本申请的易安装的太阳能监控设备采用可拆卸的组装形式,摄像装置和太阳能装置两个部分可以在固定座安装到位后再分别安装在固定座上,而固定座的重量轻,安装的难度小,方便对固定座进行较为精准的安装,通过在固定座上设置第一卡槽和第二卡槽,摄像装置和太阳能装置上分别设有第一卡板和第二卡板,使摄像装置和太阳能装置能够直接进行快速且精确的定位,能够不借助工具完成装配工作,降低了安装的难度,提高了安装的精度。

具体实施方式
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征之“上”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征之“下”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者多个该特征。
如图1和图2所示,一实施例的易安装的太阳能监控设备包括固定座1、摄像装置2和太阳能装置3,固定座1上设有第一卡槽100和第二卡槽200,摄像装置2包括第一卡板21、第一支架22和摄像头23,太阳能装置3包括第二卡板31、第二支架32和太阳能组件33,第一卡板21和摄像头23分别设置在第一支架22的两端,第二卡板31和太阳能组件33分别设置在第二支架32的两端,第一卡板21可插入第一卡槽100中以固定摄像装置2,第二卡板可31插入第二卡槽200中以固定太阳能装置3。
本实施例的易安装的太阳能监控设备采用可拆卸的组装形式,摄像装置2和太阳能装置3两个部分可以在固定座1安装到位后再分别安装在固定座1上,而固定座1的重量轻,安装的难度小,方便对固定座1进行较为精准的安装,通过在固定座1上设置第一卡槽100和第二卡槽200,摄像装置2和太阳能装置3上分别设有第一卡板21和第二卡板31,使摄像装置2和太阳能装置3能够直接进行快速且精确的定位,能够不借助工具完成装配工作,降低了安装的难度,提高了安装的精度。
如图3所示,可选的,固定座1包括基板11和两个第一限位板12,两个第一限位板12间隔设置在基板11的表面,第一限位板12包括第一垂直板121和 第一平行板122,第一垂直板121的一侧与基板11垂直连接,第一垂直板121相对的另一侧与第一平行板122垂直连接,第一平行板122与基板11平行,两个第一平行板122远离第一垂直板121一侧的端面相对设置,第一平行板122与基板11之间形成第一卡槽100。第一限位板12的此种结构简单,制造成本较低,第一平行板122与基板11之间的间距可以设置地比第一卡板21的厚度稍大,两个第一垂直板121之间的间距设置地比第一卡板21的宽度稍宽,使第一卡板21可以较为轻松地插入第一卡槽100中,且插入到位后,第一卡板21不会在第一卡槽100中发生明显的晃动。
如图4所示,第一卡板21包括板本体211和两个限位凸部212,板本体211的轮廓呈矩形,两个限位凸部212分别设置在板本体211相对的两侧,板本体211的边缘可插入第一卡槽100中,并使限位凸部212与第一限位板12的顶部抵接。在本实施例中,由于第一垂直板121和第一平行板122均为平板结构,第一卡槽100的两端都是开放的,考虑到固定座1通常的安装姿态都是固定在墙面上,因此需要设置限位凸部212,防止因重力作用导致第一卡板21从第一卡槽100中脱出。
如图3和图4所示,第一卡板21还包括连接板213,连接板213固定设置在板本体211的顶部,连接板213上开设有第一通孔2131,基板11上开设有第一螺纹孔111,连接板213由穿过第一通孔2131并旋拧至第一螺纹孔111内的紧固件(图中未示出)固定在基板11上。虽然限位凸部212可以使摄像装置2较好地固定在固定座1上,但在外力作用下,第一卡板21依然能够在第一卡槽100中发生位移,导致摄像装置2与固定座1脱离。通过设置连接板213,并用紧固件(例如螺钉)将其固定在基板11上,可以使第一卡板21无法发生位移,从而提高摄像装置2的稳定性,防止意外情况下摄像装置2与固定座1发生脱离。此外,由于稳定性的提高,摄像头23也不容易发生晃动,使监控图像也能保持较为稳定的状态。
如图3所示,在本实施例中,固定座1还包括两个第二限位板13,两个第二限位板13间隔设置在基板11的表面,第二限位板13包括第二垂直板131和第二平行板132,第二垂直板131的一侧与基板11垂直连接,第二垂直板131相对的另一侧与第二平行板132垂直连接,第二平行板132与基板11平行,第二平行板132与基板11之间形成第二卡槽200,第二垂直板131呈L型,使第二垂直板131可支撑第二卡板31。与第一垂直板121不同的是,第二垂直板131 呈L型,因此,当第二卡板31插入第二卡槽200后,第二垂直板131可以将第二卡板31托住,起到限位作用,防止第二卡板31继续运动。
可选的,本实施例的固定座1还包括两个限位凸筋14,限位凸筋14设置在两个第二限位板13之间,如图5所示,第二卡板31上开设有两个限位凹槽311,限位凸筋14可插入限位凹槽中311。限位凸筋14和限位凹槽311的数量均至少为一个,本实施例中的限位凸筋14和限位凹槽311的数量可选为两个,太阳能装置3的重量可能较大,因此对第二卡板31与固定座1之间连接的稳定性具有较高的要求,限位凸筋14和限位凹槽311之间的配合能增强第二卡板31与固定座1之间连接的稳定性。
如图5所示,第二卡板31上开设有第二通孔312,如图3所示,基板11上开设有第二螺纹孔112,第二卡板31由穿过第二通孔312并旋拧至第二螺纹孔112内的紧固件(图中未示出)固定在基板11上,因此可以使第二卡板31被锁定在固定座1上,即使因意外受到外力作用,太阳能装置3也不容易与固定座1分离。
可选的,第一支架22和第二支架32均为中空结构,第一支架22和第二支架32内部形成供线材穿过的通道,不论是摄像装置2还是太阳能装置3,都需要连接线材来实现数据传输或电力供应,将线材设置在第一支架22及第二支架32内部,不仅使外观更为美观,还能延缓线材的老化,提高线材的使用寿命。
如图4所示,本实施例的摄像装置2还包括无线模块(图中未示出)和天线24,无线模块设置在第一支架22内部,天线24设置在第一支架22的表面,从而可以实现数据的无线传输以及无线控制功能。本实施例中的天线24有两根,其中一根天线24可用于收发WIFI信号,另一根天线24可用于收发4G或5G信号,即使其中一种信号的收发出现故障,也能通过另外一种信号实现设备的正常工作。
如图6所示,在一个实施例中,第一支架22包括第一连接杆221和安装座222,第一卡板21设置在第一连接杆221的一端,安装座222设置在第一连接杆221的另一端,摄像头23设置在安装座222上,天线24设置在第一连接杆221上,安装座222包括安装座本体2221和卡盖2222,安装座本体2221上开设有SIM卡槽22211,卡盖2222与安装座本体2221可拆卸连接,卡盖2222可遮盖SIM卡槽22211。当需要收发4G或5G信号时,需要在SIM卡槽22211中插入SIM卡,卡盖2222能遮盖住SIM卡槽22211及SIM卡,对SIM卡起到保 护作用,防止SIM卡受损。
如图7所示,可选的,太阳能装置3包括太阳能面板331、安装框架332、电池组333和底壳334,太阳能面板331覆盖在安装框架332的一侧,安装框架332内设有供电池组333放置的容纳腔(图中未示出),底壳334与安装框架332连接并封盖容纳腔,第二支架32与底壳334连接。电池组333采用二次电池,电池组333本身能提供一定的续航时间,当太阳能面板331能接收到足够光照时,可以为电池组333充电,从而使太阳能装置3具有较长的续航时间。当太阳能装置3发生故障需要维修时,可以将损坏的太阳能装置3拆卸下来,用新的太阳能装置3进行替换,最大程度地缩短因部件故障造成的监控空白期。
如图8至图10所示,在一个实施例中,第二支架32包括第二连接杆321、固定轴322和球头支架323,第二连接杆321的一端与第二卡板31连接,第二连接杆321的另一端设有半球形凹槽3211,球头支架323包括支架本体3231以及与支架本体3231连接的半球座3232,固定轴322设置在半球座3232内,固定轴322通过紧固件与第二连接杆321连接,并使半球座3232活动设置在半球形凹槽3211内。
半球座3232上开设有固定槽32322,固定轴322设置在固定槽32322中,半球形凹槽3211的槽底部位开设有第三通孔3212,固定轴322上开设有第四通孔3221,半球座3232上开设有第五通孔32321,紧固件(例如螺钉)穿过第三通孔3212、第四通孔3221和第五通孔32321,从而使球头支架323与第二连接杆321连接,半球座3232可以在半球形凹槽3211中转动,使球头支架323实现俯仰调节以及水平面内的旋转调节,当球头支架323进行俯仰调节时,半球座3232与固定轴322之间也会发生相对转动,紧固件会阻碍球头支架323的俯仰调节,为了使球头支架323可以在较大的角度范围内进行俯仰调节,第五通孔32321开设的尺寸较大。因此,可以使太阳能面板331的朝向实现大幅度的调节,以根据不同的安装环境做出相应的调整,最大限度的利用日照时间,使电力供应较为充足。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种易安装的太阳能监控设备,包括固定座、摄像装置和太阳能装置,所述固定座上设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述摄像装置包括第一卡板、第一支架和摄像头,所述太阳能装置包括第二卡板、第二支架和太阳能组件,所述第一卡板和所述摄像头分别设置在所述第一支架的两端,所述第二卡板和所述太阳能组件分别设置在所述第二支架的两端,所述第一卡板可插入所述第一卡槽中以固定所述摄像装置,所述第二卡板可插入所述第二卡槽中以固定所述太阳能装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述固定座包括基板和两个第一限位板,两个所述第一限位板间隔设置在所述基板的表面,所述第一限位板包括第一垂直板和第一平行板,所述第一垂直板的一侧与所述基板垂直连接,所述第一垂直板相对的另一侧与所述第一平行板垂直连接,所述第一平行板与所述基板平行,两个所述第一平行板远离所述第一垂直板一侧的端面相对设置,所述第一平行板与所述基板之间形成所述第一卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述第一卡板包括板本体和两个限位凸部,所述板本体的轮廓呈矩形,两个所述限位凸部分别设置在所述板本体相对的两侧,所述板本体的边缘可插入所述第一卡槽中,并使所述限位凸部与所述第一限位板的顶部抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述第一卡板还包括连接板,所述连接板固定设置在所述板本体的顶部,所述连接板上开设有第一通孔,所述基板上开设有第一螺纹孔,所述连接板由穿过所述第一通孔并旋拧至所述第一螺纹孔内的紧固件固定在所述基板上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述固定座还包括两个第二限位板,两个所述第二限位板间隔设置在所述基板的表面,所述第二限位板包括第二垂直板和第二平行板,所述第二垂直板的一侧与所述基板垂直连接,所述第二垂直板相对的另一侧与所述第二平行板垂直连接,所述第二平行板与所述基板平行,所述第二平行板与所述基板之间形成所述第二卡槽,所述第二垂直板呈L型,使所述第二垂直板可支撑所述第二卡板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述固定座还包括至少一个限位凸筋,所述限位凸筋设置在两个所述第二限位板之间,所述第二卡板上开设有至少一个限位凹槽,所述限位凸筋可插入所述限位凹槽中,所述第二卡板上开设有第二通孔,所述基板上开设有第二螺纹孔,所述第二卡 板由穿过所述第二通孔并旋拧至所述第二螺纹孔内的紧固件固定在所述基板上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述太阳能组件包括太阳能面板、安装框架、电池组和底壳,所述太阳能面板覆盖在所述安装框架的一侧,所述安装框架内设有供所述电池组放置的容纳腔,所述底壳与所述安装框架连接并封盖所述容纳腔,所述第二支架与所述底壳连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述摄像装置还包括无线模块和天线,所述第一支架和所述第二支架均为中空结构,所述无线模块设置在所述第一支架内部,所述天线设置在所述第一支架的表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述第一支架包括第一连接杆和安装座,所述第一卡板设置在所述第一连接杆的一端,所述安装座设置在所述第一连接杆的另一端,所述摄像头设置在所述安装座上,所述安装座包括安装座本体和卡盖,所述安装座本体上开设有SIM卡槽,所述卡盖与所述安装座本体可拆卸连接,所述卡盖可遮盖所述卡槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的易安装的太阳能监控设备,其中,所述第二支架包括第二连接杆、固定轴和球头支架,所述第二连接杆的一端与第二卡板连接,所述第二连接杆的另一端设有半球形凹槽,所述球头支架包括支架本体以及与支架本体连接的半球座,所述固定轴设置在所述半球座内,所述固定轴通过紧固件与所述第二连接杆连接,并使所述半球座活动设置在所述半球形凹槽内。
