Description

一种多功能真空包装机 技术领域
本发明涉及真空包装技术领域,特别是涉及一种多功能真空包装机。
背景技术
真空包装机常用于物品的密封包装,如图1所示,现有技术中腔式多功能真空包装机受加工工艺的限制真空腔100的形状相对方正,发热器200设于真空腔100内并位于真空腔100的边缘位置,这就导致发热器200周边的部分空间无法得到使用,这部分空间无形中增大了真空腔的腔室容积,过大的真空腔对真空泵组的功率提出了更大的要求,而大功率的真空泵组则进一步导致多功能真空包装机的制作成本一直居高不下,另外,发热器200设于真空腔100内,进行真空包装袋的内抽时不存在问题,但是如果使用该真空包装机进行外抽,发热器200旁侧的空间则会使发热器200与真空包装机的边缘出现间隙,真空包装袋需要将大部分袋体放入真空腔100内才能够完成外抽,对真空包装袋的长度提出较高的要求,也在无形中减少了真空包装袋的可用面积,同时发热器200的高度与真空包装机的端部高度不一致,真空包装袋放入真空包装机后不易平整,用户的外抽体验差,限制了真空包装机的使用场景,不利于真空包装机的推广。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种多功能真空包装机,通过将发热器设计成嵌入式结构,优化了发热器的设置位置及设置形式,能够同时完成内抽和外抽,提升了真空包装机的实用性。
基于此,本发明提供了一种多功能真空包装机,其包括:
包装机本体,所述包装机本体具有用于容纳真空包装袋的真空腔;
发热系统,设于所述包装机本体上,所述发热系统靠近所述真空腔的边缘设置并位于所述真空腔外;

需要注意的是,发热器41与压条42的设置位置也可以进行调整,如将发热器41设于顶盖2上,此时,与发热器41相匹配的压条42设于底座1上,这种发热器41与压条42的位置调整所带来的技术效果是一致的。
进一步的,在本申请的一些实施例中,真空泵组3和控制系统6设于底座1上并位于下腔室11的旁侧,真空泵组3和控制系统6的位置调整降低了底座的高度,进一步提升了外抽时的舒适度,有利于外抽操作的实施,提升了用户的使用体验。

可选的,本申请的一些实施例中,底座1和顶盖2的铰接处位于 底座1远离发热器41的一侧,如此,发热器41与夹袋器7更为靠近操作人员,使用起来十分的方便。
进一步的,在发明实施例中,包装机本体的真空腔由底座1上的下腔室11和顶盖2上的上腔室21组合形成,下腔室11的腔壁以及上腔室21的腔壁采用PP材料、PC材料或尼龙材料制成,上述材料易于获取,能够根据需求制作通过注塑形成各种合金材料不易达到的异形结构。实际制作时,操作人员可根据真空包装机的承压需求选择其中一种或多种材料使用。需要注意的是,对于底座1和顶盖2上的其他区域而言,由于其不存在承压需求,因此可以选择其他种类的塑料材料以降低真空包装机的生产成本。
另外,需要注意的是,对于真空包装机的顶盖2而言,其也可以采用其他易于注塑成型的材料如尼龙材料或玻璃材料等制成,具体而言,顶盖2使用透明的玻璃材料制成,此时顶盖2不设上腔室21,但是可以通过透明的顶盖2更加直观的了解下腔室11内的具体抽吸情况。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种多功能真空包装机,其包括铰接连接的底座和顶盖,底座的顶面成型有下腔室,顶盖的底面成型有上腔室,底座上设有发热系统、真空泵组和控制系统,发热系统包括发热器和压条,发热器设于底座上并位于下腔室外,压条设于顶盖上上并位于上腔室外,真空泵组通过设于下腔室腔壁的抽气口与下腔室相连通,控制系统用于控制发热器和真空泵组完成热封与抽吸操作。与现有技术相比,该多功能真空包装机优化了发热系统的设置位置,减小了真空腔的容积,降低了真空泵组的功率要求,有利于控制制作成本,该多功能真空包装机可同时实现内抽与外抽,实用性高,使用方便,易于推广。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,包括:
    包装机本体,所述包装机本体具有用于容纳真空包装袋的真空腔;
    发热系统,设于所述包装机本体上并位于所述真空腔外,所述发热系统靠近所述真空腔的边缘设置;
    真空泵组,设于所述包装机本体上并与所述真空腔相连通;
    控制系统,设于所述包装机本体上并与所述发热系统和所述真空泵组电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述包装机本体包括铰接连接的底座和顶盖,所述底座的顶面成型有向下凹陷的下腔室,所述顶盖用于开闭所述下腔室,所述顶盖的底面成型有向上凹陷的上腔室,所述上腔室与所述下腔室在所述顶盖闭合所述下腔室时组成所述真空腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述发热系统包括发热器以及与所述发热器相匹配的压条,所述发热器设于所述底座的顶部,所述压条设于所述顶盖的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述底座内设有用于顶升所述发热器的顶举件,所述顶举件位于所述发热器的下方。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述底座的顶面设有夹袋器,所述夹袋器与所述发热器位于所述底座的同一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述底座和所述顶盖的铰接处位于所述真空腔远离所述发热器的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述发热系统包括发热器以及与所述发热器相匹配的压条,所述发热器设于所述顶盖的底部,所述压条设于所述底座的顶部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述真空腔的腔壁上设有抽气口,所述真空泵组通过所述抽气口与所述真空腔相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述真空泵组和所述控制系统设于所述底座上并位于所述真空腔的旁侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能真空包装机,其特征在于,所述真空腔的腔壁采用PP材料、PC材料或尼龙材料制成。
