本发明涉及一种轨交车辆用太能供电的空气净化装置,属于空气净化技术领域。
背景技术
空气净化装置,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,尤其大颗粒的灰尘、毛絮,有效提高空气清洁度,得到广泛的应用。但是,目前轨交车辆安装空调和自然通风口,空调开启时,空气通过空调滤网防尘而空调装置采用电源供电,能耗比较高,不能节能环保,空调关闭时,有车辆自然通风口采用自然出气,车辆的空气净化效果不佳,影响净化效率。
技术解决方案
本发明目的是为了结合轨交车辆长途运行的特点,克服车辆无专业空气净化装置和能耗比较高,不能节能环保,采用自然出气,净化效率不佳的问题。本发明的轨交车辆一种轨交车辆用太能供电的空气净化装置,采用太阳能供电,节能保护,并设置有导流风机,提高出气效率,并增加灰尘过滤网、喷雾除尘、碳纤维吸附三层过滤净化,净化效果好,结构简单,容易实现,具有良好的应用前景。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种轨交车辆用太能供电的空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括圆筒体形状的壳体,所述壳体的底部设有基座,所述基座内设有蓄电池、水泵、加热丝,所述蓄电池的电能输入端分别与水泵、加热丝提供工作电源,所述基座的底部设置有进水口、出水口,所述进水口通过水泵与喷雾杆相联通,所述喷雾杆安装在基座上表面的中心处,并延伸入壳体内,所述喷雾杆的顶部设置有喷头,所述加热丝安装在水泵的出水端,用于加热水便于喷雾,所述壳体的外壁设置有空气进口,所述壳体的顶部设置有导流风机,所述壳体内设置一层碳纤维吸附层,所述壳体的顶部位于导流风机的外边缘设置一圈太阳能光伏板,所述太阳能光伏板的电能输出端与蓄电池的电能输入端相连接。

如图1所示,本发明的一种轨交车辆用太能供电的空气净化装置,包括圆筒体形状的壳体1,所述壳体1的底部设有基座2,所述基座2内设有蓄电池、水泵、加热丝,所述蓄电池的电能输入端分别与水泵、加热丝提供工作电源,所述基座2的底部设置有进水口3、出水口4,所述进水口3通过水泵与喷雾杆5相联通,所述喷雾杆5安装在基座2上表面的中心处,并延伸入壳体1内,所述喷雾杆5的顶部设置有喷头6,所述加热丝安装在水泵的出水端,用于加热水便于喷雾,所述壳体1的外壁设置有空气进口7,所述壳体1的顶部设置有导流风机8,所述壳体1内设置一层碳纤维吸附层9,所述壳体1的顶部位于导流风机8的外边缘设置一圈太阳能光伏板10,所述太阳能光伏板10的电能输出端与蓄电池的电能输入端相连接,太阳能光伏板10能够吸收太阳能,并转换为电能,存储到蓄电池内,对水泵、加热丝提供工作电源,节能环保。
所述空气进口7设有一层灰尘过滤网,为第一级净化过滤。
所述基座2的外壁上设有电能指示灯13,能够提醒用户观察蓄电池的电量,电量不足时,电能指示灯13会亮起。
所述基座2拧接在壳体1的底部,便于拧下,更换碳纤维吸附层9,使用方便,碳纤维吸附层9位于喷头6的正上方,喷头6将通过加热丝加热后端水,进行喷雾,为第二级净化过滤;碳纤维吸附层9为第三级净化过滤。
所述出水口4的连接有排污水箱11,用于存储污水,所述进水口3的连接有储水箱12,用于存储干净水,用于喷雾处理。
综上所述,本发明的一种轨交车辆用太能供电的空气净化装置,采用太阳能供电,节能保护,并设置有导流风机,提高出气效率,并增加灰尘过滤网、喷雾除尘、碳纤维吸附三层过滤净化,净化效果好,结构简单,容易实现,具有良好的应用前景。

  1. 一种轨交车辆用太能供电的空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括圆筒体形状的壳体(1),所述壳体(1)的底部设有基座(2),所述基座(2)内设有蓄电池、水泵、加热丝,所述蓄电池的电能输入端分别与水泵、加热丝提供工作电源,所述基座(2)的底部设置有进水口(3)、出水口(4),所述进水口(3)通过水泵与喷雾杆(5)相联通,所述喷雾杆(5)安装在基座(2)上表面的中心处,并延伸入壳体(1)内,所述喷雾杆(5)的顶部设置有喷头(6),所述加热丝安装在水泵的出水端,用于加热水便于喷雾,所述壳体(1)的外壁设置有空气进口(7),所述壳体(1)的顶部设置有导流风机(8),所述壳体(1)内设置一层碳纤维吸附层(9),所述壳体(1)的顶部位于导流风机(8)的外边缘设置一圈太阳能光伏板(10),所述太阳能光伏板(10)的电能输出端与蓄电池的电能输入端相连接。
