健身车 技术领域
本发明涉及健身器材技术领域,具体讲是一种健身车。
背景技术
随着人们对健身和工作学习理念新的理解和观念的突破,边办公或边学习边健身已成为一种可能和现实,如人们坐在健身车的座椅上,边踩踏健身车的踩踏装置边办公或边学习已逐渐成为常态。
现有技术的健身车的种类繁多,结构各异,但在实际使用过程中,现有技术的健身车仍存在以下不足:1、健身车的整体支撑骨架有的结构复杂,体积大,占地面积大,有的过于厚重,材料成本较高;有的则略显单薄而牢固度不够,耐久性不好。2、健身车的腿脚支撑结构有的结构复杂,材料成本高,而有的腿脚结构又较单薄而耐久性不够;支撑腿一般是固定结构,无法调节前后支撑腿相互之间的距离;支撑腿的脚垫结构复杂,支撑牢固度不够,拆装不方便。3、健身车座椅支承装置有的结构牢固,却稍显复杂,有的结构简单,却调节不方便,有的调节方便,牢固性又略显不够,足够的牢固性、结构简单和调节方便三者较难统一,亟待改进,且由于健身车的功能和结构的限制,现有技术健身车座椅无法单独做普通椅子使用。4、健身车的罩壳结构有的连接的牢固性不够,一般外形体积较大,占用空间较多;有的装配结构复杂,装配和拆卸不太方便,有的造型不美观,健身者缺乏良好的心理体验感。5、现有技术的阻力调节装置的旋扭组件的体积较大,且均是凸出于壳体的表面,既占用空间较大,又容易碰撞而损坏,现有技术的健身车基本上有扶手装置如设有扶手或兼作扶手桌板,旋扭组件均安装在扶手或桌板立柱的上端,个别不设扶手或桌板的健身车的旋扭组件也是安装在座椅立柱的上端,共同的缺点是旋扭组件与磁阻尼片之间的距离较远,转折点较多,实际操作过程中,调节的灵敏度不高,调节的精度也不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种整体支撑骨架的结构简单、紧凑、牢固、占地面积小的健身车。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种健身车,包括支撑骨架,支撑骨架包括三角形架,三角形架由连接前支撑腿和后支撑腿的连接杆作为横杆,前支撑腿的斜杠、踩踏装置的支撑框和连接块作为斜杆,座椅立柱作为竖杆并相互连接而构成;斜杠的下端与前支撑腿的水平杆的中间固定,连接杆的后端与构成后支撑腿的开口朝后的V字形杆的中间的前侧固定,座椅立柱的顶端安装有座椅支撑装置。
采用以上结构后,本发明健身车具有以下优点:支撑腿、踩踏装置的支撑框及连接块和座板立柱构成一个稳定、牢固的三角形架,成为整体骨架的核心支撑,本发明健身车的整体支撑骨架结构简单、紧凑,体积小,占地面积小,占用空间少,但结构牢固,连接稳定、可靠,耐久性好。
进一步地,前支撑腿的水平杆、斜杠、连接杆和开口朝后的V字形杆均采用圆管:水平杆为水平直管,斜杠为斜管,连接杆包括连接管,V字形杆为V字形管;连接杆上有调节V字形管相对于水平直管前后位置的调节结构:连接管的后端内套有中套管,中套管内套有滑动管,连接管后端的底部有多个用于旋合第一螺钉的第一螺纹孔,中套管底部有多个穿第一螺钉用的第一通孔;滑动管为阶梯管,后端为大管,大管的后端面为与V字形管的中间部位的前侧形状相配的弧形凹槽,前端为小管,小管有前端板,小管的底部有轴向长槽,轴向长槽的槽顶面为供第一螺钉相抵的平面。采用以上结构后,杆均采用圆管,既能保证支撑腿的良好的力学性能和支撑强度,又相对节省材料成本。调节V字形管相对车身的壳体的前后位置的调节结构可使支撑腿的受力更均衡、更合理,使健身车的平衡性、稳定性和牢固性更好。且该调节结构旋松第二螺钉即可滑动滑动套管以调节V字形管相对车身的壳体的前后位置,其结构简单,调节操作方便,锁定后连接牢固、可靠。
进一步地,水平直管的两端各有一脚垫套,V字形管的两端各有一脚垫套;脚垫套为三通结构,朝内的一通为套合在水平直管的端部的内套管,朝外的一通为外套管,外套管内可拆式套合有外端盖,朝下的一通为下套管,下套管内有经多根连接筋连接的中心管,中心管内设有第二螺纹孔,调高用的第二螺钉旋合在第二螺纹孔内,第二螺钉的大头上固定有用于与地面贴合的套垫。采用以上结构后,脚垫套的连接结构和调高结构均相对简单,且在保证脚垫套强度的前提条件下,相对节省材料成本。套垫的应用既使角垫套具有高度调节功能,又使螺栓的底面与地面的接触面积相更大,使健身车的平衡性、稳定性和牢固性更好。
进一步地,水平直管和V字形管与内套管套合的端部有朝下的L字形缺口,内套管内有支撑L字形缺口的水平面的支撑块,内套管的底壁上有一个穿第三螺钉用的第三通孔,水平直管和V字形管的L字形缺口的顶壁上有一旋合第三螺钉用的第三螺纹孔。采用以上结构后,脚垫套的内套管与支撑腿的端部的连接结构的设计十分巧妙,L字形缺口的结构加之配合的螺钉和螺钉孔,使该连接结构简单、可靠和稳固。
进一步地,座椅支撑装置的结构为:座椅立柱的顶部与有两根滑套的支撑架连接,滑动配合在各自滑套内的两根滑杆的前后两端均与一坐垫支撑板连接,坐垫支撑板的前端安装有一摇把拨动装置,摇把拨动装置的拨动块上有一定位柱,支撑架上有沿前后延伸的条形限位块,条形限位块上有多个沿前后延伸且容置定位柱的定位孔,摇把拨动装置上有使定位柱扣紧在一个定位孔内的锁紧扭簧。采用以上结构后,该支撑装置的结构十分简单:座椅立支撑的顶部与有两根滑套的支撑架连接,滑动配合在各自滑套内的两根滑杆的两后两端均与一坐垫支撑板连接,结构简单清晰。同时又十分牢固:两根滑套固定在支撑架上,坐垫支撑板固定在滑动配合于滑套的滑杆的两端,其受力均衡,力的分布合理,结构牢固稳定。前后移动十分简单方便:拨动摇把拨动装置使定位柱脱离定位孔并同时移动坐垫支撑板带动座椅移至需要位置,松开摇把拨动装置即锁定,调节十分方便、省力、快捷。结构简单、牢固和调节方便达到很好的和谐统一。
进一步地,两根滑杆的后端有一用于连接靠背固定架的连接座,靠背固定架上连接有靠背;坐垫支撑板呈矩形,坐垫支撑板后侧与连接座螺接;坐垫支撑板前侧的向下卷边与两根滑杆的前端螺接;坐垫支撑板与坐垫的刚性底板螺接。采用以上结构后,在钢板厚度一定即在不大幅度增加钢板厚度的前提条件下,前后侧的向下卷边即向下卷板使坐垫支撑板的力学性能更好,结构更牢固,且带靠背的靠背固定架与坐垫支撑板经安装座固定为一体,整体性更好,其结构的牢固性更好承载能力更强,使用寿命更长。
进一步地,所述的座椅立柱是未设扶手装置的健身车仅有的向上的立柱,所述的座椅立柱包括座椅支撑管;座椅支撑装置还包括座椅升降结构:座椅支撑管内滑动套合有一内管,内管的顶端与支撑架连接,内管与置于管内的可锁气弹簧的活塞杆自由端连接,可锁气弹簧的气缸置于座椅支撑管内并与座椅支撑管连接,与可锁气弹簧的控制阀连接以控制可锁气弹簧释放进而升或降或锁止座椅的拨动组件安装在支撑架上。采用以上结构后,本健身车为不设扶手装置即不设扶手也不设兼作扶手的桌板,健身时边踩踏健身边办公或边学习,即手可扶在办公桌上。不健身的时候,可将带靠背的座椅经前后调节装置调至前端位置,同时将座椅高度调至普通椅子的高度,而兼作普通椅子使用,增加 健身车的使用功能,提高健身车的使用效率。
进一步地,健身车罩壳结构包括车身左罩壳、车身右罩壳、上罩盖、曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳;车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的后端抱住健身车的座椅立柱,车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的前端抱住健身车前支撑腿的斜管,车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的中间底部抱住健身车连接管,车身左罩壳与车身右罩壳可拆式连接;上罩盖的后端的第一立柱通孔套合在座椅立柱上,上罩盖的前端的底部与合拢后的车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的前端下部的台阶面相抵,上罩盖的两侧与车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳可拆式连接;曲柄罩壳与曲柄的连接板可拆式连接,且与车身罩壳的中心孔转动配合。采用以上结构后,本健身车罩壳由五块罩壳即车身左罩壳、车身右罩壳、上罩盖、曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳可拆式连接而成,结构简单,方便装配和拆卸;本身车罩壳结构体积小,结构紧凑,占用空间相对小;罩壳与车身的连接十分稳定、可靠,其牢固性好、耐久性好。
进一步地,所述的健身车罩壳结构的后上部有镂空且用于人手握持的长通孔。采用以上结构后,既方便该健身车短距离的移动和携带,该镂空结构又能在一定程度上节约材料成本。
进一步地,所述的健身车罩壳结构的后部、顶部、前部和前底部均为外凸的弧形面;曲柄左罩壳为外凸的弧形面,车身左罩壳的中心孔外圆周的罩壳部分为外凸的弧形面;曲柄右罩壳为外凸的弧形面,车身右罩壳的中心孔外圆周的罩壳部分为外凸的弧形面。采用以上结构后,即上罩盖顶面为上凸的弧形面,车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳组装后的前端为前凸的弧形面,后端为后凸的弧形面,曲柄左罩壳及车身左罩壳的前部分为左凸的弧形面,曲柄右罩壳和车身右罩壳的前部分为右凸的弧形面,整个外形流线型设计,前半部分类似鼓形,既大幅度提高了本健身车罩壳结构的整体强度,耐久性好,又使外形设计有颇具美感,健身者在健身过程中能始终保持一种良好的心理体验感。
进一步地,车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的外侧面有起加强作用的内凹结构和加强肋;上罩盖的内侧有起加强作用的加强肋;曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳的外侧面有起加强作用的内凹结构,曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳的内侧面有起加强作用的加强肋。采用以上结构后,本健身车罩壳结构的强度更好,耐久性更好。

本发明健身车,包括支撑骨架。支撑骨架包括三角形架77,三角形架77由连接前支撑腿4和后支撑腿的连接杆6作为横杆,前支撑腿的斜杠、踩踏装置的支撑框12和连接块11作为斜杆,座椅立柱8作为竖杆并相互连接而构成的。斜杠的下端与前支撑腿的水平杆的中间固定,连接杆的后端与构成后支撑腿的开口朝后的V字形杆的中间的前侧固定,座椅立柱8的顶端安装有健身车座椅支撑装置9。

支撑框12可由左右两块对称设置的长条形矩形钢板构成,每块钢板的两端均为向内的卷边,底侧也为卷边,且底侧的两端为从外上向内下的斜边,斜边的底部也为卷边。左右两块钢板组装后构成上下开口的矩形框,矩形框上有多个开口向上的缺口,以支承转盘和飞轮,矩形框上还有多个用于螺接相应零部件的长形通孔和圆形通孔。矩形框的前端为竖向平面,与前支撑腿4的斜杠的顶端的斜面固定连接如焊接或用强力胶粘接。矩形框的后端也为竖向平面,竖向平面与连接块11的前端的竖向平面固定连接如焊接或用强力胶粘接。连接块11的后端面为与座椅立柱8的座椅支撑管54的外圆周相配的弧 形面,连接块11的后端面与座椅立柱8的座椅支撑管54固定连接如焊接或用强力胶粘接。座椅支撑管54的底端面为与连接杆6的连接管14的外圆周相配的弧形面,座椅支撑管54与连接管14固定连接如焊接或用强力胶粘接。连接管14的前端面为与斜管13的外圆周相配的弧形面,连接管14的前端面与斜管13的上部固定连接如焊接或用强力胶粘接。斜管13的底端面为与前支撑腿4的水平直管17的外圆周相配的弧形面,斜管13的底端面与水平直管17固定连接如焊接或用强力胶粘接。
水平直管17的两端各有一脚垫套5,V字形管7的两端各有一脚垫套5。脚垫套5为三通结构,朝内的一通为套合在水平直管17的端部的内套管31,朝外的一通为外套管32,外套管32内可拆式套合有外端盖28,朝下的一通为下套管27,下套管27内有经多根连接筋35连接的中心管36,中心管36内设有第二螺纹孔30,调高用的第二螺钉29旋合在第二螺纹孔30内,第二螺钉29的大头上固定如焊接或强力胶粘接有用于与地面贴合的套垫26。连接筋35用于连接内套管31的内壁与中心管36的外壁,沿圆周均匀设置,并呈放射状,在相对节省原料的前提下,增加内套管31的强度。第二螺钉29是便于表述,若从支撑力度角度理解的话,可称为调节高度的螺栓。
水平直管17和V字形管7与内套管套合的端部有朝下的L字形缺口25,内套管31内有支撑L字形缺口25的水平面的支撑块37,即支撑块37用于支撑L字形缺口25的水平面。内套管31的底壁上有一个穿第三螺钉24用的第三通孔34,水平直管17和V字形管7的L字形缺口25的顶壁上有一旋合第三螺钉24用的第三螺纹孔33。

座椅支撑装置的结构为:座椅立柱8的顶部与有两根滑套47的支撑架42连接,滑动配合在各自滑套47内的两根滑杆50的前后两端均与一坐垫支撑板45连接,坐垫支撑板45的前端安装有一摇把拨动装置10,摇把拨动装置10的摇把53用于施力,摇把拨动装置10的拨动块51上有一定位柱49,支撑架42上有沿前后延伸的条形限位块43,条形限位块43上有多个如五个沿前后延伸且容置定位柱49的定位孔46,摇把拨动装置10上有使定位柱49扣紧在多个定位孔46的其中一个定位孔46内的锁紧扭簧52。支撑架42包括托板、固定在托板左右两侧的弧形凹槽内的两根滑套和与托板固定的盖板44,托板前端有容置延伸的条形限位块43的匚字形缺口。
摇把拨动装置10的固定座41呈前高后低的阶梯状,固定座41的后端顶部有一与矩形的坐垫支撑板45的向下卷边38贴合并相互固定如焊接或用强力胶粘剂的L字形缺口。拨动轴安装座39螺接在固定座41上,如固定座41上有两个带螺纹孔的螺纹孔柱,两个 螺钉一一对应穿过拨动安装座39的通孔旋合在螺纹孔内。拨动轴78转动配合在轴孔40内,拨动轴78与拨动块51固定连接。
两根滑杆50的后端有一用于连接靠背固定架16的连接座48,靠背固定架16上连接有靠背1。坐垫支撑板45呈矩形,坐垫支撑板45后侧与连接座48螺接,如连接座48上有多个螺纹孔,一一对应的螺钉穿过坐垫支撑板45后侧的通孔,旋合在螺纹孔内。坐垫支撑板45前侧的向下卷边38与两根滑杆50的前端螺接,如两根滑杆50前端面有螺纹孔,向下卷边38上有各自对应的通孔,两个螺钉穿过各自的通孔,旋合在各自的螺纹孔内。坐垫支撑板45与坐垫的刚性底板75螺接,如坐垫支撑板45两侧各有两个通孔,刚性底板75上有一一对应的共四个螺纹孔,四个螺钉穿过各自的通孔,旋合在各自的螺纹孔内。
所述的座椅立柱8是未设扶手装置的健身车仅有的向上的立柱,所述的座椅立柱8包括座椅支撑管54。也就是说,本发明的健身车不设扶手或兼作扶手的桌板,座椅立柱8是本健身车唯一的向上的立柱,这样,本健身车在调节座椅的前后位置及下述的高度位置后,可作普通座椅用。
座椅支撑装置9还包括座椅升降结构:座椅支撑管54内滑动套合有一内管58,内管58的顶端与支撑架42连接,内管58与置于管内的可锁气弹簧的活塞杆自由端56连接,可锁气弹簧的气缸57置于座椅支撑管9内并与座椅支撑管9连接,与可锁气弹簧的控制阀连接以控制可锁气弹簧释放进而升或降或锁止座椅的拨动组件55安装在支撑架42上。不难理解,可锁气弹簧置于内管58和座椅支撑管54内,活塞杆的自由端56至于内管58内并与内管58连接,可锁气弹簧的气缸57置于座椅支撑管9内并与座椅支撑管9连接。

健身车罩壳结构包括车身左罩壳62、车身右罩壳61、上罩盖59、曲柄左罩壳63和曲柄右罩壳64。车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61的后端抱住健身车的座椅立柱8,车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61的前端抱住健身车前支撑腿的斜管13,车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61的中间底部抱住健身车连接管14,车身左罩壳62与车身右罩壳61可拆式连接。上罩盖59的后端的第一立柱通孔68套合在座椅立柱8上,上罩盖59的前端的底部67与合拢后的车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61的前端下部的台阶面66相抵,上罩盖59的两侧与车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61可拆式连接。曲柄罩壳与曲柄的连接板(图中未示出)可拆式连接,且与车身罩壳的中心孔76转动配合。对此段内容,以下展开叙述。
车身左罩壳62与车身右罩壳61可拆式连接如:车身右罩壳的内侧壁上有多个内凸并设有旋合螺钉用的螺纹孔的螺纹孔柱,车身左罩壳的内侧壁上有多个与螺纹孔柱一一对应的通孔柱,螺纹孔柱的端面与通孔柱的端面相抵,车身左罩壳的外侧壁上有多个通孔,多个通孔轴向贯通通孔柱。车身左罩壳的内侧壁上有多个内凸并设有旋合螺钉用的螺纹孔的螺纹孔柱,车身右罩壳的内侧壁上有多个与螺纹孔柱一一对应的通孔柱,螺纹孔柱的端面与通孔柱的端面相抵,车身右罩壳的外侧壁上有多个通孔,通孔轴向贯通通孔柱。
上罩盖59的两侧与车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61可拆式连接如:车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳上有多个卡接柱,上罩盖的左侧板上和右侧板上有多个与卡接柱一一对应的并相互卡接用的卡合孔。卡接柱可以是与卡合孔过盈配合的圆柱,即卡接柱的直径可略大于卡和孔的直径。卡合柱也可以是径向弹性结构:圆柱的自由端为蘑菇形大头,圆柱上有径向十字形开口,径向十字形开口轴向延伸至圆柱根部。
由于曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳的结构相同,安装位置对称,曲柄左罩壳与左曲柄的连接板的可拆式连接结构与曲柄右罩壳与右曲柄的连接板的可拆式连接结构相同,所以,为便于陈述,曲柄的左连接板和曲柄的右连接板均指同一连接板。曲柄罩壳与曲柄的连接板可拆式连接,且与车身罩壳的中心孔转动配合如:曲柄左罩壳的内侧和曲柄右罩壳的内侧均设有卡扣结构,曲柄左罩壳内侧和曲柄右罩壳内侧均有多个旋合螺钉用的螺纹孔的螺纹孔柱,曲柄的左连接板和右连接板上均有多个与螺纹孔一一对应的通孔。
不难理解,以上所述的抱住,是在车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61的底板上各留出各自半圆孔的位置,从而在组装后的罩壳上构成第二立柱通孔73、第一斜管孔71和第二斜管孔72。即左车身罩壳62和右车身罩壳61相互连接后的底板上有第二立柱通孔73、第一斜管孔71和第二斜管孔72。
所述的健身车罩壳结构的后上部有镂空且用于人手握持的长通孔2。
所述的健身车罩壳结构的后部、顶部、前部和前底部均为外凸的弧形面70。曲柄左罩壳63为外凸的弧形面70,车身左罩壳的中心孔外圆周的罩壳部分为外凸的弧形面70。曲柄右罩壳64为外凸的弧形面70,车身右罩壳的中心孔外圆周的罩壳部分为外凸的弧形面70。
车身左罩壳62和车身右罩壳61的外侧面有起加强作用的内凹结构65和加强肋60。上罩盖59的内侧有起加强作用的加强肋60。曲柄左罩壳63和曲柄右罩壳64的外侧面有起加强作用的内凹结构65,曲柄左罩壳63和曲柄右罩壳64的内侧面有起加强作用的加 强肋60。

上罩盖59的中部有一阶梯状的圆形通孔69,健身车阻力调节装置中的旋钮组件74的带一字形拨块的多边旋钮3转动配合在阶梯状的圆形通孔69内,旋钮组件74的底端与伸出拉线套15的拉线的一端连接,套有拉线的拉线套15呈圆弧形连接在踩踏装置的支撑框12上,伸出拉线套的拉线的另一端与磁阻力片连接,如多块磁阻力片顺序排列在一长条形的支撑块上,支撑块的一端与支撑框12固定,伸出拉线套的拉线的另一端与支撑块的调节端连接。
座椅立柱也称座椅立支撑或称座板立柱或座板立支撑。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种健身车,包括支撑骨架,其特征在于:支撑骨架包括三角形架,三角形架由连接前支撑腿和后支撑腿的连接杆作为横杆,前支撑腿的斜杠、踩踏装置的支撑框和连接块作为斜杆,座椅立柱作为竖杆并相互连接而构成;斜杠的下端与前支撑腿的水平杆的中间固定,连接杆的后端与构成后支撑腿的开口朝后的V字形杆的中间的前侧固定,座椅立柱的顶端安装有座椅支撑装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的健身车,其特征在于:前支撑腿的水平杆、斜杠、连接杆和开口朝后的V字形杆均采用圆管:水平杆为水平直管,斜杠为斜管,连接杆包括连接管,V字形杆为V字形管;连接杆上有调节V字形管相对于水平直管前后位置的调节结构:连接管的后端内套有中套管,中套管内套有滑动管,连接管后端的底部有多个用于旋合第一螺钉的第一螺纹孔,中套管底部有多个个穿第一螺钉用的第一通孔;滑动管为阶梯管,后端为大管,大管的后端面为与V字形管的中间部位的前侧形状相配的弧形凹槽,前端为小管,小管有前端板,小管的底部有轴向长槽,轴向长槽的槽顶面为供第一螺钉相抵的平面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的健身车,其特征在于:水平直管的两端各有一脚垫套,V字形管的两端各有一脚垫套;脚垫套为三通结构,朝内的一通为套合在水平直管的端部的内套管,朝外的一通为外套管,外套管内可拆式套合有外端盖,朝下的一通为下套管,下套管内有经多根连接筋连接的中心管,中心管内设有第二螺纹孔,调高用的第二螺钉旋合在第二螺纹孔内,第二螺钉的大头上固定有用于与地面贴合的套垫。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的健身车,其特征在于:水平直管和V字形管与内套管套合的端部有朝下的L字形缺口,内套管内有支撑L字形缺口的水平面的支撑块,内套管的底壁上有一个穿第三螺钉用的第三通孔,水平直管和V字形管的L字形缺口的顶壁上有一旋合第三螺钉用的第三螺纹孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的健身车,其特征在于:座椅支撑装置的结构为:座椅立柱的顶部与有两根滑套的支撑架连接,滑动配合在各自滑套内的两根滑杆的前后两端均与一坐垫支撑板连接,坐垫支撑板的前端安装有一摇把拨动装置,摇把拨动装置的拨动块上有一定位柱,支撑架上有沿前后延伸的条形限位块,条形限位块上有多个沿前后延伸且容置定位柱的定位孔,摇把拨动装置上有使定位柱扣紧在一个定位孔内的锁紧扭簧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的健身车,其特征在于:两根滑杆的后端有一用于连接靠背 固定架的连接座,靠背固定架上连接有靠背;坐垫支撑板呈矩形,坐垫支撑板后侧与连接座螺接;坐垫支撑板前侧的向下卷边与两根滑杆的前端螺接;坐垫支撑板与坐垫的刚性底板螺接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的健身车,其特征在于:所述的座椅立柱是未设扶手装置的健身车仅有的向上的立柱,所述的座椅立柱包括座椅支撑管;座椅支撑装置还包括座椅升降结构:座椅支撑管内滑动套合有一内管,内管的顶端与支撑架连接,内管与置于管内的可锁气弹簧的活塞杆自由端连接,可锁气弹簧的气缸置于座椅支撑管内并与座椅支撑管连接,与可锁气弹簧的控制阀连接以控制可锁气弹簧释放进而升或降或锁止座椅的拨动组件安装在支撑架上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的健身车,其特征在于:健身车罩壳结构包括车身左罩壳、车身右罩壳、上罩盖、曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳;车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的后端抱住健身车的座椅立柱,车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的前端抱住健身车前支撑腿的斜管,车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的中间底部抱住健身车连接管,车身左罩壳与车身右罩壳可拆式连接;上罩盖的后端的第一立柱通孔套合在座椅立柱上,上罩盖的前端的底部与合拢后的车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的前端下部的台阶面相抵,上罩盖的两侧与车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳可拆式连接;曲柄罩壳与曲柄的连接板可拆式连接,且与车身罩壳的中心孔转动配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的健身车,其特征在于:所述的健身车罩壳结构的后上部有镂空且用于人手握持的长通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的健身车,其特征在于:所述的健身车罩壳结构的后部、顶部、前部和前底部均为外凸的弧形面;曲柄左罩壳为外凸的弧形面,车身左罩壳的中心孔外圆周的罩壳部分为外凸的弧形面;曲柄右罩壳为外凸的弧形面,车身右罩壳的中心孔外圆周的罩壳部分为外凸的弧形面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的健身车,其特征在于:车身左罩壳和车身右罩壳的外侧面有起加强作用的内凹结构和加强肋;上罩盖的内侧有起加强作用的加强肋;曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳的外侧面有起加强作用的内凹结构,曲柄左罩壳和曲柄右罩壳的内侧面有起加强作用的加强肋。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的健身车,其特征在于:上罩盖的中部有一阶梯状的圆形通孔,健身车阻力调节装置中的旋钮组件的带一字形拨块的多边旋钮转动配合在阶梯状的圆形通孔内,旋钮组件的底端与伸出拉线套的拉线的一端连接,套有拉线的拉线套呈圆 弧形连接在踩踏装置的支撑框上,伸出拉线套的拉线的另一端与磁阻力片连接。
