice is, "Bone density is a value that corresponds to your age. Continue to try to eat a diet that is conscious of calcium and light exercise.” As for AGEs, since they are standard values, the advice corresponds to the AGEs standard. For example, “AGEs are standard values.
- pattern numbers are assigned according to the user's test results, it is possible to set videos and sites corresponding to the pattern number and give advice to the user according to the user's health condition. .
- videos of exercises that maintain bone density can be considered.
- a video commentary and a video message by a registered dietitian can be considered depending on the stage of the measurement results.
- the patient may be guided to the moving image by classifying the patient into good, somewhat cautious, cautious, immediate treatment, and the like.
- the user may be guided to an animation of drug explanation by a pharmacist.
- the T41 line is pattern 1, and the test results are blood vessel age caution, bone density caution, and AGEs caution, so the video is general life guidance, and the site is overall diet therapy.
- Set up referrals for your site In this way, by introducing videos and sites according to the user's health condition, it is possible to facilitate the user's confirmation of the content of the guidance. Also, in the same way, referral to a medical institution may be set according to the test result.
- the inspection result is notified to the user from the evaluation result output unit 60 .
- the method of notification includes a method of printing test results, etc. on paper and handing them to the user, and a method of transmitting data to the user's mobile terminal 80 via the Internet I, and allowing the user to display the contents on the display screen 81 of the mobile terminal 80. There is a way to confirm.
- the health check evaluation result column 62 describes, for each inspection item, the name of each inspection item, the inspection result, and the evaluation result in an easy-to-understand manner for the user. It can be a simple numerical notation, and if necessary, a graph comparing the standard value and the measurement result, a comparison of the excellent model and the person's numerical value by a rate chart, an evaluation by a radar chart of the muscle mass by body composition analysis, and the measurement result. may be displayed in chronological order.
- the advice column 63 describes advice for the inspection result.
- the advice content corresponds to the pattern number, and the advice content to the user corresponds to the importance of the item. It also includes comments by registered dietitians and pharmacists, and responses to prior questions from users.
- the advice column 63 allows the user to receive advice on items of high importance and high need for advice among the test results.
- the animation introduction column 64 is a part for introducing animations and Web sites that the user should refer to based on the inspection results. Since the animation and the site are specified by the pattern number and the relation table of the animation and the site, it is possible to make the animation and the site appropriate for the inspection result of the user. For example, exercise therapy (gym, physical therapist, occupational therapist), diet therapy (administrative dietitian), drug therapy (pharmacist), and videos and sites that lead to recommendations to see a medical institution are effective. By posting a video, a brief introduction to the site, a URL, a matrix-type two-dimensional code represented by a QR code (registered trademark), etc., users can easily check the reference video and site. Similarly, URLs of related medical institutions and matrix-type two-dimensional codes may also be posted.
- a health check result is displayed on the display screen 81 of the mobile terminal 80 .
- the health check evaluation result column 82 and the advice column 83 are almost the same as those on the paper. You may arrange according to the size of a screen etc.
- the video introduction column 84 since videos and sites can be displayed on the mobile terminal 80, the user pastes the URL on the screen and clicks on the URL to select the desired video or site. Make it viewable. By doing so, the user can easily check the reference moving image or the like.
- the weight indicating the user's examination importance is determined by the weight data 43, and the weight data 43 is determined according to the individual weight setting table. However, in the course of repeating the health check, if there is a specific test item that is gradually deteriorating, the weight should be increased in the sense of alerting the user.
- a method to change the weight from the inspection history there is a method of checking individual items with a relatively simple program and changing the weight, and a method of AI learning based on the inspection data of many people and changing the weight.
- a method of changing weights by a relatively simple program will be described with reference to FIG.
- a health check measurement is performed (S101).
- Each measurement and evaluation is performed by a predetermined method, and the measurement results and evaluation results are stored in the database 30 .
- Select one of the saved items S102). For that item, the evaluation results of this time and the previous time are compared (S103). It is determined whether this time is worse than last time (S104). If not, go to S105.
- the evaluation results of the last time and the time before last are compared (S105). It is determined whether the previous time is worse than the time before last (S106). If not, proceed to S107.
- the AI is made to learn test items continuously tested for many subjects, their measurement results, evaluation results, weights, age, sex, and pre-existing conditions of the subjects. Abstract
