技术领域
本申请涉及物品置放、展示相关技术领域,特别是涉及一种置物设备及支架组件。
背景技术
可拆卸的置物设备已经广泛应用于各行各业,通常包括置物件以及用于放置置物件的支架组件,且置物件可拆卸地设置于支架组件上。而现有的置物件通常直接与置物设备的支架组件相互连接;使用或拆装时置物件容易从支架组件上脱离,进而造成置物设备使用的安全隐患。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种改进的置物设备及支架组件。置物设备,所述置物设备包括置物件、支架以及限位件,所述支架可拆卸地设置于预设安装位,所述限位件安装于所述支架并与所述置物件配合,所述限位件阻碍所述置物件脱离所述支架。
上述置物设备具有以下优点:
置物设备通过设置限位件使得置物件不易从支架组件上脱离,从而能够相应避免置物设备的使用安全隐患。
进一步地,所述置物设备还包括支撑件,所述支撑件上设有所述预设安装位,所述支架安装于所述支撑件的预设安装位,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述悬臂部用于支撑所述置物件;所述限位件可转动连接于所述悬臂部,且所述限位件能够在转动过程中将至少部分所述置物件扣合至悬臂部,并与所述支撑件相互卡抵。
进一步地,所述支撑件开设有用于卡合所述支架的第一卡口;所述限位件包括卡接部,所述卡接部朝向所述支撑件凸起,并能够卡入至所述第一卡口内。
进一步地,所述悬臂部与所述限位件之间设有垫片,所述垫片与所述悬臂部相互固定。
进一步地,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述悬臂部设置于所述预设安装位,且所述悬臂部用于支撑所述置物件;所述限位件卡接于所述悬臂部。
进一步地,所述悬臂部与所述限位件之间固定连接有垫片,所述垫片开设有第三凹槽,所述限位件朝向所述垫片延伸并形成凸起,所述凸起伸入所述第三凹槽内,并使所述限位件卡接于所述垫片。
进一步地,所述限位件固定连接于所述支架的悬臂部。
进一步地,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述悬臂部设置于所述预设安装位,且所述悬臂部用于支撑所述置物件;所述限位件包括两个相对设置的垫片部以及连接于两个所述垫片部之间 的连接部,所述限位件通过所述垫片部与所述悬臂部相互固定。
进一步地,所述垫片部通过焊接固定于所述悬臂部。
进一步地,所述连接部朝向所述置物件翻折并形成限位部,所述限位部与所述连接部之间形成第二凹槽,所述置物件至少部分容置于所述第二凹槽内,以阻碍所述置物件脱离所述支架。
进一步地,所述支架开设有第四凹槽,所述第四凹槽的开口处设有限制所述置物件翻转的勾部,所述勾部挡设于所述置物件绕所述限位件翻转的路径上。
进一步地,所述第四凹槽开设于所述支架远离所述预设安装位的一端。
进一步地,所述支架通过紧固件固定于所述预设安装位。
进一步地,所述支架包括支架连接部以及悬臂部,所述支架连接部设置于所述悬臂部,并通过紧固件固定于所述预设安装位。
本申请一实施方式还提供一种支架组件,用于支撑置物件,所述支架组件包括支架以及限位件,所述支架可拆卸地设置于预设安装位,所述限位件安装于所述支架并与所述置物件配合,所述限位件阻碍所述置物件脱离所述支架。
进一步地,所述支架组件还包括具有第一卡口的支撑件,所述支架安装于所述第一卡口;所述支架包括悬臂部,所述限位件包括相互连接的转轴以及卡接部,所述限位件通过所述转轴转动连接于所述悬臂部,且所述卡接部能够伸入并卡合于所述第一卡口,以限制所述限位件的转动。
进一步地,所述卡接部包括凸筋,所述凸筋伸入并卡合于所述第一卡口内。
进一步地,所述限位件还包括弹性连接部,所述弹性连接部连接于所述转轴与所述卡接部之间,并为所述卡接部提供弹力及活动空间。
进一步地,所述卡接部背离所述支撑件的方向延伸并形成第一按压部,所述第一按压部能够带动所述卡接部朝向远离所述第一卡口的方向运动并解除所述卡接部与所述支撑件之间的卡接。
进一步地,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述限位件包括两个相对设置的卡扣部以及连接于两个所述卡扣部之间的接合部,两个所述卡扣部分别卡接于所述悬臂部。
进一步地,所述接合部上设有限位片,所述限位片朝向所述置物件方向弯折并形成第二凹槽,至少部分所述置物件能够容置于所述第二凹槽内。
进一步地,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述限位件包括两个相对设置的垫片部以及连接于两个所述垫片部之间的连接部,两个所述垫片部分别固定于所述悬臂部。
进一步地,所述连接部朝向所述置物件翻折并形成限位部,所述限位部与所述连接部之间形成第二凹槽,至少部分所述置物件容置于所述第二凹槽内。
进一步地,所述限位部上设有第二按压部,所述第二按压部向远离所述第二凹槽的方向 翻折,并能够带动所述限位部解除与所述置物件之间的卡合。

本申请一实施方式提供一种置物设备200,用于放置物品,具体可用于居家物品置放、收纳,或者商场货物的置放、收纳、展示等等。
置物设备200包括支架组件100以及置物件201。支架组件100用于承载置物件201。置物件201由钢丝焊接而成网架结构,且置物架201用于承载物品。
本实施例中,支架组件100包括支撑件10以及支架20。支架20可拆卸连接于支撑件10。支撑件10可以是直接或间接地置于地面,也可以竖直安装于墙壁等位置。支撑件10上设有多个高度不同的用于安装支架20的预设安装位,以使支架20能够安装于支撑件10的不同高度处;支架20连接支撑件10并能够支撑置物件201。当支架20直接设置于墙体等位置时,支架组件100可以不包括支撑件10。
如图1所示,支撑件10包括第一支撑件11。第一支撑件11沿竖直方向安装。第一支撑件11用于连接并支撑支架20,并沿竖直方向将支架20直立于地面或固定于墙体。
如图1及图2所示,为了将支架20安装至支撑件10的不同高度处,第一支撑件11的不同高度处开设有多个第一卡口111。第一卡口111用于供支架20连接至支撑件10,以使得支架20能够可拆卸安装于第一支撑件11的不同高度处,从而能够相应调节置物件201的放置高度。可选地,每个高度处的第一卡口111均成对设置。
进一步地,如图1及图2所示,第一支撑件11上开设有用于连接墙体的第一连接孔112。第一连接孔112的数量可选为多个。多个第一连接孔112的数量沿第一支撑件11的长度方向布设,每个第一连接孔112用于与紧固件一一对应设置。如此设置,使得第一支撑件11通过多个紧固件稳定连接于墙体。
可选地,支撑件10还包括第二支撑件12。其中,第一支撑件11及第二支撑件12之间的连接关系,已在申请号为US07/543731及US09/436363的美国专利中公开,第一支撑件11能够相对于第二支撑件12滑动。
具体地,第二支撑件12沿水平方向连接于墙体,且第二支撑件12朝向第一支撑件11的表面内陷并形成滑动轨道122。在多个第一支撑件11的情况下,第二支撑件12的设置便于多个第一支撑件11之间的间距调节,从而使得支撑件10适配不同尺寸的置物件201;第二支撑件12的滑动轨道122用于供部分第一支撑件11伸入,并使第一支撑件11能够沿第二支撑件12的长度方向滑动,以避免第一支撑件11的倾斜安装。安装时,第一支撑件11滑动至第二支撑件12的安装位,第二支撑件12通过紧固件与墙体相连,第一支撑件11再通过紧固件与墙体连接。
在大部分情况下,第一支撑件11仅通过紧固件与墙体之间具有一定的拉力。在第一支撑件11的紧固件与墙体之间存在松脱的情况下,第二支撑件12的滑动轨道122内壁可承载部分来自于第一支撑件11的拉力。
如图1所示,第二支撑件12开设有多个第二连接孔121。第二连接孔121与紧固件(图未示)相配合用于将第二支撑件12固定于墙体的预设安装位。或者,当第二支撑件12无需固定安装于墙壁等物件时,第二支撑件12的第二连接孔121可以相应省略。
可选地,多个第二连接孔121沿第二支撑件12的长度方向均匀布设。如此设置,可以使得第二支撑件12通过紧固件与墙体之间均匀受力。
如图1所示,支架20的数量为多个。图3所示的实施方式中,每个支架20包括悬臂部21以及设置于悬臂部21另一端的安装部22。悬臂部21用于支撑置物件201,包括两个支撑片211以及连接两个支撑片的连接片(未标号)。支撑片211大致呈三角形的片状结构,支撑片211与连接片形成的截面大致成“U”型,两个支撑片211通过连接片相互间隔设置并固定。具体地,连接片连接于支撑片211背离置物件201的侧边。悬臂部21采用片状的支撑片211以及连接片,在保证结构强度的情况下,能够减少材料用量,并减轻重量。可以理解,依据不同的使用场景及使用需求,在其他实施方式中,每个悬臂部21也可以仅设置一个支撑片211,还可以设置三个甚至更多支撑片211,在此不做限定。
安装部22背离悬臂部21延伸,用于将悬臂部21连接于支撑件10。图示的实施方式中,对应连接于支撑片211。安装部22包括两个安装片221,安装片221大致为方形片状结构。两个安装片221用于伸入同一高度处的第一卡口111内。可以理解,根据支撑片211的数量不同,安装片221的数量也可以相应变化。
可选地,每个支撑片211的不同高度处对应设有两个安装片221。支撑片211通过两个安装片221对应伸入于不同高度处的第一卡口111,以加强支架20与支撑件10之间的连接强度。
在其中一个实施方式中,安装片221与对应的支撑片211之间设有连接槽222(222')。当安装片221伸入第一卡口111后,由于连接槽222(222')的设置,安装片221能够沿第一卡口111的长度方向下落,此时,安装片221能够通过第一卡口111与支撑件10之间形成卡接,以防止支架20从第一卡口111处脱出支撑件10。
如图2及图3所示,支架20开设有多个第一容置槽23。具体地,第一容置槽23开设于支撑片211朝向置物件201的一侧。对应地,置物件201包括能够伸入第一容置槽23内的装配部2011。置物件201上设有多个装配部2011,第一容置槽23用于避让对应位置的装配部2011,并供置物件201的装配部2011伸入;装配部2011用于与第一容置槽23配合,并阻碍置物件201沿图3所示的第一方向F1脱离支架20。第一容置槽23的数量及位置根据置物件201上的装配部2011而相应设置。其中,第一方向F1为平行于支架20用于支撑置物件201的侧边的延伸方向。可以理解,装配部2011可以为设置于置物件201的杆状结构,或者凸起结构等,只要装配部2011能够与第一容置槽23配合即可。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请另一实施方式的支架20a的结构示意图。
支架20a的结构如图4所示。在本实施方式中,支架20a可以设置于墙体或支撑件10的预设安装位并固定。当支架20a直接设置于墙体时,置物设备200可以不包括支撑件10。
相较于图1至图3所示实施方式的支架20,如图4所示的支架20a还包括与悬臂部21相连接的支架连接部24。支架20a通过支架连接部24固定于支撑件10或墙体。支架连接部24设置于悬臂部21相对靠近支撑件10或墙体的一侧,并用于与支撑件10或墙体连接。可选地,支架连接部24大致呈方形的片状结构,且与悬臂部21之间相对弯折,并能够贴合至支撑件10或墙体。支架连接部24上开设有安装孔241。安装孔241用于供紧固件穿设并将支架20a固定于支撑件10或墙体。
进一步地,对应于支撑片211数量,支架连接部24的数量为两个,且两个支架连接部24分别连接于对应的支撑片211,两个支架连接部24沿相对方向延伸,更具体地,支架连接部24的延伸方向与支撑片211大致垂直。
现有的置物设备中,仅通过上述的第一容置槽来阻碍置物件沿第一方向F1脱离支架组件,而使用或拆装时置物件仍有可能沿着其他方向脱离支架组件,例如取放物品时,带有网孔的置物件容易被物品勾住而使装配部2011脱离第一容置槽,进而造成置物设备使用的安全隐患。
为了避免上述问题的发生,本申请可选实施方式中,支架组件100还包括限位件。该限位件能够进一步地阻碍置物件201从支架20(20a)上脱离,以防止置物件201在使用过程中较容易掉落。限位件安装于支架20(20a),并与置物件201配合,以阻碍置物件201从支架20(20a)上脱离。
限位件的具体实施方式由以下三个实施例来具体说明。
实施例一
请一并参阅图5至图7,图5为本申请实施例一的限位件30的结构示意图;图6为具有图5所示限位件30的置物设备200的拆解示意图;图7为图6所示置物设备200组装后另一视角的结构示意图。
限位件30可转动地连接于支架20靠近支撑件10的一端。具体地,如图5所示,限位件30包括本体31以及连接于本体31两侧的转轴32。两侧的转轴32分别朝向支撑片211凸设。转轴32用于将本体31转动安装至悬臂部21。对应地,支撑片211相对靠近支撑件10的位置开设有轴孔212。转轴32对应安装于轴孔212内。转轴32带动本体31相对支架20转动,并能够相应限制置物件201的位置。
如图5及图6所示,本体31自身弯折并形成第二容置槽33。第二容置槽33用于与对应的靠近支撑件10的第一容置槽23共同形成包围空间,并使置物件201的装配部2011能够容置于该包围空间内。在本实施方式中,如图4及图5所示,当置物件201的装配部2011置入第一容置槽23时,限位件30的本体31绕转轴32转动,使得第二容置槽33的开口向装配部2011的方向运动;当第二容置槽33转动至装配部2011的上方时,第二容置槽33与对应的第一容置槽23之间形成装配部2011的包围空间。
如图5及图7所示,限位件30还包括卡接部34。卡接部34连接于本体31相对靠近支撑件10的一侧。卡接部34用于将限位件30卡接至支撑件10,以限制本体31的转动。当限位件30通过卡接部34卡接于支撑件10后,第一容置槽23与第二容置槽33所形成的包围空间尺寸能够相对确定,使得装配部2011相对固定于包围空间内,或者至少使得装配部2011不致于相对支架20过于松动。
可选地,当限位件30通过卡接部34卡接于支撑件10时,第一容置槽23与第二容置槽33所形成的包围空间的尺寸适配于置物件201装配部2011的尺寸,限位件30通过第二容置槽33的内壁能够将置物件201的装配部2011压紧至支架20,此时限位件30不仅能够阻碍装配部2011翻动脱离支架20,还能够阻碍装配部2011沿其轴向方向滑动,从而减少置物件201相对于支架20的晃动。此外,限位件30通过卡接部34与支撑件10之间的连接还能提高支架20与支撑件10之间的结合强度,以及能够相应增加支架20的承重能力。
卡接部34包括朝向支撑件10方向延伸的凸筋341。凸筋341用于伸入对应的第一卡口111内,并弹性抵接于第一卡口111。凸筋341与对应高度的第一卡口111相适配。如此设置,卡接部34通过凸筋341与支撑件10卡合连接,安装简便省时,且限位件30不易松动;此外,由于限位件30位于支架20与支撑件10之间,卡接部34与支撑件10之间的作用力能够减小安装部22与支撑件10之间连接间隙,且卡接部34通过凸筋341弹性抵接于支撑件10,从而提高支架20与支撑件10之间的连接稳定性。
此外,由于凸筋341弹性抵接于第一卡口111内,还可以阻止支架20从支撑件10中脱 离。具体如图3、图5及6中所示,置物设备200在限位件30、支架20以及支撑件10装配好的情况下,卡接部34的凸筋341对应在安装片221上方,且与安装片221卡入相同的第一卡口111内。安装片221上边缘到连接槽222'上边缘的间距为H1,凸筋341高度为H2,第一支撑件10的第一卡口111的高度H,连接槽222'的深度为H3;其中,上述的H1、H2、H3以及H需要满足H1+H2≤H,且(H-H1-H2)<H3时,才能够使凸筋341卡入第一卡口111后能够阻止支架20从支撑件10的第一卡口111中脱离。
本体31与卡接部34之间还设有弹性连接部35。弹性连接部35弯折形成具有一定弹性的类似弹片结构。具体地,弹性连接部35大致呈“V”形弯折。弹性连接部35用于连接本体31与卡接部34,并能够为卡接部34提供一定的弹力及活动空间。当卡接部34需要解除与支撑件10之间的卡接时,外力作用于卡接部34,并使弹性连接部35自身发生形变,以使卡接部34能够朝向远离支撑件10的方向运动,直至卡接部34脱出第一卡口111。卡接部34与支撑件10解除卡接后,本体31能够通过转轴32重新转动,从而使置物件201能够从第一容置槽23内取出。
如图5及图7所示,为了便于卡接部34卡接于支撑件10或解除两者之间的卡接状态,卡接部34朝远离支撑件10的方向延伸并形成第一按压部36。第一按压部36能够供外部施力,并带动卡接部34运动。当需要将限位件30卡接于支撑件10时,按压第一按压部36以克服弹性连接部35的弹力,带动卡接部34朝向支撑件10运动,以使卡接部34的凸筋341伸入第一卡口111内,此时,卡接部34与支撑件10相卡接;当需要解除卡接部34与支撑件10之间的卡接状态时,按压第一按压部36以克服弹性连接部35的弹力,带动卡接部34背离支撑件10运动,并使凸筋341脱出第一卡口,如此解除卡接部34与支撑件10之间的卡接状态。
如图6图7所示,悬臂部21与安装部22的连接处设有垫片40。常规的情况下,支架20与第一支撑件11安装后在承受载重过程中支架20安装片221的位置最脆弱,也是最易出现断裂的位置。因此,为了避免支架20的断裂,且进一步提升支架20的载重能力,支架20的局部增设垫片40。垫片40设置于支撑片211与安装片221的连接处,并在连接槽222'处相应避让。垫片40用于增加支撑片211与安装片221之间连接强度。垫片40固定于支撑片211与安装片221相连接的位置,并与安装片221重叠设置。垫片40与安装片221相重叠的部分同安装片221相适配,以使得连接有垫片40的安装片221能够伸入第一卡口111内。当固定有垫片40的安装片221插入支撑件10的第一卡口111内时,加强了安装片221的强度,进而保证支架20与支撑件10之间具有足够的连接强度。若此时采用直接增加支架20厚度的方式来提升支架20与支撑件10之间的连接强度,则会相应增加支架20的生产成本及自身重量。采用局部增加垫片40的方式,既降低了成本,又保证了支架20较轻自重,还能提高支架20与第一支撑件11之间的连接强度。此外,垫片40的设置使支架20的承重能力相应增加,从 而使得置物设备200的整体承物能力增加。
进一步地,垫片40与安装部22的厚度之和必须适配于第一卡口111的宽度,以使得带有垫片40的支架20便于从第一卡口111拆卸。
在可选的实施方式中,垫片40通过铆接或焊接等方式固定于支架20,以使得垫片40能够牢固地连接于悬臂部21,并确保两者之间具有足够的连接强度。出厂前,垫片40已固定连接于支架20的悬臂部21及安装部22。
如图6的局部放大图所示,支架20的悬臂部21开设有第四凹槽25。具体地,第四凹槽25的开口背离安装部22。第四凹槽25用于限制置物件201另一端的翻转,并进一步地阻碍装配部2011脱离支架20。具体地,第四凹槽25的开口背离安装部22的方向设置。悬臂部21位于第四凹槽25开口的位置设有勾部251。勾部251挡设于置物件201绕限位件30翻转的转动路径上,并用于阻挡置物件201翻转。如此设置,置物件201在限位件30及勾部251的共同作用下,进一步限制置物件201与支架20之间的相对位置:即通过勾部251及第二容置槽33内壁与弹性连接部35之间形成的容置空间共同减少了装配部2011在沿第一方向上移动距离,从而限制置物件201翻转的可能。由此,限位件30及勾部251的共同作用能够进一步地阻碍置物件201脱离支架20。可选地,第四凹槽25设置于悬臂部21远离支撑件10的一端。
当然,图4所示的支架20a也可以相应设置勾部251,以进一步防止置物件201的翻转。
以下具体描述本实施方式中置物设备200与置物件201的安装过程:
如图5及图6所示,将支架20通过带有垫片40的安装片221卡入对应的第一卡口111内;将限位件30本体31通过转轴32转动连接至两个悬臂部21之间,再将置物件201的装配部2011放入至悬臂部21的第四凹槽25以及对应的第一容置槽23内;外力作用于第一按压部36,通过第一按压部36带动限位件30绕转轴32转动,并使装配部2011容置于第一容置槽23与第二容置槽33所形成的包围空间内,再通过第一按压部36继续带动卡接部34的凸筋341卡入第一卡口111内。置物设备200通过限位件30阻碍置物件201脱离支架20,从而使得置物设备200能够稳定地承载物品。
置物设备200的拆卸过程与安装过程相反,在此不做赘述。
实施例二
请一并参阅图8至图10,图8为本申请实施例二的限位件30a的结构示意图;图9为图8所示限位件30a与支架组件100其他部件的拆解示意图;图10为具有图8所示限位件30a的置物设备200组装后的结构示意图。
如图8所示,限位件30a包括两侧相对设置的卡扣部31a以及连接于两个卡扣部31a之间的接合部32a。卡扣部31a用于卡接悬臂部21;接合部32a用于连接两个卡扣部31a。限位件30a通过两个卡扣部31a弹性卡接至支架20的悬臂部21上。具体地,限位件30a通过卡 扣部31a连接于两个支撑片211之间。
为了使得置物件201稳定地置于支架20,限位件30a的接合部32a固定有限位片33a。限位片33a朝向置物件201装配部2011的方向弯折并形成第二凹槽34a。限位片33a用于阻碍置物件201的装配部2011脱离第二凹槽34a;第二凹槽34a用于容置置物件201的装配部2011。为了阻碍置物件201脱离支架20,第二凹槽34a的最小开口尺寸小于置物件201的装配部2011外径。当置物件201的装配部2011放置于限位件30a的第二凹槽34a中时,需要外力使限位片33a产生一定的形变后,才能将置物件201的装配部2011卡入第二凹槽34a。
如图8所示,卡扣部31a外侧设有凸起311a。凸起311a的周侧设有镂空结构(未标号)。该镂空结构使凸起311a所在的位置形成悬空的端部,从而使得凸起311a能够便于与支架20的悬臂部21相连。凸起311a的端面设有斜面,该斜面用于导向凸起311a嵌入支架的悬臂部21或连接于悬臂部21的元件内。
如图9及图10所示,为了加强限位件30a与支架20之间的连接强度,悬臂部21与限位件30a之间设有垫片40a。垫片40a与对应的支撑片211之间通过焊接或铆接相固定。垫片40a开设有对应于凸起311a的第三凹槽41a。凸起311a通过端部的斜面导向并伸入第三凹槽41a内,以使限位件30a卡接于悬臂部21。在出厂前,垫片40a已固定连接于支架20的悬臂部21。
在本实施方式中,垫片40a的形状与支撑片211及安装片221连接处的形状大致相同,且垫片40a与支架20叠加的厚度适配于第一卡口111的宽度,从而使得垫片40a能够顺利插入第一卡口111内。本实施方式中,垫片40a的作用同实施例一中的垫片40相近,在此不做赘述。
如图9所示,支架20的悬臂部21设有与限位件30a相配合使用的第四凹槽25,以进一步限制置物件201的翻转。第四凹槽25的结构大致与实施例一类似,在此不做赘述。
以下具体阐述本实施方式中置物设备200的安装过程:
如图8及图9所示,将带有垫片40a的安装部22卡入对应的第一卡口111内;将限位件30a的卡扣部31a卡合至对应垫片40a的第三凹槽41a内;将置物件201的装配部2011分别置入第四凹槽25以及对应的多个第一容置槽23内,同时将置物件201相对靠近支撑件10的装配部2011压入第二凹槽34a内。置物件201相对两侧的装配部2011便通过第四凹槽25以及限位件30a连接于支架20。
置物设备200的拆卸过程与安装过程相反,在此不做赘述。
实施例三
请一并参阅图11至图13,图11为本申请实施例三的限位件30b的结构示意图;图12为具有图11所示限位件30b的置物设备200组装后的结构示意图;图13为图12所示置物设备200另一视角的结构示意图。
限位件30b包括两个垫片部31b以及连接于两个垫片部31b之间的连接部32b。垫片部31b用于加强支撑片211与安装片221连接处的位置,并固定于支撑片211与安装片221的连接处;连接部32b用于连接两个垫片部31b并能够实现对置物件201的限位。垫片部31b的部分作用与实施例一中的垫片40及实施例二中的垫片40a作用大致相同,且还能够用于将连接部32b固定至支架20。
如图11所示,垫片部31b大致呈方形的片状,中间位置设有卡入第一卡口111的安装槽311b。当垫片部31b固定于支撑片211与安装片221的连接处时,安装槽311b与支架20的连接槽222'相互重合,以使垫片部31b能够同安装片221一同卡入第一卡口111内。
可选地,垫片部31b通过焊接或铆接固定连接于悬臂部21。当然,垫片部31b还可以开设有第一通孔312b,垫片部31b通过铆接等方式固定于支撑片211与安装片221的连接处。
如图11及图12所示,连接部32b上朝向置物件201翻折并形成限位部33b。限位部33b与连接部32b之间形成第二凹槽34b。第二凹槽34b与第一容置槽23相配合,并用于容置置物件201的装配部2011。第二凹槽34b的最小开口处的尺寸适配于置物件201装配部2011的尺寸。容置于第二凹槽34b内的装配部通过限位部33b,阻碍其从第二凹槽34b的开口脱出。
限位部33b向远离置物件201的方向翻折并形成第二按压部35b。第二按压部35b用于供外部施力,并带动限位部33b运动。如此设置,第二按压部35b能够起到导向作用,便于用户将置物件201的装配部2011按压进入第二凹槽34b内,也便于用于向第二按压部35b施力以解除限位件30b与置物件201装配部2011之间的卡合。
在本实施方式中,支架20如实施例一与实施例二的设置方式大致相同,且设有与限位件30b相配合使用的第四凹槽25以及对应的勾部251。第四凹槽25的结构大致与实施例一及实施例二类似,在此不做赘述。
本实施方式置物设备200与置物件201的安装过程与实施例二大致相同,不同的是:先将限位件30b通过垫片部31b直接与支架20相互固定。
请参阅图14,图14为本申请另一实施方式的置物件201b与支架组件100组装后的结构示意图。置物件201可为图13所示的由多根杆搭接而成的大致平直状架体,置物件201b也可以为图14所示的具有凹陷收容部的框状架体201b。当然,在其他的实施例中,置物件201为具有网孔的网片结构等其他形式,本申请不做限制。而置物件201(201b)均包括上述的装配部2011。以上三个实施例中,置物件可以为图13或图14所示置物件201(201b)的任意一种结构,并根据实际需求而相应替换。
上述的三个实施例中,支架20整体结构大致相同,支架20的第一容置槽23根据限位件30(30a、30b)的实际结构及位置而对应设置,以使得支架20能够与限位件30(30a、30b)配合使用。可以理解,上述三个实施例中的支架还可以是支架20a的结构。
支架与垫片40(40a)之间的固定或支架与垫片部31b之间的固定通常在出厂时已固定连接。当然,垫片40(40a)或垫片部31b也可以通过焊接、铆接等方式在使用前与支架连接。
本申请一实施方式提供一种置物设备,通过设置限位件使得置物件不易从支架组件上脱离,从而能够相应避免置物设备的由此而引发的安全隐患。
需要说明的是,上述的三个实施例仅代表本申请的几种典型代表,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制,通过简单替换及变形的其他实施方式均属于本申请的保护范围内。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种置物设备,其特征在于,所述置物设备包括置物件、支架以及限位件,所述支架可拆卸地设置于预设安装位,所述限位件安装于所述支架并与所述置物件配合,所述限位件阻碍所述置物件脱离所述支架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的置物设备,其中,所述置物设备还包括支撑件,所述支撑件上设有所述预设安装位,所述支架安装于所述支撑件的预设安装位,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述悬臂部用于支撑所述置物件;所述限位件可转动连接于所述悬臂部,且所述限位件能够在转动过程中将至少部分所述置物件扣合至悬臂部,并与所述支撑件相互卡抵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的置物设备,其中,所述支撑件开设有用于卡合所述支架的第一卡口;所述限位件包括卡接部,所述卡接部朝向所述支撑件凸起,并能够卡入至所述第一卡口内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的置物设备,其中,所述悬臂部与所述限位件之间设有垫片,所述垫片与所述悬臂部相互固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的置物设备,其中,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述悬臂部设置于所述预设安装位,且所述悬臂部用于支撑所述置物件;所述限位件卡接于所述悬臂部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的置物设备,其中,所述悬臂部与所述限位件之间固定连接有垫片,所述垫片开设有第三凹槽,所述限位件朝向所述垫片延伸并形成凸起,所述凸起伸入所述第三凹槽内,并使所述限位件卡接于所述垫片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的置物设备,其中,所述限位件固定连接于所述支架的悬臂部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的置物设备,其中,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述悬臂部设置于所述预设安装位,且所述悬臂部用于支撑所述置物件;所述限位件包括两个相对设置的垫片部以及连接于两个所述垫片部之间的连接部,所述限位件通过所述垫片部与所述悬臂部相互固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的置物设备,其中,所述垫片部通过焊接固定于所述悬臂部。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的置物设备,其中,所述连接部朝向所述置物件翻折并形成限位部,所述限位部与所述连接部之间形成第二凹槽,所述置物件至少部分容置于所述第二凹槽内,以阻碍所述置物件脱离所述支架。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的置物设备,其中,所述支架开设有第四凹槽,所述第四凹槽 的开口处设有限制所述置物件翻转的勾部,所述勾部挡设于所述置物件绕所述限位件翻转的路径上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的置物设备,其中,所述第四凹槽开设于所述支架远离所述预设安装位的一端。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的置物设备,其中,所述支架通过紧固件固定于所述预设安装位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的置物设备,其中,所述支架包括支架连接部以及悬臂部,所述支架连接部设置于所述悬臂部,并通过紧固件固定于所述预设安装位。
  15. 一种支架组件,用于支撑置物件,其特征在于,所述支架组件包括支架以及限位件,所述支架可拆卸地设置于预设安装位,所述限位件安装于所述支架并与所述置物件配合,所述限位件阻碍所述置物件脱离所述支架。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的支架组件,其中,所述支架组件还包括具有第一卡口的支撑件,所述支架安装于所述第一卡口;所述支架包括悬臂部,所述限位件包括相互连接的转轴以及卡接部,所述限位件通过所述转轴转动连接于所述悬臂部,且所述卡接部能够伸入并卡合于所述第一卡口,以限制所述限位件的转动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的支架组件,其中,所述卡接部包括凸筋,所述凸筋伸入并卡合于所述第一卡口内。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的支架组件,其中,所述限位件还包括弹性连接部,所述弹性连接部连接于所述转轴与所述卡接部之间,并为所述卡接部提供弹力及活动空间。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的支架组件,其中,所述卡接部背离所述支撑件的方向延伸并形成第一按压部,所述第一按压部能够带动所述卡接部朝向远离所述第一卡口的方向运动并解除所述卡接部与所述支撑件之间的卡接。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的支架组件,其中,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述限位件包括两个相对设置的卡扣部以及连接于两个所述卡扣部之间的接合部,两个所述卡扣部分别卡接于所述悬臂部。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的支架组件,其中,所述接合部上设有限位片,所述限位片朝向所述置物件方向弯折并形成第二凹槽,至少部分所述置物件能够容置于所述第二凹槽内。
  22. 根据权利要求15所述的支架组件,其中,所述支架包括悬臂部,所述限位件包括两 个相对设置的垫片部以及连接于两个所述垫片部之间的连接部,两个所述垫片部分别固定于所述悬臂部。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的支架组件,其中,所述连接部朝向所述置物件翻折并形成限位部,所述限位部与所述连接部之间形成第二凹槽,至少部分所述置物件容置于所述第二凹槽内。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的支架组件,其中,所述限位部上设有第二按压部,所述第二按压部向远离所述第二凹槽的方向翻折,并能够带动所述限位部解除与所述置物件之间的卡合。
