Abstract
Description
図1及び図2は、精算処理システムの第1の実施形態のそれぞれ機能ブロック図及び外観図である。
撮像装置1は、撮像部11によって第1の購買商品を撮像して撮像画像を生成し、さらに抽出部12によって撮像画像から第1の購買商品の識別情報を抽出する。その後、処理は、<S002>に進む。
抽出部12によって第1の購買商品の識別情報を抽出した後、撮像装置1は、出力部13を介して表示装置2に第1の購買商品の識別情報を送信する。その後、処理は、<S003>に進む。
出力部13によって第1の購買商品の識別情報を表示装置2に送信した後、表示装置2は、撮像装置1から入力部21に送信された第1の購買商品の識別情報をメモリ222に格納する。その後、処理は、<S004>に進む。
メモリ222が第1の購買商品の識別情報を格納した後、表示装置2は、現時点で表示部23が何れの画像も表示していないことを確認した上で、判定部221は、第1の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像を生成し、第1の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像を表示部23に表示させる。その後、処理は、<S005>に進む。
表示部23が第1の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像を表示した後、撮像装置1は、撮像部11によって第2の購買商品を撮像して撮像画像を生成し、さらに抽出部12によって撮像画像から第2の購買商品の識別情報を抽出する。その後、処理は、<S006>に進む。
抽出部12によって第2の購買商品の識別情報を抽出した後、撮像装置1は、出力部13を介して表示装置2に第2の購買商品の識別情報を送信する。その後、処理は、<S007>に進む。
出力部13によって第2の購買商品の識別情報を表示装置2に送信した後、表示装置2は、撮像装置1から入力部21に送信された第2の購買商品の識別情報をメモリ222に格納する。その後、処理は、<S008>に進む。
メモリ222が第2の購買商品の識別情報を格納した後、表示装置2は、取得部24を介してキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した撮像画像の取得を開始する。ここで得られた操作画面34の撮像画像は、逐次判定部221に送信される。その後、処理は、<S009>に進む。
取得部24によってキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した撮像画像の取得が開始された後、キャッシュレジスタ3は、読取部31を介して第1の購買商品の表示画像に含まれる識別情報を読み取り、識別部32及び計算処理部33を介して第1の購買商品の識別/登録処理を行う。その後、処理は、<S010>に進む。
識別部32及び計算処理部33によって第1の購買商品の識別/登録処理を行われた後、キャッシュレジスタ3は、操作画面34上で識別/登録処理された第1の購買商品に係る更新が反映される。その後、処理は、<S011>に進む。
操作画面34上で登録処理された第1の購買商品に係る更新が反映された後、または<S012>において操作画面34上で第1の購買商品に係る更新がなかったと判定された場合、表示装置2は、取得部24を介してキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した最新の撮像画像を取得する。このとき、表示装置2は、<S008>で撮像画像の取得を開始していることから、少なくとも2枚以上の撮像画像を取得していることを満たしているものとする。その後、処理は、<S012>に進む。なお、取得した撮像画像は一定期間メモリ222に格納され、その後削除されてもよい。
取得部24によってキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した最新の撮像画像が取得された後、表示装置2は、判定部221を介して取得部24によって撮像された操作画面34の撮像画像から、操作画面34上で登録処理された第1の購買商品に係る更新があったか否かを判定する。換言すれば、取得部24によって撮像された操作画面34の撮像画像に基づいて、判定部221は、キャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したか否かを判定する。第1の購買商品に係る更新があったと判定された場合、<S013>に進む。第1の購買商品に係る更新がなかったと判定された場合、処理は、<S011>に戻る。
操作画面34上で第1の購買商品に係る更新があったと判定された場合、表示装置2は、判定部221を介してキャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したと判断する。その後、処理は、<S014>に進む。
判定部221によってキャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したと判断された場合、表示装置2は、判定部221を介して第2の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像を生成し、第1の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像に替わって表示部23に表示させる。
第1の実施形態においては、キャッシュレジスタ3の操作画面34の変化に基づいて表示部23の表示画像の更新を行った。第2の実施形態においては、キャッシュレジスタ3のスピーカ35の出力音に基づいて表示部23の表示画像の更新を行う。
当該範囲のステップは、第1の実施形態における<S001>から<S007>にそれぞれ相当するため、ここでは説明を省略する。<S107>においてメモリ222が第2の購買商品の識別情報を格納した後、処理は、<S108>に進む。
メモリ222が第2の購買商品の識別情報を格納した後、表示装置2は、取得部24を介して音声の取得を開始する。ここで得られた音声は、逐次判定部221に送信され、音声波形の解析も併せて行う。その後、処理は、<S109>に進む。
取得部24による音声の取得及び判定部221による音声波形の解析が開始された後、キャッシュレジスタ3は、読取部31を介して第1の購買商品の表示画像に含まれる識別情報を読み取り、識別部32及び計算処理部33を介して第1の購買商品の識別/登録処理を行う。その後、処理は、<S110>に進む。
識別部32及び計算処理部33によって第1の購買商品の識別/登録処理を行われた後、キャッシュレジスタ3は、第1の購買商品が識別/登録処理されたことを意味する読取音をスピーカ35から出力する。その後、処理は、<S111>に進む。
スピーカ35から読取音が出力された後、または<S112>において読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されなかったと判定された後、表示装置2は、取得部24を介して最新の音声を取得し、さらに、判定部221に送信し、判定部221において音声波形の解析を行う。その後、処理は、<S112>に進む。
取得部24によって最新の音声の取得及び判定部221による音声波形の解析がされた後、表示装置2は、判定部221によって読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたか否かを判定する。換言すれば、取得部24によって取得された音声に基づいて、判定部221は、キャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したか否かを判定する。読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたと判定された場合、処理は、<S113>に進む。読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されなかったと判定された場合、処理は、<S111>に戻る。
読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたと判定された場合、表示装置2は、判定部221を介してキャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したと判断する。その後、処理は、<S114>に進む。
判定部221によってキャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したと判断された場合、表示装置2は、判定部221を介して第2の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像を生成し、第1の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像に替わって表示部23に表示させる。
第2の実施形態においては、キャッシュレジスタ3のスピーカ35の出力音に基づいて表示部23の表示画像の更新を行った。第3の実施形態においては、キャッシュレジスタ3の操作画面34の変化及びスピーカ35の出力音に基づいて表示部23の表示画像の更新を行う。換言すれば、第3の実施形態は、第1及び第2の実施形態の組合せである。
当該範囲のステップは、第1の実施形態における<S001>から<S007>にそれぞれ相当するため、ここでは説明を省略する。<S207>においてメモリ222が第2の購買商品の識別情報を格納した後、処理は、<S208>に進む。
メモリ222が第2の購買商品の識別情報を格納した後、表示装置2は、取得部24を介して音声の取得を開始する。ここで得られた音声は、逐次判定部221に送信され、音声波形の解析も併せて行う。その後、処理は、<S209>に進む。
取得部24による音声の取得及び判定部221による音声波形の解析が開始された後、表示装置2は、取得部24を介してキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した撮像画像の取得を開始する。その後、処理は、<S210>に進む。
取得部24によってキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した撮像画像の取得が開始された後、キャッシュレジスタ3は、読取部31を介して第1の購買商品の表示画像に含まれる識別情報を読み取り、識別部32及び計算処理部33を介して第1の購買商品の識別/登録処理を行う。その後、処理は、<S211>に進む。
識別部32及び計算処理部33によって第1の購買商品の識別/登録処理を行われた後、キャッシュレジスタ3は、第1の購買商品が登録処理されたことを意味する読取音をスピーカ35から出力する。その後、処理は、<S212>に進む。
スピーカ35から読取音が出力された後、キャッシュレジスタ3は、操作画面34上で登録処理された第1の購買商品に係る更新が反映される。その後、処理は、<S213>に進む。
スピーカ35から読取音が出力された後、または<S214>、<S216>または<S217>においてそれぞれ読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されなかった、操作画面34上で第1の購買商品に係る更新がなかった、または読取音の出力と操作画面34の更新タイミングが略同一ではなかったと判定された後、表示装置2は、取得部24を介して最新の音声を取得し、さらに、判定部221に送信し、判定部221において音声波形の解析を行う。その後、処理は、<S214>に進む。
取得部24による最新の音声の取得及び判定部221による音声波形の解析がされた後、表示装置2は、判定部221によって読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたか否かを判定する。換言すれば、取得部24によって取得された音声に基づいて、判定部221は、キャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したか否かを判定する。読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたと判定された場合、処理は、<S215>に進む。読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されなかったと判定された場合、処理は、<S213>に戻る。
判定部221において読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたと判定された場合、表示装置2は、取得部24を介してキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した最新の撮像画像を取得する。このとき、表示装置2は、<S209>で撮像画像の取得を開始していることから、少なくとも2枚以上の撮像画像を取得していることを満たしているものとする。その後、処理は、<S216>に進む。なお、取得した撮像画像は一定期間メモリ222に格納され、その後削除されてもよい。
取得部24によってキャッシュレジスタ3が備える操作画面34を撮像した最新の撮像画像が取得された後、表示装置2は、判定部221を介して取得部24によって撮像された操作画面34の撮像画像から、操作画面34上で登録処理された第1の購買商品に係る更新があったか否かを判定する。換言すれば、取得部24によって撮像された操作画面34の撮像画像に基づいて、判定部221は、キャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したか否かを判定する。第1の購買商品に係る更新があったと判定された場合、処理は、<S217>に進む。第1の購買商品に係る更新がなかったと判定された場合、処理は、<S213>に戻る。
操作画面34上で第1の購買商品に係る更新があったと判定された場合、表示装置2は、判定部221を介して取得部24によって撮像された操作画面34の撮像画像から、操作画面34上で登録処理された第1の購買商品に係る更新が、読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたのと略同一のタイミングの範囲内であったか否かを判定する。読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたのと略同一のタイミングの範囲内で第1の購買商品に係る更新があったと判定された場合、処理は、<S218>に進む。読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたのと略同一のタイミングの範囲内で第1の購買商品に係る更新がなかったと判定された場合、処理は、<S213>に戻る。
読取音に対応する音声波形が検出されたのと略同一のタイミングの範囲内で読取音に対応する音声波形があったと判定された場合、表示装置2は、判定部221を介してキャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したと判断する。その後、処理は、<S219>に進む。
判定部221によってキャッシュレジスタ3が第1の購買商品の識別情報を検出し、これを識別/登録したと判断された場合、表示装置2は、判定部221を介して第2の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像を生成し、第1の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像に替わって表示部23に表示させる。

Claims (11)
- 購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像をキャッシュレジスタの読取部に対して表示する表示部と、
前記キャッシュレジスタの外部出力情報を取得する取得部と、
前記外部出力情報に基づいて前記表示部の表示を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記キャッシュレジスタによる第1の購買商品の前記外部出力情報に基づいて、前記キャッシュレジスタが前記第1の購買商品の識別処理を行ったと前記制御部が判定した場合、前記制御部は、第2の購買商品の前記識別情報を含む前記表示画像を前記表示部に表示させる、
表示装置。 - 前記識別情報は、1次元バーコードまたは2次元バーコードの何れかである、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記取得部は、カメラを含み、

前記制御部は、前記取得部が、前記カメラが撮像した撮像画像及び前記マイクが取得した音声を含む前記外部出力情報に基づいての取得の検出を判断する、請求項1または2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記取得部が前記撮像画像である前記キャッシュレジスタの操作画面の変化及び前記音声である前記キャッシュレジスタが出力する読取音を略同一のタイミングで検出した場合、前記キャッシュレジスタが第1の購買商品の登録処理を行ったと判断する、請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 第1の購買商品の識別情報を含む表示画像をキャッシュレジスタの読取部に対して表示し、
前記キャッシュレジスタの外部出力情報を取得し、
前記キャッシュレジスタによる第1の購買商品の前記外部出力情報に基づいて、前記キャッシュレジスタが前記第1の購買商品の識別処理を行ったと判定した場合、
第2の購買商品の前記識別情報を含む前記表示画像を表示する、
