Abstract
一种降温装置,包括至少一固定件(1)以及至少一降温单元(2)。固定件(1)的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件(11)。降温单元(2)包含接合层(21)、降温组合物(22)及包覆层(23)。接合层(21)的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件(211),降温组合物(22)设于接合层(21)的另一表面,及包覆层(23)包覆降温组合物(22)及接合层(21)的另一表面。降温装置通过可拆卸的方式设置于固定件(1),可达到重复使用、实时移除、避免皮肤与降温装置的直接接触及操作容易。通过降温单元(2)的外观进行阵列排列,可以完整包覆需要施用降温装置的部位而不会影响其他不须降温的部位。
Description
本发明涉及一种降温装置,特别是涉及一种具有固定件的降温装置。
冰敷常用于急性伤害的物理治疗,但冰敷常造成如冻伤等不良效果。再者,现有市面上的冰敷袋,由于具有一定的面积,因此冰敷小区域可能会造成其他区域的不适。
对于运动员来说,局部冰敷过久会造成肌力、速度、爆发性及灵活性的降低。进行医学美容手术后,患部因血肿对温度的敏感度较差,冰敷过久易酿冻伤。幼童的皮下脂肪则有较多的饱和脂肪酸,其特性为熔点高,因此接触低温时较易冻伤。此外,部分年长者对冷热反应不良,或无法明确表达身体不适,因此使用冰敷时更要谨慎利用。
故,如何提升冰敷袋整体的效果,又不会造成不良效果,已成为该项事业所欲解决的重要课题之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足提供一种降温装置,包括固定件以及降温单元。所述固定件的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件。所述降温单元包含接合层、降温组合物及包覆层,其中,所述接合层的表面设有另一弹性粘扣带组件,所述降温组合物设于所述接合层的另一表面,及所述包覆层包覆所述降温组合物及所述接合层的所述另一表面。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明所采用的另外一技术方案是提供一种降温装置,其由至少一固定件及复数个降温单元所排列组成,所述复数个降温单元的边缘为相邻接并呈现阵列的排列方式。
本发明的其中有益效果在于,本发明所提供的降温装置,其能通过可拆卸的方式设置于固定件,可达到重复使用、实时移除、避免皮肤与降温装置的直接接触及操作容易。此外,本发明所提供的降温装置,其能通过降温单元的外观进行阵列排列,可以完整包覆需要施用降温装置的部位而不会影响其他不须降温的部位。

第一实施例
请参阅图1所示,本发明第一实施例提供一种降温装置,其包括:固定件1以及降温单元2。
所述固定件1可以视使用者需求及施用于身体的部分以粘着或穿戴等方式固定于使用者的皮肤表面。举例来说,所述固定件1可以为弹性且可挠性织物,可固定于手臂与腿等非关节处。另一方面,所述固定件1可以为弹性治疗胶带(肌效贴),可粘着于关节等较不易固定的部位。
在本实施例中,所述固定件1的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件11。也就是说,所述弹性且可挠性织物或所述弹性治疗胶带的表面设有所述弹性粘扣带组件11。
所述降温单元2包含接合层21、降温组合物22及包覆层23。
所述接合层21的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件211。在本实施例中,所述降温单元2以粘扣的方式可拆卸的设置在所述固定件1上,也即所述固定件1的所述弹性粘扣带组件11及所述降温单元2的所述接合层21的所述弹性粘扣带组件211为相对应的粘扣带组件,所述固定件1的所述弹性粘扣带组件11可为环状结构或钩状结构,所述降温单元2的所述接合层21的所述弹性粘扣带组件211可为钩状结构或环状结构,所述固定件1的所述弹性粘扣带组件11及所述降温单元2的所述接合层21的所述弹性粘扣带组件211分别相互粘扣,使所述降温单元2可拆卸的设置于所述固定件1 的所述表面。更进一步,所述接合层21也可设有可重复使用且可固定于所述固定件1的材料,举例来说,如水凝胶、硅胶贴片或乳胶贴片等,但不予限制。
所述降温组合物22设于所述接合层21的另一表面。所述降温组合物22的组成成分为用于达到稳定且保冷的效果。在本实施例中,所述降温组合物22包含水、丙二醇及水乳剂。在较佳实施例中,所述水乳剂可为感温变色水乳剂,所述感温变色水乳剂在温度较低时呈现深蓝色,由低温回复至常温时则变为浅蓝色,以使使用者视所需更换或调整。在本实施例中,所述降温组合物22所包含的水、丙二醇及水乳剂的体积比例为4-6:0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5,在所述体积比例下,水、丙二醇及水乳剂可以完全混合,并且可持续15~20分钟的保冷效果。在较佳实施例中,所述降温组合物22可以还包含高分子吸水树脂,以制成较干的保冷凝胶。
所述包覆层23包覆所述降温组合物22及所述接合层21的所述另一表面,使所述降温组合物22容装于内并使所述降温单元2形成外观形状。所述包覆层23的材质可根据所述降温单元2的形状、所述降温组合物22的组成成分或所述降温组合物22的体积而加以选择,但不予限制。在本实施例中,所述包覆层23的材质为可热塑且可使用高周波加工的透明、半透明或不透明的软质或硬质的塑料材料,其较佳为聚氯乙烯(Polyvinylchloride,PVC)或聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP),可使所述降温单元2长时间使用而不易损坏。
请参阅图2,其呈现本发明第一实施例的降温装置施用于膝盖的使用状态图。在本实施例中,所述降温单元2呈现爪形外观,但本发明的实施并不以此为限。例如,所述降温单元2的外观能够呈现三角形、正方形、长方形、五角形、六角形或八角形。在本实施例中,爪形外观的所述降温单元2为可适用于关节部位,例如手腕、手肘或膝盖等部位,但不予限定。施用时,先在膝盖需要施用降温装置的部位粘着至少一所述固定件1(例如,至少一弹性治疗胶带(肌效贴)),其可顺着膝盖部位的肌肉纹路或是根据使用者的需求进行粘着。在本实施例中,所述膝盖需要施用降温装置的部位为粘着二弹性治疗胶带(肌效贴),其呈现十字交叉状,但不予限定。再将预先降温的至少一所述降温单元2通过所述降温单元2的所述接合层21的所述弹性粘扣带组件211与所述固定件1的所述弹性粘扣带组件11互相粘扣至所述膝盖需要施用降温装置的部位。如所述膝盖需要施用降温装置的部位需要施用复数个所述降温单元2,则复数个所述降温单元2于所述膝盖需要施用降温装置的部位可以其边缘为相邻接并呈现阵列的排列方式进行阵列排列,以使复数个所述降温单元2可以完整包覆所述膝盖需要施用降温装置的部位,达到较佳的降温效果。图2所示为所述降温单元2的例示性配置,但不予限定。在降温过程中,如任一降温单元2的颜色变为浅蓝色,则可将所述降温单元2自所述固定件1移除并更换使用另一预先降 温的所述降温单元2。
第二实施例
请参阅图3,其呈现本发明第二实施例的降温装置施用于儿童发烧时额头的使用状态图。其与第一实施例的差异在于,在本实施例中,所述降温单元2呈现Y形外观。
在本实施例中,Y形外观的所述降温单元2为可适用于儿童发烧时施用于额头部位,但不予限定。施用时,先在额头需要施用降温装置的部位粘着至少一所述固定件1(例如,至少一弹性治疗胶带(肌效贴)),其可根据使用者的需求进行粘着。在本实施例中,所述额头需要施用降温装置的部位为粘着横向弹性治疗胶带(肌效贴),但不予限定。再将预先降温的所述降温单元2通过所述降温单元2的所述接合层21的所述弹性粘扣带组件211与所述固定件1的所述弹性粘扣带组件11互相粘扣至所述额头需要施用降温装置的部位。如所述额头需要施用降温装置的部位需要施用复数个所述降温单元2,则复数个所述降温单元2于所述额头需要施用降温装置的部位可以其边缘为相邻接并呈现阵列的排列方式进行阵列排列,以使所述复数个降温单元2可以完整包覆所述额头需要施用降温装置的部位,达到较佳的降温效果。图3所示为所述降温单元2的例示性配置,但不予限定。在降温过程中,如任一降温单元2的颜色变为浅蓝色,则可将所述降温单元2自所述固定件1移除并更换使用另一预先降温的所述降温单元2。
第三实施例
请参阅图4,其呈现本发明第三实施例的降温装置施用于医学美容手术后脸部患处的使用状态图。其与第一实施例的差异在于,在本实施例中,所述降温单元2呈现圆弧形外观。
在本实施例中,圆弧形外观的所述降温单元2为可适用于医学美容手术后脸部患处,但不予限定。施用时,先在脸部至少一需要施用降温装置的部位粘着至少一所述固定件1(例如,至少一弹性治疗胶带(肌效贴)),其可根据使用者的需求进行粘着。在本实施例中,所述脸部需要施用降温装置的部位为粘着弹性治疗胶带(肌效贴),但不予限定。再将预先降温的所述降温单元2通过所述降温单元2的所述接合层21的所述弹性粘扣带组件211与所述固定件1的所述弹性粘扣带组件11互相粘扣至所述脸部需要施用降温装置的部位。如所述脸部需要施用降温装置的部位需要施用复数个所述降温单元2,则复数个所述降温单元2于所述脸部需要施用降温装置的部位可以其边缘为相邻接并呈现阵列的排列方式进行阵列排列,以使复数个所述降温单元2可以完整包覆所述脸部需要施用降温装置的部位,达到较佳的降温效果。图4所示为所述降温单元2的例示性配置,但不予限定。在降温过程中,如任一降温单元2的颜色变为浅蓝色,则可将所述降温单元2自所述固定件1移除并更换使用另一预先降温的所述降温单元2。此外,可适用于医学美容手术后脸部患处的所述降温单元2也可于所述接 合层21设有可重复使用的硅胶贴片以取代所述弹性粘扣带组件211,此时,所述降温单元2可粘接至所述固定件1或可直接粘接至脸部需要施用降温装置的皮肤表面。
然而,上述所举的例子只是其中可行的实施例而并非用以限定本发明。
实施例的有益效果
本发明的其中有益效果在于,本发明所提供的降温装置,其能通过可拆卸的方式设置于固定件,可达到重复使用、实时移除、避免皮肤与降温装置的直接接触及操作容易。
更进一步来说,本发明所提供的降温装置,其能通过降温单元的外观进行阵列排列,可以完整包覆需要施用降温装置的部位而不会影响其他不须降温的部位。

Claims (10)
- 一种降温装置,其特征在于,所述降温装置包括:固定件,所述固定件的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件;以及降温单元,所述降温单元包含接合层、降温组合物及包覆层,其中,所述接合层的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件,所述降温组合物设于所述接合层的另一表面,及所述包覆层包覆所述降温组合物及所述接合层的所述另一表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述固定件还包含弹性治疗胶带,所述弹性治疗胶带设于所述固定件的另一表面上。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述降温单元呈现爪形外观或Y形外观。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述降温单元呈现圆弧形外观。
- 根据权利要求1所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述降温组合物包含水、丙二醇及水乳剂。
- 根据权利要求5所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述水乳剂为感温变色水乳剂。
- 根据权利要求5所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述降温组合物包含的水、丙二醇及水乳剂的体积比例为4-6:0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5。
- 根据权利要求5所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述降温组合物还包含高分子吸水树脂。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的降温装置,其特征在于,所述包覆层的材质为聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯。
- 一种降温装置,其特征在于,所述降温装置包括:至少一固定件,所述至少一固定件的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件;以及复数个降温单元,每一所述降温单元包含接合层、降温组合物及包覆层,所述接合层的表面设有弹性粘扣带组件,所述降温组合物设于所述接合层的另一表面,及所述包覆层包覆所述降温组合物及所述接合层的所述另一表面;其中,复数个所述降温单元的边缘为彼此相邻接并呈现阵列的排列方式。
