一种水龙头壳体清洗机及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种水龙头壳体清洗机及其使用方法。
背景技术
水龙头是水阀的通俗称谓,用来控制水流的大小开关,有节水的功效。水龙头的更新换代速度非常快,从老式铸铁工艺发展到电镀旋钮式的,又发展到不锈钢单温单控水龙头、不锈钢双温双控龙头、厨房半自动龙头,现在,越来越多的消费者选购水龙头,都会从材质、功能、造型等多方面来综合考虑,水龙头壳体可对水龙头进行保护,在水龙头壳体回收时,水龙头壳体上存在许多灰尘,需要对其进行清洗。
现有的水龙头壳体清洗装置只能对水龙头壳体表面的灰尘进行清洗,但对于生锈的水龙头壳体,简单的喷水清洗已经不能对其进行处理,还需要对水龙头壳体上存在的锈斑同时进行除锈和清洗处理,这样才能使水龙头满足后续使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中水龙头壳体清洗装置只能对水龙头壳体表面的灰尘进行清洗,但对于生锈的水龙头壳体,简单的喷水清洗已经不能对其进行处理,还需要对水龙头壳体上存在的锈斑同时进行除锈和清洗处理,这样才能使水龙头满足后续使用的问题,而提出的一种水龙头壳体清洗机及其使用方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种水龙头壳体清洗机,包括箱体,所述箱体的底部固定连接有支撑台,所述支撑台的底部固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出端转动连接有第二转轴,所述箱体和支撑台的侧壁固定连接有连接壳,所述连接壳内转动连接有与第二转轴相配合的第三转轴,所述箱体内转动连接有第一转轴,所述第一转轴上固定连接有第二锥齿轮,所述第三转轴上固定连接有与第二锥齿轮啮合相连的第三锥齿轮,所述支撑台的顶部设有清洗机构和除锈机构,所述第一转轴上固定连接有与清洗机构和除锈机构相配合的转盘,所述第一转轴上固定连接有固定放置机构。
优选的,所述转盘上固定连接有第一圆杆,所述支撑台的顶部固定连接有固定板和竖板,所述固定板上固定连接有第二圆杆,所述竖板上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动连接有往复板,所述往复板的侧壁固定连接有转动杆,所述转动杆远离往复板的一端转动连接在第二圆杆的外壁,所述转动杆上设有空槽,所述第一圆杆转动连接在空槽内。
优选的,所述清洗机构包括水箱、第二连接箱、第二活塞板、第二吸液管、第二导液管,所述支撑台的顶部固定连接有连接板,所述水箱和第二连接箱均固定连接在连接板的顶部,所述第二活塞板滑动连接在第二连接箱内,所述往复板的顶部与第二活塞板的底部转动相连,所述第二吸液管的两端分别与水箱和第二连接箱相连通,所述箱体内固定连接有混合箱,所述第二导液管连接在第二连接箱的侧壁,且所述第二导液管远离第二连接箱的一端与混合箱相连通。
优选的,所述除锈机构包括除锈液箱、第一连接箱、第一活塞板、第一吸液管和第一导液管,所述除锈液箱和第一连接箱均固定连接在支撑台的顶部,所述第一活塞板滑动连接在第一连接箱内,所述往复板的底部与第一活塞板的顶部转动相连,所述第一吸液管的两端分别与除锈液箱和第一连接箱相连通,所述第一导液管连接在第一连接箱的侧壁,且所述第一导液管远离第一连接箱的一端与混合箱相连通。
优选的,所述固定放置机构包括放置板、丝杆、移动块和卡块,所述放置板固定连接在第一转轴上,所述丝杆螺纹连接在放置板上,所述移动块固定连接在丝杆上,所述卡块固定连接在移动块的侧壁,所述混合箱的底部设有与卡块位置对应的喷液管,所述放置板上设有排水孔,所述箱体的底部连接有出液管。
优选的,所述箱体内固定连接有支板,所述混合箱固定连接在支板的顶部,所述箱体的顶部内壁转动连接有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴远离箱体内壁的一端转动连接在混合箱的底部,所述搅拌轴上设有多组搅拌齿。
优选的,所述支撑台的内壁固定连接有横板,所述第二转轴远离电机的一端转动连接在横板上,所述第二转轴上固定连接有第一带轮,所述第三转轴上固定连接有与第一带轮相配合的第二带轮。
优选的,所述连接壳内转动连接有第四转轴,所述搅拌轴上固定连接有第一锥齿轮,所述第四转轴上固定连接有与第一锥齿轮啮合相连的第六锥齿轮,所述第四转轴上固定连接有第五锥齿轮,所述第三转轴上固定连接有与第五锥齿轮啮合相连的第四锥齿轮。
优选的,所述第一吸液管、第一导液管内设有第一单向阀,所述第二吸液管和第二导液管内设有第二单向阀。
一种水龙头壳体清洗机的使用方法,采用以下步骤操作:
S1:将待处理水龙头壳体放置在放置板上,进行固定处理;
S2:启动电机,带动清洗机构运转,对水龙头壳体进行喷水清洗;
S3:电机同时带动除锈机构运转,将除锈液吸入到混合箱内;
S4:电机启动后,将带动搅拌轴和搅拌齿转动,对混合箱内的清洗水和除锈液进行混合稀释,提高除锈液的除锈能力。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、该水龙头壳体清洗机,进行清洗处理前,先将待处理的水龙头壳体放置在放置板上,然后转动两组丝杆,两组丝杆分别带动与之固定相连的移动块相互靠近,此时移动块上的卡块也将相互靠近,并将包住待处理的水龙头壳体的外壁,从而对水龙头壳体进行固定,确保后面的清洗过程中,水龙头壳体的稳定,提高清洗的效果。
2、该水龙头壳体清洗机,将水龙头壳体固定后,启动电机,电机带动第二转轴转动,第二转轴上的第一带轮转动并带动与之配合的第二带轮转动,进一步带动第三转轴转动,第三转轴转动时,第三转轴上的第三锥齿轮转动,然后带动与之啮合的第二锥齿轮转动,进一步带动第一转轴转动,此时第一转轴上的转盘转动,转盘上的第一圆杆转动,然后将带动转动杆绕着固定板上的第二圆杆转动,与转动杆固定相连的往复板也将在竖板上的滑槽内进行上下往复移动,往复板向上移动时将带动第二活塞板在第二连接箱内往复滑动,通过第二吸 液管从水箱内往复抽水,然后通过第二导液管将清洗水导入到混合箱内,最后通过混合箱底部的喷液管喷出,第一转轴转动时,放置板上的水龙头壳体将转动,喷液管喷出的清洗水对转动的水龙头壳体进行全面清洗,可提高清洗效果,从水龙头壳体上滴落的清洗水通过放置板上的排水孔排入到箱体底部,然后通过出液管排出箱体。
3、该水龙头壳体清洗机,可对生锈的水龙头壳体进行除锈处理,也能够对未生锈的水龙头壳体进行防锈处理,具体实现过程为,电机启动后,当往复板向下移动时将带动第一活塞板在第一连接箱内往复滑动,通过第一吸液管从除锈液箱内往复抽液,然后通过第一导液管将除锈液导入到混合箱内,与此同时第二导液管也会同步将清洗水导入到混合箱内,同时当第三转轴转动时,第三转轴上的第四锥齿轮转动,并带动与之啮合相连的第五锥齿轮转动,进一步带动第四转轴转动,此时第四转轴上的第六锥齿轮转动,带动与之啮合相连的第一锥齿轮转动,进一步带动搅拌轴转动,搅拌轴上的搅拌齿转动,对进入到混合箱内的除锈液和清洗水进行搅拌稀释,混合稀释后的除锈液通过喷液管喷向水龙头壳体的表面,从水龙头壳体上滴落的除锈液通过放置板上的排水孔排入到箱体底部,然后通过出液管排出箱体,此种设置能够混合稀释除锈液,提高除锈液的除锈能力,确保对水龙头壳体上的锈斑进行全面清理,确保水龙头壳体能够满足后续使用,节约资源。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,本发明不仅能够对沾有灰尘的水龙头壳体进行清洗,同时也可 以对生锈的水龙头壳体进行除锈清洗,确保水龙头壳体能够满足后续使用,节约资源。

参照图1、图5、图6和图7,一种水龙头壳体清洗机,包括箱体1,箱体1的底部固定连接有支撑台2,支撑台2的底部固定连接有电机218,电机218的输出端转动连接有第二转轴219,箱体1和支撑台2的侧壁固定连接有连接壳3,连接壳3内转动连接有与第二转轴219相配合的第三转轴301,箱体1内转动连接有第一转轴106,第一转轴106上固定连接有第二锥齿轮107,第三转轴301上固定连接有与第二锥齿轮107啮合相连的第三锥齿轮303,支撑台2的顶部设有清洗机构和除锈机构,第一转轴106上固定连接有与清洗机构和 除锈机构相配合的转盘113,第一转轴106上固定连接有固定放置机构。
固定放置机构包括放置板108、丝杆109、移动块110和卡块111,放置板108固定连接在第一转轴106上,丝杆109螺纹连接在放置板108上,移动块110固定连接在丝杆109上,卡块111固定连接在移动块110的侧壁,混合箱101的底部设有与卡块111位置对应的喷液管105,放置板108上设有排水孔,箱体1的底部连接有出液管112;用于固定待处理的水龙头壳体。
本发明中,进行清洗处理前,先将待处理的水龙头壳体放置在放置板108上,然后转动两组丝杆109,两组丝杆109分别带动与之固定相连的移动块110相互靠近,此时移动块110上的卡块111也将相互靠近,并将包住待处理的水龙头壳体的外壁,从而对水龙头壳体进行固定,确保后面的清洗过程中,水龙头壳体的稳定,提高清洗的效果。
实施例2:
参照图1、图2和图4,一种水龙头壳体清洗机,包括箱体1,箱体1的底部固定连接有支撑台2,支撑台2的底部固定连接有电机218,电机218的输出端转动连接有第二转轴219,箱体1和支撑台2的侧壁固定连接有连接壳3,连接壳3内转动连接有与第二转轴219相配合的第三转轴301,箱体1内转动连接有第一转轴106,第一转轴106上固定连接有第二锥齿轮107,第三转轴301上固定连接有与第二锥齿轮107啮合相连的第三锥齿轮303,支撑台2的顶部设有清 洗机构和除锈机构,第一转轴106上固定连接有与清洗机构和除锈机构相配合的转盘113,第一转轴106上固定连接有固定放置机构。
转盘113上固定连接有第一圆杆114,支撑台2的顶部固定连接有固定板202和竖板204,固定板202上固定连接有第二圆杆203,竖板204上设有滑槽205,滑槽205内滑动连接有往复板206,往复板206的侧壁固定连接有转动杆207,转动杆207远离往复板206的一端转动连接在第二圆杆203的外壁,转动杆207上设有空槽,第一圆杆114转动连接在空槽内;用于驱动往复板206上下往复滑动。

箱体1内固定连接有支板,混合箱101固定连接在支板的顶部,箱体1的顶部内壁转动连接有搅拌轴102,搅拌轴102远离箱体1内壁的一端转动连接在混合箱101的底部,搅拌轴102上设有多组搅拌齿104;用于将清洗水和除锈液混合稀释。
支撑台2的内壁固定连接有横板,第二转轴219远离电机218的一端转动连接在横板上,第二转轴219上固定连接有第一带轮220, 第三转轴301上固定连接有与第一带轮220相配合的第二带轮302;用于驱动第三转轴301转动。
第一吸液管210、第一导液管211内设有第一单向阀212,第二吸液管215和第二导液管216内设有第二单向阀217;用于控制液体流向。
本发明中,将水龙头壳体固定后,启动电机218,电机218带动第二转轴219转动,第二转轴219上的第一带轮220转动并带动与之配合的第二带轮302转动,进一步带动第三转轴301转动,第三转轴301转动时,第三转轴301上的第三锥齿轮303转动,然后带动与之啮合的第二锥齿轮107转动,进一步带动第一转轴106转动,此时第一转轴106上的转盘113转动,转盘113上的第一圆杆114转动,然后将带动转动杆207绕着固定板202上的第二圆杆203转动,与转动杆207固定相连的往复板206也将在竖板204上的滑槽205内进行上下往复移动,往复板206向上移动时将带动第二活塞板在第二连接箱214内往复滑动,通过第二吸液管215从水箱213内往复抽水,然后通过第二导液管216将清洗水导入到混合箱101内,最后通过混合箱101底部的喷液管105喷出,第一转轴106转动时,放置板108上的水龙头壳体将转动,喷液管105喷出的清洗水对转动的水龙头壳体进行全面清洗,可提高清洗效果,从水龙头壳体上滴落的清洗水通过放置板108上的排水孔排入到箱体1底部,然后通过出液管112排出箱体1。
实施例3:
参照图1、图3和图4,一种水龙头壳体清洗机,包括箱体1,箱体1的底部固定连接有支撑台2,支撑台2的底部固定连接有电机218,电机218的输出端转动连接有第二转轴219,箱体1和支撑台2的侧壁固定连接有连接壳3,连接壳3内转动连接有与第二转轴219相配合的第三转轴301,箱体1内转动连接有第一转轴106,第一转轴106上固定连接有第二锥齿轮107,第三转轴301上固定连接有与第二锥齿轮107啮合相连的第三锥齿轮303,支撑台2的顶部设有清洗机构和除锈机构,第一转轴106上固定连接有与清洗机构和除锈机构相配合的转盘113,第一转轴106上固定连接有固定放置机构。
转盘113上固定连接有第一圆杆114,支撑台2的顶部固定连接有固定板202和竖板204,固定板202上固定连接有第二圆杆203,竖板204上设有滑槽205,滑槽205内滑动连接有往复板206,往复板206的侧壁固定连接有转动杆207,转动杆207远离往复板206的一端转动连接在第二圆杆203的外壁,转动杆207上设有空槽,第一圆杆114转动连接在空槽内;用于驱动往复板206上下往复滑动。
除锈机构包括除锈液箱208、第一连接箱209、第一活塞板、第一吸液管210和第一导液管211,除锈液箱208和第一连接箱209均固定连接在支撑台2的顶部,第一活塞板滑动连接在第一连接箱209内,往复板206的底部与第一活塞板的顶部转动相连,第一吸液管210的两端分别与除锈液箱208和第一连接箱209相连通,第一导液管211连接在第一连接箱209的侧壁,且第一导液管211远离第一连接箱209的一端与混合箱101相连通;用于对水龙头壳体除锈。
连接壳3内转动连接有第四转轴305,搅拌轴102上固定连接有第一锥齿轮103,第四转轴305上固定连接有与第一锥齿轮103啮合相连的第六锥齿轮307,第四转轴305上固定连接有第五锥齿轮306,第三转轴301上固定连接有与第五锥齿轮306啮合相连的第四锥齿轮304;用于驱动搅拌轴102转动。
第一吸液管210、第一导液管211内设有第一单向阀212,第二吸液管215和第二导液管216内设有第二单向阀217;用于控制液体流向。
本发明中,可对生锈的水龙头壳体进行除锈处理,也能够对未生锈的水龙头壳体进行防锈处理,具体实现过程为,电机218启动后,当往复板206向下移动时将带动第一活塞板在第一连接箱209内往复滑动,通过第一吸液管210从除锈液箱208内往复抽液,然后通过第一导液管211将除锈液导入到混合箱101内,与此同时第二导液管216也会同步将清洗水导入到混合箱101内,同时当第三转轴301转动时,第三转轴301上的第四锥齿轮304转动,并带动与之啮合相连的第五锥齿轮306转动,进一步带动第四转轴305转动,此时第四转轴305上的第六锥齿轮307转动,带动与之啮合相连的第一锥齿轮103转动,进一步带动搅拌轴102转动,搅拌轴102上的搅拌齿104转动,对进入到混合箱101内的除锈液和清洗水进行搅拌稀释,混合稀释后的除锈液通过喷液管105喷向水龙头壳体的表面,从水龙头壳体上滴落的除锈液通过放置板108上的排水孔排入到箱体1底部,然后通过出液管112排出箱体1,此种设置能够混合稀释除锈液,提高 除锈液的除锈能力,确保对水龙头壳体上的锈斑进行全面清理,确保水龙头壳体能够满足后续使用,节约资源。
实施例4:
一种水龙头壳体清洗机的使用方法,采用以下步骤操作:
S1:将待处理水龙头壳体放置在放置板108上,进行固定处理;
S2:启动电机218,带动清洗机构运转,对水龙头壳体进行喷水清洗;
S3:电机218同时带动除锈机构运转,将除锈液吸入到混合箱101内;
S4:电机218启动后,将带动搅拌轴102和搅拌齿104转动,对混合箱101内的清洗水和除锈液进行混合稀释,提高除锈液的除锈能力。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种水龙头壳体清洗机,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内固定连接有支板,所述混合箱(101)固定连接在支板的顶部,所述箱体(1)的顶部内壁转动连接有搅拌轴(102),所述搅拌轴(102)远离箱体(1)内壁的一端转动连接在混合箱(101)的底部,所述搅拌轴(102)上设有多组搅拌齿(104)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水龙头壳体清洗机,其特征在于,所述支撑台(2)的内壁固定连接有横板,所述第二转轴(219)远离电机(218)的一端转动连接在横板上,所述第二转轴(219)上固定连接有第一带轮(220),所述第三转轴(301)上固定连接有与第一带轮(220)相配合的第二带轮(302)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种水龙头壳体清洗机,其特征在于,所述连接壳(3)内转动连接有第四转轴(305),所述搅拌轴(102)上固定连接有第一锥齿轮(103),所述第四转轴(305)上固定连接有与第一锥齿轮(103)啮合相连的第六锥齿轮(307),所述第四转轴(305)上固定连接有第五锥齿轮(306),所述第三转轴(301)上固定连接有与第五锥齿轮(306)啮合相连的第四锥齿轮(304)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种水龙头壳体清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一吸液管(210)、第一导液管(211)内设有第一单向阀(212),所述第二吸液管(215)和第二导液管(216)内设有第二单向阀(217)。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的水龙头壳体清洗机的使用方法,其特征在于,采用以下步骤操作:
    S1:将待处理水龙头壳体放置在放置板(108)上,进行固定处理;
    S2:启动电机(218),带动清洗机构运转,对水龙头壳体进行喷水清洗;
    S3:电机(218)同时带动除锈机构运转,将除锈液吸入到混合箱(101)内;
    S4:电机(218)启动后,将带动搅拌轴(102)和搅拌齿(104)转动,对混合箱(101)内的清洗水和除锈液进行混合稀释,提高除锈液的除锈能力。
