本申请涉及音箱领域,尤其涉及一种漂浮喷水音箱。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提升,音箱的功能及使用环境也越来越丰富。例如,现有技术中具有能够漂浮于水面的音箱,以供使用者在水面上使用。但是,单独的漂浮式的音箱,使用乐趣也有限,无法满足人们对于漂浮式音箱功能多样性的要求。例如,现有技术中的漂浮式音箱,没有喷水的功能,无法实现类似喷泉的效果。为此,设计有喷水音箱,但是,相关的喷水音箱的防水性能较差,音腔内易于进水。
技术问题
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种漂浮喷水音箱,旨在解决相关技术中,喷水音箱的防水性能较差,音腔内易于进水的问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
提供了一种漂浮喷水音箱,包括具有音腔的壳体、安装于所述壳体的喇叭,以及安装于所述壳体的喷水结构;所述壳体包括下壳,以及与所述下壳相连的上壳;所述上壳与所述下壳围合形成所述音腔;所述下壳上设有第五密封槽,所述第五密封槽内设有第五密封圈,所述上壳上设有与所述第五密封圈相抵接的第五密封凸起,所述上壳上设有第六密封槽,所述第六密封槽内设有第六密封圈,所述下壳上设有与所述第六密封圈相抵接的第六密封凸起。
在一个实施例中,所述第五密封圈的内径大于所述第六密封圈的外径,所述第五密封圈为硅胶圈或橡胶圈;所述第五密封凸起上设有与所述第五密封圈相抵接的密封尖端。
在一个实施例中,所述第五密封槽的槽底的宽度,小于所述第五密封槽的槽口的宽度。
在一个实施例中,所述上壳开设有第一安装孔,所述上壳的内表面开设有环绕所述第一安装孔的第三密封槽,所述第三密封槽内设有第三密封圈,所述喇叭与所述上壳固定连接且与所述第三密封圈相抵接。
在一个实施例中,所述上壳开设有第二安装孔;所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括于所述第二安装孔处与所述壳体密封连接的振膜件。
在一个实施例中,所述振膜件包括与所述上壳粘接的硅胶膜,以及安装于所述硅胶膜上的铁片;所述铁片位于所述硅胶膜的正对所述音腔的一侧表面。
在一个实施例中,所述下壳向靠近所述上壳的方向凹陷形成有容置槽,所述容置槽的槽底开设有进水孔,所述上壳开设有第一让位孔;所述喷水结构包括安装于所述容置槽内的喷水泵,以及与所述喷水泵连通的喷水管;所述喷水管与所述下壳的内壁密封连接且环绕所述进水孔设置,所述喷水管贯穿所述第一让位孔,且所述喷水管于所述第一让位孔处与所述上壳密封连接。
在一个实施例中,所述下壳的内表面开设有第一密封槽,所述第一密封槽环绕所述进水孔,所述第一密封槽内设有第一密封圈,所述喷水管远离所述喷水头的一端插设于所述第一密封槽内且与所述第一密封圈相抵接;所述上壳的内表面开设有第二密封槽,所述第二密封槽环绕所述第一让位孔,所述第二密封槽内设有第二密封圈,所述喷水管的外壁设有与所述第二密封圈相抵接的抵接台。
在一个实施例中,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括与所述壳体相连的挡水壳,所述挡水壳与所述喇叭相对且间隔设置,所述挡水壳上开设有出声孔。
在一个实施例中,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括设于所述挡水壳上的疏水层,所述疏水层位于所述挡水壳背对所述喇叭的一侧。
在一个实施例中,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括安装于所述壳体的控制电路板,以及设于所述壳体的底部且与所述控制电路板电连接的两个导体探头;两个所述导体探头间隔设置;所述下壳的底部开设有安全槽,所述导体探头设于所述安全槽的槽底;所述容置槽位于所述安全槽的槽底,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括与所述下壳可拆卸连接的底盖,所述底盖上开设有过滤孔;所述底盖与所述安全槽的槽底之间形成有间隙;所述安全槽的槽底设有柔性安全柱,所述柔性安全柱与所述底盖相抵接,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括与所述喷水管可拆卸连接的喷水头。
在一个实施例中,所述上壳具有水平顶面以及倾斜侧面,所述喇叭安装于所述倾斜侧面上;所述喷水管远离所述喷水泵的一端凸出于所述水平顶面。
在一个实施例中,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括设于所述水平顶面的顶座,所述顶座开设有供所述喷水管穿过的第二让位孔;所述挡水壳于所述顶座的边界范围内与所述顶座卡接;所述喷水管于所述水平顶面的中心处凸出于所述水平顶面;所述倾斜侧面与所述水平顶面之间的夹角范围为100度-150度。
有益效果
本申请实施例提供的漂浮喷水音箱的有益效果在于:第五密封圈位于下壳的第五密封槽内,且上壳上的第五密封凸起与第五密封圈抵接,因此第五密封圈可初步对上壳与下壳之间的间隙进行封闭,保证音腔的气密性及防水性能。第六密封圈位于上壳的第六密封槽内,且下壳上的第六密封凸起与第六密封圈抵接,因此第六密封圈可配合第五密封圈,对上壳与下壳之间的间隙提供双重密封,进一步对上壳与下壳之间的间隙进行封闭,保证音腔的气密性及防水性能。漂浮喷水音箱放置于水中使用时,漂浮于水面的情况下,水不易于从上壳与下壳之间的间隙进入音腔内。

如图1-图3所示,本申请实施例提出了一种漂浮喷水音箱,包括具有音腔101的壳体1、安装于壳体1的喇叭2,以及安装于壳体1的喷水结构3;壳体1包括下壳102,以及与下壳102相连的上壳103;上壳103与下壳102围合形成音腔101;下壳102上设有第五密封槽1021,第五密封槽1021内设有第五密封圈4,上壳103上设有与第五密封圈4相抵接的第五密封凸起1031,上壳103上设有第六密封槽1032,第六密封槽1032内设有第六密封圈11,下壳102上设有与第六密封圈11相抵接的第六密封凸起1022。
在本申请的实施例中,漂浮喷水音箱的壳体1具有音腔101,也即壳体1具有内部空腔,因此喷水音箱放置于水面时,可漂浮于水面上,实现漂浮的功能。且当喷水音箱放置于水面时,喷水结构3可抽取水并从喷水头16喷出,实现喷水的效果。喷水头16的特定结构,可使得喷出的水的形状较为美观,达到喷泉的效果。
第五密封圈4位于下壳102的第五密封槽1021内,且上壳103上的第五密封凸起1031与第五密封圈4抵接,因此第五密封圈4可初步对上壳103与下壳102之间的间隙进行封闭,保证音腔101的气密性及防水性能。第六密封圈11位于上壳103的第六密封槽1032内,且下壳102上的第六密封凸起1022与第六密封圈11抵接,因此第六密封圈11可配合第五密封圈4,在靠近音箱的边缘处对上壳103与下壳102之间的间隙提供双重密封,进一步对上壳103与下壳102之间的间隙进行封闭,保证音腔101的气密性及防水性能。漂浮喷水音箱放置于水中使用时,漂浮于水面的情况下,水不易于从上壳103与下壳102之间的间隙进入音腔101内。
请参阅图2-图3,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,第五密封圈4的内径大于第六密封圈11的外径,也即第五密封圈4位于第六密封圈11的外环,二者对上壳103与下壳102之间的间隙提供双重保护。第五密封圈4为硅胶圈或橡胶圈,具有较好的密封性能,且不易于腐蚀。第五密封凸起1031上设有与第五密封圈4相抵接的密封尖端10311,密封尖端10311可将第五密封圈4的表面压至变形,进而压入第五密封圈4内,进一步提升密封性能,水不易于通过上壳103与下壳102之间的间隙进入音腔101内。
请参阅图2-图3,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,第五密封槽1021的槽底的宽度,小于第五密封槽1021的槽口的宽度。因此,第五密封凸起1031将第五密封圈4压入第五密封槽1021时,第五密封圈4的底部受力后被压紧,且与第五密封槽1021的内表面紧密贴合,保证密封效果,不易于受振动而松动。
请参阅图4,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,上壳103开设有第一安装孔1033,上壳103的内表面开设有环绕第一安装孔1033的第三密封槽1034,第三密封槽1034内设有第三密封圈12,喇叭2与上壳103固定连接且与第三密封圈12相抵接。喷水结构3可抽取水并从喷水头16喷出,实现喷水的效果时,部分水会打到喇叭2上,第三密封圈12可密封喇叭2与壳体1之间的间隙,避免水从喇叭2与壳体1之间的间隙进入音腔101,保证音腔101的防水性能。
请参阅图4,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,上壳103开设有第二安装孔1035;漂浮喷水音箱还包括于第二安装孔1035处与壳体1密封连接的振膜件7。壳体1上设置的振膜件7,可在喇叭2工作振动时,与喇叭2协同振动,进而实现配合喇叭2带动音腔101中的空气较为对称的振动,提升喷水音箱的音质。
请参阅图5,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,振膜件7包括与上壳103粘接的硅胶膜701,以及安装于硅胶膜701上的铁片702;铁片702位于硅胶膜701的正对音腔101的一侧表面。音箱工作时,喇叭2振动带动音腔101内的空气振动,与音腔101连通的振膜件7协同振动,具体为硅胶膜701相对壳体1振动,硅胶膜701上的铁片702随着硅胶膜701振动。铁片702位于硅胶膜701的正对音腔101的一侧表面,水喷洒到振膜件7时,与硅胶膜701接触,而不会与铁片702接触,铁片702不易于生锈。
请参阅图2及图5,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,下壳102向靠近上壳103的方向凹陷形成有容置槽1023,容置槽1023的槽底开设有进水孔1024,上壳103开设有第一让位孔1039;喷水结构3包括安装于容置槽1023内的喷水泵301,以及与喷水泵301连通的喷水管302;喷水管302与下壳102的内壁密封连接且环绕进水孔1024设置,喷水管302贯穿第一让位孔1039,且喷水管302于第一让位孔1039处与上壳103密封连接。也即喷水泵301于壳体1的外部,可单独对喷水泵301进行更换,喷水泵301为易损件,可降低更换维修的难度。容置槽1023的槽底开设有进水孔1024,喷水管302与下壳102的内壁密封连接且环绕进水孔1024设置,上壳103开设有第一让位孔1039,喷水管302贯穿第一让位孔1039,且喷水管302于第一让位孔1039处与上壳103密封连接。喷水泵301从壳体1的顶部抽水,抽入喷水管302内,水通过喷水管302贯穿壳体1到达壳体1的顶部,然后喷出。
喷水管302可依次贯穿下壳102及上壳103的方式与壳体1密封连接,使得喷水结构3集成于壳体1上,实现喷水音箱结构的紧凑性。可选的,喷水管302可于壳体1的中部贯穿,进而位于喷水音箱的中部,一方面实现喷水的美观性,另一方面实现喷水时喷水音箱也能较好的平稳的漂浮于水面上,不易于倾斜。
请参阅图5,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,下壳102的内表面开设有第一密封槽1026,第一密封槽1026环绕进水孔1024,第一密封槽1026内设有第一密封圈10,喷水管302远离喷水头16的一端插设于第一密封槽1026内且与第一密封圈10相抵接;上壳103的内表面开设有第二密封槽1036,第二密封槽1036环绕第一让位孔1039,第二密封槽1036内设有第二密封圈13,喷水管302的外壁设有与第二密封圈13相抵接的抵接台3021。由于第一密封圈10(硅胶圈或橡胶圈等密封件)的设置,喷水泵301抽取的水不易于通过喷水管302与下壳102的内表面之间的间隙泄露至音腔101内,保证音腔101的防水效果。第二密封圈13的设置,使得壳体1外部的水不易于通过喷水管302与上壳103之间的间隙泄露至音腔101内,保证音腔101的防水效果。也即在喷水管302贯穿壳体1的情况下,实现了音箱的结构的紧凑性的基础上,喷水管302与壳体1之间的间隙被第一密封圈10及第二密封圈13较好的密封,不易于漏水,且音腔101气密性好。
请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,漂浮喷水音箱还包括与壳体1相连的挡水壳5,挡水壳5与喇叭2相对且间隔设置,挡水壳5上开设有出声孔501。喷水结构3可抽取水并从喷水头16喷出,实现喷水的效果时,部分水会打到挡水壳5上,避免水直接打到喇叭2上,保证喇叭2较好的振动发声,保证音箱的音质,只有少量的水通过出声孔501到达喇叭2,且水不是直接打到喇叭2处,冲击力小,水不易于从喇叭2与壳体1之间的间隙进入音腔101,保证音腔101的防水性能。
请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,漂浮喷水音箱还包括设于挡水壳5上的疏水层14,疏水层14位于挡水壳5背对喇叭2的一侧,部分水打到挡水壳5之前,大部分水沿着疏水层14向下流走,进一步减小透过挡水壳5到达喇叭2处的水的量。
请参阅图6-图7,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,漂浮喷水音箱还包括安装于壳体1的控制电路板9,以及设于壳体1的底部且与控制电路板9电连接的两个导体探头17;两个导体探头17间隔设置。漂浮喷水音箱放置于水中使用,因此安装于壳体1的底部的两个导体探头17均位于水中,此时两个导体探头17之间通过水的连接实现导通状态。此时控制电路板9上对应的控制电路导通,漂浮音箱打开,可实现播放的功能。相对于按键开关的开启方式,可简化漂浮音箱的开启操作,提升漂浮音箱使用的便捷性。
请参阅图7,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,下壳102的底部开设有安全槽1027,导体探头17设于安全槽1027的槽底。因此两个导体探头17不凸出于壳体1的底面,当漂浮音箱放置于地面等环境时,不易于被地面的少量积水导通,也不易于被壳体1外表面向下流至底部的水导通,避免漂浮音箱在非使用状态下导通。漂浮音箱使用状态时,放置于水中,水进入安全槽1027与导体探头17接触,两个导体探头17之间通过水的连接实现导通状态。
请参阅图2及图7,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,容置槽1023位于安全槽1027的槽底,漂浮喷水音箱还包括与下壳102可拆卸连接的底盖6,底盖6上开设有过滤孔601。当漂浮音箱放置于地面等环境时,底盖6直接与地面接触,两个导体探头17与地面之间通过底盖6隔绝,少量积水不易于透光底盖6与安全槽1027的槽底的导体探头17接触,避免漂浮音箱在非使用状态下导通。漂浮音箱使用状态时,放置于水中,水透过过滤孔601进入安全槽1027内与导体探头17接触,两个导体探头17之间通过水的连接实现导通状态。
请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,底盖6与安全槽1027的槽底之间形成有间隙;当漂浮音箱放置于地面等环境时,底盖6直接与地面接触,两个导体探头17与地面之间通过底盖6隔绝,少量积水不易于透光底盖6与安全槽1027的槽底的导体探头17接触,即便水透过过滤孔601,由于底盖6与安全槽1027的槽底之间形成有间隙,水也不易于与导体探头17接触,避免漂浮音箱在非使用状态下导通。漂浮音箱使用状态时,放置于水中,水透过过滤孔601进入安全槽1027内,充满安全槽1027后与导体探头17接触,两个导体探头17之间通过水的连接实现导通状态。
请参阅图7,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,安全槽1027的槽底设有柔性安全柱15,柔性安全柱15与底盖6相抵接。底盖6安装于壳体1时,可与安全槽1027的槽底的柔性安全柱15抵接,底盖6受压力后也不易于与安全槽1027的槽底接触,底盖6保持与安全槽1027的槽底之间的间隙。当漂浮音箱放置于地面等环境时,底盖6直接与地面接触,两个导体探头17与地面之间通过底盖6隔绝,少量积水不易于透光底盖6与安全槽1027的槽底的导体探头17接触,即便水透过过滤孔601,由于底盖6与安全槽1027的槽底之间形成有间隙,水也不易于与导体探头17接触,避免漂浮音箱在非使用状态下导通。
请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,漂浮喷水音箱还包括与喷水管302可拆卸连接的喷水头16。由于喷水头16与喷水管302可拆卸连接,因此可更换不同的喷水头16,进而实现不同的类似喷泉的喷水效果。
请参阅图4,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,上壳103具有水平顶面1037以及倾斜侧面1038,喇叭2及振膜件7均安装于倾斜侧面1038上;喷水管302远离喷水泵301的一端凸出于水平顶面1037。也即喇叭2及振膜件7均为倾斜设置,喷水结构3的喷水管302可抽取水并从喷水头16喷出,实现向四周喷水的效果时,水以抛物线的方式从水平顶面1037上打到倾斜斜面,因此不会以相对喇叭2或振膜件7垂直的方向打到喇叭2上,或者打到挡水壳5上。因此水不易于正面冲击喇叭2及挡水壳5,一方面减少水对喇叭2的影响,另一方面避免水从上壳103与喇叭2之间的间隙通过。
请参阅图4,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,倾斜侧面1038与水平顶面1037之间的夹角范围为100度-150度,在该角度范围内,水最不易于正面冲击喇叭2,且可有效避免大量水落入喇叭2上。
请参阅图6,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,漂浮喷水音箱还包括设于水平顶面1037的顶座8,顶座8开设有供喷水管302穿过的第二让位孔801;挡水壳5于顶座8的边界范围内与顶座8卡接。因此水从高处下落时,不会接触到挡水壳5与顶座8卡接的位置,不易于通过间隙进入喷水音箱的内部,只能沿着疏水层14的表面滑落,只有少部分水通过挡水壳5的出声孔501。
请参阅图4,作为本申请提供的漂浮喷水音箱的另一种具体实施方式,喷水管302于水平顶面1037的中心处凸出于水平顶面1037,喷水管302通过喷水头16向四周喷水时,水以抛物线的方式落入倾斜侧面1038上。
喇叭2设置的音箱的边缘,多个喇叭2围绕喷水管302设置,喷水管302设置在音箱的中部,并将喇叭2设置在与竖直方向具有夹角的倾斜侧面1038上,使得喷水管302向四周喷水时不易于将水直接打到喇叭2上。

  1. 漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,包括具有音腔的壳体、安装于所述壳体的喇叭,以及安装于所述壳体的喷水结构;所述壳体包括下壳,以及与所述下壳相连的上壳;所述上壳与所述下壳围合形成所述音腔;所述下壳上设有第五密封槽,所述第五密封槽内设有第五密封圈,所述上壳上设有与所述第五密封圈相抵接的第五密封凸起,所述上壳上设有第六密封槽,所述第六密封槽内设有第六密封圈,所述下壳上设有与所述第六密封圈相抵接的第六密封凸起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述第五密封圈的内径大于所述第六密封圈的外径,所述第五密封圈为硅胶圈或橡胶圈;所述第五密封凸起上设有与所述第五密封圈相抵接的密封尖端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述第五密封槽的槽底的宽度,小于所述第五密封槽的槽口的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述上壳开设有第一安装孔,所述上壳的内表面开设有环绕所述第一安装孔的第三密封槽,所述第三密封槽内设有第三密封圈,所述喇叭与所述上壳固定连接且与所述第三密封圈相抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述上壳开设有第二安装孔;所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括于所述第二安装孔处与所述壳体密封连接的振膜件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述振膜件包括与所述上壳粘接的硅胶膜,以及安装于所述硅胶膜上的铁片;所述铁片位于所述硅胶膜的正对所述音腔的一侧表面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述下壳向靠近所述上壳的方向凹陷形成有容置槽,所述容置槽的槽底开设有进水孔,所述上壳开设有第一让位孔;所述喷水结构包括安装于所述容置槽内的喷水泵,以及与所述喷水泵连通的喷水管;所述喷水管与所述下壳的内壁密封连接且环绕所述进水孔设置,所述喷水管贯穿所述第一让位孔,且所述喷水管于所述第一让位孔处与所述上壳密封连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述下壳的内表面开设有第一密封槽,所述第一密封槽环绕所述进水孔,所述第一密封槽内设有第一密封圈,所述喷水管远离所述喷水头的一端插设于所述第一密封槽内且与所述第一密封圈相抵接;所述上壳的内表面开设有第二密封槽,所述第二密封槽环绕所述第一让位孔,所述第二密封槽内设有第二密封圈,所述喷水管的外壁设有与所述第二密封圈相抵接的抵接台。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括与所述壳体相连的挡水壳,所述挡水壳与所述喇叭相对且间隔设置,所述挡水壳上开设有出声孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的漂浮喷水音箱,其特征在于,所述漂浮喷水音箱还包括设于所述挡水壳上的疏水层,所述疏水层位于所述挡水壳背对所述喇叭的一侧。
