优选的,所述过滤机构包括安装筒,所述安装筒固定连接在主水管上,所述安装筒内固定连接有安装架,所述安装架上固定连接有滤网。
优选的,所述安装筒的两端均固定连接有连接管,所述连接管内固定连接有梯形块,所述安装架的两端均固定连接有控制管,所述梯形块滑动连接在控制管内。
优选的,所述安装架上固定连接有第一导杆,所述第一导杆上固定连接有第一挡块,所述第一挡块与安装筒相抵,所述安装筒上固定连接有第二导杆,所述第二导杆上固定连接有第二挡块,所述第二导杆上转动连接有挡板,所述挡板与第一挡块相抵,所述第二挡块与挡 板相抵。
优选的,所述连接管内固定连接有支架,所述支架上固定连接有延伸杆,所述梯形块固定连接在延伸杆上。
优选的,所述出水孔内螺纹连接有出水管,所述热水孔内螺纹连接有热水管,所述冷水孔内螺纹连接有冷水管。
优选的,所述安装筒上固定连接有安装环,所述出水管通过安装环可拆卸连接在安装筒上。
优选的,所述第二安装管上固定连接有螺母,所述螺母与抵杆相抵。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,具备以下有益效果:
1、该便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,通过在对阀芯进行组装或进行后期更换时只需用扳手卡住螺母拧动,此时第二安装管便被拆卸下来,此时连同第二安装管和阀芯一起抽出,然后将螺杆拧下即可将阀芯拆下,在安装时将阀芯从第二安装管的左侧放入,使得固定杆伸出,然后将固定杆放置到固定筒内,再将螺杆拧上即可,若在使用过程中需要更换阀芯使用同样的拆卸方法,当第二安装管被拆下时螺母与抵杆不再接触,此时抵杆不受压力,从而弹簧回弹,抵杆便会向右滑动, 同时齿条向右滑动,与齿条啮合的齿轮逆时针转动,此时堵板便会将热水孔和冷水孔堵住,从而不会造成漏水,而两组堵板在竖直方向上不位于同一高度,从而在转动时不会受到干涉,同样在安装时螺母抵住抵杆向左滑动,齿轮顺时针转动,此时热水孔和冷水孔便会处于贯通状态继续进行工作。
2、该便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,通过出水管连接到安装环上时水流从安装筒内经过后在从主水管处流通,然后从喷头喷出进行使用,按压位于安装筒上部的第一挡块此时安装架整体相对安装筒内部向下滑动,搬动挡板使其位于第一挡块上方,将第一导杆的位置固定,从而安装架的位置固定,此时位于安装架底部的梯形块不再将控制管堵住,且安装架底部的控制管进入到安装筒底部的连接管内,水流从底部的控制管进入,进入的水流进入到安装架内,经过滤网的过滤后充盈在安装筒内,而后从顶部的连接管流出至主水管,将安装筒顶部的挡板移开,按压安装架底部的第一挡块,此时安装架在安装筒内向上运动,同样搬动挡板将第一挡块压住,此时位于安装架底部的控制管向上运动后底部的梯形块将控制管堵住,从而水流不会进入到安装架内,同时安装架上部的梯形块不再将控制管堵住,且上部的控制管进入到安装筒上部的连接管内,此时水流从滤网外部向安装架内部流动,流动的水再从安装架上部的控制管流入主水管内,此过程为滤网进行反冲洗,不需要将滤网拆下进行清洗,节约了时间。

实施例1:
参照图1-5,一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,包括安装柱1和安装台面6,安装柱1上固定连接有第一安装管2,第一安装管2上螺纹连接有第二安装管3,第二安装管3内滑动连接有阀芯301,安装柱1内固定连接有凸块1002,凸块1002上开设有出水孔202、热水孔203和冷水孔204,阀芯301滑动连接在凸块1002内,阀芯301上固定连接有堵杆30111,堵杆3011滑动连接在出水孔202内,凸块1002内转动连接有堵板205,堵板205上固定连接有齿轮2051,凸块1002内滑动连接有齿条2061,齿条2061与齿轮2051啮合,齿条2061上固定连接有抵杆206,第二安装管3与抵杆206相抵,抵杆206上固定连接有档环2062,抵杆206上套接有弹簧2063,弹簧2063的两端分别与凸块1002和档环2062相抵,堵板205的数量具体为两组,且两组堵板205分别转动连接在热水孔203和冷水孔204内,阀芯301上固定连接有安装块3012,安装块3012上固定连接有固定杆3013,第二安装管3上转动连接有圆筒302,圆筒302内固定连接有固定筒3022,固定杆3013滑动连接在固定筒3022内,固定筒3022 上螺纹连接有螺杆3023,固定杆3013上开设有与螺杆3023配合的螺纹孔,圆筒302上固定连接有拨杆3021,安装柱1上转动连接有固定管102,固定管102内滑动连接有主水管1022,主水管1022一端固定连接有喷头1021,主水管1022另一端设有过滤机构。
在安装时将延伸筒101插入到安装台面6上开设的孔内,再将固定环1011拧到延伸筒101上对安装柱1进行固定,再将出水管2021连接到出水孔202内上,将热水管2031连接到热水孔203内,将冷水管2041连接到冷水孔204内,搬动拨杆3021此时阀芯301便会被拉出,从而水流能通过,旋转搬动拨杆3021控制阀芯301旋转便能调整出水的温度(调节水温为现有技术,不作为本发明解决问题的重点,在此不作敷述),在对阀芯301进行组装或进行后期更换时只需用扳手卡住螺母3001拧动,此时第二安装管3便被拆卸下来,此时连同第二安装管3和阀芯301一起抽出,然后将螺杆3023拧下即可将阀芯301拆下,在安装时将阀芯301从第二安装管3的左侧放入,使得固定杆3013伸出,然后将固定杆3013放置到固定筒3022内,再将螺杆3023拧上即可,若在使用过程中需要更换阀芯301使用同样的拆卸方法,当第二安装管3被拆下时螺母3001与抵杆206不再接触,此时抵杆206不受压力,从而弹簧2063回弹,抵杆206便会向右滑动,同时齿条2061向右滑动,与齿条2061啮合的齿轮2051逆时针转动,此时堵板205便会将热水孔203和冷水孔204堵住,从而不会造成漏水,而两组堵板205在竖直方向上不位于同一高度,从而在转动时不会受到干涉,同样在安装时螺母3001抵住抵杆206向 左滑动,齿轮2051顺时针转动,此时热水孔203和冷水孔204便会处于贯通状态继续进行工作。
实施例2:
参照图15,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,过滤机构包括安装筒4,安装筒4固定连接在主水管1022上,安装筒4内固定连接有安装架5,安装架5上固定连接有滤网502,安装筒4的两端均固定连接有连接管402,连接管402内固定连接有梯形块4023,安装架5的两端均固定连接有控制管503,梯形块4023滑动连接在控制管503内,安装架5上固定连接有第一导杆501,第一导杆501上固定连接有第一挡块5011,第一挡块5011与安装筒4相抵,安装筒4上固定连接有第二导杆401,第二导杆401上固定连接有第二挡块4011,第二导杆401上转动连接有挡板4012,挡板4012与第一挡块5011相抵,第二挡块4011与挡板4012相抵,连接管402内固定连接有支架4021,支架4021上固定连接有延伸杆4022,梯形块4023固定连接在延伸杆4022上,出水孔202内螺纹连接有出水管2021,热水孔203内螺纹连接有热水管2031,冷水孔204内螺纹连接有冷水管2041。
出水管2021连接到安装环403上时水流从安装筒4内经过后在从主水管1022处流通,然后从喷头1021喷出进行使用,按压位于安装筒4上部的第一挡块5011此时安装架5整体相对安装筒4内部向下滑动,搬动挡板4012使其位于第一挡块5011上方,将第一导杆501的位置固定,从而安装架5的位置固定,此时位于安装架5底部 的梯形块4023不再将控制管503堵住,且安装架5底部的控制管503进入到安装筒4底部的连接管402内,水流从底部的控制管503进入,进入的水流进入到安装架5内,经过滤网502的过滤后充盈在安装筒4内,而后从顶部的连接管402流出至主水管1022,将安装筒4顶部的挡板4012移开,按压安装架5底部的第一挡块5011,此时安装架5在安装筒4内向上运动,同样搬动挡板4012将第一挡块5011压住,此时位于安装架5底部的控制管503向上运动后底部的梯形块4023将控制管503堵住,从而水流不会进入到安装架5内,同时安装架5上部的梯形块4023不再将控制管503堵住,且上部的控制管503进入到安装筒4上部的连接管402内,此时水流从滤网502外部向安装架5内部流动,流动的水再从安装架5上部的控制管503流入主水管1022内,此过程为滤网502进行反冲洗,不需要将滤网502拆下进行清洗,节约了时间。
实施例3:
参照图1-5,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,安装筒4上固定连接有安装环403,出水管2021通过安装环403可拆卸连接在安装筒4上,第二安装管3上固定连接有螺母3001,螺母3001与抵杆206相抵,安装柱1上固定连接有圆环块1001,圆环块1001与安装台面6相抵,安装柱1底部固定连接有延伸筒101,延伸筒101上螺纹连接有固定环1011,固定环1011与安装台面6相抵。
工作原理:本发明中,在安装时将延伸筒101插入到安装台面6上开设的孔内,再将固定环1011拧到延伸筒101上对安装柱1进行 固定,再将出水管2021连接到出水孔202内上,将热水管2031连接到热水孔203内,将冷水管2041连接到冷水孔204内,搬动拨杆3021此时阀芯301便会被拉出,从而水流能通过,旋转搬动拨杆3021控制阀芯301旋转便能调整出水的温度(调节水温为现有技术,不作为本发明解决问题的重点,在此不作敷述),在对阀芯301进行组装或进行后期更换时只需用扳手卡住螺母3001拧动,此时第二安装管3便被拆卸下来,此时连同第二安装管3和阀芯301一起抽出,然后将螺杆3023拧下即可将阀芯301拆下,在安装时将阀芯301从第二安装管3的左侧放入,使得固定杆3013伸出,然后将固定杆3013放置到固定筒3022内,再将螺杆3023拧上即可,若在使用过程中需要更换阀芯301使用同样的拆卸方法,当第二安装管3被拆下时螺母3001与抵杆206不再接触,此时抵杆206不受压力,从而弹簧2063回弹,抵杆206便会向右滑动,同时齿条2061向右滑动,与齿条2061啮合的齿轮2051逆时针转动,此时堵板205便会将热水孔203和冷水孔204堵住,从而不会造成漏水,而两组堵板205在竖直方向上不位于同一高度,从而在转动时不会受到干涉,同样在安装时螺母3001抵住抵杆206向左滑动,齿轮2051顺时针转动,此时热水孔203和冷水孔204便会处于贯通状态继续进行工作,出水管2021连接到安装环403上时水流从安装筒4内经过后在从主水管1022处流通,然后从喷头1021喷出进行使用,按压位于安装筒4上部的第一挡块5011此时安装架5整体相对安装筒4内部向下滑动,搬动挡板4012使其位于第一挡块5011上方,将第一导杆501的位置固定,从而安装架 5的位置固定,此时位于安装架5底部的梯形块4023不再将控制管503堵住,且安装架5底部的控制管503进入到安装筒4底部的连接管402内,水流从底部的控制管503进入,进入的水流进入到安装架5内,经过滤网502的过滤后充盈在安装筒4内,而后从顶部的连接管402流出至主水管1022,将安装筒4顶部的挡板4012移开,按压安装架5底部的第一挡块5011,此时安装架5在安装筒4内向上运动,同样搬动挡板4012将第一挡块5011压住,此时位于安装架5底部的控制管503向上运动后底部的梯形块4023将控制管503堵住,从而水流不会进入到安装架5内,同时安装架5上部的梯形块4023不再将控制管503堵住,且上部的控制管503进入到安装筒4上部的连接管402内,此时水流从滤网502外部向安装架5内部流动,流动的水再从安装架5上部的控制管503流入主水管1022内,此过程为滤网502进行反冲洗,不需要将滤网502拆下进行清洗,节约了时间。

  1. 一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,包括安装柱(1)和安装台面(6),其特征在于,所述安装柱(1)上固定连接有第一安装管(2),所述第一安装管(2)上螺纹连接有第二安装管(3),所述第二安装管(3)内滑动连接有阀芯(301),所述安装柱(1)内固定连接有凸块(1002),所述凸块(1002)上开设有出水孔(202)、热水孔(203)和冷水孔(204),所述阀芯(301)滑动连接在凸块(1002)内,所述阀芯(301)上固定连接有堵杆(3011),所述堵杆(3011)滑动连接在出水孔(202)内,所述凸块(1002)内转动连接有堵板(205),所述堵板(205)上固定连接有齿轮(2051),所述凸块(1002)内滑动连接有齿条(2061),所述齿条(2061)与齿轮(2051)啮合,所述齿条(2061)上固定连接有抵杆(206),所述第二安装管(3)与抵杆(206)相抵,所述抵杆(206)上固定连接有档环(2062),所述抵杆(206)上套接有弹簧(2063),所述弹簧(2063)的两端分别与凸块(1002)和档环(2062)相抵,所述堵板(205)的数量具体为两组,且两组所述堵板(205)分别转动连接在热水孔(203)和冷水孔(204)内,所述阀芯(301)上固定连接有安装块(3012),所述安装块(3012)上固定连接有固定杆(3013),所述第二安装管(3)上转动连接有圆筒(302),所述圆筒(302)内固定连接有固定筒(3022),所述固定杆(3013)滑动连接在固定筒(3022)内,所述固定筒(3022)上螺纹连接有螺杆(3023),所述固定杆(3013)上开设有与螺杆(3023)配合的螺纹孔,所述圆筒(302)上固定连接有拨杆(3021),所述安装柱(1)上转动连接有固定管(102),所述 固定管(102)内滑动连接有主水管(1022),所述主水管(1022)一端固定连接有喷头(1021),所述主水管(1022)另一端设有过滤机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,其特征在于,所述过滤机构包括安装筒(4),所述安装筒(4)固定连接在主水管(1022)上,所述安装筒(4)内固定连接有安装架(5),所述安装架(5)上固定连接有滤网(502)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,其特征在于,所述安装筒(4)的两端均固定连接有连接管(402),所述连接管(402)内固定连接有梯形块(4023),所述安装架(5)的两端均固定连接有控制管(503),所述梯形块(4023)滑动连接在控制管(503)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,其特征在于,所述安装架(5)上固定连接有第一导杆(501),所述第一导杆(501)上固定连接有第一挡块(5011),所述第一挡块(5011)与安装筒(4)相抵,所述安装筒(4)上固定连接有第二导杆(401),所述第二导杆(401)上固定连接有第二挡块(4011),所述第二导杆(401)上转动连接有挡板(4012),所述挡板(4012)与第一挡块(5011)相抵,所述第二挡块(4011)与挡板(4012)相抵。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,其特征在于,所述第二安装管(3)上固定连接有螺母(3001),所述螺母(3001)与抵杆(206)相抵。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,其特征在于,所述安装柱(1)上固定连接有圆环块(1001),所述圆环块(1001)与安装台面(6)相抵。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种便于组装内芯的抽拉水龙头,其特征在于,所述安装柱(1)底部固定连接有延伸筒(101),所述延伸筒(101)上螺纹连接有固定环(1011),所述固定环(1011)与安装台面(6)相抵。
