为使本申请解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
本申请提出一种摄像装置,其外壳体12采用前后夹紧结构设计,整体结构简单,外观美观,可制造性高。
本申请的摄像装置,可以直接地固定于电视机、交互平板、笔记本电脑等电子设备,也可通过转动支架安装于电子设备,以满足电子设备的拍摄需求。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,摄像装置的x方向指的是前后方向,y方向指的是长度方向。
如图1-12所示,在本申请的摄像装置的一实施例中,该摄像装置包括:
壳体组件,其包括前壳体111、后壳体13、外壳体12及第一安装柱112;外壳体12的内部设有第一定位孔1211;第一安装柱112穿过第一定位孔1211,并抵接第一定位孔1211的孔壁;第一安装柱112相对的两端分别固定于前壳体111和后壳体13,以将前壳体111与后壳体13固定连接;外壳体12夹紧固定于前壳体111和后壳体13之间;前壳体111、外壳体12和后壳体13围成安装空间;前壳体111设有取景开口1101;
摄像头模组20,其设于安装空间内,并固定于壳体组件;摄像头模组20通过取景开口1101进行拍摄。
在一实施例中,外壳体12为位于前壳体111和后壳体13之间的壳体;外壳体12的相对两端分别设有前端开口和后端开口,前壳体111封盖前端开口,后壳体13封盖后端开口,以封闭安装空间。
其中,第一安装柱112与后壳体13可拆式连接,或与前壳体111可拆式连接。
本申请的摄像装置,采用前壳体111、外壳体12和后壳体13分立设置的结构,可先将摄像头模组20等内部零部件固定于前壳体111或后壳体13,再将外壳体12套在摄像头模组20的外部,最后通过第一安装柱112将前壳体111与后壳体13固定;在将前壳体111与后壳体13固定的同时,可将外壳体12夹紧固定于前壳体111与后壳体13之间,从而实现整个结构的组装;通过同一固定步骤,可实现前壳体111、后壳体13、外壳体12的固定,无需专门设置用于固定外壳体12的紧固件。
并且,为了实现外壳体12的可靠固定,在外壳体12的内部设有第一定位孔1211,第一安装柱112固定前壳体111和后壳体13时,同时穿过外壳体12内的第一定位孔1211,第一定位孔1211的孔壁和第一安装柱112的外壁抵接。完成壳体组件的组装后,在外壳体12的长度方向上(y方向),可通过第一安装柱112与第一定位孔1211的限位配合,限制外壳体12在长度方向上(y方向)的位移,实现外壳体12的固定。
本申请的摄像装置的结构简单,有利于实现小型化设计,便于组装,便于制造,可制造性高。
在本申请的摄像装置的又一实施例中,为了进一步简化该摄像装置的结构,便于制造,采用第一安装柱112与前壳体111一体成型的结构。
第一安装柱112与前壳体111一体成型,以形成前壳支架11,第一安装柱112背离前壳体111的一端与后壳体13之间可拆式连接。相对于第一安装柱112的两端分别与前壳体111、后壳体13可拆式连接的结构,本实施例的结构将第一安装柱112与前壳体111制成一体结构,可减少整个装置的结构数量,使结构更加简单,便于制造。
摄像装置还包括第一紧固件,后壳体13设有第一安装孔131,第一紧固件穿过第一安装孔131与第一安装柱112连接,将后壳体13与前壳支架11固定连接。
组装该摄像装置时,第一紧固件由后壳体13的背面穿过第一安装孔131与第一安装柱112固定,由于后壳体13的背面无其他结构遮挡,采用此种固定方式相对于其他固定方式,既可以保证固定可靠性,又便于操作。
第一紧固件可以通过螺接或铆接的方式固定于第一安装柱112。
在上述结构的基础上,由于外壳体12设有第一定位孔1211,组装该摄像装置时,先将外壳体12与前壳支架11对插,以使第一安装柱112穿过第一定位孔1211,如此,可先对第一安装柱112的位置进行定位,便于实现第一安装柱112与后壳体13上的第一安装孔131的对位,便于安装第一紧固件,使该摄像装置更加便于组装制造。
为了美化外观,该摄像装置还包括后盖15;后盖15盖设于后壳体13背离前壳体111的一侧,后盖15遮挡第一安装孔131。通过设计后盖15遮挡第一安装孔131,使摄像装置的外观更加简约美观。
为了便于制造,降低成本,后盖15可以通过粘贴材料固定于后壳体13,粘贴材料可以为胶水、双面胶等。
在其他实施例中,后盖15也可以通过卡扣结构或磁吸结构固定于后壳体13。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,外壳体12包括外壳本体,以及固定于外壳本体的内壁的夹持件121;夹持件121为弹性夹持件121,第一定位孔1211形成于夹持件121,夹持件121径向可发生弹性变形,夹持件121夹紧第一安装柱112。如此,既可以实现第一安装柱112的定位,又可实现夹持件121与第一安装柱112的相对固定,实现对外壳体12的固定。
其中,夹持件121径向弹性变形的幅度可以较小,只要能够具有微小变形的能力即可。夹持件121可以为但不限于塑料结构或橡胶结构。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,为了使该摄像装置外观更加美观,并且避免摄像头模组20由于直接外露于外部环境受到静电击伤或受到其他物理伤害,摄像装置还包括镜片14。
本实施例中,镜片14盖设于前壳体111背离后壳体13的一侧;镜片14包括遮挡区和避位取景区;
镜片14与取景开口1101对应的区域为避位取景区,摄像头模组20可通过避位取景区进行拍摄;遮挡区位于避位取景区的外围,遮挡区设有用于遮挡前壳体111的遮挡层。
其中,通过遮挡层的设计可美化摄像装置的外观,通过在与取景开口1101的位置设置避位取景区,可避免遮挡层影响摄像头模组20取景。
为了便于制造,可以通过在遮挡区印刷油墨,以形成油墨遮挡层;在印刷油墨时,避开与取景开口1101对应的位置,可形成避位取景区,不影响摄像头模组20取景。
在其他实施例中,也可通过在镜片14的遮挡区覆盖蒙布的方式,形成遮挡层;或通过其他方式在镜片14的遮挡区加工遮挡层。
为了便于制造,降低成本,镜片14可以通过粘贴材料固定于前壳体111,粘贴材料可以为胶水、双面胶等。
在其他实施例中,镜片14也可以通过卡扣结构或磁吸结构固定于前壳体111。
镜片14和后盖15可以分别与外壳体12间隙配合。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,夹持件121设有开口,夹持件121为C型夹持件121,以提高装配容差性,降低加工难度,如此,即使第一安装柱112与第一定位孔1211之间存在轻微偏心(非同轴)的情况,第一安装柱112也可以顺利穿过第一定位孔1211以与后壳体13连接。
在外壳本体内壁可以在相对两端分别设有C型的夹持件121,两夹持件121的开口相对。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,为了实现准确的定位,前壳支架11包括至少两个第一安装柱112,外壳体12包括至少两个第一定位孔1211,第一定位孔1211的数量大于或等于安装柱的数量;相对于仅设有一个第一定位孔1211而言,设置至少两个第一定位孔1211,可同时对两个第一安装柱112进行定位,可以精准地确定第一安装柱112与后壳体13的相对位置,从而保证第一安装柱112与第一安装孔131一一对齐。
在摄像装置的长度方向(y方向上),外壳本体内部的相对的两端可以分别设有第一定位孔1211。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,为了在满足摄像头模组20、摄像头模组20散热的功能的前提下,简化整体结构,在摄像装置内设置盖板30,以同时实现固定和散热的功能。
盖板30设于前壳体111与后壳体13之间;前壳体111接近后壳体13的一侧设有前限位部1151和侧限位部1152,取景开口1101设于前限位部1151;前限位部1151、侧限位部1152和盖板30之间围成固定空间;摄像头模组20固定于固定空间内,摄像头模组20的前端抵接前限位部1151,后端抵接盖板30。
本申请的摄像装置,通过盖板30与前壳体111的配合,将摄像头模组20设于由前壳支架11和盖板30围成的固定空间内,可实现摄像头模组20的固定;其次,通过盖板30与摄像头模组20的后端贴紧接触,可形成良好的散热路径,摄像头模组20的热量可传导至盖板30,从而通过表面积更大的盖板30将热量更高效地散出。通过盖板30至少实现摄像头模组20固定和摄像头模组20散热的两种功能,简化了摄像装置的结构,减少零部件数量,便于制造,便于组装,可降低制造成本,提高可制造性。
盖板30采用导热材料制造,使盖板30具有较高的导热效率,从而提高摄像头模组20的散热效率。
其中,导热盖板30至少可以通过如下几种方式制成:由金属材料(如铜材料等)或其他导热性能较好的材料(如导热橡胶等)直接制成;或在盖板30的外表面设有一层导热层,以提高盖板30的导热性能;或在盖板30的内部添加导热材料,以提高盖板30的导热性能。
需要说明的是,盖板30可以直接或间接地抵接摄像头模组20背离前壳体111的一端,只要能够实现对摄像头模组20的固定功能,并且能够实现盖板30与摄像头模组20之间形成 导热路径即可。
前壳体111设有第一安装槽115,第一安装槽115的槽底壁为前限位部1151,第一安装槽115的槽侧壁为侧限位部1152;第一安装槽115的槽开口朝向后壳体13;摄像头模组20设于第一安装槽115内。
前壳支架11可以通过如下方式设置:前壳支架11包括前壳体111,以及相对前壳体111凸出的首尾相接的限位板,限位板与前壳体111围接形成该第一安装槽115。
在其他一些实施例中,也可以直接在前壳体111上通过加工凹槽的方式加工出该第一安装槽115。
在其他一些实施例中,也可以直接在前壳体111上上分立设置相对凸出的限位柱作为侧限位部1152,多根限位柱间隔绕圈设置,以围成用于安装摄像头模组20的固定空间。
本实施例中,摄像装置还包括板卡40;
摄像头模组20设有第一连接器22,板卡40设有第二连接器41;第一连接器22与第二连接器41对插连接,以将摄像头模组20与板卡40电连接;
盖板30包括基板32,以及分别连接于基板32相对两端的第一板部31和第二板部33,第一板部31相对于基板32弯折,第二板部33相对于基板32弯折;第一板部31抵接摄像头模组20的后端;第二板部33限制第一连接器22在远离第二连接器41的方向上的自由度。
摄像头模组20还包括数据传输结构21,第一连接器22与数据传输结构21连接。
其中,板卡40为电路板,板卡40上设有存储模块、处理模块、控制模块等。数据传输结构21可以为FPC软板或其他数据传输线等。
通过盖板30还可以实现对第一连接器22的限位防脱,保证第一连接器22与第二连接器41的可靠连接,保证摄像头模组20与板卡40的可靠连接。
优选地,在盖板30和第一连接器22之间还设有缓冲泡棉,以吸收公差。
优选地,盖板30通过第一板部31与摄像头模组20导热连接,盖板30通过基板32与外壳体12之间导热连接。
优选地,本实施例采用两端向同一侧折弯以形成第一板部31和第二板部32的盖板30结构,如此,既节约壳体组件内部的安装空间,又可分别实现摄像头模组20和第一连接器22的固定,结构简单,紧凑性高,可制造性强。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,为了使该摄像装置能够更加适用于交互智能平板等交互设备中,在摄像装置中集成声音采集模块50,从而提高该摄像装置的信息采集功能。
优选地,前壳体111还设有第二安装槽116,声音采集模块50固定于第二安装槽116内。
声音采集模块50可以为麦克风。
优选地,为了便于制造,声音采集模块50通过弹性缓冲材料挤压固定于第二安装槽116内。
该摄像装置还包括弹性缓冲材料,弹性缓冲材料夹设于第二安装槽116的槽壁与声音采集模块50之间,或弹性缓冲材料包裹于声音采集模块50的外部,第二采集模块通过弹性缓冲材料固定于第二安装槽116内。
弹性缓冲材料可以为泡棉或其他结构,采用此种方法固定体积和重量相对较小的麦克风,成本低,便于制造。
优选地,前壳体111设有与第二安装槽116连通的第一开孔,便于声音采集模块50采集声音。
本实施例中,在弹性缓冲材料上设有与第一开孔对应的第二开孔,便于声音采集模块50采集声音。
在前壳体111背离后壳体13的一侧固定有镜片14,在镜片14与第一开孔对应的位置开设第三开孔,第二开孔、第一开孔、第三开孔连通形成采声孔,声音采集模块50通过采声孔采集声音。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,为了在前壳体111与后壳体13固定连接的同时,对外壳体12进行可靠夹紧;外壳体12设有第一限位台阶122和第二限位台阶123;外壳体12夹紧固定于前壳体111与后壳体13之间时,前壳体111直接或间接地卡至第一限位台阶122,后壳体13直接或间接地卡至第二限位台阶123。
其中,第一限位台阶122限制前壳体111在x方向及y方向上的位移,第二限位台阶123限制后壳体13在x方向及y方向上的位移。
优选地,外壳体12还设有第三限位台阶124,在x方向上,第一限位台阶122位于第三限位台阶124与第二限位台阶123之间。
在本申请的摄像装置另一实施例中:
摄像装置包括盖板30和板卡40;
前壳支架11包括前壳体111,以及与前壳体111一体成型的第一安装柱112、第二安装柱113和第三安装柱114;
后壳体13通过第一安装柱112固定于前壳体111;盖板30通过第二安装柱113固定于前壳体111;板卡40通过第三安装柱114固定于前壳体111。
优选地,前壳支架11可以为一体注塑成型的塑料支架,也可以为浇铸形成的金属支架,前壳支架11通过模具加工制成或通过铣削加工形成。
通过将第一安装柱112、第二安装柱113和第三安装柱114设计为与前壳体111一体成型的结构,便于在同一工序中一次加工形成,无需在后壳体13、盖板30等其他结构上加工凸起结构,便于制造,可制造性高,成本较低。
优选地,前壳支架11上还形成有相对前壳体111凸出的第一定位柱117和第二定位柱118,第一定位柱117通过与盖板30上的定位孔对位,实现对盖板30的定位;第二定位柱118通过与板卡40上的定位孔对位,实现对板卡40的定位。该结构便于加工制造,便于组装,提高装配效率。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,前壳体111上还设有指示开口,摄像装置还包括导光件60,板卡40上设有发光件;导光件60的后端接近发光件设置,前端插入指示开口内。
优选地,导光件60的前端的横截面面积大于导光件60的后端的横截面面积,也即,在板卡40至前壳体111的方向上,导光件60的导光通道增大,优化指示灯的指示效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种摄像装置,其中,包括:
    壳体组件,其包括前壳体、后壳体、外壳体及第一安装柱;所述外壳体内设有第一定位孔;所述第一安装柱穿过所述第一定位孔,所述第一安装柱相对的两端分别固定于所述前壳体和所述后壳体,以将所述前壳体与所述后壳体固定连接;所述外壳体夹紧固定于所述前壳体和所述后壳体之间;所述前壳体、所述外壳体和所述后壳体围成安装空间;所述前壳体设有取景开口;
    摄像头模组,其设于所述安装空间内,并固定于所述壳体组件;所述摄像头模组通过所述取景开口进行拍摄。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像装置,其中,所述第一安装柱与所述前壳体一体成型,以形成前壳支架;
    所述摄像装置还包括第一紧固件,所述后壳体设有第一安装孔,所述第一紧固件穿过所述第一安装孔与所述第一安装柱连接,以将所述后壳体与所述前壳支架固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像装置,其中,还包括后盖;所述后盖盖设于所述后壳体背离所述前壳体的一侧,所述后盖遮挡所述第一安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像装置,其中,所述外壳体包括外壳本体,以及固定于所述外壳本体的内壁的夹持件;所述第一定位孔形成于所述夹持件;所述夹持件固定所述第一安装柱。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像装置,其中,所述夹持件为C型的夹持件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像装置,其中,还包括固定于所述壳体组件的盖板,所述盖板设于所述前壳体与所述后壳体之间;所述前壳体接近所述后壳体的一侧设有前限位部和侧限位部,所述取景开口设于前限位部;
    所述前限位部、所述侧限位部和所述盖板之间围成固定空间;所述摄像头模组固定于所述固定空间内,所述摄像头模组的前端抵接所述前限位部,后端抵接所述盖板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像装置,其中,所述前壳体设有第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽的槽底壁为所述前限位部,所述第一安装槽的槽侧壁为所述侧限位部;所述第一安装槽的槽开口朝向所述后壳体;所述摄像头模组设于所述第一安装槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像装置,其中,还包括声音采集模块;所述前壳体还设有第二安装槽,所述声音采集模块固定于所述第二安装槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的摄像装置,其中,还包括弹性缓冲材料,所述弹性缓冲材料夹设于所述第二安装槽的槽壁与所述声音采集模块之间,所述声音采集模块通过所述弹性缓冲材料固定于所述第二安装槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的摄像装置,其中,还包括镜片,所述镜片盖设于所述前壳体背离所述后壳体的一侧;
    所述前壳体设有与所述第二安装槽连通的第一开孔,所述弹性缓冲材料与所述第一开孔对应的位置设有第二开孔;所述镜片与所述第一开孔对应的位置设有第三开孔;所述第二开孔、所述第一开孔、所述第三开孔连通形成采声孔,所述声音采集模块通过所述采声孔采集声音。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的摄像装置,其中,还包括镜片,所述镜片盖设于所述前壳体背离所述后壳体的一侧;所述镜片包括遮挡区和避位取景区;
    所述镜片与所述取景开口对应的区域为避位取景区,所述摄像头模组可通过所述避位取景区进行拍摄;所述遮挡区设有用于遮挡所述前壳体的遮挡层。
  12. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的摄像装置,其中,所述外壳体设有第一限位台阶和第二限位台阶;所述外壳体夹紧固定于所述前壳体与所述后壳体之间时,所述前壳体卡至所述第一限位台阶,所述后壳体卡至所述第二限位台阶。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像装置,其中,还包括板卡;
    所述摄像头模组设有第一连接器,所述板卡设有第二连接器;所述第一连接器与所述第二连接器对插连接,以将所述摄像头模组与所述板卡电连接;
    所述盖板包括基板,以及分别连接于所述基板相对两端的第一板部和第二板部,所述第一板部相对于所述基板弯折,所述第二板部相对于所述基板弯折;所述第一板部抵接所述摄像头模组的后端;所述第二板部限制所述第一连接器在远离所述第二连接器的方向上的自由度。
