在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,为了提高盖板30对摄像头模组20的散热效果,采用导热材料作为盖板30。
其中,盖板30可以为但不限于金属盖板30。
盖板30为折弯型盖板30;盖板30包括第一板部31,以及与第一板部31连接且相对第一板部31折弯的第二板部32;摄像头模组20固定于第一板部31,并与第一板部31导热连接;第二板部32与外壳导热连接,摄像头模组20的热量可以通过第二板部32传导至外壳,提高散热面积,提高散热效率。
本实施例中,第二板部32垂直于第一板部31。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,摄像装置还包括板卡40,板卡40设于盖板30与后壳体13之间,板卡40接近盖板30的一侧设有第二连接器41;
摄像头模组20还包括数据传输结构23,以及与数据传输结构23电连接的第一连接器24;第一连接器24与第二连接器41连接,以将摄像头模组20与板卡40电连接;盖板30限制第一连接器24向脱离第二连接器41的方向的移动自由度,防止第一连接器24松脱,保证摄像头模组20与板卡40的可靠连接。如此,盖板30实现多种功能。
其中,板卡40为电路板,板卡40上设有存储模块、处理模块、控制模块等。数据传输结构23可以为FPC软板,或其他数据传输线等。
在本实施例中,还包括第一缓冲件51,第一缓冲件51夹设于盖板30与第一连接器24之间,通过设置第一缓冲件51,可以吸收公差,便于装配。
第一缓冲件51可以为缓冲泡棉。
在本实施例中,还包括第二缓冲件52,第二缓冲件52夹设于盖板30与外 壳之间,通过设置第二缓冲件52,可以吸收公差,便于装配。
第二缓冲件52可以为导热缓冲泡棉。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,为了便于装配,前壳组件11接近后壳体13的一侧设有凸出的定位柱1115,盖板30上设有定位孔313,定位柱1115插入定位孔313内。
如此,在将第一组件(摄像头模组20与盖板30)安装于前壳支架111时,可通过定位柱1115与定位孔313的定位配合,以及镜头21与贯通开口1101的定位配合,对第一组件进行定位,再将盖板30固定于前壳组件11。
本实施例中,盖板30固定于前壳支架111。
在其他实施例中,也可以在盖板30上设定位柱1115,前壳组件11上设定位孔313,实现盖板30的定位。
在本申请的摄像装置的另一实施例中,盖板30通过第一安装柱1113固定于前壳组件11,板卡40通过第二安装柱311固定于盖板30。
在本实施例中,前壳支架111接近盖板30的一侧,设有凸出的第一安装柱1113,第一安装柱1113设有螺纹孔,盖板30上设有第一安装孔312,螺丝穿过第一安装孔312固定于第一安装柱1113上。
在本实施例中,盖板30接近板卡40的一侧,设有凸出的第二安装柱311,第二安装柱311设有螺纹孔,板卡40上设有第二安装孔42,螺丝穿过第二安装孔42固定于第二安装柱311上。
在本实施例中,前壳支架111接近后壳体13的一侧,设有凸出的第三安装柱1114,第三安装柱1114设有螺纹孔,后壳体13上设有第三安装孔131,螺丝穿过第三安装孔131固定于第三安装柱1114。
在其他实施例中,也可以将第一安装柱1113设置于盖板30上,将第二安装柱311设于板卡40上;还可以通过卡扣连接、粘接等方式,将盖板30固定于前壳支架111,将板卡40固定于盖板30或前壳支架111。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,外壳体12与后壳体13也可以为一体结构,也即该一体结构为仅设有前端开口的槽状结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种结构简单的摄像装置,其中,包括:
    壳体组件,其包括外壳体、以及固定于外壳体相对两侧的前壳组件以及后壳体;所述前壳组件设有贯通开口;
    摄像头模组,其前端设有镜头,后端设有安装板;所述镜头的一部分插入所述贯通开口,所述贯通开口限制所述镜头在所述贯通开口的径向上的移动自由度;
    盖板,其设于所述前壳组件与所述后壳体之间;所述摄像头模组的后端通过所述安装板固定于所述盖板,所述盖板固定于所述前壳组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述前壳组件包括前壳支架,以及固定于所述前壳支架远离所述后壳体一侧的装饰圈;所述前壳支架设有第一通孔,所述装饰圈设有第二通孔;所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔连通,以组成所述贯通开口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述前壳组件还包括蒙片,所述蒙片覆盖于所述前壳支架远离所述后壳体一侧的表面;所述蒙片夹紧于所述装饰圈与所述前壳支架之间;所述蒙片设有第三通孔,所述第一通孔、所述第三通孔和所述第二通孔连通,以组成所述贯通开口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述前壳支架包括支架板体,所述蒙片为柔性蒙片;所述蒙片的一部分覆盖于所述支架板体远离所述后壳体的一侧,并夹紧于所述装饰圈与所述支架板体之间;所述蒙片的另一部分翻折至所述支架板体接近所述后壳体的一侧,并夹紧于所述支架板体与所述外壳体之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述蒙片为蒙布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述盖板为导热盖板,所述安装板与所述盖板抵接,以将所述摄像头模组的热量传导至所述盖板。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述摄像装置还包括板卡,所述板卡设于所述盖板与所述后壳体之间,所述板卡接近所述盖板的一侧设有第二连接器;
    所述摄像头模组还包括第一连接器;所述第一连接器与所述第二连接器连接,以将所述摄像头模组与所述板卡电连接;所述盖板限制所述第一连接器向脱离所述第二连接器的方向的移动自由度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,还包括第一缓冲件,所述第一缓冲件设于所述盖板与所述第一连接器之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述前壳组件设有凸出的定位柱,所述盖板上设有定位孔;或,所述前壳组件上设有定位孔,所述盖板上设有凸出的定位柱;
    所述定位柱插入所述定位孔内。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的结构简单的摄像装置,其中,所述盖板通过第一安装柱固定于所述前壳组件,所述板卡通过第二安装柱固定于所述盖板。
