Abstract

The present invention relates to a composite coating material (1) with cement binder wherein design parameters which are quite different from each other such as electrical conductivity in a certain range, early high strength, self-levelling, resistance to chemical reactions and long shelf life independently of ambient temperature, humidity condition and hydration level of the system with cement binder are combined in a single material; whereby mechanical, physical and electrical features containing different types of cement, sand, gypsum, mineral admixture, chemical admixture, water, conductive material can be provided simultaneously; and which is used in surface coatings and a method (100) for obtaining thereof.
