本发明属于机电设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种防尘效果好的工业机箱。
背景技术
工业机箱即工控行业电脑机箱产品,一般是在条件比较恶劣的环境中使用的机箱,例如:航海、电厂、化工、矿厂、地下作业等,噪音和灰尘较大的地方;由于工业机箱工作时功率较大,为保证机箱的散热功能,会在机箱的侧壁上开设有很多散热孔,不仅散热效果一般,长期灰尘进入也会影响设备的运行状态。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防尘效果好的工业机箱,提升散热功能的同时,有效减少灰尘的进入,且防尘结构的可拆卸设置可以更方便清理。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的采用的一个技术方案如下:
本发明包括机箱主体,所述机箱主体的顶部滑动设置有端盖,所述端盖形成有用于安装操作面板的安装槽;所述机箱主体的侧壁形成有散热通槽,所述散热通槽处卡扣安装有防尘框架,沿所述防尘框架的高度方向均匀间隔转动设置有若干个防尘叶片,多个所述防尘叶片之间通过调节机构进行转动调节,所述防尘框架朝向所述机箱主体内部的一侧通过螺钉安装有防尘网。
进一步地说,所述防尘框架的朝外的一侧对称设置有固定座,所述固定座内滑动连接有滑动柱,所述滑动柱远离所述防尘叶片的一端固定设置有主动卡接件,另一端设置有限位块,所述散热通槽的两侧设置有与所述主动卡接件相配合的被动卡接件,所述主动卡接件与所述固定座之间设置有弹簧。
进一步地说,所述弹簧套设于所述滑动柱的外侧。

所述防尘框架的朝外的一侧对称设置有固定座34,所述固定座内滑动连接有滑动柱35,所述滑动柱远离所述防尘叶片的一端固定设置有主动卡接件36,另一端设置有限位块37,所述散热通槽的两侧设置有与所述主动卡接件相配合的被动卡接件12,所述主动卡接件与所述固定座之间设置有弹簧38。所述弹簧提供了一个向被动卡接件的弹簧力。
通过设置防尘框架与散热通槽之间卡扣连接的结构,拆卸时,同时按动两个主动卡接件并使主动卡接件脱离被动卡接件,此时可以顺利将防尘框架拆卸下来,有效便于防尘叶片和防尘网的清理,同时安装更为便捷。

所述调节机构包括调节杆321,沿所述调节杆的长度方向对称均匀间隔设置有转轴322,所述防尘叶片朝外的一侧中部形成有矩形凹槽311,所述调节杆通过所述转轴与所述矩形凹槽的侧壁转动连接。
该转轴对称设置为一组,转轴的组数与防尘叶片的数量相同;防尘叶片设置能够有效保证散热的同时,还能抵御一定灰尘的侵入,通过拉动调 节杆能够调节防尘叶片的角度,在设备不使用时,将防尘叶片调整至一定角度闭合最大作用的防尘效果。
