- the flavor “Shimeji” belongs to the system “Fukuyoka”.
- the sake “Ame Tsukuba” has a flavor of radish sprouts, trefoil, peanuts, beech trees, mushrooms, and chestnut bean paste at "1", and a flavor of soybean flour and black cherry at "2".
- Shimeji flavor is "4". Unlike strains, there is no limit to the total number of flavor expressions.
- a figurative expression is a noun with a modifier, such as "sunset over the coastline", “tropical beach”, or “first love memories”, to describe the flavor or aroma of sake.
- Database 112 records at least one metaphor for each sake.
- Each figurative expression belongs to one of several adjectives.
- the sake ⁇ Ame Tsukuba'' has the phrase ⁇ sunshine filtered through fresh green leaves'' as a metaphorical expression of the ⁇ suzushige'' family, and the phrase ⁇ calm rural scenery'' and ⁇ a graceful sunrise'' as a metaphoric expression of the ⁇ fukuyoka'' family. ”, and ”Yukashii hometown sky” (metaphorical expression of ”warmth” system is not included). Note that no intensity is recorded for the metaphors in this example.
- the numerical values and words recorded in the database 112 verbalize or quantify the flavor or aroma that a specific person or a small number of experts (for example, a sake sommelier) actually feel when drinking the sake. It is what I did.
- the user designates the sake (the first object in the present invention) to be used by the user by, for example, inputting one of the brands of sake included in the sake tasting set into the client terminal 20 .
- a sake called “Ame Chikugo” is specified.
- the receiving means 15 receives an input designating the Japanese sake "Amechikugo" by the user.
- step S5 the first display control means 13 presents sake, which is the first object, to the user and prompts the user to drink the sake.
- the first display control means 13 causes the display means 14 of the client terminal 20 to display an image as illustrated in FIG. 6, for example.
- the message "Pour the sake into a glass and taste it without looking at anything first.” is displayed.
- the first display control means 13, the second display control means 16, or the third display control means 17 causing the display means 14 to display some information or image means that the display means 14 is caused to display information or an image. It means transmitting data to the client terminal 20 and displaying information or images on the client terminal 20 by the display means 14 according to the data received from the server 10 .
- a display means 14 displays a plurality of words (words included in the above-mentioned system, flavor expression, and metaphorical expression) indicating the flavor or aroma of Japanese sake ⁇ Amechikugo'' obtained from the first expression group.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a display example of a plurality of words indicating the flavor or aroma of Japanese sake "Amechikugo". These multiple phrases are displayed above the flavor map.
- the flavor map includes graphics that show the balance of the elements defined in the strain of sake "Ame Chikugo.”
- Fig. 8 is a diagram showing the structure of the flavor map.
- axes corresponding to the elements constituting the system are set.
- three axes are set: the softness axis, plumpness axis, and warmth axis.
- Each axis is set rotationally evenly with respect to the origin of the flavor map, ie at 120° angles to each other in this example.
- the strength of each element is represented by the size of a circle centered on a reference point (this is a point different from the origin) set on each axis.
- Each element's circle is colored with a different color.
- the wording of the flavor expression is superimposed on the figure showing the balance of the system elements.
- the wording of the flavor expression is arranged in the circle of each system element, and the stronger one is displayed relatively larger and closer to the center of the circle.
- the circumferential position or angle of the wording within the circle is predetermined for each flavor expression.
- the angle may be determined according to the number of flavor expressions included in the system element of the Japanese sake "Ame Chikugo" (specifically, for example, so that multiple words are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction).
- metaphorical words are superimposed on top of the figure that shows the balance of the systemic elements.
- the metaphorical language is displayed in a different appearance (specifically, typeface, color, size, decoration, or a combination thereof) than the flavor language.
- the metaphors are placed, for example, outside or on the circumference of the circle of family elements.
- the user selects a word on the flavor map that is close to the flavor or aroma felt after drinking the sake "Ame Chikugo". Since each user's sense of taste or smell is different, for example, experts say that the sake “Ame Tsukuba” contains eight flavors: kaiware, trefoil, peanut, beech tree, mushroom, chestnut bean paste, soybean flour, black cherry, and shimeji mushroom. Even if these flavor expressions are recorded in the database 112, it is not always possible for individual users to feel all of these eight flavors. For example, even if the same sake "Amechikugo" is drunk, one user feels only the flavor of the beech tree, while another user feels the flavor of soybean flour and chestnut bean paste.
- selection of a plurality of words indicating the flavor or aroma of Japanese sake "Amechikugo” is performed by, for example, the user touching a position where each word is displayed on the touch screen.
- step S7 of FIG. 3 the receiving means 15 receives a selection of words that are close to the flavor or aroma felt by the user after drinking the Japanese sake "Amechikugo".
- the Japanese sake "Amechikugo” it is assumed that three words “chestnut bean paste”, “roasted soybean flour” and “black cherry” are selected.
- step S9 the second display control means 16 causes the display means 14 to display more abstract words indicating the flavor or aroma of the sake "Amechikugo", and the third display control means 17 recommends to the user.
- Related information related to Japanese sake is displayed on the display means 14 .
- the second display control means 16 displays the wording (second wording in the present invention) recorded in association with the wording (first wording) selected by the user in the database 113 to the display means 14 . to display.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating the database 113.
- the wording first wording
- first expression group the flavor expression or metaphorical expression
- second expression group the more abstract expression
- Corresponding phrases second phrases are recorded in association with each other. These phrases (second phrases) express the flavor or aroma of sake by adjective expressions such as "sweet” and "fruity.”
- the display means 14 displays the word “sweet” and the word “fruity” corresponding to "black cherry”.
- the third display control means 17 specifies the sake (the second object in the present invention) recommended to the user. Specifically, the third display control means 17 records in association with the first wording selected by the user or the second wording displayed by the second display control means 16 in the databases 112 and 113. Related information related to sake is displayed on the display means 14 . In this example, in the database 112, if there is a sake associated with any of “Kurian”, “Kinako”, or “Black cherry” (first word), the brand of the sake, the place of production (city Prefecture name), manufacturer name, price, image of label, link to mail order site, etc. are displayed as related information.
- the words (first words) corresponding to "sweet” or “fruity” (second words) displayed by the second display control means 16 are “chestnut bean paste” and "roasted soybean flour". Since they are “honey”, “white grape”, “lychee”, and “guava”, they are associated in the database 112 with any of these "chestnut bean paste”, “soybean flour”, “honey”, “white grape”, “lychee”, “guava”, and so on. If there is a selected sake, the brand of the sake, the place of production (prefecture name), the name of the manufacturer, the price, the image of the label, the link to the mail order site, etc. are displayed as related information.
- the third display control means 17 displays the object corresponding to the first wording (“chestnut bean paste”, “soybean flour”, or “black cherry”) selected by the user. Display related information related to . This is because the flavor or aroma perceived by the user is considered to be more directly expressed by the first wording selected by the user.
- a link to an EC site for purchasing each sake is associated with the position where the brands such as "Junmai Yoshida” and “Junmai Daiginjosai” are displayed, and the user uses the link. By doing so, you can purchase the recommended sake.
- the flavor or fragrance of an object that is difficult for the user to perceive and evaluate is visualized in language, and then the flavor or fragrance is expressed in terms close to what the user feels. can be recommended to the user. Furthermore, by using the link for purchasing the recommended object, the user can easily purchase the recommended object.
- the third display control means 17 gives priority to these sakes, and selects these sakes according to the order of priority. Related information may be displayed.
- This priority may be, for example, giving priority to sake not included in the sake tasting set used by the user, or flavor expressions selected by the user (in the example of the embodiment, "chestnut”, “roasted soybean flour”, “ Black cherry”) is relatively stronger than other flavor expressions, or the total value of the intensity of these flavor expressions is higher than that of other sake. Used.
- the third display control means 17 can display a plurality of images in association with the first wording selected by the user or the second wording displayed by the second display control means 16 in the databases 112 and 113.
- the second object to be displayed may be extracted according to the determined priority.
- the above priority may be an order according to the order of the wordings selected by the user from among the plurality of displayed first words.
- the Japanese sake corresponding to the word ⁇ Kurian'' is displayed with priority over information related to Japanese sake corresponding to the words "roasted soybean flour" and "black cherry”.
- Displaying the related information of a certain object with priority over the related information of other objects means displaying only the related information of the certain object, or displaying only the related information of the certain object, or For example, it is displayed at a superior position where the user can easily visually recognize it (the same applies below).
- the receiving means 15 may receive an input of preferences for the first object of the user who used the first object, and the priority order may be an order according to the preferences input by the user. For example, the taste of a user who drank a certain sake is entered as three choices of "like", “neither", and “dislike", and the database 112 is referred to to determine what flavor or aroma the user likes. determine whether there is a strong preference for Japanese sake.
- the third display control means 17 records a plurality of second objects in association with the first wording selected by the user or the second wording displayed by the second display control means 16. In this case, the priority of the object that matches the preference is increased.
- the second group of expressions recorded in the database 113 may include a group of expressions classified and recorded according to user attributes.
- the second expression group is expressions (for example, the fixed line of the main character of the anime or drama, or expressions similar thereto) according to the user's attribute (for example, the user's favorite anime or drama).
- the receiving means 15 receives the input of the attribute of the user using the first object, and the second display control means 16 records the second expression group associated with the attribute of the user in the database 113.
- the display means 14 may be caused to display the second wording obtained from the above. As a result, the second expression group corresponding to the user who uses the first object is displayed, so that the user can easily understand the meaning of the second expression group.
- the second group of expressions recorded in the database 113 may include a group of expressions classified and recorded according to the date and time or place where the object is used.
- the second expression group is an expression corresponding to the date and time or place where the object is used (for example, date and time: daytime or midnight, place: home or bar) (for example, expression according to the time zone of midnight, or a bar It is an expression that fits the place.
- the receiving means 15 receives an input of the date and time or place of use of the first object, and the second display control means 16 associates the date and time or place of use of the first object in the database with
- the second phrase obtained from the recorded second expression group may be displayed on the display means 14 .
- the second representation group is displayed according to the environment in which the first object is used.
- Words Displayed on Flavor Map Words displayed on the flavor map are not limited to those exemplified in the embodiments. In the embodiment, an example has been described in which all of the strains, flavor expressions, and metaphorical expressions included in the sake record in the database 112 are displayed. However, not all the information recorded in the database 112 needs to be displayed on the flavor map, and at least part of the information may be omitted when displayed (or the information displayed may be selected). ).
- the first display control means 13 may select a predetermined number of information in descending order of strength of flavor representation (or when selecting information to be omitted, the first display control means 13 may The display control means 13 may select a predetermined number in descending order of strength of flavor representation). Similarly, it is not necessary to display all the information recorded in the database 113, and at least part of the information may be omitted (or selected information to be displayed) when displayed.

Abstract
