对于新冠肺炎,人群普遍易感,但免疫力低下的患者更容易发展为重症肺炎。因此提高机体免疫力是新冠肺炎治疗中的关键一环。毫米波临床治疗始于20世纪60年代,国内外研究表明:毫米波能激发免疫细胞活性、促进细胞新陈代谢、改善微循环、加速损伤组织修复、减轻炎症、促进细胞和体液的免疫应答反应过程。特定频段的毫米波作用人体后具有快速升高白细胞数量、增强人体非特异性免疫的生物学效应。
目前,毫米波已经应用于国内多种疾病的抗炎治疗,例如癌症疼痛、肺结核、慢行支气管炎、软组织炎症、糖尿病足、术后疼痛的缓解等。近日,有研究结果表明,毫米波肺部及穴位辐射治疗,在改善新冠肺炎患者氧合指数等临床症状以及促进核酸转阴方面,显示较好疗效,有一定的临床应用价值。但是目前的毫米波治疗仪几乎都为中大型仪器,痊愈患者若需要使用这些仪器进行后续治疗则必须到医院,并且仪器的操控往往需要专业人员进行,这给患者造成了诸多不便以及较大的经济压力。
中医的观点认为肺在体合皮,其华在毛,即肺脏与皮毛之间具有宣散肺气的互相作用关系,毛皮能宣散肺气以达到调节呼吸的作用,外邪侵袭机体首先从皮毛而入,进而感传外邪入肺。所以治疗亦可由皮毛进入,对穴位局部皮肤产生刺激,再通过肌肤腠理循经络走向,联合毫米波与经络腧穴的机理共同发挥作用。然而,目前市场上暂时没有以治疗新冠肺炎为适应症的毫米波穴位贴。
发明内容

如图1至图7中所示,本发明所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,包括控制盒1,在控制盒1内设置有毫米波发生单元,在控制盒1的底部安装连接有硅胶套2,在硅胶套2的下侧面四周边沿设置有用于粘贴到皮肤上的粘贴面3,在硅胶套2下侧面的中部为功能作用区域4,在功能作用区域4对应的硅胶套2的中部设置有天线通孔,在所述天线通孔处设置有外天线5,所述外天线5的一端穿过天线通孔以及控制盒1的壳体后与毫米波发生单元相连,外天线5的另一端形成用于与皮肤相贴的贴合作用面6。
使用时,通过硅胶套2上的粘贴面3将整个穴位贴粘贴到患者的相应皮肤表面,如粘贴到患者的肺俞穴处,同时使功能作用区域4覆盖肺俞穴以及使得贴合作用面6与肺俞穴处的皮肤贴紧。之后通过毫米波发生单元产生毫米波,毫米波通过外天线5引导作用到患者皮肤上以达到刺激相应穴位的功效,最终达到辅助治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的作用。
本发明中的贴合作用面6是外天线5上用于与人体皮肤表面贴合,以实现毫米波通过外天线5后有效地作用到皮肤上。更具体的,为提高外天线5的作用效果,本发明中进一步在贴合作用面6上设置有成阵列分布的突刺7;如附图中所示的具体图7的结构:所述突刺7呈柱体结构,柱体结构的一端与外天线5的贴合作用面6连接,柱体结构的另一端沿垂直于贴合作用面6的方向向外延伸形成外端;在柱体结构的四周设置有四个外突的锐角棱角8,并且四个锐角棱角8沿柱体结构的周向呈等角度的均匀分布。如具体可设置突刺7的如下参数:每个突刺7的凸起高度H为0.04cm,并且突刺7对应的柱体结构的外壁面从靠近贴合作用面6的一端向另一端具有向中轴向倾斜的斜度θ,θ的取值为1°,每个突刺7的轮廓直径D为0.1cm,相邻两个突刺7之间的中心距离L为0.15cm。这样,可在贴合作用面6上形成均匀分布细小的大量突刺7的结构,当贴敷到人体皮肤上后,各突刺7能够实现轻微的刺到皮肤上,以此达到提高毫米波作用到人体皮肤上的效果。
当然,不失一般性的,在本发明中的控制盒1内还配套设置有相应的模块,如设置有控制电路板和电池17,同时还可在控制电路板上设置有无线通讯模块,如蓝牙模块或者WiFi模块等进行无线通讯;其中电池17用于为控制电路板以及为毫米波发生单元供电,并且电池17优选采用可充电电池,以便于长期循环使用,并且更为优选的还可设置电池17采用无线充电技术进行充电,这样可避免在控制盒1上设置充电接口,进而能提高控制盒1的密封性,以便于防水和药液浸没清洗和消毒等。相应的,为实现控制,在控制盒1的表面还设置有控制按钮9和显示屏10,控制按钮9和显示屏10分别与控制电路板相连; 控制按钮9可设置有一个或者更多个,通过控制按钮9以实现对整个产品的操作控制,如实现开关控制、调节控制毫米波的发生强度、调节控制单次运行时间长度等;而显示屏10则可用于显示相应的数据以及运行状态等参数。
另外,对于控制盒1的具体形状结构,参照附图中所示,本发明中进一步设置控制盒1整体的外轮廓呈圆柱体形,并且在圆柱体的外周壁设置有能够旋转调节控制的旋钮11,通过旋转所述旋钮11能够调节控制毫米波发生单元的发射功率和能够调节并设定毫米波发生单元的单次连续运行时长;当然由于上述需要通过旋钮调节两个参数,因此使用时还需要与控制按钮9进行配合使用,如通过控制按钮9切换所需调节的参数后,再通过旋转旋钮进行调节即可。当然,此时相应的在圆柱形的控制盒1的内部设置有腔体以用于安装容纳控制电路板、电池17以及毫米波发生单元等模块。
另外,本发明中的硅胶套2具体可优选设置为环形结构,如参照附图中所示形状结构进行设置。另外,为了在进行毫米波治疗时,穴位贴还能提供一定的药物治疗作用,本发明中更进一步在硅胶套2的下侧面的中部功能作用区域4还设置有一圈环形的药垫12,在药垫12的中部为天线通孔。这样可通过在药垫12上附着相应的药物后,通过药物与皮肤的直接接触实现药物的给药治疗;最终实现药物治疗与毫米波治疗的结合。
更为优选的,为了便于重复使用或者不同患者使用,本发明中的硅胶套2优选采用能拆卸的安装连接结构与控制盒1连接,例如硅胶套2直接通过粘贴的方式连接到控制盒1上或者通过扣接的方式连接到控制盒1上。当然,不失一般性的,当设置有药垫12时,药垫12也可采用能拆卸的方式进行安装;以便于药垫12的更换。
另外,为进一步提高本发明中的毫米波发生单元所产生的毫米波的均匀性;参照附图中所示,本发明中进一步设置所述毫米波发生单元包括可变衰减器13、隔离器14、中部天线15和若干毫米波发送器16,可变衰减器13与隔离器14相连,隔离器14分别与各毫米波发送器16相连,所有毫米波发送器16 均与同一个中部天线15相连,并且各毫米波发送器16呈均匀的阵列分布,外天线5与中部天线15相连。这样,通过电池17提供能源,之后经过可变衰减器13控制毫米波的能量,之后通过隔离器14控制毫米波的方向性,然后接入各毫米波发送器16,同时将各毫米波发送器16对应的前端的波形源头阵列排布并接入同一个中部天线15中,通过中部天线15激发中部激励并实现多个前端波形的相互叠加,提高波形的均匀度,减少辐射单一性;使得在前端的多个波形叠加后,将均匀的毫米波波引入后端,最后通过外天线5与人体相互接触,实现更加均匀的毫米波治疗效果。如参照附图中所示,本发明中具体可优选设置所述毫米波发送器16设置有六个,六个毫米波发送器16呈2排×3列的分布方式阵列分布。

Claims (10)

  1. 用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:包括控制盒(1),在控制盒(1)内设置有毫米波发生单元,在控制盒(1)的底部安装连接有硅胶套(2),在硅胶套(2)的下侧面四周边沿设置有用于粘贴到皮肤上的粘贴面(3),在硅胶套(2)下侧面的中部为功能作用区域(4),在功能作用区域(4)对应的硅胶套(2)的中部设置有天线通孔,在所述天线通孔处设置有外天线(5),所述外天线(5)的一端穿过天线通孔以及控制盒(1)的壳体后与毫米波发生单元相连,外天线(5)的另一端形成用于与皮肤相贴的贴合作用面(6)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:在贴合作用面(6)上设置有成阵列分布的突刺(7)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:所述突刺(7)呈柱体结构,柱体结构的一端与外天线(5)的贴合作用面(6)连接,柱体结构的另一端沿垂直于贴合作用面(6)的方向向外延伸形成外端;在柱体结构的四周设置有四个外突的锐角棱角(8),并且四个锐角棱角(8)沿柱体结构的周向呈等角度的均匀分布。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:每个突刺(7)的凸起高度H为0.04cm,并且突刺(7)对应的柱体结构的外壁面从靠近贴合作用面(6)的一端向另一端具有向中轴向倾斜的斜度θ,θ的取值为1°,每个突刺(7)的轮廓直径D为0.1cm,相邻两个突刺(7)之间的中心距离L为0.15cm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:在控制盒(1)内还设置有控制电路板和电池(17),在控制电路板上设置有无线通讯模块,所述电池(17)用于为控制电路板以及为毫米波发生单元供电,在控制盒(1)的表面还设置有控制按钮(9)和显示屏(10),控制按钮(9)和显示屏(10)分别与控制电路板相连。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:控制盒(1)整体的外轮廓呈圆柱体形,并且在圆柱体的外周壁设置有能够旋 转调节控制的旋钮(11),通过旋转所述旋钮(11)能够调节控制毫米波发生单元的发射功率和能够调节并设定毫米波发生单元的单次连续运行时长。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:所述硅胶套(2)呈环形;在硅胶套(2)的下侧面的中部功能作用区域(4)还设置有一圈环形的药垫(12),在药垫(12)的中部为天线通孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:所述硅胶套(2)为能够拆卸地安装连接在控制盒(1)的底部。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:所述毫米波发生单元包括可变衰减器(13)、隔离器(14)、中部天线(15)和若干毫米波发送器(16),可变衰减器(13)与隔离器(14)相连,隔离器(14)分别与各毫米波发送器(16)相连,所有毫米波发送器(16)均与同一个中部天线(15)相连,并且各毫米波发送器(16)呈均匀的阵列分布,外天线(5)与中部天线(15)相连。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的毫米波穴位贴,其特征在于:所述毫米波发送器(16)设置有六个,六个毫米波发送器(16)呈2排×3列的分布方式阵列分布。
