参考图1和图2,一种消毒照明两用的灯具,具有底座1,底座1上设置有电路板2,电路板2上焊接有LED灯珠3。底座1包括照明灯区11和消毒灯区12。所述LED灯珠3安装在所述照明灯区11,LED灯珠3外设置有散光板8,使得LED灯光更柔和。所述消毒灯区12内安装有U型的聚光罩4,聚光罩4内两端各安装有一个支架5,医疗级别的紫外线消毒灯管6固定在所述支架5上。聚光罩4的出光口上安装有防护网7。边框9与底座1的边缘13固紧,夹持防护网7和散光板8。由于紫外线消毒灯管6温度较高,设置聚光罩4既可以反射紫外线消毒灯管6的灯光,也可以防止紫外线消毒灯管6高温传导至照明区11的LED灯珠3;设置防护网7可以防止外部物体被灯管高温伤害。
本实用新型组装时,先将焊接好LED灯珠3的电路板2粘贴在底座上,然后将聚光罩4用螺丝固定在消毒灯区12,再将两支架5用螺丝固定在聚光罩4两端,然后将紫外线消毒灯管6卡入支架5中,然后将防护网7覆盖聚光罩4的出光口,将散光板8覆盖照明区11,最后将用螺丝边框9与底座1的边缘13固紧,夹持防护网7和散光板8。
安装本灯具时,将底座1背面朝上放入预留好尺寸的集成吊顶中,边框9与集成吊顶预留的尺寸过盈配合,利用集成吊顶和边框9的金属弹力夹持固定本灯具。集成吊顶铝扣板的尺寸一般为30X30cm,为便于安装,本实用新型的外形尺寸可以设置为30X30cm或30X60cm,前者可用于用于家庭厨房卫生间以及公共场的卫生间等小空间,后者可以用于医院饭堂等大空间。由于LED灯珠3本身需要驱动电源和控制器,可以在控制器上写入控制程序,控制在紫外线消毒灯6的点亮时 间和时长,如可智能定时亮灯时间约为一小时,自动关闭,无需再去值守关灯。经本发明人实验测定,亮灯一个小时即可达到全面杀菌效果。
