背景技术
按居家或在办公处所中,为了达到遮阳、遮蔽或防止室外的蚊虫及飞尘进入至室内等目的,大部份的建物均会在其开口上设置一屏幕装置,而目前的屏幕装置大概分有平面式及隐藏式屏幕两种,然由于目前的隐藏式屏幕同时具有遮蔽及收纳等多项功能,因此目前的隐藏式屏幕已有逐渐取代平面式屏幕装置的趋势。
而目前最常见的隐藏式屏幕主要是通过一滚动条来卷收纱网,再藉由拉动屏幕结构中的活动杆将纱网拉出,藉以达到遮阳及遮蔽等功效外,更甚者,习用的隐藏式屏幕均会在结构中增设若干条拉线及拉线调控装置,其中拉线穿过活动杆,而拉线调控装置则用以调控拉线的松紧度,使隐藏式屏幕中的活动杆及纱网能够具有随处定位的功能,惟习用的隐藏式屏幕虽能达到预期的功能,但在使用上仍有下列问题如下。
一、习用隐藏式屏幕中的拉线调控装置均是安装在框体内侧,如中国台湾发明专利第I684422号,惟框体内侧常是屏幕及活动框屏开或收纳的路径,因此习用隐藏式屏幕通过工具伸入至拉线调控装置中调整拉线时,常会受到屏幕或活动框的阻碍而导致调整的不便,且当遇有宽幅越大的屏幕此一问题就越明显。
二、习用隐藏式屏幕中的框料在组装时,常需额外的气动或电动工具配合,方能将习用之隐藏式屏幕组装完成,然而当在无电力或无充气设备供应的环境下工作时,却常因工具电力耗尽或气压不足,而导致工程进度受阻。
三、习用隐藏式屏幕中的滚动条筒体常是采螺固的方式组设在外框上,因此当习用隐藏式屏幕遇有维修或清理,而需将滚动条筒体拆下时,均必需再以工具将螺固组件旋下,方能取下滚动条筒体,而此不仅浪费人力成本,且易造成拆卸的不便。
四、再者,当习用隐藏式屏幕使用在大宽幅的建物开口上时,常会配置卷收力较大的滚动条来卷收大面积的屏幕及活动框,惟此种的结构配置,常导致展开的屏幕受到滚动条较大的卷收力而生移位,使习用隐藏式屏幕易有漏光、降低遮蔽或无法防止室外的蚊虫及飞尘进入至室内等问题。
发明内容
本发明之主要目的,是将调整拉线的机构设在滚动条筒体外侧,因此当需调控拉线紧度时,仅需以工具在滚动条筒体的外侧操作即可,其间无任何构件的阻遮,因而能阻绝习用技术调整不便的问题外,亦使调控的工序不受屏幕宽幅大小的限制。
本发明之又一主要目的,是在框料的组装结构上设置凸肋条及其相对应的嵌固槽,通过凸肋条与嵌固槽相互组装的方式,使框料的组装能达快速方 便之效益外,亦能在无工具配合下快速卡固完成,进而根绝习用技术在无电力或无充气设备供应的环境下作业时,产生工程进度延宕或受阻之情事。
本发明之再一主要目的,是在筒体及外框间增设安装件,并通过安装件上的勾合部与筒体的勾入部相结合,使筒体能在无需任何工具配合下就能进行拆装,进而增加拆装的便利性。
本发明之另一主要目的,是在活动框中设有定位杆,通过定位杆末端与邻接框料的相顶抵,使展开的屏幕及活动框能在滚动条较大卷收力量下无被拉回之现象,因而能改善习用隐藏式屏幕出现漏光、降低遮蔽或无法防止室外的蚊虫及飞尘进入至室内等问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种屏幕装置,其包括一筒体、一活动框,及两第一框料;其中,该筒体及该活动框设在该两第一框料间,且该筒体中设有一滚动条,而该滚动条及该活动框间设有一屏幕,又该筒体中设有至少一旋动件,而该活动框中穿设至少有一拉线,且该拉线至少一端由该第一框料而穿入至该筒体中,再结于该旋动件上。
一种屏幕装置,其包括一筒体、一活动框,及两第一框料;其中,该筒体及该活动框设在该等第一框料间,且该筒体中设有一滚动条,而该滚动条及该活动框间设有一屏幕,且该活动框中设有一安装座,而该安装座中容设有一摆动件及至少一滑块,且该滑块朝该摆动件的方向设有一顶杆,而该顶杆的一端可与该摆动件相抵掣。

参阅图1至图3所示,其中该筒体12中设有一卷收该屏幕15的滚动条21、两分别设于该筒体12相反两端的旋动件22、两分别邻近该等第一框料11的盖体23,及两分别盖设于该盖体23上的盖板24。要先说明的是,由于该筒体12的相反两端都配置有相同的机构,为了便于说明,在图2与图3仅是以其中一端的机构配置来说明。该盖体23上设有一枢转槽231、一与该枢转槽231相间隔的透空部232、一朝向该枢转槽231的穿孔233,及一孔口234。而该旋动件22枢设在该枢转槽231中,且其上环设有二个沿轴向相互间隔的齿部221。其中,该透空部232的位置是对应于该旋动件22的该等齿部221处,而该盖板24相对该等齿部221的位置分别设有二个弹性止动件241,用以在该等齿部221旋转时产生逐段限位的止动效果。
请参阅图3与图4所示,其中,该活动框14中穿设有二条拉线3并具有一用以握持而拉动的把手141,且每一条拉线3的一端系个别固定于第一框料11邻近第二框料13处,每一条拉线3的另一端系分别穿设至该活动框14,并于该活动框14中交错,再由该活动框14的端部穿出至第一框料11并穿入至该筒体12中,再分别经由与该第一框料11同侧之该筒体12的该孔口234穿设于对应的盖体23中,进而系结于设置于该盖体23之该枢转槽231的该旋动件22上。该滚动条21的一端伸入至该筒体12中,而伸入至该盖体12的该滚动条21上套设有一齿轮211,且该齿轮211上啮合有一蜗杆212。当该拉线3过松或过紧,可利用工具经由该穿孔233至该旋动件22,其中,因该盖板24相对该旋动件22之该等齿部221的位置分别设有该等弹性止动件241,用以在该旋动件22旋转时,该等弹性止动件241能够对该等齿部221产生逐段限位的止动效果,如此,藉由该旋动件22,得以调整该拉线3的松紧度,避免该活动框14因该拉线3张力过松或过紧而产生歪斜,并能够确保该活动框14的随处定位功能。另外,当该屏幕15过松或过紧,可藉由该蜗杆212旋转时则能带动该齿轮211并转动该滚动条21,藉此调整该屏幕15呈现适当的张力,除了确保该屏幕15的平整度以外,也使该屏幕15能卷收于该滚动条21。
再参图2至图4,值得特别说明的是,由于调整该等拉线3的机构均是配设于该盖体23上,而该盖体23又设在该筒体12的外侧,因此当需调控该拉线3时,仅需以一工具穿入至该盖体23之该穿孔233即可调控该旋动件22,且由于调控的过程无任何构件的阻遮,故无调整不顺的问题外,且遇有宽幅大的屏幕装置更无调控不便之情事发生。
参阅图5并配合图4,如图5所示为本发明屏幕装置的一第二较佳实施例,本第二较佳实施例与该第一较佳实施例的区别在于:该活动框14中设有一安装座4,而该安装座4中容设有一摆动件41、一设置于该摆动件41上的旋钮42、二分别设置于该摆动件41相反两侧的滑块43、二分别设置于该摆动件41与该等滑块43之间的挡板44,及二分别设置于该等档板44与该等滑块43之间的弹性件45。其中,该旋钮42设置于该活动框14的该把手141处。
再者,该滑块43设有一朝该摆动件41之方向的顶杆431、至少一设置于旁侧的滑轨432、一朝该活动框14一端开口延伸的定位杆433、一相对于该定位杆433的插槽434,及二分别设置于相反两侧的弹扣436。该挡板44上 设有一通孔440,使得该顶杆431的一端可由该通孔440而与该摆动件41相抵掣。而该安装座4相对该至少一滑轨432的位置处设有一滑槽40,该滑槽40的其中一端具有一挡止部401,藉以供该至少一滑轨432设置,以使该滑块43得以沿该滑槽40的方向在一特定范围内来回滑动。
又位在该插槽434内的定位杆433上设有二个位于相反两侧的勾槽439,而该滑块43相对该等勾槽439处分别设有二个缺口438,且该滑块43朝该等缺口438处分别设有该等弹扣436,如此,该等定位杆433藉由该弹扣436卡合于该缺口438的方式,使该等定位杆433分别连接于该等滑块43,也使得该等定位杆433能分别随着该等滑块43的来回滑动而对应移动。
参阅图6至图9所示,其中,该摆动件41具有两侧分别对应该等顶杆431的凸轮结构,而每一该第一框料11相对个别之定位杆433处设有一定位凹部112(如图9所示),得供个别之该定位杆433顶抵限位。如图6所示,在正常状态下,连接于该等滑块43的该等定位杆433并未顶抵于该等定位凹部112,故该活动框14能在该等第一框料11之间自由拉动。又如图7所示,当再次拉动该活动框14,待该等定位杆433接触到该等定位凹部112凸出的边缘时,该等定位杆433会被该凸出的边缘顶起,并使该等滑块43往该摆动件41方向滑移,该顶杆431亦伸设入该摆动件41中,且同时压缩该等弹性件45而积存一弹性恢复力。再如图8所示,又当该等定位拉杆433越过该凸起的边缘而进至入该等定位凹部112后,该等弹性件45的弹性恢复力会反向推动该等滑块43,进而带动该等定位杆433,使该等定位杆433完全顶掣入该等定位凹部112中,接着,转动该旋钮42并令该摆动件41同步转动,使该摆动件41之凸轮结构顶掣该等顶杆431的一端,使该滑块43、该顶杆431及该定位杆433被限制在该定位凹部112及该摆动件41之间,进而限制该活动框14的移动,因此当实施在大宽幅的屏幕装置时,可通过该定位杆433顶抵在该等定位凹部112的作用,而使该活动框14可不因该滚动条21的回卷力量而有被拉回之情事。
参阅图10所示,为本发明屏幕装置的一第三较佳实施例,而第三较佳实施例与第一较佳实施例及第二较佳实施例的区别在于:该筒体12通过复数个安装件5(图10中仅绘示一个),因而能组配于一外框6或一邻接的墙壁上的其中之一。在本第三较佳实施例中,是以该筒体12是可拆卸地安装在该外框6的情况而说明。其中,每一个安装件5具有二个结合部51,及二个分别自该等结合部51向外延伸的勾合部52。该等结合部51是透过多个螺丝91而固设在该外框6的内缘面上,而每一个勾合部52具体而言为一卡入槽,该筒体12相对该等勾合部52的位置分别设有二个勾入部121,而每一个勾入部121具体而言则为一卡勾,得以与所述卡入槽相互结合,藉此快速地完成将该筒体12安装于该外框6上的作业流程进而能节省人力成本及组装的时间外,且当遇有维修或清理,亦可在无任何工具配合下拆离该筒体12,实具有增加拆装便利性之效益。
综上所述,本发明之该筒体12是可拆卸地安装于该外框6上,且由于该滚动条21是设于该筒体12中,且该旋动件22相较于先前技术而言,也妥善整合并设置于该筒体12中,故不但能妥善收纳该滚动条21,也针对拉线调整功能及具开关功能的必要机构达成精简整合的目的,在能达成基本之拉动、定位、锁定之功能的情况下,更有利于额外设计其他功能的所需余裕,有效提高研发产品的潜在价值。因此,确实能达成本发明之目的。
惟以上所述者,仅为本发明之实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施之范围,凡是依本发明申请专利范围及专利说明书内容所作之简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本发明专利涵盖之范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种屏幕装置,其特征在于:其包括一筒体、一活动框,及两第一框料;其中,该筒体及该活动框设在该两第一框料间,且该筒体中设有一滚动条,而该滚动条及该活动框间设有一屏幕,又该筒体中设有至少一旋动件,而该活动框中穿设至少有一拉线,且该拉线至少一端由该第一框料而穿入至该筒体中,再结于该旋动件上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该筒体邻近于该等第一框料处设有一盖体,而该盖体中设有一枢转槽,且该旋动件枢设在该枢转槽中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该旋动件上环设有复数个齿部,而该盖体相对该齿部处设有一透空部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该盖体上更设有一盖板,该盖板相对该齿部设有至少一弹性止动件。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该盖体朝该枢转槽处设有一穿孔。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该滚动条的一端伸入至该筒体中,而伸入至该盖体的该滚动条上套设有一齿轮,且该齿轮上啮合有一蜗杆。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该盖体相对该拉线进出的位置处设有一孔口。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该等第一框料间更包括一第二框料,且该第二框料与该筒体位于相反侧,而该第二框料邻接该第 一框料处设有至少一凸肋条,且该等第一框料相对该第二框料的凸肋条设有嵌固槽。
  9. 一种屏幕装置,其特征在于:其包括一筒体、一活动框,及两第一框料;其中,该筒体及该活动框设在该等第一框料间,且该筒体中设有一滚动条,而该滚动条及该活动框间设有一屏幕,且该活动框中设有一安装座,而该安装座中容设有一摆动件及至少一滑块,且该滑块朝该摆动件的方向设有一顶杆,而该顶杆的一端可与该摆动件相抵掣。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该摆动件与每一个滑块间设有一挡板,而该挡板上设有一通孔,且该顶杆的一端可由该通孔而与该摆动件相抵掣外,该挡板及该滑块间设有一弹性件。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该滑块上设有至少一滑轨,且该安装座相对该至少一滑轨的位置处设有一滑槽。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该滑块上设有一朝该活动框一端开口延伸的定位杆。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该滑块相对该定位杆处设有插槽,且位在该插槽内的该定位杆上设有至少一勾槽,而该滑块相对该勾槽处设有一缺口,且该滑块朝该缺口处设有一弹扣。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该滑槽中的一端设有一挡止部。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该第一框料相对该定位杆处设有至少一定位凹部。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该摆动件上设有一 旋钮。
  17. 如权利要求9所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该等第一框料间更包括一第二框料,且该第二框料与筒体位于相反侧,而该第二框料邻接该等第一框料处设有至少一凸肋条,且该等第一框料相对该第二框料的该凸肋条设有嵌固槽。
  18. 一种屏幕装置,其特征在于:其包括一筒体、一活动框,及两第一框料;其中,该筒体及该活动框设在该等第一框料间,且该筒体中设有一滚动条,而该滚动条及该活动框间设有一屏幕,且该筒体通过复数个安装件而能组配于一外框或一邻接的墙壁上的其中之一。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该安装件具有至少一结合部及至少一勾合部,其中该结合部供固设在该外框的内缘面上,而该至少一勾合部则与该筒体相对,且该筒体相对每一个勾合部个别设有一勾入部。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的屏幕装置,其特征在于:其中,该勾合部为一卡入槽,而该勾入部则为一卡勾。
