Description

连接结构及眼镜架 技术领域
本申请涉及眼镜的技术领域,尤其涉及一种连接结构及眼镜架。
背景技术
眼镜是由镜片和镜架组合起来的,用来改善视力、保护眼睛或作装饰用途。眼镜架是眼镜的重要组成部分,主要起到支撑眼镜片的作用,材质主要有金属、塑料或树脂、天然材料等。如图1所示,眼镜架通常由镜圈、鼻托、桩头1和镜腿2等主要部分构成,除上述部件外,还有脚套、托叶螺丝、铰链螺丝等。
眼镜在实际使用过程中,由于使用不当或外力影响,尤其是眼镜架的桩头与镜腿铰接处,因在佩戴和存放的过程中,需频繁对镜腿进行张开和收合的动作,容易发生断裂或损坏,而眼镜架损坏后通常需要更换新眼镜架,在此期间没有眼镜佩戴,会给使用者的生活带来十分的不便及困扰。
为解决上述问题,目前通常会在镜腿与桩头铰接处粘贴胶带,以临时对镜腿进行固位,但是镜腿在使用过程中张开和收合时,容易使得胶带开裂,或者只能保持一种位置关系,比如一直处于张开状态,不能收合,无法让使用者满意。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对眼镜架断裂后难修复的问题,提供一种连接结构及眼镜架。
一方面,本实用新型提供了一种连接结构,包括:
第一连接部,用于与眼镜架的桩头连接;
第二连接部,用于与眼镜架的镜腿连接;及
肋部,分别与所述第一连接部及所述第二连接部连接,以允许所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相对弯折或张开。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一连接部远离所述肋部的一端设有套接孔,和/或所述第二连接部远离所述肋部的一端设有套接孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述套接孔包括远离所述肋部的第一端及靠近所述肋部的第二端,所述套接孔自所述第一端向第二端方向,被构造为具有线性增大或间断增大的径向尺寸。
在其中一个实施例中,所述套接孔为锥形孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一连接部和/或所述第二连接部呈锥形状体,所述套接孔为通孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述肋部的弹性模量小于所述第一连接部及所述第二连接部的弹性模量。
在其中一个实施例中,所述肋部包括多个镂空区域。
在其中一个实施例中,多个所述镂空区域沿轴向间隔布置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述肋部、所述第一连接部及所述第二连接部一体成型设置。
另一方面,本申请还提供了一种眼镜架,包括眼镜圈、桩头、镜腿及上述的连接结构,所述桩头设置在所述眼镜圈侧部,所述第一连接部与所述桩头可拆卸连接,所述第二连接部与所述镜腿可拆卸连接。
上述连接结构及眼镜架,将第一连接部与桩头连接,第二连接部与镜腿连接,第一连接部与第二连接部通过肋部连接,且肋部可允许第一连接部与第二连接部相对弯折或张开,进而带动镜腿与桩头相对闭合或张开,快速实现眼镜架的修复,结构简单,使用便利。

为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请。但是本申请能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本申请内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本申请不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“轴向”、“径向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
参阅图2及图3,本申请一实施例提供的连接结构,用于将眼镜架的桩头与镜腿连接,包括第一连接部10、第二连接部20及肋部30,第一连接部10用于与眼镜架的桩头连接,第二连接部20用于与眼镜架的镜腿连接,肋部30分别与第一连接部10及第二连接部20连接,以允许第一连接部10与第二连接部20相对弯折或张开。
在使用过程中,将第一连接部10与桩头连接,第二连接部20与镜腿连接,第一连接部10与第二连接部20通过肋部30连接,且肋部30可允许第一连接部10与第二连接部20相对弯折或张开,进而带动镜腿与桩头相对闭合或张开,快速实现眼镜架的修复,结构简单,使用便利。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,第一连接部10远离肋部30的一端可开设有套接孔40,和/或第二连接部20远离肋部30的一端也可开设有套接孔40,进而桩头可插入第一连接部10的套接孔40内,以与第一连接部10可拆卸连接,镜腿可插入第二连接部20的套接孔40内,以与第二连接部20可拆卸连接,当眼镜架发生断裂或损坏时,可快速对桩头与镜腿连接,从而将眼镜圈与镜腿安装在一起。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,套接孔40包括远离肋部30的第一端410及靠近肋部30的第二端420,套接孔40自第一端410向第二端420方向,被构造为具有线性增大或间断增大的径向尺寸。如此,套接孔40具有多个不同径向尺寸即不同孔径,且沿第一端410向第二端420越来越大,在使用过程中,可根据不同尺寸规格的眼镜架,截取相匹配的部位来实现第一连接部10与桩头的套接,第二连接部20与镜腿的套接,灵活匹配,结构简单,通用性强。进一步地,套接孔40为锥形孔,加工方便,且可适应套接孔40锥形孔径范围内的各种规格的眼镜架的修复。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,第一连接部10呈锥形状体,和/或第二连接部20呈锥形状体,且套接孔40通过通孔的形式设于对应的第一连接部10及第二连接部20。如此,将第一连接部10与第二连接部20的外形也匹配呈锥形状,相较于圆柱形等外形,不占用额外的佩戴空间,外形美观服帖。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,肋部30的弹性模量小于第一连接部10及第二连接部20的弹性模量。对弹性体施加一个外界作用力,弹性体会发生形状的改变(称为“形变”),“弹性模量”的一般定义是:单向应力状态下应力除以该方向的应变。因此,将肋部30的弹性模量低于第一连接部10与第二连接部20,在同样的作用力下,肋部30容易变形,以适应弯折和张开,使用方便。进一步地,肋部30、第一连接部10及第二连接部20可选用硅橡胶材质,弹性优良,可重复多次使用,使用寿命长。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,肋部30、第一连接部10及第二连接部20一体成型设置,结构牢固,加工便利。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,肋部30包括多个缕空区域310。进一步地,多个缕空区域310沿轴向间隔布置,如图2及图3所示,以连接结构的轴向为基准,多个缕空区域310间隔布置,缕空区域310呈条形状,结构简单,加工便利。在其他实施例中,缕空区域310也可呈圆形状,间隔布置,能降低肋部30的弹性模量即可。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,肋部30包括沿第一方向布置的主体部320,及设于两个主体部320之间沿第二方向布置的支撑部330,相邻的支撑部330之间形成缕空区域310,第一方向与第二方向相交。
在上述连接结构的实施例中,第一方向与第二方向垂直,在保证连接结构的整体结构强度的前提下,有效降低肋部30的弹性模量,便于实现镜腿相对眼 镜圈的闭合和张开。
本申请还提供了一种眼镜架,包括眼镜圈、桩头、镜腿及上述的连接结构,桩头设于眼镜圈侧部,第一连接部10与桩头可拆卸连接,第二连接部20与镜腿可拆卸连接。在使用过程中,将第一连接部10与桩头连接,第二连接部20与镜腿连接,第一连接部10与第二连接部20通过肋部30连接,且肋部30可允许第一连接部10与第二连接部20相对弯折或张开,进而带动镜腿与桩头相对闭合或张开,快速实现眼镜架的修复,结构简单,使用便利。
在上述眼镜架的实施例中,在使用过程中,肋部30位于镜腿外侧,不占用两镜腿之间的空间,提升使用者使用的舒适度。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
    第一连接部,用于与眼镜架的桩头连接;
    第二连接部,用于与眼镜架的镜腿连接;及
    肋部,分别与所述第一连接部及所述第二连接部连接,以允许所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相对弯折或张开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部远离所述肋部的一端设有套接孔,和/或所述第二连接部远离所述肋部的一端设有套接孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述套接孔包括远离所述肋部的第一端及靠近所述肋部的第二端,所述套接孔自所述第一端向第二端方向,被构造为具有线性增大或间断增大的径向尺寸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述套接孔为锥形孔。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和/或所述第二连接部呈锥形状体,所述套接孔为通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述肋部的弹性模量小于所述第一连接部及所述第二连接部的弹性模量。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述肋部包括多个镂空区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的连接结构,其特征在于,多个所述镂空区域沿轴向间隔布置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述肋部、所述第一连接部及所述第二连接部一体成型设置。
  10. 一种眼镜架,其特征在于,包括眼镜圈、桩头、镜腿及权利要求1-9 任一项所述的连接结构,所述桩头设置在所述眼镜圈侧部,所述第一连接部与所述桩头可拆卸连接,所述第二连接部与所述镜腿可拆卸连接。
