在一些实施方式中,可选地,所述装饰件为含有磁粉的注塑件。
在一些实施方式中,可选地,所述装饰件包括本体,所述本体呈长条形,所述本体的形状与所述竖梁的带槽孔的前面板匹配,所述本体被配置为覆盖在所述竖梁的所述前面板上。
在一些实施方式中,可选地,所述本体包括相对设置的第一面和第二面,所述第一面的宽度大于所述第二面的宽度,所述第一面被配置为与所述竖梁的所述 前面板接触。
在一些实施方式中,可选地中,所述装饰件还包括至少一个翼边,所述至少一个翼边中的一个沿所述本体的长度方向设置在所述本体的一侧,所述翼边通过第一连接部连接至所述本体,所述翼边被配置为能够绕所述第一连接部相对于所述本体转动。

本实用新型还提供了一种置物系统,包括:
横梁;
竖梁,连接至所述横梁;
装饰件,覆盖所述竖梁的至少部分表面;其中,所述装饰件的至少部分包含磁性材料,使得所述装饰件利用其与所述竖梁接触而产生的磁力固定在所述竖梁上。
与现有技术相比,本申请的技术方案的有益效果如下:
1、装饰件通过其与竖梁接触而产生的作用力固定在竖梁上,例如,装饰件采用含磁性材料的材料制成,在与竖梁接触时产生磁力,从而将装饰件吸附在竖梁上;或者装饰件具有弹性,当装饰件与竖梁接触时,装饰件发生形变产生弹力,利用弹力将装饰件夹紧在竖梁上。装饰件与竖梁的连接方式,安装和拆卸都很方便。
2、装饰件覆盖在竖梁上,可以减轻悬挂元件与竖梁接触碰撞而产生的噪音,避免对使用者造成不适。
3、装饰件覆盖了竖梁上的槽孔,提升了竖梁的整体美观程度。
4、装饰件可以使用柔性材料制成,从而方便卷绕,便于存储和运输。

以下将对本申请的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步的说明,以充分地了解本申请的目的、特征和效果,但本申请的保护不仅限于此。
如图1所示,是现有技术中常见的一种竖梁100,竖梁100整体呈长条形,一般竖直设置。当竖梁100竖直设置时,定义其长度方向为上下方向或竖向,垂直竖梁100长度方向的水平方向为横向。竖梁100包括前面板101以及与前面板101互连的相对设置的第一侧面102和第二侧面103,使得竖梁100的横截面大致呈U形。在竖梁100的前面板101上设置有多个槽孔104,这些槽孔104可以沿着竖梁100的长度方向呈两列并排设置,也可以沿竖梁100的长度方向交错布置,或者采用现有技术中已有的任意一种布置方式。这些槽孔104用于连接诸如支架、篮子等悬挂元件。悬挂元件可以采用现有已知的任意一种方式实现与竖梁100的连接,例如,可以将悬挂元件通过紧固件固定在槽孔104上,或者在悬挂元件上设置挂钩,挂靠在槽孔104上。应当理解,图1所示的竖梁100仅仅是本申请适用的一个示例,其具体结构不构成对本申请的限制,其他现有技术中已有的竖梁结构同样可以适用于本申请的技术方案。
使用者在将置物系统安装完成后,竖梁100上未使用的槽孔104会暴露在外。本申请提供了一种装饰件200,使用者可以根据露出的槽孔104的尺寸来选择所需 要的装饰条200,以将露出的槽孔104遮挡住。这样可以增加产品的美观。此外,如果没有将槽孔104遮挡住,其他物品可能会通过槽孔104进入到竖梁100中,特别是一些物体会钩住竖梁100,这样在拉动物体时会整体将置物系统破坏掉。通过设置装饰件200以遮挡住未使用的槽孔104,则可以避免上述情况的发生。
实施例1
如图2所示,本申请提供的一种装饰件200,其包括本体201,该本体201整体呈长条形,能够覆盖在竖梁100的前面板101上。装饰件200可以为包含磁性材料的注塑件,具体为,在制造过程中,在注塑原料中加入磁性材料,磁性材料可以选为磁粉。当装饰件200与竖梁100接触时,装饰件200与竖梁100之间产生磁力,从而将装饰件200吸附在竖梁100上。使用磁性材料制作的装饰件200,方便安装和拆卸。
如图3所示,装饰件200的本体201的宽度可以与竖梁100的前面板101的宽度大致相等,或者装饰件200的本体201的宽度略小于前面板101的宽度,但本体201的宽度足够使能够本体201遮挡住槽孔104。这里的宽度是指装饰件200和竖梁100在横向上的尺寸,以下所引用的宽度与此处的宽度具有相等含义。装饰件200覆盖在竖梁100的前面板101上,能够基本上与竖梁100的前面板101等宽,从而遮挡前面板101。
在一些实施方式中,如图4所示,装饰件200的本体201具有第一面202和第二面203,第一面202和第二面203相对设置,其中,如图6所示,第一面202用于与竖梁100的前面板101接触,第一面202的宽度与前面板101的宽度大致相等,或第一面202的宽度小于前面板101的宽度但足够使第一面202能够遮挡住槽孔104。第二面203是装饰件200覆盖前面板101后暴露在外的表面,较佳地,如图5所示,第二面203的宽度可以略小于第一面202的宽度,第二面203与第一面202之间可以通过倒角、圆角204等进行过渡。则本体201的横截面大致呈梯形。采用这种方式,防止尖锐的边角可能伤人,也增加了产品的美观度,还可以节省装饰件200的材料。
装饰件200的长度可以根据实际需求设置,不构成对本申请的限制。
装饰件200可以由软性材料制成,在未使用状态下,如图8所示,可以将装饰件200卷起来形成柱状体,以节省空间,方便存储和运输。
在一些实施方式中,如图7所示,装饰件200上沿长度方向可以布置至少一个第一撕裂线205,从而可以将装饰件200沿着第一撕裂线205断开,以获得不同长度的装饰件200,使得装饰件200能够适用于多种不同尺寸要求的场景中。在一些实施方式中,装饰件200沿宽度方向可以布置至少一个第二撕裂线206,可以将装饰件200沿第二撕裂线206断开,以获得不同宽度的装饰件200。在一些实施方式中,可以同时设置第一撕裂线205和第二撕裂线206。第一撕裂线205和第二撕 裂线206可以设置在本体201的第一面202或者第二面203。
撕裂线有利于使用者方便地将装饰件断开,不需要另外的工具也能保证断裂口的平整度。撕裂线还可以标注尺寸规格,有利于使用者根据实际需要进行裁切。
实施例2
如图9所示,本实施例中的装饰件200与实施例1相比,是在实施例1的装饰件200的基础上,在装饰件200的本体201沿长度方向的至少一侧上设置了翼边207。具体地,在本实施例中,装饰件200呈长条形,其包括本体201和至少一个翼边207。本体201的形状与实施例1中相同,在此不再赘述。如图10所示,一个翼边207沿本体201长度方向连接至本体201的一侧,翼边207和本体201之间设置有第一连接部208,翼边207能够绕第一连接部208相对于本体201转动。
翼边207与本体201可以是一体成型的,采用挤出成型工艺,方便形成第一连接部208的形状,且可以方便地根据需要设置第一连接部208的形状,以使其翻折后形成不同的夹角以适应不同形状的竖梁。
其中,第一连接部208的V形,开口端朝向竖梁100,顶端远离竖梁100,这样,当翼边207展开时,翼边207上远离竖梁100的表面与本体201的第二表面可以形成一个平面。第一连接部208的V形,顶端处形成夹角,不同夹角大小,使得翼边207折叠后与本体201之间形成不同大小的角度,以适应不同形状的竖梁。该夹角的大小可以实际需求设置,其具体数值不构成对本申请的限制。
与实施例1相似,实施例2中的装饰件200可以为包含磁性材料的注塑件。,其长度可以根据实际需求设置,也可以沿长度方向布置多个第一撕裂线205。装饰件200可以由软性材料制成,方便卷绕,以便于运输、存储。同时,在翼边207上可以设置至少一个第二撕裂线206,以调整翼边207的宽度。
在本实施例中,翼边207具有两种状态:展开状态和折叠状态。在展开状态下,翼边207与本体201平齐,即翼边207与本体201处于同一平面;在折叠状态下,翼边207与本体201之间形成夹角。
通过设置至少一个翼边207,拓展了装饰件200的宽度适用范围,例如,如图11和12所示,当竖梁100的前面板101的宽度与本体201的宽度等宽时,则可以将本体201覆盖在竖梁100的前面板101上,然后将翼边207往竖梁100的侧面方向转动,翼边207处于折叠状态,使得翼边207覆盖在竖梁100的侧面上。当竖梁100的前面板101的宽度大于本体201的宽度时,可以将翼边207转动至与本体201处于同一平面的状态,即翼边207处于展开状态,从而将装饰件200覆盖在竖梁100的前面板101上。翼边207的竖梁100可以设置为一个或两个。翼边207的宽度可以等于或小于竖梁100的第一侧面102、第二侧面103的宽度。
此外,当翼边207覆盖在竖梁100的侧面上,还可以增加装饰件200与竖梁100之间的磁力,从而提升装饰件200的连接强度。
一个或两个翼边207的设计可以有效防止装饰件200在竖梁100横向的移动
实施例3
如图13所示,本实施例中的装饰件200与实施例1相比,是在实施例1的装饰件200的基础上,在装饰件200的本体201沿长度方向设置了两个侧边,即第一侧边209和第二侧边210,其中,第一侧边209和第二侧边210分别与本体201呈夹角,较佳地,第一侧边209和第二侧边210垂直于本体201,使得装饰件200的横截面大致呈U形。两个侧边与本体201之间的第二连接部211可以设置为弧形。
实施例1中的其他技术特征,例如,本体201的结构、由磁性材料制成、由软性材料制成、具有第一撕裂线205和第二撕裂线206等,均可以应用在本实施例中。
如图14所示,本实施例的装饰件200在使用时,本体201仍覆盖在竖梁100的前面板101上,两个侧边则分别覆盖在竖梁100的第一侧面102和第二侧面103上。具体地,使用者在使用者在将置物系统安装完成后,竖梁100上未使用的槽孔104会暴露在外。使用者可以根据露出的槽孔104的尺寸来选择所需要的装饰条200,以将露出的槽孔104遮挡住。这样可以增加产品的美观。同时避免其他物品插入竖梁100而钩住竖梁100的情况的发生。
实施例4
在实施例1、2和3中,装饰件200为包含磁性材料的注塑件。。与实施例1、2和3相比,如图15所示,本实施例中的装饰件200,其整体可以由其他合适的软性材料制成,然后在装饰件200上设置多个由磁性材料制成的磁性部212,利用磁性部212将装饰件200吸附在竖梁100上。磁性部212可以均匀地布置在装饰件200上,也可以在受力集中的部分集中设置多个磁性部212。磁性部212是固定在装饰件200上的,从而与装饰件200成为一个整体。
应当理解,实施例4中的装饰件200结构可以是实施例1、2、3中任意一个的结构,区别仅在于装饰件200整体所使用的材料不同以及增加了磁性部212。
实施例5
如图16所示,本实施例与实施例4的区别在于,使用吸附组件代替了磁性部212。当吸附组件接触竖梁100后,按压吸附组件挤出空气,从而形成负压,将装饰件200固定在竖梁100上。吸附组件可以均匀地布置在装饰件200上,也可以在受力集中的部分集中设置多个吸附组件213,吸附组件213可以选用吸盘。不过应当注意,在装饰件200上设置吸附组件213时,注意避让与竖梁100的槽孔104对应的位置。磁性部212是固定在装饰件200上的,从而与装饰件200成为一个整体。
应当理解,实施例5中的装饰件200结构可以是实施例1、2、3中任意一个 的结构。实施例5中的装饰件200可以也可以使用磁性材料制成,然后再设置吸附组件213,可以进一步提升装饰件200与竖梁100之间的作用力,提高两者的连接强度。或者,可以在实施例5的装饰件200上再设置磁性部212,使得磁性部212和吸附组件213同时存在。
实施例6
本实施例是在实施例3的基础上改进的,即本实施例中的装饰件200与实施例3中的装饰件200结构基本相同,都具有本体201和两个侧边。不同之处在于,本实施例6中的装饰件200具有弹性,即两个侧边在外力作用下,其间距会发生变化,当外力消失时,两个侧边恢复至初始状态。两个侧边之间的间距在初始状态下是小于竖梁100的宽度的。在安装装饰件200时,将两个侧边往外掰开,然后将套设在竖梁100上,然后释放外力,则装饰件200发生了形变,如图17所示,产生了弹力F,该弹力F促使两个侧边分别往竖梁100方向移动,从而利用弹力F将装饰件200夹紧在竖梁100上。
在本实施例中,装饰件200的整体可以由磁性材料制成,装饰件200具有弹性,从而产生磁力和夹紧力,进一步提升装饰件200和竖梁100的连接强度。也可以采用非磁性材料制成,装饰件200具有弹性,从而产生夹紧力。也可以在装饰件200上设置磁性部212和/或吸附组件。
实施例7
如图18和19所示,本实施例提供了一种置物系统,包括横梁300、竖梁100和装饰件200。
横梁300一般用于连接至竖直面,以起到固定整个置物系统的作用。
竖梁100连接至所述横梁300,可以通过紧固件固定在横梁300上。竖梁100上可以设置悬挂元件。
装饰件200覆盖竖梁100的至少部分表面。其中,装饰件200可以是实施例1-6中任意一种结构的装饰件。较佳地,在本实施例中,装饰件200选用磁性材料制成,通过磁力吸附在竖梁100上。
以上详细描述了本申请的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本申请的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本申请的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。
Claims (21)
- 一种装饰件,用于覆盖在置物系统的竖梁上,其中,所述装饰件与竖梁的外形相匹配,所述装饰件被配置为:当所述装饰件覆盖在所述竖梁上时,所述装饰件与所述竖梁之间会产生作用力,利用所述作用力将所述装饰件固定在所述竖梁上且所述装饰件覆盖所述竖梁的至少部分表面。
- 如权利要求1所述的装饰件,其中,所述装饰件为含有磁性材料的注塑件。
- 如权利要求2所述的装饰件,其中,所述装饰件包括本体,所述本体呈长条形,所述本体的形状与所述竖梁的带槽孔的前面板匹配,所述本体被配置为覆盖在所述竖梁的所述前面板上。
- 如权利要求1或3所述的装饰件,其中,所述本体包括相对设置的第一面和第二面,所述第一面的宽度大于所述第二面的宽度,所述第一面被配置为与所述竖梁的所述前面板接触。
- 如权利要求3所述的装饰件,其中,所述装饰件还包括至少一个翼边,所述至少一个翼边中的一个沿所述本体的长度方向设置在所述本体的一侧,所述翼边通过第一连接部连接至所述本体,所述翼边被配置为能够绕所述第一连接部相对于所述本体转动。
- 如权利要求5所述的装饰件,其中,所述装饰件具有展开状态和折叠状态,在所述展开状态下,所述翼边与所述本体平齐;在所述折叠状态下,所述翼边与所述本体形成夹角,所述翼边被配置为覆盖在所述竖梁的侧面。

- 如权利要求9所述的装饰件,其中,所述第二连接部呈弧形。
