本申请是以申请号为202110130324.7、申请日为2021年1月29日的中国专利申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子产品充电器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种无线充电器。
背景技术
随着手机等电子产品的广泛使用,电池续航能力成为了人们日益关注的问题。
无线充电器以不需用充电电源线连接到需要充电的终端设备上的优点得到广泛应用。目前,通常将需要充电的电子产品平放到无线充电器上,在需要无线充电器给电子产品充电的过程中,常常面临无法调整电子产品的角度,造成使用电子产品不便的问题。
因此,如何在电子产品使用无线充电器充电时,便于调整电子产品的角度,以便于使用电子产品是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
申请内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的是提供一种无线充电器,能够在电子产品使用无线充电器充电时,便于调整电子产品的角度,以便于使用电子产品。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供了如下方案:
一种无线充电器,包括:
无线充电器主体,所述无线充电器主体用于固定电子产品,且所述无线充电器主体内设置有用于给所述电子产品充电的充电组件;
支架,所述支架可拆卸安装在所述无线充电器主体上,用于支撑所述无线充电器主体,并使所述无线充电器主体与支撑面呈一夹角。
在一个具体实施方案中,所述无线充电器主体内设置有与所述电子产品磁吸附的磁吸组件。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述支架包括固定底板和转动板;
所述固定底板可拆卸安装在所述无线充电器主体上,所述转动板可转动与所述固定底板连接,且所述转动板能够支撑在所述支撑面上;
当所述支架处于收纳状态时,所述转动板与所述固定底板贴合;
当所述支架处于打开状态时,所述转动板与所述固定底板呈一夹角。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述无线充电器主体上开设有容纳所述支架的容纳槽。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述容纳槽开设在所述无线充电器主体的底端,且所述容纳槽的形状与所述支架形状契合,所述支架处于收纳状态时,所述转动板完全容纳于所述容纳槽内。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述固定底板可滑移安装在所述容纳槽内,且所述无线充电器主体上还设置有能够锁止所述固定底板的锁止件。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述容纳槽的侧壁与所述固定底板的侧壁,一者上开设有滑移槽,另一者上设置有与所述滑移槽滑动配合的滑轨。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述锁止件包括悬臂梁和限位凸起;

在另一个具体实施方案中,所述掰动部的底面设置防滑层。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述支架支撑所述无线充电器主体的支撑部长度可变。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述支撑部为可伸缩支撑杆或者可折叠杆。
在另一个具体实施方案中,所述支撑部的支撑端设置有防滑层。
根据本申请的各个实施方案可以根据需要任意组合,这些组合之后所得的实施方案也在本申请范围内,是本申请具体实施方式的一部分。
不限于任何理论,从以上公开内容可以看出,本申请公开的无线充电器,使用时,将电子产品固定到无线充电器主体上;接着,通过支架支撑无线充电器主体,使得无线充电器主体与支撑面呈一夹角,便于在充电的过程中使用电子产品。可以理解地,这里的无线充电器主体与支撑面所呈夹角是指电子产品在充电的过程中,便于使用的角度。此外,支架与无线充电器主体可拆卸连接,便于更换不同的支架,以实现不同尺寸或者类型的电子产品的充电,提高了无线充电器的通用性。综上所述,本申请公开的无线充电器集成了无线充电与支架牢固支撑的功能,实现了电子产品的稳定充电的同时,便于使用电子产品。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好的理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图1-10和具体实施方式对本申请作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-10所示,本申请公开了一种无线充电器1000,用于电子产品充电。电子产品包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、电子手表等。
无线充电器主体100包括无线充电器主体100和支架200,无线充电器主体100为常规的能够对电子产品进行无线充电的设备,其内腔设置有能够给电子产品进行无线充电的充电组件。
无线充电器主体100为任意形状,包括但不限于为圆形、方形、椭圆形、多边形、三角形、半圆形或者长条形等。无线充电器主体100的底端能够平放或者固定在某一位置。
支架200可拆卸安装在无线充电器主体100上,用于支撑无线充电器主体100,并使无线充电器主体100与支撑面呈一夹角。需要说明的是,支撑面是指支撑无线充电器1000的面,例如,桌面、椅面等。
具体地,无线充电器主体100上设置有安装位,支架200可拆卸安装在安装位处。可拆卸方式包括但不限于卡接、磁吸附连接或者螺栓连接等。
支架200为任意形状,包括但不限于由板材、管材或者杆材等拼成。具体地,支架可以包括2块可转动连接的板,也可以仅包括1块板或者3块及3块以上板等,还可以是圆锥台或者可伸缩锥形套管等,当支架200为圆锥台或者可伸缩锥形套管时,无线充电器主体100倾斜固定在锥形台或者可伸缩锥形套管上,或者,设置无线充电器主体100可转动安装在锥形台或者可伸缩锥形套管上。当支架200由板等组成时,板的形状包括但不限于呈长条形、波浪形、圆形、椭圆形、梯形、三角形、多边形或者异形等。
为了便于支架200的安装定位,设置安装位的形状与支架200的形状契合。应该说明,安装位可以是平面划分的一个区域以供支架200进行安装,或者是凹陷形成的槽以供支架200进行安装,更或者是凸出的结构供支架200进行安装。
为了实现无线充电器1000的高效充电,可以在无线充电器主体100上设置2个或者2个以上的安装位,以便于固定2个或者2个以上的电子产品,实现2个或者2个以上的电子产品的同时充电,可以同时安装同一种电子产品,也可以同时安装不同种电子产品。
本申请公开的无线充电器1000,使用时,将电子产品固定到无线充电器主体100上;接着,通过支架200支撑无线充电器主体100,使得无线充电器主体100与支撑面呈一夹角,便于在充电的过程中使用电子产品。可以理解地,这里的无线充电器主体100与支撑面所呈夹角是指电子产品在充电的过程中,便于使用的角度。此外,支架200与无线充电器主体100可拆卸连接,便于更换不同的支架200,以实现不同尺寸或者类型的电子产品的充电,提高了无线充电器1000的通用性。
在一些实施例中,无线充电器主体100内设置有磁吸组件,磁吸附组件能够牢固将电子产品吸附在无线充电器主体100上,避免电子产品移动,以实现对电子产品的稳定充电。电子产品上可以套设一个具有磁性或者金属的套设件,通过套设件与无线充电器主体100上,此外,也可以是电子产品内置有磁性件,通过电子产品内的磁性件直接与无线充电器主体100磁吸附连接。
可以理解地是,上述方式只是本申请对于电子产品固定在无线充电器主体100上的连接方式的一个优选举例,实际应用中,还可以选择在无线充电器主体100上设置可伸缩卡爪,通过卡爪伸出实现对电子产品的固定等。
在一些实施例中,支架200包括固定底板20和转动板21,固定底板20可拆卸安装在无线充电器主体100上,转动板21可转动与固定底板20连接,且转动板21能够支撑在支撑面上。
具体地,转动板21与固定底板20可以通过阻尼轴25可转动连接,以实现转动板21转动到某一角度后保持稳定。当支架200处于收纳状态时,转动板21与固定底板20贴合;当支架200处于打开状态时,转动板21与固定底板20呈一夹角。需要说明的是,转动板21与固定底板20的连接方式不限于为上述方式,也可以是其它连接方式,例如,转动板21也可以通过销轴等与固定底板20可转动连接,转动板21的两侧铰接支撑杆,沿着固定底板20的长度方向,固定底板20的两侧依次开设多个卡槽,当转动板21转动到某一角度后,将支撑杆的底端卡在卡槽内。
通过转动支架200至预定的位置,以实现电子产品角度的调整,便于使用者使用电子产品,在保证充电的基础上,还实现了对电子产品的使用。
在一些实施例中,无线充电器主体100上开设有容纳支架200的容纳槽10,便于支架200的安装。可以理解地,开设容纳槽10安装支架200只是本申请对于支架200安装方式的一个优选举例,实际应用中,还可以选择不开设容纳槽10,直接将支架200安装到无线充电器主体100上,例如,将固定底板20磁吸附或者螺栓连接在无线充电器主体100上等。
进一步地,本申请公开了容纳槽10开设在无线充电器主体100的底端,且容纳槽10的形状与支架200形状契合,且支架200处于收纳状态时,转动板21完全容纳于容纳槽10内,即转动板21的底面与容纳槽10的槽顶平齐,或者,转动板21的底面高于容纳槽10的槽顶,以实现支架200在收纳状态时,能够完全置于无线充电器主体100内,避免占用额外空间,便于放置。需要说明的是,本文中位置的顶底等的设定,均是以无线充电器的使用方向进行的设定,即无线充电器主体100在上,支架200在下的方向进行的设定。
进一步地,本申请公开了支架200上设置有掰动部24,且当支架200处于收纳状态时,掰动部24的底端与无线充电器主体100之间具有容纳手指伸入并掰动掰动部24的空隙。
具体地,掰动部24设置转动板21的末端,便于操作者掰动转动板21。需要说明的是,转动板21的末端是指转动板21远离与固定底板20铰接的那端。掰动部24也可以设置在转动板21的其它位置。
具体地,容纳槽10可以为两端均封闭的非通槽,或者一端封闭一端开放的半通槽,也可以是两端均开放的通槽。当容纳槽10远离转动板21铰接处的那端封闭时,容纳槽10的该侧壁上开设有避让掰动部24的避让槽,避免容纳槽10的侧壁干涉转动板21的转动。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图3所示,固定底板20可滑移安装在容纳槽10内,且无线充电器主体100上还设置有能够锁止固定底板20的锁止件。
容纳槽10的至少一端开放,以便于固定底板20能够沿着容纳槽10的开放端滑入容纳槽10内。
进一步地,本申请公开了容纳槽10的侧壁与固定底板20的侧壁,一者上开设有滑移槽300,另一者上设置有与滑移槽300滑动配合的滑轨400,以实现固定底板20与容纳槽10的可滑动连接。当固定底板20滑动到位时,锁止件能够锁止固定底板20。
本实施例以容纳槽10的两侧壁底端分别开设滑移槽300,固定底板20的两侧底端设置滑轨400为例,具体地,滑轨400与固定底板20一体成型连接,或者通过胶等粘接,还可以通过螺钉等可拆卸连接,具体连接形式不限。
可以理解地,上述方式只是本申请对于固定底板20与无线充电器1000可滑移连接方式的一个优选举例,实际应用中,还可以选择直接在无线充电器主体100的顶端铺设轨道,而在固定底板20的两侧设置与轨道滑动配合的滑槽。
进一步地,本申请公开了锁止件包括悬臂梁11和限位凸起12,容纳槽10的槽底开设有安装槽或者容纳通孔,容纳通孔导通无线充电器主体100的内腔与容纳槽10。
悬臂梁11置于安装槽或者容纳通孔内,且悬臂梁11的一端与安装槽的槽壁或者容纳通孔的侧壁固定连接,具体地,悬臂梁11与无线充电器主体100一体成型连接。限位凸起12设置在悬臂梁11上,固定底板20上开设有与限位凸起12卡接的限位凹槽26。安装支架200到容纳槽10内时,将固定底板20的一端从容纳槽10的一端沿着容纳槽10的长度方向推入容纳槽10内,当固定底板20移动到限位凸起12的位置时,下压限位凸起12,接着悬臂梁11向无线充电器1000的内腔方向转动;当固定底板20移动到限位凹槽26位于限位凸起12的上方时,限位凸起12收到的压力减小,悬臂梁11向远离无线充电器1000内腔的方向转动,限位凸起12卡到限位凹槽26内,实现固定底板20与无线充电器主体100的自锁。
可以理解地,上述方式只是本申请对于锁止件结构的一个优选举例,实际应用中,还可以选择其它结构,例如,锁止件为设置在容纳槽10开放端的限位板,限位板具体可以通过螺钉等可拆卸连接在无线充电器主体100上;还可以设置通过卷簧安装在无线充电器主体100侧壁上的限位板,限位板在卷簧的作用下封闭容纳槽10的开放端,当需要安装固定底板20时,将限位板在外力的作用下拉开,露出容纳槽10的开放端,使得固定底板20能够滑入容纳槽10内;或者,锁止件为门栓或者锁扣等。
进一步地,本申请公开了限位凸起12和限位凹槽26的形状相契合,便于固定底板20与无线充电器主体100的锁止。
具体地,本申请公开了限位凸起12为弧形凸起,对应地,限位凹槽26为弧形凹槽。
在其它一些实施例中,如图4-图7所示,固定底板20与无线充电器主体100卡扣22连接。
进一步地,本申请公开了容纳槽10为两端均封闭的封闭槽,容纳槽10的一端侧壁上开设有插接固定底板20头部的插接槽13,固定底板20上设置有与无线充电器主体100卡接的卡扣22。
安装固定底板20时,先将固定底板20的头部向下倾斜一定角度插入插接槽13内,接着,将固定底板20的尾部向下倾斜转动,使得卡扣22卡在无线充电器主体100上。
进一步地,本申请公开了卡扣22呈钩状,设置在固定底板20尾端的底部,限位槽的槽底开设有卡接孔14,限位槽的侧壁上还设置有推动卡扣22进入卡接孔14内的导向部,卡扣22卡在卡接孔14的底壁上。
具体地,导向部上设置有第一倾斜面,第一倾斜面沿着靠近插接槽13的那端向上倾斜设置。卡钩的侧壁设置有第二倾斜面,第二倾斜面沿着靠近固定底板20的头部方向上倾斜设置,第一倾斜面与第二倾斜面配合,推动第二倾斜面。
或者在另一实施例中,容纳槽10也可以是一端开口一端封闭的槽,容纳槽10的封闭端壁和侧壁上分别开设有插接固定底板20头部和侧部的插接槽13,固定底板20的侧壁上设置有与无线充电器主体100卡接的卡扣22。
在其它一些实施例中,如图8-图10所示,固定底板20磁吸附在容纳槽10内,通过磁吸附实现支架200与无线充电器主体100的拆装。容纳槽10可以是两端封闭的封闭槽,或者是一端开口或者是两端开口的通槽。
具体地,本申请公开了容纳槽10的槽底设置有至少一块第一磁铁15,固定底板20上设置有与第一磁铁15相吸附的第二磁铁23,第二磁铁23与第一磁铁15一一对应。通过第一磁铁15和第二磁铁23的吸附实现支架200与无线充电器主体100的连接。
第一磁铁15和第二磁铁23的位置向对应,以实现支架200与无线充电器主体100的稳定连接。
第一磁铁15和第二磁铁23的横截面可以呈圆形、方形或者三角形等。
当然可以理解地,第一磁铁15和第二磁铁23的位置也可以设置在其它位置,例如,第一磁铁15设置在容纳槽10的两个侧壁,第二磁铁23设置在固定底板20的两侧壁上等。
第一磁铁15和第二磁铁23中的一者可以通过铁块等代替,实现两者的吸附。
在其它一些实施例中,固定底板20通过螺栓可拆卸安装在容纳槽10内。需要说明的是,也可以不在无线充电器主体100上开设容纳槽10,直接将固定底板20通过螺栓固定在无线充电器主体100的底板上。
在其它一些实施例中,无线充电器主体100上开设有固定孔,固定底板20容纳在固定孔内,且与固定孔的孔壁螺栓连接。需要说明的是,也可以将固定底板20通过卡扣等卡在固定孔内。
在其它一些实施例中,支架200为一体成型的单片连接板,便于加工制造。
进一步地,本申请公开了无线充电器主体100上开设有盛放槽,支架200可转动且可拆卸安装在无线充电器主体100的盛放槽内,具体地,支架200通过阻尼轴25可转动安装在无线充电器主体100的盛放槽内。
当支架200处于收纳状态时,支架200容纳于盛放槽内;当支架200处于打开状态时,支架200与盛放槽的槽底呈一夹角。
在其它一些实施例中,支架200为一体成型的连接板,即支架200为单片板,便于加工制造。
为了便于掰动支架200,可以在支架200即单片连接板的末端设置与上述实施例中类似的掰动部24。
在一些实施例中,掰动部24与支架200一体成型连接,便于加工制造。需要说明的是,掰动部24也可以与支架200可拆卸连接。
掰动部24的底面向上倾斜设置,使得掰动部24与其它部件间具有足够的空隙能够允许操作者的手指伸入,以便于掰动转动板21。
可以理解地,掰动部24也可以为允许手指穿过的卡环或者卡钩等。
进一步地,掰动部24的底面设置防滑层,避免掰动支架200时,操作者手指打滑。防滑层可以是粘接在掰动部24底面上的塑料防滑凸起层,也可以是与掰动部24一体成型的花纹层。
在一些实施例中,支架200支撑无线充电器主体100的支撑部长度可变,进一步便于实现支架200调整电子产品倾斜角度的调节。
具体地,支撑部为转动板或者单片连接板,转动板或者单片连接板为可伸缩支撑杆,还可以是可折叠杆等。需要说明的是,可伸缩支撑杆可以通过可伸缩支撑管或者可伸缩支撑板等代替,可折叠杆可以通过可折叠管或者可折叠板等代替。
进一步地,本申请公开了支撑部的支撑端设置有防滑层,避免支撑部滑移造成的支撑不稳。
需要说明的是,本文中的支架200完全容纳于容纳槽10或者支架200完全容纳于盛放槽内中仅是一种优选的方案,支架200一部分容纳于各个槽也属于本申请的保护范围。还需要说明的是,本文中表示方位的词,例如,顶面、底面等均是以无线充电器1000使用时的方向进行的设定,仅为了表述的方便,并不具有其它特定含义。
在本申请中的“第一”、“第二”等均为描述上进行区别,没有其他的特殊含义。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (24)
- 一种无线充电器,其特征在于,包括:无线充电器主体,所述无线充电器主体用于固定电子产品,且所述无线充电器主体内设置有用于给所述电子产品充电的充电组件;支架,所述支架可拆卸安装在所述无线充电器主体上,用于支撑所述无线充电器主体,并使所述无线充电器主体与支撑面呈一夹角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述无线充电器主体内设置有与所述电子产品磁吸附的磁吸组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述支架包括固定底板和转动板;所述固定底板可拆卸安装在所述无线充电器主体上,所述转动板可转动与所述固定底板连接,且所述转动板能够支撑在所述支撑面上;当所述支架处于收纳状态时,所述转动板与所述固定底板贴合;当所述支架处于打开状态时,所述转动板与所述固定底板呈一夹角。
- 根据权利要求3所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述无线充电器主体上开设有容纳所述支架的容纳槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述容纳槽开设在所述无线充电器主体的底端,且所述容纳槽的形状与所述支架形状契合,所述支架处于收纳状态时,所述转动板完全容纳于所述容纳槽内。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述固定底板可滑移安装在所述容纳槽内,且所述无线充电器主体上还设置有能够锁止所述固定底板的锁止件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述容纳槽的侧壁与所述固定底板的侧壁,一者上开设有滑移槽,另一者上设置有与所述滑移槽滑动配合的滑轨。
- 根据权利要求7所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述锁止件包括悬臂梁和限位凸起;所述容纳槽的槽底开设有安装槽或者容纳通孔;所述悬臂梁置于所述安装槽或者所述容纳通孔内,且所述悬臂梁的一端与所述安装槽或者所述容纳通孔的侧壁固定连接,所述限位凸起设置在所述悬臂梁的另一端上;所述固定底板上开设有与所述限位凸起卡接的限位凹槽。
- 根据权利要求8所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述限位凸起和所述限位凹槽的形状相契合,所述限位凸起为弧形凸起。
- 根据权利要求7所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述锁止件为门栓或者锁扣。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述固定底板与所述无线充电器主体卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述容纳槽的一端开设有插接所述固定底板头部的插接槽;所述固定底板上设置有与所述无线充电器主体卡接的卡扣。
- 根据权利要求12所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述卡扣呈钩状,设置在所述固定底板尾端的底部,所述限位槽的槽底开设有卡接孔;所述限位槽的侧壁上还设置有推动所述卡扣进入所述卡接孔内的导向部,所述卡扣卡在所述卡接孔的底壁上。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述固定底板磁吸附在所述容纳槽内。
- 根据权利要求14所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述容纳槽的槽底设置有至少一块第一磁铁,所述固定底板上设置有与所述第一磁铁相吸附的第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁与所述第一磁铁一一对应。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述固定底板通过螺栓可拆卸安装在所述容纳槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述固定底板磁吸附或者螺栓连接在所述无线充电器主体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述支架为一体成型的连接板。
- 根据权利要求18所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述无线充电器主体上开设有盛放槽;所述支架可转动且可拆卸安装在所述无线充电器主体的盛放槽内;当所述支架处于收纳状态时,所述支架容纳于所述盛放槽内;当所述支架处于打开状态时,所述支架与所述盛放槽的槽底呈一夹角。
- 根据权利要求1-5、7-10、12、13、15、17-19中任意一项所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述支架上设置有掰动部;且当所述支架处于收纳状态时,所述掰动部的底端与所述无线充电器主体之间具有容纳手指伸入并掰动掰动部的空隙。
- 根据权利要求20所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述掰动部的底面设置防滑层。
- 根据权利要求1-5、7-10、12、13、15、17-19或者21中任意一项所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述支架支撑所述无线充电器主体的支撑部长度可变。
- 根据权利要求22所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述支撑部为可伸缩支撑杆或者可折叠杆。
- 根据权利要求22所述的无线充电器,其特征在于,所述支撑部的支撑端设置有防滑层。
