具体实施方式
参见图1,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的移动终端200和家用电器100进行NFC数据通讯的场景示意图。家用电器100可以包括智能空调、智能电视、智能冰箱以及智能洗衣机等。图1中包括了均具有NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)模块的移动终端200和家用电器100。移动终端200和家用电器100均可以产生射频场。可以选择移动终端200和家用电器100中的任一个作为NFC发起设备,另一个作为NFC目标设备。具体地,例如,将移动终端200作为NFC发起设备,家用电器100作为NFC目标设备。移动终端200一般可以指手机、平板电脑以及可穿戴设备等。
家用电器100检测周围的NFC信号,并与发送NFC信号的移动终端200建立NFC数据连接。移动终端200和家用电器100建立NFC数据连接之后,移动终端200可以通过NFC数据连接向家用电器100发送自身的唯一标识。唯一标识可以是用户预先在移动终端200中设定的标识,也可以是移动终端200自身具有的一些标识,如移动终端200自身的国际移动用户识别码或国际移动设备识别码等。家用电器100可以获取移动终端200发送的唯一标识,并根据唯一标识匹配出家用电器的使用权限。使用权限用于指示家用电器的功能授权范围。
NFC短距离无线通信技术能够简化短距离交互认证识别的过程。NFC的具体技术特点及参数如下:NFC数据通过电感耦合方式传递,不仅具有传 输范围小、成本低、带宽高、功耗低等特点,且具有双向连接和识别的特点。NFC数据通信的传输速率可为106Kb/s,212Kb/s,424Kb/s或更高(ISO14443标准下的RFID系统其传输速率单一且固定为106Kb/s)。另外在安全性方面,近场通信更安全,响应时间更短,适合在无线短距离传输环境下的应用。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的家用电器100的控制方法的流程图。该家用电器100的控制方法可以应用于上述实施例中的家用电器100上。参见图2,该家用电器100的控制方法一般性地可包括以下步骤S202至步骤S208。
步骤S202:获取移动终端200的NFC模块发送的NFC信号。
步骤S204:根据NFC信号建立与移动终端200的NFC数据连接。
步骤S206:获取移动终端200通过NFC数据连接发送的移动终端200的标识。
步骤S208:根据标识匹配出家用电器100的使用权限。使用权限用于指示家用电器100的功能授权范围。
步骤S210:允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制。

在本发明一个实施例中,步骤S210可包括:获取移动终端200通过NFC数据连接发送的控制指令。然后,判断控制指令对应的功能是否属于功能授权范围,若是,执行控制指令。
在本实施例中,在移动终端200发送的控制指令对应的功能属于功能授权范围时,家用电器100执行这个功能,可以避免家用电器100执行功能授 权范围以外的功能,防止用户对家用电器100进行不合理的使用,提高了家用电器100的智能化水平。
在本发明一个实施例中,在获取的控制指令对应的功能不属于功能授权范围的情况下,从预设的授权清单中获取具有控制指令对应的功能的使用权限的备选终端。授权清单用于记录与家用电器100进行过NFC数据连接的历史终端及历史终端的使用权限。向备选终端发送控制指令以及移动终端200的信息。
在本实施例中,在获取的控制指令对应的功能不属于功能授权范围的情况下,从预设的授权清单中获取具有控制指令对应的功能的使用权限的备选终端,向备选终端发送控制指令以及移动终端200的信息,可以使备选终端的用户了解是哪个移动终端200的用户需要使用家用电器100的某个功能,从而及时了解移动终端200的用户的需求。
具体地,例如,当获取到孩子通过自己的移动终端200向智能电视发送使用游戏功能的控制指令后,若游戏功能的控制指令不属于功能授权范围,将移动终端200所属的孩子的姓名以及游戏功能的名称发送至备选终端。或者,当获取到老人通过自己的移动终端200向智能空调发送使用制冷模式下的最低温度的控制指令后,若制冷模式下的最低温度的控制指令不属于功能授权范围,将移动终端200所属的老人的姓名以及制冷模式下的最低温度发送至备选终端。或者,当获取到老人或孩子通过自己的移动终端200向智能冰箱发送的动态杀菌的控制指令后,若动态杀菌不属于功能授权范围,会将移动终端200所属的老人或孩子的姓名以及动态杀菌发送至备选终端。
在本发明一个实施例中,在向备选终端发送控制指令以及移动终端200的信息的步骤之后,还可包括:获取备选终端反馈的补充授权信息,并根据补充授权信息增加移动终端200的功能授权范围。
在本实施例中,在备选终端接收到控制指令以及移动终端200的信息后,备选终端的用户可以根据实际情况判断是否为移动终端200提供这个控制指令对应的功能的使用权限。若需要为移动终端200提供这个控制指令对应的功能的使用权限,备选终端的用户可以通过备选终端发送补充授权信息。获取备选终端反馈的补充授权信息,并根据补充授权信息增加移动终端200的功能授权范围,可以允许移动终端200的用户使用这个控制指令对应的功能,这种方式可以使对移动终端200的功能授权范围的管理更加灵活。
以智能电视为例,在备选终端接收到孩子的名称和游戏功能的控制指令后,备选终端的用户认为孩子可以使用这个游戏功能,则可以通过备选终端发送这个游戏功能的补充授权信息。获取备选终端反馈的游戏功能的补充授权信息后,将游戏功能增加移动终端200的功能授权范围。
以智能冰箱为例,在备选终端接收到老人的姓名和动态杀菌的控制指令后,备选终端的用户认为老人可以使用动态杀菌的功能,则可以通过备选终端发送动态杀菌的补充授权信息。获取备选终端反馈的动态杀菌的补充授权信息后,将动态杀菌的功能增加移动终端200的功能授权范围。
以智能空调为例,在备选终端接收到老人的姓名和制冷模式下的最低温度的控制指令后,备选终端的用户认为老人可以使用这个制冷模式下的最低温度功能,则可以通过备选终端发送制冷模式下的最低温度功能的补充授权信息。获取备选终端反馈的最低温度功能的补充授权信息后,将这个制冷模式下的最低温度功能增加移动终端200的功能授权范围。
在本发明一个实施例中,在根据补充授权信息增加移动终端200的功能授权范围的步骤之后,输出提醒信息至移动终端200。在本实施例中,通过这种方式,可以将修改后的功能授权范围及时的通知移动终端200的用户,使移动终端200的用户快速地使用需要的功能。
在一些其他可选实施例中,在根据补充授权信息增加移动终端200的功能授权范围的步骤之后,还可包括在预设时长后,清除根据补充授权信息增加的移动终端200的功能。
在本实施例中,在预设时长后,清除根据补充授权信息增加的移动终端200的功能,可以防止移动终端200的用户过度的使用根据补充授权信息增加的移动终端200的功能。例如,将游戏功能增加到移动终端200的功能授权范围后,经预设时长后,清除移动终端200使用游戏功能的授权。或者,将动态杀菌的功能增加到移动终端200的功能授权范围后,经预设时长后,清除移动终端200的动态杀菌功能的授权。或者,将制冷模式下的最低温度功能增加到移动终端200的功能授权范围后,经预设时长后,清除移动终端200在制冷模式下使用最低温度功能的授权。预设时长可以针对不同的功能分别进行配置。
在本发明一个实施例中,使用权限还可用于指示移动终端200的控制优先级。在允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步 骤之前,还可包括:
获取家用电器100的控制记录。然后,判断移动终端200的控制优先级是否高于控制记录中的最后一个移动终端200的控制优先级。若是,执行允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步骤。若否,忽略允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步骤。
在本实施例中,为移动终端200设置控制优先级,可以避免各移动终端200的用户同时需要使用家用电器100的时候发生争抢。具体地,例如,女孩在使用智能电视的时候,男孩也想使用智能电视,但是为了防止男孩和女孩使用智能电视的时候发生争抢,使女孩的移动终端200的控制优先级高于男孩的移动终端200的控制优先级。
在本发明一个实施例中,当移动终端200的控制优先级低于控制记录中的最后一个移动终端200的控制优先级时候,在忽略允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步骤之前,还可包括:
判断移动终端200的标识的获取时间和控制记录中的最后一个移动终端200的标识的获取时间的差值是否小于预设时间间隔。若是,执行忽略允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步骤。
在移动终端200的标识的获取时间和控制记录中的最后一个移动终端200的标识的获取时间的差值大于预设时间间隔的情况下,执行允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步骤。
在本实施例中,移动终端200的标识的获取时间和控制记录中的最后一个移动终端200的标识的获取时间的差值小于预设时间间隔时,执行忽略允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步骤;移动终端200的标识的获取时间和控制记录中的最后一个移动终端200的标识的获取时间的差值大于预设时间间隔时,执行允许移动终端200在功能授权范围内对家用电器100进行控制的步骤;可以避免控制优先级高的移动终端200的用户过度的使用家用电器100,也可以使控制优先级低的移动终端200的用户能够使用家用电器100,从而可以照顾到各移动终端200的用户的情绪,提高用户的体验。
在本发明一个实施例中,功能授权范围可包括家用电器100被授权使用功能的使用时长。
在本实施例中,使用时长可以是家用电器100被授权使用功能的使用一 次的使用时长,也可以是家用电器100被授权使用功能的一段时间内的使用的总时长,如一天或者一周内的使用的总时长。通过为家用电器100的被授权使用功能设置时长,可以避免移动终端200的用户过多的使用家用电器100。
图3是根据本发明另一个实施例的家用电器100的控制方法的流程图。参见图3,家用电器100的控制方法可以包括以下步骤S302至步骤S322。
步骤S302:获取移动终端200的NFC模块发送的NFC信号。
步骤S304:根据NFC信号建立与移动终端200的NFC数据连接。
步骤S306:获取移动终端200通过NFC数据连接发送的移动终端200的标识。
步骤S308:根据标识匹配出家用电器100的使用权限。使用权限用于指示家用电器100的功能授权范围。

    根据所述标识匹配出所述家用电器的使用权限,所述使用权限用于指示所述家用电器的功能授权范围;
    允许所述移动终端在所述功能授权范围内对所述家用电器进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的控制方法,其中,
    所述允许所述移动终端在所述功能授权范围内对所述家用电器进行控制的步骤包括:
    获取所述移动终端通过NFC数据连接发送的控制指令;
    判断所述控制指令对应的功能是否属于所述功能授权范围;
    若是,执行所述控制指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器的控制方法,其中,
    在所述控制指令对应的功能不属于所述功能授权范围的情况下,从预设的授权清单中获取具有所述控制指令对应的功能的使用权限的备选终端,所述授权清单用于记录与所述家用电器进行过NFC数据连接的历史终端及所述历史终端的使用权限;
    向所述备选终端发送所述控制指令以及所述移动终端的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的家用电器的控制方法,其中,
    在向所述备选终端发送所述控制指令以及所述移动终端的信息的步骤之后,还包括:
    获取所述备选终端反馈的补充授权信息,并根据所述补充授权信息增加所述移动终端的功能授权范围。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的家用电器的控制方法,其中,
    在所述根据所述补充授权信息增加所述移动终端的功能授权范围的步 骤之后,输出提醒信息至所述移动终端。

    所述使用权限还用于指示所述移动终端的控制优先级;

    所述功能授权范围包括所述家用电器被授权使用功能的使用时长。
  10. 一种家用电器,包括:
    NFC模块;
    控制器,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器内存储有控制程序,所述控制程序被所述处理器执行时用于实现根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的家用电器的控制方法。
