Claims (10)
- 液体処理装置に用いられる筒形形状のカートリッジを取り外し可能に前記液体処理装置に取り付ける取り付け構造であって、
前記取り付け構造は、
前記カートリッジを収容する収納空間と、
前記収納空間の開口の下端に沿って設けられた回動軸と、
一端が前記回動軸に回転自在に取り付けられて前記収納空間を開閉するカバーと、
前記回動軸に回転自在に取り付けられ、前記カートリッジの底面を保持する底面支持部と前記カートリッジの側面を支持する側面支持部とを備え、前記カバーの前記収納空間の側に配置された支持部材と、
前記カートリッジの前記側面に沿って前記カートリッジを挟み込むことができるように相互に平行に前記カバーに取り付けられた1対の持ち上げ部材と、
を備え、
前記1対の持ち上げ部材の相互に向き合う内面に、前記収納空間の奥を向いた側の端部が開放端部となって前記カートリッジの側面に形成されている突起を受け入れる溝が形成され、

- 前記回動軸を挟んで前記カバーの前記一端から先端に向かう方向と前記側面支持部が延びる方向とがなす角度が所定の値を超えないように、前記支持部材に前記カバーに当接する当接部が設けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の取り付け構造。
- 前記カバーと前記支持部材とを接続するばね部材を有し、
前記ばね部材は、前記突起が前記溝に進入していないように前記角度を保持する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の取り付け構造。 - 前記カバーの前記先端に、前記収納空間を閉じる位置に前記カバーを固定する解除可能なラッチ機構が設けられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の取り付け構造。
- 前記側面支持部に、前記カートリッジの前記側面に形成されている位置決め部に嵌合する嵌合部が設けられている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の取り付け構造。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の取り付け構造によって前記液体処理装置に取り付けられる筒形形状のカートリッジであって、
頂面に設けられて前記液体処理装置のマニホールドに接続可能な接続部と、
側面に設けられた1対の前記突起と、
を備え、前記接続部を介して前記マニホールドと前記カートリッジの内部との間で液体が流通可能であるカートリッジ。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の取り付け構造によって前記液体処理装置に取り付けられる筒形形状のカートリッジであって、
頂面に設けられて前記液体処理装置のマニホールドに接続可能な接続部と、
側面に設けられた1対の前記突起及び前記位置決め部と、
を備え、前記接続部を介して前記マニホールドと前記カートリッジの内部との間で液体が流通可能であるカートリッジ。 - 前記カートリッジは円筒形状であり、前記側面において前記カートリッジの直径の両端にあたる位置にそれぞれ前記突起が設けられている、請求項8または9に記載のカートリッジ。
