Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a kind of footware, especially one with health care function.
  • the foot is the root of the human body and is the center of the human body's essence, so it is nicknamed the "second heart" of the human body. But the feet are farthest from the heart and at the lowest position, so the peripheral blood circulation is poor, and the blood is easy to stagnate. In daily health care, it is often necessary to make the blood circulation of the feet smooth, which plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of qi and blood in the whole body. This is the root cause for foot massage practitioners to serve human beings. Many people love this way. Obviously, they recognize that foot massage has the functions of strengthening root qi, dredging meridians, strengthening the body and curing diseases, and regulating the autonomic nervous system.
  • Reflexology or zone therapy, seems to originate from China and has a history of more than 3,000 years.
  • the theory is that specific areas of human feet and hands can correspond to specific body organs. Therefore, the therapeutic effect can be achieved by tapping, stimulating or massaging a specific area. If observed from the theory of TCM meridians, it seems to be able to explain the close relationship between the feet and the whole body. That is, the meridian system is closely connected with the organs of the whole body, forming a unified circulation of the whole body.
  • the fourteen meridians of the human body there are six meridians (the three yin of the foot and the three yang of the foot) that run through the foot, and are the beginning of the three yin meridians of the foot and the end of the three yang meridians of the foot.
  • the eight extraordinary meridians Yinqiao, Yangqiao, Yinwei, and Yangwei also originate from the feet, while the Chong meridians branch to the feet, so it is only natural that the changes in the functions of the zang-fu organs are reflected on the feet.
  • the human body is like a small universe, and every information revealed on the surface of the body contains the inner mystery of an organ of the body.
  • the various systems and organs in the microcosm are linked, divided and cooperated with each other, and are united by blood vessels, nerves, lymph glands, and meridians, so the feet are mirrors reflecting the human organs.
  • the feet are mirrors reflecting the human organs.
  • all the extremities of the human body such as ears, nose, head, whole body skin, palms, backs of hands, feet, and even eyeballs are also included.
  • the foot since the foot is the farthest from the heart, it is the slowest part of the blood to be delivered, so if the most remote foot can be properly cared for, the health of the other parts will be self-evident.
  • the effect of massaging the reflex area of the foot is the most significant. This seems to be due to the accumulation of countless capillaries in the foot, which is the exchange and exchange between the end of the arteriole and the venule, and is surrounded by peripheral nerves. Therefore, the foot is the most important reflex area of the body, and can best reflect circulation, metabolism, and nerve impulses. transmission of messages.
  • “Meridian” is an abstract concept of the development of Chinese medicine. Some people think that there are more than 100 acupuncture points in the human body, while others think that there are more than 200 or 300 points.
  • the international meridian academic circle once set the total number of acupuncture points at 365, which is like one acupuncture point a day, which is easy to remember. However, the so-called three hundred and sixty-five are actually twelve meridians on one side, plus the number of acupoints for the Ren and Du meridians. However, due to bilateral symmetry, at least another three hundred and nine are required. If the extra-meridian acupoints or auricular acupoints are to be counted, the total number must exceed 1,000. If scientific instruments are used, the "potential difference" of acupoints can be detected, but the value of the potential difference of each acupoint is different.
  • the number of foot reflex zones is generally set at about 60 by practitioners. It is based on previous theoretical deliberation, and subsequent experience or systematic research methods, such as pressing skin by inch, depending on which area is pressed. Accumulate or improve any visceral qi, organ, body function or part over time.
  • foot massage uses two methods of massage and massage, and the other visceral lesions that are not exceeded have the effect of draining and replenishing, and restores the natural balance of yin and yang.
  • the massage techniques of traditional Chinese medicine it can be subdivided into ten types - massage, massage, push, take, knead, pinch, point, rub, manage, and buckle.
  • Press refers to pressing and pressing at a fixed point, and its function is to reduce the energy load and has the effect of “discharging”;
  • rubbing refers to moving friction and rubbing, and its function is to enhance the lack of energy, and has the effect of "replenishing”. Therefore, when the energy is too high, press it with your hands to release it; when the energy is too low, you can use your hands to massage it to make up for the deficiency.
  • the "reflex principle” is caused by a very subtle or complex "stimulus-response” physiological phenomenon, and has three elements of "connection”, “cooperation” and “coordination”.
  • a “reflex” is an involuntary response, which is a reaction of an organ, gland or muscle induced by an external stimulus due to the conduction of an "energy current”.
  • the body surface and interior are full of rich and sensitive receptors.
  • the receptors When the external environment or the internal environment of the body changes, the receptors will cause nerve impulses, which will be transmitted to the central nervous system along the afferent nerves, and will be coordinated to induce new Nerve impulses that travel along efferent nerves to organs, glands, or muscles, with life-long, physiologically meaningful responses.
  • the nerve fibers in the motor area of the cerebral cortex pass through the back of the brain to form a cross, and then descend to the spinal cord, and then pass from the efferent nerves to the cells and tissues such as muscles. The same is true for stimulation from the skin.
  • the stimulation information is transmitted through the afferent nerves up the spinal cord to the cerebrum oblongata, because the nerve fibers cross left and right ("Sensory decussation"), so that the nerve impulses are transmitted to the thalamus and then up to the brain. cortical sensory area.
  • the feet are the farthest from the heart, the reflex zones of the feet are located at the nerve endings, and they are also the most sensitive reflex zones in the human body. From his point of view, if there is a disease or functional decline in a limb or organ, the sole of its terminal receiver will immediately reflect at least part of the change information. For example, when we massage or stimulate a corresponding/reflex point on the foot, it is reported that the nerve impulses (electrochemical, electro-chemical) of the body will induce changes in the nerve potential, and at a speed of 120 meters per second, the afferent nerves are transmitted to the Spinal ganglia, and then the efferent nerves transmit the information to the relevant parts or organs, and cause the response we can see. Although this momentary reflex is not directed by the brain directly, the pulse is still transmitted through the spinal cord to the cerebral junction, and then reaches the sensory area of the cerebral cortex, inducing pain information of different degrees.

  • Gengzheng's Huangdi Neijing Lingshu article "Zhao Zhao's clarity cannot be concealed, it cannot be concealed, and it does not lose yin and yang. What is combined and inspected, what is cut and tested, what can be seen by sight, if the clear mirror is clear, it will not lose its shape. Also. The five sounds are not clear, the five colors are unclear, and the five Vietnameses are undulating. If they are, then the inside and the outside are attacking. If the drums respond, the sound responds, and the shadows resemble shapes. It is called the pole of yin and yang, the cover of heaven and earth, and the room of the spirit orchid that pleases hide, and I dare not let it leak.” It seems to increase our confidence even more.

Description

Eunice D.Ingham,Stories the Feet Can Tell Thru Reflexology及1975年Hand Reflexology:Key to Perfect Health(Mildred Carter,瑞士人)。
