背景技术
数字广播具备电子节目表(EPG(Electronic Program Guide))的机制,仅通过按压接收机的遥控器的按钮,就显示当日或者一周之内的节目表,能够进行广播时间、出演者等节目内容的显示、希望知道的信息的检索、节目的收看预约、录像预约。
另外,在广播中,可能进行节目的介绍、宣传并且告知将来的广播日期时间的广播预告。但是,广播接收机中接收的EPG信息(以下,称为节目表信息)中包含的节目信息仅限于从节目表信息的获取时起规定的期间内广播的节目的信息。该期间之后广播的节目的信息不包含于节目表信息中,不能进行录像预约。
因此,例如,关于接收到的节目表信息中不包含该节目信息的未来的节目,即使存在广播预告,在该时刻也不能进行与该广播预告相应的录像预约。为了对该未来节目进行录像,需要之后该未来节目的信息获取为节目表信息之后,用户重新进行录像预约操作。

发明内容
本申请的目的在于,提供一种能够基于与未来节目有关的广播预告节目来进行录像预约的显示装置以及用于显示装置的方法。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来对本申请的实施方式详细进行说明。
第1实施方式
图1是表示包含本申请的第1实施方式所涉及的录像预约装置(显示装置)的电视接收机等的接收装置的框图。
本实施方式自动获取并记录广播预告节目的内容,根据用户的录像预约操作,自动执行基于记录的信息的录像预约。由此,能够在广播预告的未来节目的信息作为节目表信息而被获取之前接受录像预约操作,能够明显提高方便性。
图1中,通过未图示的天线而接收的电视广播信号(RF输入)被输入到广播数据接收部10。广播数据接收部10包含调谐器11以及解码器12。RF输入被提供给调谐器11。调谐器11被控制电路21控制(省略图示),选择所希望的频道的广播信号,将该选择的广播信号输出给解码器12。
解码器12被控制电路21控制(省略图示),进行解码处理。即,解码器12对由调谐器11选择的广播信号进行解调,得到包含所希望的节目的传输流。解码器12进行传输流(TS)被复用的信号的TS解码处理,得到所希望的节目的数字视像数据以及声音数据。这些视像数据以及声音数据被提供给信号处理部20。

在信号处理部20,设置控制电路21。控制电路21对包含图1的数字电视广播接收装置中的各种接收动作的其全部动作进行统一控制。控制电路21可以包含使用了CPU(Central Processing Unit)、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等的处理器,可以根据未图示的存储器中存储的程序或计算机指令而进行动作并控制各部,也可以通过硬件的电子电路来实现功能的一部分或者全部。

在本实施方式中,在信号处理部20,设置声音检测部25。来自解码器12的声音数据也被提供给声音检测部25。作为录像预约相关信息获取部的声音检测部25通过公知的声音识别处理以及自然语言解析处理等,对广播节目中的声音的内容进行解析。声音检测部25根据解析结果,判断当前广播中的节目是否为对预定将来广播的节目(以下,称为广播预定节目)的广播进行预告的广播预告节目。声音检测部25在判断为当前广播中的节目是广播预告节目的情况下,对该广播预告节目的内容之中广播预定节目的录像预约所需的信息(以下,称为录像预约相关信息)进行收集,将收集的录像预约相关信息提供给记录部26,与当前时刻的信息一起进行记录。记录部26包含硬盘、存储器介质等的规定的记录介质。
例如,作为录像预约相关信息,考虑广播预定节目的广播频道、广播开始日期时间、广播结束日期时间的信息等。例如,声音检测部25若检测广播 中的节目的声音中包含“〇月〇日〇时广播”、“今夜〇时广播”等的语句,则将基于这些语句的广播开始日期时间、当前的接收频道的信息作为针对广播预定节目的录像预约相关信息,记录于记录部26。另外,由于录像预约利用节目表信息而进行,因此作为录像预约相关信息,是能够通过节目表信息来确定录像预约的节目的信息即可,不仅可以是广播开始日期时间的信息,例如也可以是广播预定节目的节目名的信息。
此外,声音检测部25也可以在不进行当前广播中的节目是否为广播预告节目的判断的情况下,若检测到广播中的节目中包含的“〇月〇日〇时广播”、“今夜〇时广播”等的语句,则将这些语句作为录像预约相关信息而记录于记录部26。另外,声音检测部25可以仅将最新的录像预约相关信息保存于记录部26,此外,也可以将规定期间的录像预约相关信息保存于记录部26,此外,也可以将规定个数的录像预约相关信息保存于记录部26。
控制电路21基于针对记录于记录部26的节目表信息中包含节目信息的未来节目的用户的通常的录像预约操作,生成录像预约信息。另外,该情况下的录像预约信息例如是基于用户针对节目表的录像预约操作而控制电路21生成的,控制电路21使用节目表信息中的预约录像所需的信息来生成录像预约信息。控制电路21将生成的录像预约信息记录于记录部26。从定时器电路27向控制电路21提供时刻信息。控制电路21使用来自定时器电路27的时刻信息,产生基于被记录的录像预约信息的录像指示指令并输出给录像处理部24。
在本实施方式中,控制电路21能够基于针对记录部26中记录的节目表信息中不包含节目信息的广播预定节目的用户的录像预约操作(以下,称为基于广播预告的录像预约操作)来生成录像预约信息。另外,通过将基于广播预告的录像预约操作预先分配给远程控制器的规定的键,用户也能够通过一键式操作来进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作。
即,控制电路21若被赋予与基于广播预告的录像预约操作相应的操作信息,则将该操作信息的输入作为触发,将该操作信息的输入定时前的最近记 录的录像预约相关信息设定给录像预约的对象,即录像预约预定信息。例如,控制电路21也可以通过对记录部26中记录的录像预约相关信息追加表示是录像预约预定信息的标志,来设定录像预约预定信息。
另外,考虑误操作,在从录像预约相关信息的最后的记录起经过了规定期间以后进行了基于广播预告的录像预约操作的情况下,该操作也可以设为误操作,不将最后被记录的录像预约相关信息设定为录像预约预定信息。此外,也可以不仅基于广播预告的录像预约操作的之前被记录的录像预约相关信息,用户也可以能够任意地指定对录像预约预定信息设定的录像预约相关信息。
控制电路21通过录像预约预定信息中设定的录像预约相关信息中的录像开始日期时间的信息与来自定时器电路27的时刻信息的比较,来判断广播预定节目的节目信息是否包含于记录部26中记录的节目表信息,在包含于节目表信息的情况下,基于录像预约相关信息,从节目表信息获取广播预定节目的节目信息,基于获取到的信息,生成录像预约信息并记录于记录部26。控制电路21参照录像预约信息,若通过来自定时器电路27的时刻信息检测达到预约录像开始时刻,则产生基于录像预约信息的录像指示指令,将产生的录像指示指令输出给录像处理部24。
另外,控制电路21也可以每当记录部26中记录的节目表信息被更新,则从节目表信息检索录像预约相关信息所对应的节目的节目信息,在检索到该节目信息的情况下,生成录像预约信息。
该情况下,即使在录像预约预定信息中设定的录像预约相关信息中不包含录像开始日期时间的信息而仅包含广播节目名的信息的情况下,针对广播预定节目也能够进行录像预约信息的生成。
另外,用户可以通过未图示的远程控制器,进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作,此外,也可以通过声音操作,进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作。
此外,不仅信号处理部20中的控制电路21,广播数据接收部10中的各部、信号处理部20中的各部、输出控制部31也可以包含使用了CPU、FPGA 等的处理器,可以根据未图示的存储器中存储的程序来进行动作并控制各部,也可以通过硬件的电子电路来实现功能的一部分或者全部。
接下来,参照图2对这样构成的实施方式的动作进行说明。图2是用于对第1实施方式的动作进行说明的流程图。
通过天线而接收的电视广播信号(RF输入)被输入到广播数据接收部10的调谐器11。调谐器11被控制电路21控制,选择所希望的频道的广播信号,将该选择的广播信号输出给解码器12。解码器12被控制电路21控制,对选择的广播信号进行解调,得到包含所希望的节目的传输流。解码器12进行传输流(TS)被复用的信号的TS解码处理,得到所希望的节目的数字的视像数据以及声音数据。这些视像数据以及声音数据提供给信号处理部20。
信号处理部20的视像以及声音处理部22在对从解码器12提供的数字的视像数据实施了规定的数字信号处理后,输出给输出控制部31。输出控制部31将视像信号输出给显示部32,将声音信号输出给声音输出部33。这样,广播节目的视像被显示在显示部32,声音被从声音输出部33声音输出。
此外,解码器12获取数字广播中包含的附加信息,输出给信号处理部20。信号处理部20的节目表管理部23获取附加信息之中的节目表信息,将获取的节目表信息提供给记录部26并记录。
在本实施方式中,来自解码器12的声音数据也被提供给声音检测部25。声音检测部25在图2的步骤S1中,解析广播节目中的声音的内容,对广播预告节目(CM)的内容之中的广播预定节目的录像所需的录像预约相关信息进行收集。例如,声音检测部25若从广播中的节目检测到“在〇频道从〇月〇日〇时广播”等的语句,则获取〇频道、〇月〇日〇时等的录像预约相关信息。声音检测部25将获取到的录像预约相关信息提供给记录部26并记录。在本实施方式中,声音检测部25在广播信号的接收中依次收集录像预约相关信息,并记录于记录部26。
控制电路21确认来自用户的中断(S2)。即,控制电路21根据来自遥控器接收部41、声音接收部42的操作信息,确认是否产生用户所进行的基于 广播预告的录像预约操作。在未产生中断的情况下,将处理返回到步骤S1,反复步骤S1、S2。
这里,用户收看广播中的广播预告节目,希望该广播预告节目中介绍的广播预定节目的录像预约。该情况下,用户操作远程控制器等,进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作。控制电路21若接收基于该操作的操作信息,则将处理移至步骤S3,读取记录部26中记录的录像预约相关信息之中的最新的信息,获取广播开始日期时间等的信息。控制电路21判断是否获取包含到获取的广播开始日期时间为止的节目的信息的节目表信息、即获取到的广播开始日期时间的节目(广播预定节目)的节目信息(对象的节目信息)是否已经包含于节目表信息(S4)。
在通过录像预约相关信息而确定的广播预定节目的节目信息已经包含于节目表信息中的情况下,控制电路21在步骤S5中,实施录像预约。即,从节目表信息获取针对广播预定节目的节目信息,生成录像预约信息。
因此,用户不需要进行显示节目表并选择广播预定节目的操作,能够通过简单的操作来进行广播预定节目的录像预约。
另一方面,在广播预告节目的广播时刻未接收包含广播预定节目的节目信息的节目表信息的情况下,控制电路21移至步骤S6,将步骤S3中读取的录像预约相关信息设定为录像预约预定信息,保持于记录部26,直到获取到包含到广播预定节目的广播开始日期时间为止的节目信息(对象的节目信息)的节目表信息。控制电路21在该期间待机(S7)。另外,控制电路21可以根据来自定时器电路27的时刻信息判断待机的期间,此外,也可以每当节目表信息的获取则进行检索处理并判断待机的期间。
控制电路21若获取包含广播预定节目的节目信息的节目表信息,则读取录像预约预定信息中设定的录像预约相关信息,实施录像预约(S8)。即,从节目表信息获取针对广播预定节目的节目信息,生成录像预约信息。控制电路21参照录像预约信息,根据来自定时器电路27的时刻信息来检测达到预约录像开始时刻,则产生基于录像预约信息的录像指示指令,将产生的录 像指示指令输出给录像处理部24。录像处理部24若从控制电路21赋予录像指示指令,则根据该录像指示指令,控制节目录像部35的录像。这样,可进行广播预定节目的预约录像。
这样,在本实施方式中,从广播预告节目自动获取并记录广播预定节目的录像预约所需的录像预约相关信息,根据基于用户的广播预告的录像预约操作,使用记录的录像预约相关信息来自动执行录像预约。由此,能够在被广播预告的未来节目的信息被获取为节目表信息之前接受录像预约操作,能够显著提高方便性。即,用户在希望收看通过广播预告节目而介绍的广播预定节目时,不需要立刻进行节目表的检索操作,能够通过简单的录像预约操作来进行录像预约。并且,针对广播预定节目不存在于节目表、本来不能进行录像预约的未来节目也能够预先进行录像预约。
第2实施方式
图3是表示第2实施方式的框图。图3中,针对与图1相同的结构要素赋予相同符号并省略说明。

图3中,信号处理部50在取代声音检测部25而采用视像解析部51这方面与图1的信号处理部20不同。从解码器12向信号处理部50的视像解析部51提供视像数据。作为录像预约相关信息获取部的视像解析部51可以包含使用了CPU、FPGA等的处理器,也可以根据未图示的存储器中存储的程序来进行动作并控制各部,也可以通过硬件的电子电路来实现功能的一部分或者全部。另外,视像解析部51为了解析处理,而具有将来自解码器12的视像数据保持规定期间的未图示的缓存电路。
在本实施方式中,若发生用户所进行的基于广播预告的录像预约操作导致的中断,则控制电路21对视像解析部51委托解析处理。例如,用户在希望通过广播预约节目而介绍的广播预定节目的录像预约的情况下,在广播预告节目的广播中,通过远程控制器等来进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作。
视像解析部51若从控制电路21接受解析处理的委托,则捕获基于来自解码器12的视像数据的图像并保持于缓存电路。视像解析部51通过针对捕获的图像的公知的图像解析处理、视像数据中包含的文本信息,对广播节目中的视像的内容进行解析。视像解析部51从捕获的广播预告节目内的视像来收集广播预定节目的录像预约所需的录像预约相关信息,将收集的录像预约相关信息提供给记录部26,并与当前时刻的信息一起进行记录。
另外,作为录像预约相关信息,采用广播预定节目的广播频道、广播开始日期时间、广播结束日期时间的信息等与第1实施方式相同。
此外,视像解析部51也可以将录像预约相关信息的收集委托于云60上的计算机(未图示)。该情况下,视像解析部51经由与云60之间进行通信的未图示的接口电路来将从解码器12提供的视像数据、捕获的图像发送给云60。云60上的计算机对图像、视像数据进行解析,收集录像预约相关信息,将收集的录像预约相关信息发送给视像解析部51。视像解析部51将从云60提供的录像预约相关信息提供给记录部26并进行记录。
在本实施方式中,控制电路21每当记录部26中记录录像预约相关信息,则执行与第1实施方式同样的录像预约处理。
接下来,参照图4对这样构成的实施方式的动作进行说明。图4是用于对第2实施方式的动作进行说明的流程图。图4中,对与图2相同的步骤赋予相同符号并省略说明。
控制电路21确认来自用户的中断(S10)。即,控制电路21通过来自遥控器接收部41、声音接收部42等的操作信息,确认是否产生用户所进行的基于广播预告的录像预约操作。控制电路21反复步骤S10直到产生中断。
现在,设为用户希望通过当前广播中的广播预告节目而介绍的广播预定节目的录像预约。该情况下,用户在广播预告节目的广播中,进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作。若产生该中断,则控制电路21将录像预约相关信息的收集委托于视像解析部51。
视像解析部51在步骤S11中,捕获基于来自解码器12的视像数据的图 像,解析广播预定节目的内容,基于解析结果来获取录像预约相关信息。另外,视像解析部51也可以将视像数据、捕获的图像发送给云60,委托录像预约相关信息的收集。视像解析部51将获取的录像预约相关信息记录于记录部26。
接下来,控制电路21读取记录部26中记录的录像预约相关信息,获取广播开始日期时间等的信息(S12)。以后的作用与第1实施方式同样。即,控制电路21在步骤S5中基于录像预约相关信息来生成录像预约信息,或者在步骤S6中对录像预约相关信息设定并保持录像预约预定信息。并且,若广播预定节目的节目信息包含在节目表信息中,则控制电路21在步骤S8中,基于设定有录像预约预定信息的录像预约相关信息来生成录像预约信息。
这样,在本实施方式中,也能够得到与第1实施方式同样的效果。
另外,在第1实施方式中也与本实施方式同样地,也可以通过利用了云的声音解析,获取录像预约相关信息。
变形例1
另外,在上述说明中,对在产生用户的基于广播预告的录像预约操作所导致的中断的情况下,视像解析部51收集录像预约相关信息的例子进行了说明,但也可以与第1实施方式同样地,视像解析部51一直进行用于录像预约相关信息的获取的解析或者向云60的委托。
例如,视像解析部51也可以根据解析结果,判断当前广播中的节目是否为预告广播预定节目的广播的广播预告节目,在判断为当前广播中的节目是广播预告节目的情况下,从该广播预告节目内的视像收集广播预定节目的录像预约所需的录像预约相关信息,将收集的录像预约相关信息提供给记录部26,与当前时刻的信息一起进行记录。
此外,视像解析部51也可以不进行当前广播中的节目是否为广播预告节目的判断,若检测到广播中的节目中的视像中包含的“〇月〇日〇时广播”、“今夜〇时广播”等的语句,则将这些语句作为录像预约相关信息而记录于记录部26。
在该情况下,用户在广播预告节目的收看后进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作即可。每当发生用户所进行的基于广播预告的录像预约操作所导致的中断,控制电路21执行与第1实施方式同样的录像预约处理。
变形例2
在上述第1实施方式中,用户需要在广播预告节目的广播中进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作。另一方面,在变形例1中,虽然在广播预告节目的结束后用户进行了基于广播预告的录像预约操作的情况下能够进行录像预约处理,但由于一直进行基于视像解析部51或者云60上的计算机的解析处理,因此处理的负荷较大。因此,第2变形例将广播预告节目的视像数据记录于缓存电路。该情况下,用户在收看广播预告节目后的规定期间以内进行基于广播预告的录像预约操作即可。另外,在第2变形例中,视像解析部51中包含的缓存电路构成为具备将从解码器12提供的视像数据保持与广播预告节目的广播时间对应的规定的期间的容量。
若发生用户所进行的基于广播预告的录像预约操作导致的中断,则控制电路21对视像解析部51委托解析处理。缓存电路中依次存储从规定期间前到当前时刻的视像所对应的视像数据。视像解析部51若被从缓存电路21委托解析处理,则使用缓存电路中保持的视像数据来进行解析处理、向云60的解析委托。视像解析部51将这样获取的录像预约相关信息提供给记录部26并进行记录。
在该情况下,每当记录部26中记录录像预约相关信息,则控制电路21执行与第1实施方式同样的录像预约处理。由此,在本变形例中,能够减轻处理的负荷,并且即使在广播预告节目的结束后用户进行了基于广播预告的录像预约操作的情况下也能够进行录像预约处理。
第3实施方式
参照图5,说明第3实施方式的播放系统的整体构成例。图5是示出第3实施方式的播放系统的整体构成例的概要的图。播放系统具备电视装置2(电子设备)、场景(scene)信息服务器3(服务器装置)、以及节目统计信息 服务器4。电视装置2能够通过互联网等公共通信线路而与场景信息服务器3及节目统计信息服务器4进行通信。
电视装置2是能够对广播节目进行录像的广播接收机,并存储基于用户操作等录像了广播节目而得到的录像信息。
场景信息服务器3是能够经由网络而与电视装置2进行信息收发的服务器装置。场景信息服务器3存储已广播的广播节目的场景信息。所谓场景信息,是表示各广播节目中的各场景的标题、说明、出演人物、制作者等的信息。另外,在场景信息中还包含节目的广播日期时间、广播频道等用于识别节目的信息、该场景的广播时刻等信息。
节目统计信息服务器4是能够经由网络而与电视装置2进行信息收发的服务器装置。节目统计信息服务器4存储节目统计信息。所谓节目统计信息,是根据统计处理而表示节目的受欢迎的时刻的信息。作为此处所说的统计处理的例子,是指基于收视率的统计的处理、SNS(Social Networking Service:社会化网络服务)中的节目的评论(comment)数的统计的处理。

如图6所示,电视装置2具备输入端子202、调谐器203a~203g、信号处理部207、图形处理部208、声音处理部209、OSD(On Screen Display:屏上显示)信号生成部210以及视像处理部211。
图形处理部208对于从信号处理部207提供的数字的视像信号,叠加OSD信号生成部210中生成的OSD信号并输出到视像处理部211。图形处理部208也能够将从信号处理部207提供的数字的视像信号及OSD信号生成部210中生成的OSD信号之中的任意一方输出到视像处理部211。

图7是示出第3实施方式的电视装置2的部分构成例的框图。电视装置2具备:存储部241(图6的ROM216b、RAM216c及非易失性存储器216d、存储装置237);以及由CPU216a执行存储部241中存储的程序的结果而生成的功能模块的发送部242、获取部243和显示控制部244。
发送部242向外部装置发送各种信息。获取部243从外部装置获取各种信息、或读取存储在存储部241中的各种信息。
显示控制部244执行将各种信息显示于视像显示部233的显示处理。例如,显示控制部244根据用户的输入操作,使视像显示部233显示录像的数据的一览(在后详细叙述)。
此外,存储部241存储录像了广播节目而得到的信息,即录像信息。该录像信息是所谓的广播节目的内容信息。该广播节目的内容信息不仅包含上述的地面数字广播的广播节目、数字卫星广播的广播节目的录像信息,还包含经由有线电视的广播节目的内容信息、网络发布的广播节目的内容信息。另外,在该录像信息中包含录像对象的广播节目的种类(Genre)、广播开始时刻、及频道信息。另外,存储部241保持表示用户的兴趣的信息即喜好信息。在此,图8示出喜好信息的例子。如图8所示,在喜好信息中例如包含关于用户感兴趣的人、感兴趣的事物的信息。作为感兴趣的事物,也可以包含节目名。此外,喜好信息也可以分种类。例如,对于感兴趣的人,也可以分为音乐家、艺人等。
图9是示出第3实施方式的场景信息服务器3的整体构成例的框图。如图9所示,场景信息服务器3具备通信I/F301、操作部302、CPU303、存储器304及存储装置305。
通信I/F301是用于与外部装置之间的通信的接口。操作部302具有键盘、鼠标等输入设备、和显示器等显示设备。
存储装置305例如具备HDD、SSD等,存储各种信息。CPU303通过执行各种程序,从而控制场景信息服务器3的各组件。存储器304具备ROM、RAM等,存储CPU303进行的各种运算处理中使用的各种程序及各种数据等。
图10是示出第3实施方式的场景信息服务器3的部分构成例的框图。场景信息服务器3具备:存储部311(存储器304、存储装置305);以及由CPU303执行存储部311中存储的程序的结果而生成的功能模块的获取部312、发送部313和生成部314。
存储部311存储由CPU303执行的程序、DB(Data Base,数据库)。获取部312从外部装置获取各种信息。发送部313向外部装置发送各种信息。生成部314对于各节目,通过公知技术生成场景信息。生成部314将生成的场景信息存储到存储部311。
接下来,说明播放系统中的各构成的处理的流程。图11是示出第3实施方式的播放系统中的处理的流程图。图11所示的流程图的处理如下:在用户操作电视装置2的遥控器等使录像一览显示的情况下,将录像的节目与该录像一览一起进行预览(preview)显示的处理。
首先,电视装置2在用户通过操作而请求录像一览的显示的情况下,获取部243获取在存储部241中存储的录像信息(步骤S1),显示控制部244显示包含获取到的录像信息的一览在内的录像一览画面(步骤S2)。
在此,关于录像一览画面的例子,使用图12来说明。图12是示出录像一览的图。如图12所示,录像一览画面501包含录像一览502、以及预览显示部分503。录像一览502是显示关于录像信息的一览信息的区域。预览显示部分503是将在录像一览502中选择的录像信息的内容的一部分播放显示的 区域。
在图12所示的录像一览画面501中,若通过用户操作从录像一览502选择了录像节目,则显示控制部244向发送部242发送能够对被选择的录像节目的频道及开始时间等的节目进行确定的信息,将该信息向场景信息服务器3发送。
场景信息服务器3若获取到可以确定节目的信息,则将该节目的场景信息向电视装置2发送。电视装置2的获取部243从场景信息服务器3获取场景信息(步骤S3)。
另外,电视装置2的获取部243获取在存储部241中存储的喜好信息,显示控制部244检索与该喜好信息对应的场景信息(对象的场景信息)(步骤S4)。在存在对象的场景信息的情况下(步骤S5:是),显示控制部244将录像信息中的包含对象的场景信息所示的场景在内的部分的动态图像作为播放信息而提取,将该播放信息输出并显示到预览显示部分503(步骤S6)。
此外,在与喜好信息对应的场景信息存在多个的情况下,显示控制部244也可以按照播放顺序将包含所有的场景信息所示的场景在内的部分的动态图像作为播放信息而提取,将该播放信息输出并显示到预览显示部分503。在此情况下,显示控制部244能够将符合用户的喜好信息的所有的播放信息显示输出。
在与喜好信息对应的场景信息存在多个的情况下,显示控制部244也可以根据多个场景信息确定基于被选择的广播节目的种类和喜好信息的种类的场景信息,将包含确定的场景信息所示的场景在内的部分的动态图像作为播放信息而提取,将该播放信息显示输出到预览显示部分503。
例如,在与喜好信息中的感兴趣的人对应的场景信息存在多个的情况下,如果广播节目是音乐节目,则显示控制部244将作为音乐家的感兴趣的人的场景信息设为优先,如果是综艺节目,则显示控制部244将作为艺人的感兴趣的人的场景信息设为优先。在此情况下,显示控制部244显示以与节目的属性对应的喜好信息为基础的播放信息,因此,能够显示更符合用户的喜好 的播放信息。此外,也可以预先对喜好信息设定优先度,显示控制部244基于该优先度来确定对象的场景信息。
另外,在步骤S5中,在不存在对象的场景信息的情况下(步骤S5:否),获取部243从节目统计信息服务器4获取被选择的广播节目的统计信息,显示控制部244将录像信息中的包含统计信息所示的场景在内的部分的动态图像作为播放信息而提取,将该播放信息显示输出到预览显示部分503(步骤S7)。例如,显示控制部244将录像信息中的收视率最高的场景作为播放信息而提取。这样,即使在不存在与喜好信息对应的场景信息的情况下,显示控制部244也能够显示被推定为收看了节目的用户的评价高的部分的播放信息。此外,在步骤S7中,显示控制部244既可以与录像信息的内容无关地播放固定的秒数,也可以播放CM以外的最初的场景。
在上述的实施方式中,描述了在选择了录像节目的时刻获取该录像节目的场景信息的情况,但是,也可以预先获取场景信息。另外,在上述的实施方式中,描述了在播放系统中包含节目统计信息服务器4的情况,但是,也可以不包含节目统计信息服务器4。
在上述的实施方式中,描述了获取部243获取存储部241中存储的录像信息的情况,但是,也可经由网络等从外部装置获取录像信息。例如云上的服务器装置、VOD的管理服务器装置相当于外部装置。
第3实施方式的电视装置2获取喜好信息及场景信息,在录像信息的一览画面中,显示基于选择了的录像信息对应的场景信息及喜好信息的播放信息。由此,电视装置2能够预览显示考虑了用户的喜好信息的场景,能够考虑到用户的喜好地输出录像的内容的清单信息。
此外,第3实施方式的各装置(电视装置2、场景信息服务器3、节目统计信息服务器4)中执行的程序能够以可安装的形式或可执行的形式的文件记录在CD(Compact Disc:光盘)-ROM(Read Only Memory:只读存储器)、软盘(FD)、CD-R(Recordable:可录光盘)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disk:数字通用盘)等通过计算机装置可读取的存储介质中而提供。另外,也可以 经由互联网等网络来提供或发布该程序。
说明了本申请的若干个实施方式,但是,这些实施方式是作为例子而提出的,并不意图限定申请的范围。例如,上述实施方式中的电视装置也可以如机顶盒、记录器那样不具备显示机构,而是具备对外部的显示装置输出视像信号的接收机的电子装置。另外,这些新的实施方式能够以其它各种各样的形态来实施,在不脱离申请的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形包含于申请的范围、主旨,并且,包含于权利要求书所记载的技术方案及其等同的范围。
例如,对于显示于用户终端的图像图标中的、能在电视装置中放大显示的图像图标,也可以将向电视装置指示放大显示的按钮设置在该图像图标上、或附近,另外,也可以对于该能放大显示的图像图标,变更用于与其它不能放大显示的图像图标可识别地确认的色彩、形状、显示形态。另外,也可以在从用户终端向电视装置指示了放大显示时,或者,在电视装置中的显示处理时,经由用户终端或电视装置进行声音通知。
例如,在上述第1以及第2实施方式中,说明了使用声音数据或者视像数据的一者来收集录像预约相关信息的例子,但也可以使用声音数据以及视像数据这两者来收集录像预约相关信息。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有录像功能的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置包括:
    节目表管理部,向该节目表管理部提供接收部的输出,该节目表管理部从广播信号获取包含与节目有关的信息,其中,所述接收部从广播信号获取视像以及声音数据,所述与节目有关的信息包括节目信息在内的节目表信息;
    录像预约相关信息获取部,基于所述接收部的输出,从对节目的将来的广播预定进行预告的广播预告节目之中,获取预告广播的广播预定节目的录像预约所需的录像预约相关信息并进行记录;和
    控制电路,基于录像预约操作来读取所述录像预约相关信息,并生成录像预约信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述控制电路,配置为基于所述录像预约相关信息,判断所述广播预定节目的节目信息是否包含于当前获取的所述节目表信息中,在包含于当前获取的所述节目表信息中的情况下,在所述录像预约操作之后,立即基于所述录像预约相关信息来生成所述录像预约信息,在不包含于当前获取的所述节目表信息中的情况下,在所述广播预定节目的节目信息包含于所述节目表信息中之后基于所述录像预约相关信息来生成所述录像预约信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述录像预约相关信息获取部通过来自所述接收部的声音数据的解析,来获取所述录像预约相关信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述录像预约相关信息获取部通过来自所述接收部的视像数据的解析,来获取所述录像预约相关信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置还包括:
    喜好信息获取部,其获取喜好信息,所述喜好信息表示用户的喜好;
    场景信息获取部,其获取广播节目的场景信息;以及
    显示控制部,其显示所述录像信息的一览和播放信息,所述播放信息用于播放从所述一览选择的录像信息的一部分,
    所述显示控制部播放基于与从所述一览选择的录像信息对应的场景信息及所述喜好信息的播放信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示控制部,还配置为:在与从所述一览选择的录像信息及所述喜好信息对应的场景信息存在多个的情况下,播放基于所述录像信息的广播节目的种类及所述喜好信息的种类的场景信息的播放信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示控制部,还配置为:在与从所述一览选择的录像信息及所述喜好信息对应的场景信息存在多个的情况下,根据所述录像信息的播放顺序,播放多个所述场景信息的播放信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置还包括:
    统计信息获取部,配置为获取统计信息,所述统计信息是对所述广播节目进行统计的信息,
    所述显示控制部,还配置为:在不存在与从所述一览选择的录像信息及所述喜好信息对应的场景信息的情况下,播放基于所述统计信息的播放信息。
  9. 一种用于显示装置的方法,其中,
    从广播信号获取视像以及声音数据的至少一者,
    从所述广播信号获取包含与节目有关的信息即节目信息在内的节目表信息,
    基于所述视像以及声音数据的至少一者,从对节目的将来的广播预定进行预告的广播预告节目之中,获取预告广播的广播预定节目的录像预约所需的录像预约相关信息并进行记录,
    基于录像预约操作来读取所述录像预约相关信息,并生成录像预约信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,
    生成所述录像预约信息的步骤中,基于所述录像预约相关信息,判断所述广播预定节目的节目信息是否包含于当前获取的所述节目表信息中,在包含于当前获取的所述节目表信息中的情况下,在所述录像预约操作之后立即基于所述录像预约相关信息来生成所述录像预约信息,在不包含于当前获取的所述节目表信息中的情况下,在所述广播预定节目的节目信息被包含于所述节目表信息中之后基于所述录像预约相关信息来生成所述录像预约信息。
