吸顶盘8包括两个连接铝材1的连接线81,铝材1的顶部设有供连接线81穿过的连接孔和供电线穿过的电线孔,电线孔与连接孔的距离为3cm,使电线穿过电线孔后能够缠绕在连接线81上,避免电线影响美观;铝材1安装侧板12设置在铝材1的两侧。
本实施例采用紫外线灯管5进行消毒,可以对室内进行消毒处理,消毒范围较广,无需开启其他机器,操作方便;本实施例设有WiFi控制器,可以实现远程操控带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,符合大众的使用需求;本实施例采用铝材1作为外壳,铝材1的长度较长,符合紫外线灯管5的安装需要,同时铝材1较容易取材,节省了加工成本;铝材1的长度可以自由裁 剪加工,可以适应不同长度的紫外线灯管5的安装;铝材1的材料较轻,减少吊灯的压力;铝材1的内壁设有若干个用于卡住固定支架4的凹槽,使用者可以根据需求将固定支架4卡设在不同的凹槽上,从而调节光源固定架3的高度,进而调节光源板2和紫外线灯管5的高度;格栅支架61与固定支架4连接,格栅支架61和固定支架4将光源板2、光源固定架3、固定支架4、紫外线灯管5、格栅6和WiFi控制器固定在铝材1的内部;格栅6可以起到美观和反射光线的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,包括开口向下的铝材以及置于所述铝材的内部的光源板、光源固定架、固定支架、紫外线灯管、格栅和wifi控制器;所述铝材的内壁设有若干个用于卡住所述固定支架的凹槽;所述固定支架置于所述光源固定架之上;所述光源板和所述紫外线灯管固定在所述光源固定架的内部;所述格栅位于所述光源固定架的底部;所述格栅设有格栅支架,所述格栅支架向所述固定支架延伸,所述固定支架上设有供所述格栅支架穿过的穿孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具还包括玻璃片,所述玻璃片置于所述光源板之下。
  3. 如权利要求2所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述光源固定架包括底板和两个侧板;所述侧板自所述底板的两侧向所述铝材的开口的方向延伸;两侧的侧板分别向所述铝材的两侧倾斜。
  4. 如权利要求3所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述侧板的内侧设有用于固定所述光源板的第一凸起和用于固定所述玻璃片的第二凸起。
  5. 如权利要求1所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具还包括灯管弹片,所述灯管弹片包括夹紧所述紫外线灯管的两个弧边和向两侧弯曲的弯曲边;所述弯曲边连接在所述弧边的末端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述格栅的顶部的两侧边设有自边缘向中间延伸的折片,所述折片向内向上延伸,使所述灯管弹片卡在两个所述折片之间。
  7. 如权利要求1所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述格栅包括条形框架,其两侧设有安装槽,所述格栅支架固设在所述安装 槽的内部。
  8. 如权利要求1所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具还包括吸顶盘,所述吸顶盘包括连接所述铝材的连接线,所述铝材的顶部设有供所述连接线穿过的连接孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具还包括安装侧板,所述安装侧板设置在所述铝材的两侧。
  10. 如权利要求1所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具,其特征在于,所述带紫外线消毒功能的LED照明灯具还包括镇流器,所述镇流器放置在所述光源固定板上。
