一具体实施例中,所述带体具有分设于自身长度延伸方向相异两端部的第一端部与第二端部,所述带体还具有位于所述座本体上的第三连接位置,所述第一端部在所述第三连接位置与所述座本体连接,所述第二端部在所述第二连接位置与所述座本体连接,位于所述第一端部与所述第二端部之间的所述带体在所述第一连接位置处与所述头托滑动地连接。
优选地,所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置这两个位置中的至少一个位置上设置有带体收放机构,所述带体通过所述带体收放机构沿自身长度延伸 方向能够收放。
一具体实施例中,所述第一连接位置处设置有安装座,所述安装座固设于所述头托的其中一个侧部上,所述带体固定地连接在所述安装座上;所述第二连接位置设置有所述的带体收放机构。
一具体实施例中,所述带体收放机构为仅允许所述带体朝单一方向滑动的单向调节机构,或者,所述带体收放机构为能够对所述带体自动卷收的自动卷收机构。
优选地,所述束缚系统具有使用状态与释放状态,当所述束缚系统处于使用状态时,所述连接件与所述连接座固定连接,所述带体具有自所述第一连接位置延伸至所述连接座的肩带部,以及自所述连接座延伸至所述第二连接位置的腰带部,所述肩带部倾斜地束缚在乘坐者的身体前部,所述腰带部沿左右方向束缚在所述乘坐者的腰部;当所述束缚系统处于释放状态时,所述连接件与所述连接座脱离。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的儿童用品的束缚系统,其结构相比传统的五点式安全带更简单,且操作及调节都更为方便,为用户带来便利。该束缚系统能广泛地应用于儿童汽车安全座椅、儿童推车、儿童座兜及儿童餐椅等儿童用品上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
实施例1
参见图1至图12所示,一种儿童汽车安全座椅10,其具有供儿童乘坐者坐立的坐立区域,其上设有束缚系统20,以用于将儿童乘坐者30束缚在坐立区域。
束缚系统20包括带体1、设置在带体1上的连接件2,以及与连接件2可拆卸地连接的连接座3。带体1具有位于儿童汽车安全座椅10上的第一连接位置与第二连接位置,其中,第一连接位置高于第二连接位置,且第一连接位置与第二连接位置位于坐立区域左右方向上的同一侧;连接座3设置在坐立区域左右方向上的另一侧,且连接座3在上下方向上低于第一连接位置。本实施例中,参见图1、图2所示,第一连接位置与第二连接位置均设于坐立区域的右侧,也即儿童乘坐者身体的右侧;连接座3设置在坐立区域的左侧,也即儿童乘坐者身体的左侧。
具体设置时,该连接座3与第二连接位置在高度方向上大致相同,其设于儿童乘坐者30坐立在儿童汽车安全座椅10上时靠近腰部的位置处;第一连接位置则位于儿童乘坐者30坐立在儿童汽车安全座椅10上时靠近肩部的位置处。
此处,连接件2具有一供带体1沿自身长度延伸方向滑动地穿过的穿孔21,带体1能够相对滑动地穿设在穿孔21中,使得连接件2滑动地设于带体1上并位于第一连接位置与第二连接位置之间。
该束缚系统20具有使用状态与释放状态,当处于释放状态时,连接件2 与连接座3脱离配合;当处于使用状态时,连接座2与连接座3固定连接,带体1在自身长度延伸方向上被分为肩带部11和腰带部12,其中肩带部11自第一连接位置延伸至连接座3,其用于倾斜地束缚在儿童乘坐者30的身体前侧;腰带部12沿左右方向束缚在儿童乘坐者30的腰部位置,其自连接座3延伸至第二连接位置。
参见图1至图10所示,该儿童汽车安全座椅10包括具有坐立区域的座本体101,以及设置在座本体101上的调节座,此处调节座位用于承托儿童头部的头部支撑件,该头部支撑件具体为头托102,头托102能够沿上下方向高度可调节地设置在座本体101上。
第一连接位置设置在头托102上,第二连接位置与连接座3均设于座本体101的下部位置处。当头托102相对座本体101上下升降时,第一连接位置相对第二连接位置的距离相应地发生变化,这样,在根据不同身高儿童乘坐者30调整头托102的高度位置时,还使得第一连接位置的高度发生了调整,亦即使得带体1能够对应地束缚在儿童乘坐者30肩部位置,对应地满足不同身高儿童的使用需要。
该束缚系统20中,第一连接位置与第二连接位置这两个位置中的至少一个位置上设置有带体收放机构5,以使得带体1通过该带体收放机构5沿自身长度延伸方向能够收放,从而使得第一连接位置与第二连接位置之间的带体1长度满足使用需要。本实施例中,第一连接位置处设置有安装座4,带体1固定在安装座4上,该第一连接位置处带体1不能够沿自身长度延伸方向收放;第二连接位置处设有带体收放机构5,使得第二连接位置处的带体1能够沿自身长度延伸方向收放调节。该带体收放机构5可以采用如图6至图8示出的单向调节机构,其通过设置单向锁件51而仅允许带体1朝单一方向滑动而实现带体1的收放;该带体收放机构5还可以采用如图9示出的自动卷收机构,该自动卷收机构中设置有卷收元件52以对带体1进行收卷或释放。
具体设置时,带体1具有分设于自身长度延伸方向相异两端部的第一端部与第二端部,本实施例中,第一端部固定在安装座4上而相对头托102固定地设置,第二端部则在第二连接位置处通过带体收放机构5与座本体101连接。在使用的过程中,通过第二连接位置处带体1相对座本体101的滑动收放,使得第一连接位置与第二连接位置之间的带体1长度变化,以满足不同身高儿童的使用需要。
如此,该儿童汽车安全座椅在使用时,根据儿童乘坐者30的身高,用户在调节头托102的高度时便实现了对束缚系统20中带体1的高度调节,使得带体1的肩带11部分能够适应儿童乘坐者30的肩部高度,然后再斜拉带体1上的连接件2将其与连接座3进行配合插接,便能够将儿童乘坐者30束缚至儿童汽车安全座椅的坐立区域上,使用非常的快捷方便。
实施例2
参见图13所示的儿童汽车安全座椅,其相比实施例1的儿童汽车安全座椅的区别主要在于带体1的设置。
本实施例中,带体1还具有位于座本体101上的第三连接位置,带体1具有分设于自身长度延伸方向相异两端部的第一端部与第二端部,带体1的第一端部在第三连接位置处与座本体101连接,带体1的第二端部在第二连接位置处于座本体101连接,带体1上位于第一端部与第二端部之间的部分在第一连接位置处与头托102滑动地连接。
具体地,参见图13所示,第三连接位置设置在座本体101的背侧,该第三连接位置处固定地设置有锚固件9,头托102的第一连接位置处固设有一导向件8,带体1的第一端部固定在锚固件9上,带体1随后滑动地穿过导向件8至座本体101的前侧,然后在第二连接位置处与带体收放机构5连接,连接件2则滑动地设置在带体1上位于第一连接位置与第二连接位置之间的部分上。
实施例3
参见图14所示为一种儿童餐椅40,该儿童餐椅40具有座位机构,该座位机构包括座板401与靠背402,束缚系统20设置在座位机构上,其中,第一连接位置设于靠背402的上部,第二连接位置与连接座3分设于靠背402的下部两侧或者设于座板401的后部两侧。
其中,第二连接位置固定地设置,第一连接位置在儿童用品上的高度可调整地设置,此处,靠背402的上部设置有调节带6,带体1的一端部固定地设置有连接扣7,该连接扣7固定地设置在调节带6上,该连接扣7在调节带6上的安装位置构成了第一连接位置,连接扣7在调节带6上的安装位置可调整地设置,可以适应不同身高的儿童使用。
实施例4
参见图15所示为一种儿童推车,其具有车架与设于车架上的座兜50,该座兜50上也设有如上述的束缚系统20,以用于将儿童乘坐者束缚在座兜50中。该座兜50上,束缚系统20的带体1的设置和实施例3基本相同,其第一连接位置处的高度也是采用调节带6与连接扣7组合的方式实现的,此处不再赘述。
实施例5
参见图16、图17所示的儿童椅60,其具有底支架601,底支架601上具有座位机构,该座位机构包括座位603和靠背602,束缚系统20设置在座位机构上,其中,第一连接位置设于靠背402的上部,第二连接位置与连接座3分设于座位603的后部两侧。
该儿童椅60上,座位603能够沿上下方向位置调整地设置,即座位603的高度可调整地设置,这使得第二连接位置的上下高度可进行调整,使得第一连接位置与第二连接位置之间的间距可改变,从而能够适应不同身高的儿童使用。
在其他未列举的儿童用品上,也同样可以采用如上述的束缚系统20来用于儿童乘坐者的束缚,确保儿童使用儿童用品时的安全,其结构相比传统的五点式安全带更简单,且操作及调节都更为方便,为用户带来便利。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种儿童用品的束缚系统,所述儿童用品具有坐立区域,其特征在于:所述束缚系统包括带体、设置在所述带体上的连接件,以及与所述连接件可拆卸地连接的连接座,所述带体具有位于所述儿童用品上的第一连接位置与第二连接位置,所述第一连接位置高于所述第二连接位置,所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置共同设于所述坐立区域左右方向上的一侧,所述连接座设置在所述坐立区域左右方向上的另一侧,且所述连接座在上下方向上低于所述第一连接位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述束缚系统具有使用状态,当所述束缚系统处于使用状态时,所述连接件与所述连接座固定连接,所述带体具有自所述第一连接位置延伸至所述连接座的肩带部,以及自所述连接座延伸至所述第二连接位置的腰带部,所述肩带部倾斜地束缚在乘坐者的身体前部,所述腰带部沿左右方向束缚在所述乘坐者的腰部或腿部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置之间沿上下方向的间距可调整地设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述儿童用品包括具有所述坐立区域的座本体,以及能够沿上下方向高度可调节地设置在所述座本体上的调节座,所述第一连接位置设于所述调节座上,所述第二连接位置设于所述座本体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述调节座为用于承托儿童头部的头部支撑件。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述带体具有分设于自身长度延伸方向相异两端部的第一端部与第二端部,所述第一端部在所述第一连接位置与所述调节座连接,所述第二端部在所述第二连接位置与所述座本体连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述带体具有分设于自身长度延伸方向相异两端部的第一端部与第二端部,所述带体具有位于所述座本体上的第三连接位置,所述第一端部在所述第三连接位置与所 述座本体连接,所述第二端部在所述第二连接位置与所述座本体连接,位于所述第一端部与所述第二端部之间的所述带体在所述第一连接位置处与所述调节座滑动地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述第二连接位置在所述儿童用品上位置固定地设置,所述第一连接位置在所述儿童用品上的高度位置可调整地设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述儿童用品上设置有沿上下方向延伸的调节带,所述带体的一端部固定地连接有连接扣,所述连接扣位置可调整地固设于所述调节带上,所述连接扣在所述调节带上的安装位置构成所述的第一连接位置。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述儿童用品包括座位与靠背,所述座位的高度可调节地设置,所述第二连接位置设于所述座位上,所述第一连接位置设于所述靠背上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置这两个位置中的至少一个位置上,所述带体沿自身长度延伸方向能够相对所述儿童用品滑动地设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置这两个位置中的至少一个位置上设置有带体收放机构,所述带体通过所述带体收放机构沿自身长度延伸方向能够收放。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述带体收放机构为仅允许所述带体朝单一方向滑动的单向调节机构,或者,所述带体收放机构为能够对所述带体自动卷收的自动卷收机构。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童用品的束缚系统,其特征在于:所述连接件能够沿所述带体的长度延伸方向相对滑动地设置在所述带体上,且所述连接件在所述带体的长度延伸方向上位于所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置之间。
  15. 一种儿童用品,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至14任一项所述的束缚系统。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的儿童用品,其特征在于:所述儿童用品为儿童安全座椅、儿童餐椅、儿童座兜或儿童推车。
  17. 一种儿童汽车安全座椅,其具有束缚系统,其特征在于:所述座椅包括具有坐立区域的座本体,以及设置在所述座本体上的头托,所述束缚系统包括带体、设置在所述带体上的连接件,以及与所述连接件可拆卸地连接的连接座,所述带体具有位于所述头托上的第一连接位置、位于所述座本体上的第二连接位置,所述第一连接位置高于所述第二连接位置,所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置共同设于所述坐立区域左右方向上的一侧,所述连接座设置在所述座本体上并位于所述坐立区域左右方向上的另一侧,所述连接座在上下方向上低于所述第一连接位置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述头托沿上下方向高度可调节地设置在所述座本体上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述带体具有分设于自身长度延伸方向相异两端部的第一端部与第二端部,所述第一端部在所述第一连接位置与所述头托连接,所述第二端部在所述第二连接位置与所述座本体连接。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述带体具有分设于自身长度延伸方向相异两端部的第一端部与第二端部,所述带体还具有位于所述座本体上的第三连接位置,所述第一端部在所述第三连接位置与所述座本体连接,所述第二端部在所述第二连接位置与所述座本体连接,位于所述第一端部与所述第二端部之间的所述带体在所述第一连接位置处与所述头托滑动地连接。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述第一连接位置与所述第二连接位置这两个位置中的至少一个位置上设置有带体收放机构,所述带体通过所述带体收放机构沿自身长度延伸方向能够收放。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述第一连接位置处设置有安装座,所述安装座固设于所述头托的其中一个侧部上,所述带体固定地连接在所述安装座上;所述第二连接位置设置有所述的带体收放机构。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述带体收放机构为仅允许所述带体朝单一方向滑动的单向调节机构,或者,所述带体收放机构为能够对所述带体自动卷收的自动卷收机构。
  24. 根据权利要求17至22任一项所述的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述束缚系统具有使用状态与释放状态,当所述束缚系统处于使用状态时,所述连接件与所述连接座固定连接,所述带体具有自所述第一连接位置延伸至所述连接座的肩带部,以及自所述连接座延伸至所述第二连接位置的腰带部,所述肩带部倾斜地束缚在乘坐者的身体前部,所述腰带部沿左右方向束缚在所述乘坐者的腰部;当所述束缚系统处于释放状态时,所述连接件与所述连接座脱离。
