본 발명은 보관함에 관한 것으로서, 특히 보관될 물품이나 사용목적에 따라 사용자가 임의로 변형하여 사용할 수 있는 열림 방향 설정이 가능한 보관함에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 보관함은, 물품을 간직하고 관리하기 위해 넣어두는 것을 의미하며, 가방 또는 케이스를 보관함이라 하기도 한다. 이러한 보관함은 통상 보관하기 위한 물품의 크기나 형태 등을 고려하여 구성되며, 물품을 보관하거나 인출하기 위해 일부가 개폐가능하도록 구성된다.
개폐가능하도록 구성된 보관함은, 보관함을 제작할 시 정하여진 방향으로 개폐되게끔 구성되는바, 물품의 종류 또는 사용자의 필요에 따라 개폐되는 방향을 변경할 수 없어, 사용자는 물품이나 사용목적에 따라 각기 다른 보관함을 마련해야 하는 실정이다.
또한, 보관함을 들고 다니기 위한 손잡이나, 메고 다니기 위한 끈도 보관함을 제작할 당시 정해진 위치에 구비되는바, 사용자가 필요에 따라 임의로 손잡이나 끈 등과 같은 악세서리의 위치를 변경하기 어려워, 동일한 보관함에 대하여는 일률적인 사용행태를 띄고 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서 보관될 물품이나 사용목적에 따라 열리는 방향 또는 악세서리의 위치를 사용자가 임의로 결정하여 변형할 수 있는 보관함을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명인 열림 방향 설정이 가능한 보관함은, 판 형태 또는 내부가 빈 함체 형태를 이루면서 보관함의 외형을 이루는 외형체의 가장자리를 따라 구비되는 심지; 인접한 외형체 각각에 구비된 심지가 한꺼번에 관통되게끔 결합되는 축결정클립;을 포함하여, 상기 심지를 이루는 복수 개의 변 중 적어도 하나의 변에 축결정클립이 결합된다.

본 발명에서의 외형체(10)는, 판 형태 또는 내부가 빈 함체 형태를 이루도록 형성될 수 있으며, 적어도 2개의 외형체(10)가 결합되어 보관함의 전체 외형을 형성하면서 내부에 물품을 수용할 수 있는 수용공간을 형성하게 된다. 일 예로, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 내부가 비고 일면이 개방된 함체 형태를 이루는 외형체(10)가 내측에 수용공간이 형성되게끔 상하로 배치되어 보관함을 형성할 수 있으며, 다른 일 예로, 도 9 내지 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 판 형태를 이루는 복수 개의 외형체(10)가 내측에 수용공간이 형성되는 다각면체 형태를 이루도록 배치되어 보관함을 형성할 수도 있다. 그리고 외형체(10)는, 횡단면이 원형 또는 다각형을 이루도록 형성될 수 있으나, 후술할 축결정클립(200)의 결합 용이성과, 열리는 방향의 다양한 변화를 고려하여, 외형체(10)는, 횡단면이 다각형을 이루도록 형성됨이 바람직하며, 이하에서는 이를 전제로 설명한다.
심지(100)는, 얇은 관 형태를 이루게끔 형성될 수 있으며, 일 예로 와이어로 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 심지(100)는 외형체(10)의 가장자리를 따라 구비되며, 외형체(10)의 내측 가장자리를 따라 구비될 수 있음은 물론, 외형체(10)의 외측 가장자리를 따라 구비될 수 있다. 다만, 사용자가 후술할 축결정클립(200) 등을 손쉽게 결합시키거나 결합을 해제할 수 있게끔, 심지(100)는 도 1, 도 2 및 도 9 내지 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 외형체(10)의 외측 가장자리를 따라 구비됨이 바람직하다.
심지(100)는 외형체(10)의 외측 가장자리를 따라 구비됨에 있어, 축결정클립(200)이 결합된 상태에서 외형체(10)가 회전될 수 있도록, 외형체(10)의 외측 둘레(또는 둘레면)으로부터 소정의 간격 이격되어 구비된다. 일 예로, 외형체(10)의 외측 둘레(또는 둘레면)으로부터 외측 방향으로 돌출된 고정편이 외형체(10)의 외측 가장자리를 따라 소정의 간격마다 복수 개 형성될 수 있으며, 복수 개의 고정편을 관통하게끔 심지(100)가 구비될 수 있다. 다른 일 예로, 본 발명은 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 외형체(10)의 외측 둘레(또는 둘레면)에 대응되는 형태로 이루어져, 외형체(10)의 외측 둘레(또는 둘레면)에 결합될 수 있는 고정틀(500)을 더 포함할 수 있으며, 고정틀(500)의 외측 둘레로부터 외측 방향으로 돌출된 심지고정구(510)가 고정틀(500)의 외측 가장자리를 따라 소정의 간격마다 복수 개 형성될 수 있고, 복수 개의 심지고정구(510)를 관통하게끔 심지(100)가 구비될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 외형체(10)의 외측 가장자리를 따라 구비된 심지(100)는, 외형체(10)의 횡단면과 대응되는 다각형 형태를 이루게 되는바, 복수 개의 변을 가지게 된다. 또한, 심지(100)는 일 예로, 하나의 와이어가 다각형 형태를 이루도록 형성될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 다른 일 예로, 각각의 와이어가 심지(100)를 이루는 하나의 변을 형성하면서, 복수 개의 와이어가 고정편 또는 심지고정구(510)을 관통하게끔 끼워짐에 따라 다각형 형태를 이루도록 형성될 수도 있다.
축결정클립(200)은, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 인접한 외형체(10) 각각에 구비된 심지(100)가 한꺼번에 관통하게끔 결합된다. 이때, 심지(100)를 이루는 복수 개의 변 중 적어도 하나의 변에 축결정클립(200)이 결합됨에 따라, 축결정클립(200)에 의해 결합된 외형체(10)가 축결정클립(200)을 중심으로 회전되어 보관함이 열릴 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 심지(100)를 이루는 복수 개의 변 중 적어도 하나의 변을 보관함을 열기 위한 회전축으로 선택하여 축결정클립(200)을 결합시킴으로써, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 보관될 물품이나 사용목적에 따라 열리는 방향을 변형할 수 있다.
즉, 축결정클립(200)은, 인접한 외형체(10) 각각에 구비된 심지(100)가 한꺼번에 관통하게끔 결합되더라도, 외형체(10)의 회전에 간섭을 주지 않도록 구성되어야 하는바, 외형체(10)에 비해 상대적으로 작게 형성된다. 일 예로, 도 4a, 도 4b및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 축결정클립(200)은 상술한 복수 개의 고정편 또는 복수 개의 심지고정구(510)가 이격된 간격에 대응되는 길이를 가지면서 인접한 심지(100) 모두가 내측에 수용될 수 있게끔 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 축결정클립(200)의 외측면은, 인접한 고정편 또는 인접한 심지고정구(510)의 외측면과 대응되게끔 형성되어, 축결정클립(200)이 결합될 시 이질감을 형성하지 않도록 함이 바람직하다. 그리고, 축결정클립(200)을 중심으로 회전되는 외형체(10)에 간섭되지 않도록, 축결정클립(200)은 회전된 외형체(10)가 맞닿을 수 있는 외측면이 함입되어 걸림방지부(250)가 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 걸림방지부(250)는, 외형체(10)의 회전시 축결정클립(200)과 맞닿아 회전이 제대로 이루어지지 않는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 외형체(10)가 회전되는 각도를 제한하는 역할도 할 수 있다.
이러한 축결정클립(200)은, 심지(100)를 고정편 또는 심지고정구(510)로부터 분리시키는 방식으로 심지(100)와 결합하거나 심지(100)와의 결합을 해제할 수도 있으나, 결합 및 결합의 해제 편의를 위해, 외측에서 심지(100)에 억지끼워져 결합되도록 함이 바람직하다.
구체적인 일 예로, 축결정클립(200)은, 도 4a, 도 4b 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 일 외형체(10) 및 이에 인접한 타 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(10)가 각각 관통되도록 길이방향을 따라 형성된 제1 관통공(210) 및 제2 관통공(220)을 포함할 수 있으며, 제1 관통공(210) 및 제2 관통공(220)이 각각 외부와 연통되도록 폭방향을 따라 형성된 제1 끼움홀(230) 및 제2 끼움홀(240)을 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 제1 관통공(210) 및 제2 관통공(220)은, 심지(10)의 직경과 대응되는 직경을 가지도록 형성되고, 제1 끼움홀(230)과 제2 끼움홀(240)은 심지(10)의 직경보다 작은 폭을 가지도록 형성되어, 제1 끼움홀(230)과 제2 끼움홀(240)을 통해 심지(100)에 끼워진 축결정클립(200)이 쉽게 분리되지 않도록 함이 바람직하다.
그리고 제1 끼움홀(230) 및 제2 끼움홀(240)은, 도 4a 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 축결정클립(200)과 결합되는 일 외형체(10)의 심지(100)와 타 외형체(10)의 심지(100) 사이를 향하게끔 형성될 수 있다. 이는 인접한 외형체(10)의 외측에서 축결정클립(200)이 끼워진다고 할 시, 제1 관통공(210) 및 제2 관통공(220)이 각각에 끼워질 심지(100)와 일직선을 이루게끔 제1 끼움홀(230) 및 제2 끼움홀(240)이 형성될 경우, 심지(100)에 끼워진 축결정클립(200)에 대하여 외측방향으로 힘을 작용하면 다소 쉽게 이탈될 수 있는바, 이를 방지하기 위함이다. 즉, 제1 끼움홀(230)의 최외측단과 제2 끼움홀(240)의 최외측단이 이루는 간격은, 인접한 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100) 간의 간격보다 좁은 간격을 이루게 되는바, 심지(100)에 끼워진 축결정클립(200)에 대하여 외측방향으로 힘을 작용하더라도 쉽게 이탈되지 않게 된다.
한편, 본 발명인 보관함은, 사용자가 축결정클립(200)을 심지(100)의 일부에 결합시켜 열리는 방향을 결정하도록 구성되어 있는바, 심지(100)의 일부는 축결정클립(200)이 결합되지 않은 상태를 이루게 된다. 따라서, 도 6 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 축결정클립(200)이 결합되지 않은 심지(100) 부분에 결합되는 마감클립(300)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 마감클립(300)은 인접한 외형체(10) 중 어느 하나의 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(10)의 일부에 결합될 수 있도록 구성된다.
이러한 마감클립(300)은 축결정클립(200)에 의한 외형체(10)의 회전에 간섭하지 않는 형태를 이룬다. 일 예로, 마감클립(300)은 도 4c 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 상술한 복수 개의 고정편 또는 복수 개의 심지고정구(510)가 이격된 간격에 대응되는 길이를 가지면서, 일 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100)가 내측에 수용될 수 있게끔 형성될 수 있으며, 외측면이, 인접한 고정편 또는 인접한 심지고정구(510)의 외측면과 대응되게끔 형성될 수 있다. 그리고 마감클립(300)은, 심지(100)를 분리시키는 방식으로 심지(100)와의 결합 또는 결합해제가 이루어질 수 있으나, 일 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100)가 관통되도록 길이방향을 따라 제3 관통공(310)이 형성되고, 제3 관통공(310)이 외부와 연통되도록 폭방향을 따라 제3 끼움홀(320)이 형성되어, 제3 끼움홀(320)을 통해 심지(100)가 제3 관통공(310)에 위치되게끔 끼워져 결합될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 축결정클립(200)이 결합되지 않은 심지(100) 부분에 마감클립(300)을 결합시킴으로써, 축결정클립9200)이 결합되지 않은 심지(100) 부분이 노출되지 않게 되는바, 미려함을 확보할 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 본 발명은, 보관함을 들기 위한 손잡이 또는 매기 위한 어깨끈 역할을 하는 끈과 같은 악세서리가 장착되는 위치를 사용자가 임의로 결정할 수 있게끔 구성될 수 있다. 일 예로, 도 6 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 인접한 외형체(100) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100)가 관통되게끔 결합되고 끈(20)이 고정될 수 있는 끈고정클립(400)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
구체적인 일 예로, 도 4d 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 끈고정클립(400)은 상술한 복수 개의 고정편 또는 복수 개의 심지고정구(510)가 이격된 간격에 대응되는 길이를 가지면서, 일 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100)가 내측에 수용될 수 있게끔 형성될 수 있으며, 외측방향으로 연장형성된 부분에 끈(20)이 끼워질 수 있는 끈결합홀(430)이 관통형성될 수 있다. 그리고 끈고정클립(400)은, 심지(100)를 분리시키는 방식으로 심지(100)와의 결합 또는 결합해제가 이루어질 수 있으나, 일 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100)가 관통되도록 길이방향을 따라 제4 관통공(410)이 형성되고, 제4 관통공(410)이 외부와 연통되도록 폭방향을 따라 제4 끼움홀(420)이 형성되어, 제4 끼움홀(420)을 통해 심지(100)가 제3 관통공(310)에 위치되게끔 끼워져 결합될 수 있다.
따라서, 사용자는, 일 예로 끈(20)의 양단에 각각 구비된 끈고정클립(400)을 보관함에 고정시키기 위하여, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 심지(100)에서 이격된 두 지점을 임의로 선택하여 각각 끈고정클립(400)을 결합시킬 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 발명은, 외형체(10)의 형태와 배치되는 구조에 따라 도 1 내지 11에 도시된 바와 같이 보관함을 다양하게 형성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 축결정클립(200)을 통해 보관함이 열리는 방향을 사용자가 임의로 결정할 수 있고, 마감클립(300) 또는/및 끈고정클립(400)을 통해 악세서리의 위치를 사용자가 임의로 결정할 수 있는바, 보관될 물품이나 사용목적에 따라 보관함을 알맞게 변형사용할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 판 형태 또는 내부가 빈 함체 형태를 이루면서 보관함의 외형을 이루는 외형체(10)의 가장자리를 따라 구비되는 심지(100);
    인접한 외형체(10) 각각에 구비된 심지(100)가 한꺼번에 관통되게끔 결합되는 축결정클립(200);을 포함하여,
    상기 심지(100)를 이루는 복수 개의 변 중 적어도 하나의 변에 축결정클립(200)이 결합됨에 따라, 상기 축결정클립(200)에 의해 결합된 외형체(10)가 축결정클립(200)을 중심으로 회전되어 보관함이 열릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보관함.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 축결정클립(200)은, 일 외형체(10) 및 이에 인접한 타 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100)가 각각 관통되도록 길이방향을 따라 형성된 제1 관통공(210) 및 제2 관통공(220)과, 상기 제1 관통공(210) 및 제2 관통공(220)이 각각 외부와 연통되도록 폭방향을 따라 형성된 제1 끼움홀(230) 및 제2 끼움홀(240)을 포함하여,
    상기 제1 끼움홀(230) 및 제2 끼움홀(240)을 통해 상기 심지(100)에 끼워져 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보관함.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 끼움홀(230) 및 제2 끼움홀(240)은, 일 외형체(10)의 심지(100)와 타 외형체(10)의 심지(100) 사이를 향하게끔 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보관함.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 축결정클립(200)에 의한 외형체(10)의 회전에 간섭하지 않는 형태를 이루면서 축결정클립(200)이 결합되지 않은 심지(100) 부분에 결합되는 마감클립(300);을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보관함.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 심지(100)는 외형체(10)의 외측 가장자리를 따라 구비되되,
    인접한 외형체(10) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 외형체(10)에 구비된 심지(100)가 관통되게끔 결합되고 끈(20)이 고정될 수 있는 끈고정클립(400);을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보관함.
