Description

列車制御装置および空転滑走検知方法
 本開示は、列車に搭載される列車制御装置および空転滑走検知方法に関する。
 従来、列車の車軸に設置されたセンサーの検出値を用いて、列車で空転または滑走が発生したことを検知することが行われている。特許文献1には、車上装置が、複数の車軸に設置された回転検知装置で検出された速度パルスから速度を算出し、各回転検知装置で検出された速度パルスに基づく各速度の誤差が閾値を超えた場合、空転または滑走が発生したと判定する技術が開示されている。

 しかしながら、上記従来の技術によれば、列車で空転または滑走が発生したことを検知する場合、短い周期で速度パルスを数える必要がある。そのため、速度パルスを数える周期で数えられる速度パルスの数が少なくなり、当該周期に速度パルスが1つ入るか入らないかで算出される速度に大きな誤差が生じてしまう、という問題があった。
 本開示は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、検出周期が長くなることを抑制しつつ、列車で発生する空転または滑走を精度良く検出可能な列車制御装置を得ることを目的とする。
 上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本開示は、列車に搭載される列車制御装置である。列車制御装置は、列車の第1の車軸で発生する第1のパルスを検出する第1の速度センサーから第1のパルスを取得し、列車の第2の車軸で発生する第2のパルスを検出する第2の速度センサーから第2のパルスを取得する取得部と、第1のパルス、および第2のパルスを記憶する記憶部と、第1のパルスのうち列車が規定された距離を走行する際に検出された第1のパルス数と、第2のパルスのうち列車が規定された距離を走行する際に検出された第2のパルス数とのパルス比率に基づいて、列車の空転または滑走の発生を判定する制御部と、を備えることを特徴とする。
 本開示によれば、列車制御装置は、検出周期が長くなることを抑制しつつ、列車で発生する空転または滑走を精度良く検出できる、という効果を奏する。

 以下に、本開示の実施の形態に係る列車制御装置および空転滑走検知方法を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1に係る列車制御装置20が搭載される列車10の構成例を模式的に示す図である。列車10は、車両11および車両12によって構成される。図1の例では、矢印70が示すように、図の左側を列車10の進行方向とする。図1において、列車10が車両11,12の2両編成であるが、一例であり、これに限定されない。列車制御装置20が搭載される列車10は、3両編成以上であってもよい。
 列車10において、車両11は、列車制御装置20と、速度センサー31と、車軸41~44と、車輪51~54,61~64と、を備える。車軸41には車輪51,61が取り付けられ、車軸42には車輪52,62が取り付けられ、車軸43には車輪53,63が取り付けられ、車軸44には車輪54,64が取り付けられている。速度センサー31は、車軸41で発生するパルスを検出する。以降の説明において、速度センサー31を第1の速度センサーと称し、車軸41を第1の車軸と称し、速度センサー31が検出する車軸41で発生するパルスを第1のパルスと称することがある。
 列車10において、車両12は、速度センサー32と、車軸45~48と、車輪55~58,65~68と、を備える。車軸45には車輪55,65が取り付けられ、車軸46には車輪56,66が取り付けられ、車軸47には車輪57,67が取り付けられ、車軸48には車輪58,68が取り付けられている。速度センサー32は、車軸47で発生するパルスを検出する。以降の説明において、速度センサー32を第2の速度センサーと称し、車軸47を第2の車軸と称し、速度センサー32が検出する車軸47で発生するパルスを第2のパルスと称することがある。
 前述のように、列車制御装置20は、列車10に搭載される。列車制御装置20は、取得部21と、記憶部22と、制御部23と、を備える。
 取得部21は、列車10の車軸41で発生する第1のパルスを検出する速度センサー31から第1のパルスを取得する。また、取得部21は、列車10の車軸47で発生する第2のパルスを検出する速度センサー32から第2のパルスを取得する。取得部21は、取得した第1のパルスおよび第2のパルスを記憶部22に記憶させる。
 記憶部22は、取得部21によって取得された第1のパルスおよび第2のパルスを記憶する。記憶部22は、規定された時刻からの第1のパルスおよび第2のパルスを記憶する。記憶部22は、例えば、列車10がある日の運用を開始してから取得部21で取得された第1のパルスおよび第2のパルスを記憶する。
 制御部23は、記憶部22に記憶されている第1のパルスのうち列車10が規定された距離を走行する際に検出された第1のパルス数と、記憶部22に記憶されている第2のパルスのうち列車10が規定された距離を走行する際に検出された第2のパルス数とを比較する。制御部23は、第1のパルス数と第2のパルス数とを比較した結果であるパルス比率に基づいて、列車10の空転または滑走の発生を判定する。規定された距離とは、具体的には、列車10における、速度センサー31の検出対象の第1の車軸である車軸41と、速度センサー32の検出対象の第2の車軸である車軸47との間の車軸間距離である。
 つづいて、列車制御装置20が、列車10で空転または滑走が発生したか否かを判定する動作について説明する。列車制御装置20の制御部23は、前述のように列車10が車軸間距離を走行する期間において、速度センサー31で検出された第1のパルス数と速度センサー32で検出された第2のパルス数とのパルス比率を算出する。また、列車制御装置20は、列車10で空転または滑走が発生していない正常時のパルス比率について、制御部23または記憶部22が保持しているものとする。制御部23は、列車10の走行中、定期的にパルス比率を算出し、算出したパルス比率と正常時のパルス比率とを比較する。制御部23は、算出したパルス比率と正常時のパルス比率とを比較した結果、差異が規定された閾値以上の場合、列車10で空転または滑走が発生したと判定する。なお、正常時のパルス比率のことを正常時パルス比率と称することがある。
 一般的に、列車10で空転または滑走が発生するのは、列車10の車輪51~58,61~68の接する図示しないレール上に水、油、落葉などの異物があって車輪51~58,61~68とレールとの間の摩擦力が弱まる場合である。このように、列車10において空転または滑走は、レール上の特定の位置に車輪51~58,61~68が到達することによって発生する。そのため、列車10において、速度センサー31,32を十分離して設置する。これにより、列車10では、列車10の進行方向の前方にあって速度センサー31の検出対象の車軸41に取り付けられた車輪51,61で空転または滑走が発生しても、列車10の進行方向に対して後方にあって速度センサー32の検出対象の車軸47に取り付けられた車輪57,67では空転または滑走が未発生の状態が生じる。以降の説明において、車輪51,61を前輪と称し、車輪57,67を後輪と称する。車軸41には、列車10において列車10の進行方向に対して前方の車輪51,61である前輪が取り付けられ、車軸47には、列車10において列車10の進行方向に対して後方の車輪57,67である後輪が取り付けられている。
 すなわち、列車10では、前輪で空転または滑走が発生しても、列車10が車軸間距離を走行するまでは、後輪で空転または滑走は発生しない。そのため、列車制御装置20の制御部23は、後輪が取り付けられた車軸47で現在時刻から車軸間距離に相当するパルス数が発生する測定期間に、前輪が取り付けられた車軸41で何個のパルスが発生したのかを常時比較する。制御部23は、比較した結果であるパルス比率と正常時のパルス比率とを比較することによって、列車10で空転または滑走が発生したか否かを判定することができる。
 図2は、実施の形態1に係る列車10で空転または滑走が発生していないときに速度センサー31,32で検出されるパルスの例を示す図である。図2において、上段は速度センサー31で検出された第1のパルスを示し、下段は速度センサー32で検出された第2のパルスを示している。また、図2において、横軸は時間を示している。図2は、後輪が取り付けられた車軸47で現在時刻から車軸間距離に相当するパルス数が発生する測定期間におけるパルス比率と、規定された正常時のパルス比率との差異が閾値未満である場合を示している。なお、図2は、説明を簡単にするため各パルスを模式的に示したものであり、実際の測定期間で検出されるパルスの数はもっと多くなる。以降で説明する図においても同様とする。
 図3は、実施の形態1に係る列車10で空転または滑走が発生しているときに速度センサー31,32で検出されるパルスの例を示す図である。図3において、上段は速度センサー31で検出された第1のパルスを示し、下段は速度センサー32で検出された第2のパルスを示している。また、図3において、横軸は時間を示している。図3は、後輪が取り付けられた車軸47で現在時刻から車軸間距離に相当するパルス数が発生する測定期間におけるパルス比率と、規定された正常時のパルス比率との差異が閾値以上である場合を示している。
 このように、制御部23は、各測定期間のパルス比率と規定された正常時のパルス比率とを比較することによって、列車10において空転または滑走が発生したか否かを判定することができる。ここで、図2および図3に示すように、制御部23が第1のパルス数および第2のパルス数を検出、すなわち制御部23がパルス比率を算出する測定期間は、1つの測定期間終了後につぎの測定期間が開始するのではなく、前後の複数の測定期間で一部の期間が重複しているものとする。各測定期間の開始タイミングは、例えば、100ミリ秒、または200ミリ秒程度ずれている。この100ミリ秒、または200ミリ秒程度の期間が、制御部23が測定期間においてパルス比率を算出、すなわちパルス比率を確認する間隔になる。すなわち、制御部23は、列車10が車軸間距離を走行する期間よりも短い間隔で、パルス比率を確認する。これにより、制御部23は、列車10が車軸間距離を走行する測定期間よりも短い間隔で、列車10が車軸間距離を走行する際に速度センサー31,32で検出されるパルスを用いて、列車10で空転または滑走が発生したか否かを判定することができる。第1のパルスおよび第2のパルスが検出されるパルス間隔に対して車軸間距離が十分長い場合、各測定期間に含まれるパルスの数にパルス1つ分の誤差が発生しても、制御部23で算出されるパルス比率の誤差は極めて小さくなる。
 なお、図3に示すように列車10で空転または滑走が発生した場合、制御部23が複数の測定期間に渡って連続して、列車10で空転または滑走が発生したと判定することが想定される。そのため、制御部23は、列車10の空転または滑走が発生したと連続して判定した回数によって、実際に空転または滑走が発生したか否かを判定してもよい。図4は、実施の形態1に係る列車10で空転または滑走が短い期間発生したときに速度センサー31,32で検出されるパルスの例を示す図である。図4において、上段は速度センサー31で検出された第1のパルスを示し、下段は速度センサー32で検出された第2のパルスを示している。また、図4において、横軸は時間を示している。図5は、比較例として速度センサー31,32で検出されるパルスを数える各測定期間が独立している例を示す図である。図5は、パルスの数を数える各測定期間が独立している、すなわち1つの測定期間終了後につぎの測定期間が開始する場合を想定している。図5において、各測定期間は、図4に示す各測定期間のずれ量に相当する期間とする。このような場合、ある測定期間で第1のパルスとして突発的なパルスが検出された場合でも、つぎの測定期間で突発的なパルスが検出されないため、速度センサー31の誤検出とみなされる可能性がある。
 一方、図4において、制御部23は、複数の測定期間でのパルス比率から、列車10で空転または滑走が短い期間発生した場合でも、列車10で空転または滑走が発生したと判定することができる。このように、制御部23は、列車10の空転または滑走が発生したと連続して判定した回数が規定された回数以上の場合、列車10で空転または滑走が実際に発生したと判定する。制御部23は、列車10の空転または滑走が発生したと連続して判定した回数が規定された回数未満の場合、列車10で空転または滑走が実際には発生していないと判定する。
 また、制御部23は、速度センサー31で検出された第1のパルス、および速度センサー32で検出された第2のパルスを用いることで、短い期間で発生した空転または滑走についても継続して検知することができる。図6は、実施の形態1に係る列車10での空転または滑走の検知状態の推移を示す第1の図である。図6は、図2の場合と同様の状態を示しており、速度センサー31の第1のパルス、および速度センサー32の第2のパルスのいずれでも、空転または滑走は検知されていない。図7は、実施の形態1に係る列車10での空転または滑走の検知状態の推移を示す第2の図である。図7は、速度センサー31の検出対象の車軸41に取り付けられた車輪51,61が空転または滑走の要因を通過し、速度センサー31の第1のパルスで空転または滑走によるパルス乱れが発生した状態を示している。図7において、速度センサー32の検出対象の車軸47に取り付けられた車輪57,67は空転または滑走の要因を通過していないので、図6のときと同様の状態である。
 図8は、実施の形態1に係る列車10での空転または滑走の検知状態の推移を示す第3の図である。図8は、図7と同様、速度センサー31の測定期間内のため、速度センサー31の検出対象の車軸41に取り付けられた車輪51,61が空転または滑走の要因を通過し、速度センサー31の第1のパルスで空転または滑走によるパルス乱れが発生した状態を示している。図8において、速度センサー32の検出対象の車軸47に取り付けられた車輪57,67は空転または滑走の要因を通過していないので、図6のときと同様の状態である。図9は、実施の形態1に係る列車10での空転または滑走の検知状態の推移を示す第4の図である。図9は、速度センサー31の検出対象の車軸41に取り付けられた車輪51,61が空転または滑走の要因を通過してから列車10が車軸間距離を走行した状態であり、速度センサー31の第1のパルスにおいて空転または滑走によるパルスの乱れが解消されている。一方で、図9は、速度センサー32の検出対象の車軸47に取り付けられた車輪57,67が空転または滑走の要因を通過し、速度センサー32の第2のパルスで空転または滑走によるパルス乱れが発生した状態を示している。制御部23は、このように、速度センサー31,32のパルスの検出対象の区間を車軸間距離にすることによって、図9以降もしばらくの間、継続的に空転または滑走の要因を検出し続けることができる。すなわち、制御部23は、速度センサー31で空転または滑走を検知できなくなっても、速度センサー32を用いて空転または滑走を継続して検知することができる。
 なお、列車制御装置20は、正常時のパルス比率について、あらかじめ規定されたものを制御部23または記憶部22で保持していてもよいし、列車10において空転または滑走が発生しない列車10の惰行運転中に制御部23が算出し、制御部23または記憶部22で保持していてもよい。制御部23が正常時のパルス比率を算出する場合、制御部23は、定期的に正常時のパルス比率を算出して更新してもよい。
 列車制御装置20の動作を、フローチャートを用いて説明する。図10は、実施の形態1に係る列車制御装置20の動作を示すフローチャートである。列車制御装置20において、取得部21は、速度センサー31から第1のパルスを取得し、速度センサー32から第2のパルスを取得する(ステップS11)。取得部21は、取得した第1のパルスおよび第2のパルスを記憶部22に記憶させる(ステップS12)。制御部23は、記憶部22に記憶されている第1のパルスおよび第2のパルスのうち、現在時刻における測定期間に含まれる第1のパルス数および第2のパルス数を読み出す(ステップS13)。制御部23は、読み出した第1のパルス数および第2のパルス数を用いてパルス比率を算出する(ステップS14)。
 制御部23は、算出したパルス比率と正常時のパルス比率とを比較する(ステップS15)。算出したパルス比率と正常時のパルス比率との差異が閾値未満の場合(ステップS15:Yes)、制御部23は、列車10において空転または滑走が発生していないと判定する(ステップS16)。算出したパルス比率と正常時のパルス比率との差異が閾値以上の場合(ステップS15:No)、制御部23は、算出したパルス比率と正常時のパルス比率との差異が連続して閾値以上になった回数をカウントする(ステップS17)。連続して閾値以上になった回数が規定された回数未満の場合(ステップS17:No)、制御部23は、列車10において空転または滑走が発生していないと判定する(ステップS16)。連続して閾値以上になった回数が規定された回数以上の場合(ステップS17:Yes)、制御部23は、列車10において空転または滑走が発生したと判定する(ステップS18)。列車制御装置20は、図10に示すフローチャートの動作を、前述の測定期間のずれ量、すなわち、100ミリ秒、または200ミリ秒程度の間隔で定期的に実施する。
 つづいて、列車制御装置20のハードウェア構成について説明する。列車制御装置20において、取得部21は通信装置などのインタフェースである。記憶部22はメモリである。制御部23は処理回路により実現される。処理回路は、メモリに格納されるプログラムを実行するプロセッサおよびメモリであってもよいし、専用のハードウェアであってもよい。
 図11は、実施の形態1に係る列車制御装置20が備える処理回路90をプロセッサ91およびメモリ92で構成する場合の例を示す図である。処理回路90がプロセッサ91およびメモリ92で構成される場合、列車制御装置20の処理回路90の各機能は、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせにより実現される。ソフトウェアまたはファームウェアはプログラムとして記述され、メモリ92に格納される。処理回路90では、メモリ92に記憶されたプログラムをプロセッサ91が読み出して実行することにより、各機能を実現する。すなわち、処理回路90は、列車制御装置202の処理が結果的に実行されることになるプログラムを格納するためのメモリ92を備える。また、これらのプログラムは、列車制御装置20の手順および方法をコンピュータに実行させるものであるともいえる。
 ここで、プロセッサ91は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、またはDSP(Digital Signal Processor)などであってもよい。また、メモリ92には、例えば、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリ、EPROM(Erasable Programmable ROM)、EEPROM(登録商標)(Electrically EPROM)などの、不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリ、磁気ディスク、フレキシブルディスク、光ディスク、コンパクトディスク、ミニディスク、またはDVD(Digital Versatile Disc)などが該当する。
 図12は、実施の形態1に係る列車制御装置20が備える処理回路93を専用のハードウェアで構成する場合の例を示す図である。処理回路93が専用のハードウェアで構成される場合、図12に示す処理回路93は、例えば、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化したプロセッサ、並列プログラム化したプロセッサ、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)、またはこれらを組み合わせたものが該当する。列車制御装置20の各機能を機能別に処理回路93で実現してもよいし、各機能をまとめて処理回路93で実現してもよい。
 なお、列車制御装置20の各機能について、一部を専用のハードウェアで実現し、一部をソフトウェアまたはファームウェアで実現するようにしてもよい。このように、処理回路は、専用のハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはこれらの組み合わせによって、上述の各機能を実現することができる。
 以上説明したように、本実施の形態によれば、列車制御装置20は、列車10の速度センサー31,32が検出対象とする車軸41,47の車軸間距離を列車10が走行する測定期間において、速度センサー31,32で検出されたパルスのパルス比率を算出し、正常時のパルス比率との比較によって、列車10で空転または滑走が発生したか否かを判定することとした。これにより、列車制御装置20は、検出周期が長くなることを抑制しつつ、列車10で発生する空転または滑走を精度良く検出することができる。
実施の形態2.
 実施の形態2では、列車制御装置20の制御部23が、列車10の車輪の車輪径を補正する場合について説明する。
 実施の形態2において、列車10および列車制御装置20の構成は、図1に示す実施の形態1のときの構成と同様である。列車制御装置20は、通常の列車10の走行制御において、速度センサー31,32から取得したパルスを用いて、列車10の速度、列車10の走行距離などを推定する。列車10の速度、列車10の走行距離などの推定においては、速度センサー31の検出対象の車軸41に取り付けられた車輪51,61の車輪径、および速度センサー32の検出対象の車軸47に取り付けられた車輪57,67の車輪径の情報が必要になる。しかしながら、列車10の車輪51~58,61~68は、列車10が走行することによって徐々に削れて車輪径が小さくなる。車輪径の値が正確ではない場合、列車制御装置20で推定される列車10の速度、列車10の走行距離などの誤差が大きくなる。そのため、列車制御装置20の制御部23は、列車10で空転または滑走が発生しない列車10の惰行運転時において前述のパルス比率が変化した場合、いずれかの車輪が削れたとして当該車輪の車輪径を補正する制御を行う。なお、説明を簡単にするため、列車10において車輪51~58,61~68は、同種の車輪が使用されているものとする。
 図13は、実施の形態2に係る列車10が備える車輪の車輪径のイメージを示す図である。ここでは、説明を簡単にするため、速度センサー31の検出対象の車軸41に取り付けられている車輪51,61を車輪Aとし、速度センサー32の検出対象の車軸47に取り付けられている車輪57,67を車輪Bとする。また、車輪Aの現時点の初期車輪径をR_aとし、車輪Bの現時点の初期車輪径をR_bとし、車輪Aの初期車輪径R_aと車輪Bの初期車輪径R_bとの車輪径比率を「R_a/R_b=Ratio0」とする。ここでは、初期車輪径R_aの方が初期車輪径R_bよりも大きいため、Ratio0>1となる。なお、車輪径比率Ratio0は、前述の第1のパルス数および第2のパルス数を用いて、「Ratio0=第2のパルス数/第1のパルス数」として表すことができる。すなわち、初期車輪径R_a:初期車輪径R_b=第2のパルス数:第1のパルス数である。
 変化後の車輪径比率Ratio1が初期の車輪径比率Ratio0より大きくなった場合について説明する。図14は、実施の形態2に係る列車10が備える車輪Bが削れたイメージを示す図である。交換されない限り車輪径が大きくなることはないから、Ratio1>Ratio0の場合、制御部23は、車輪Bの車輪径を補正する。補正後の新車輪径R_bは「R_b=R_a×(1/Ratio1)」によって算出することができる。制御部23は、Ratio1>Ratio0の場合において、閾値を設けて差異が閾値未満の場合はRatio1=Ratio0とみなし、車輪Bの車輪径を補正しなくてもよい。
 変化後の車輪径比率Ratio1が初期の車輪径比率Ratio0より小さくなった場合について説明する。図15は、実施の形態2に係る列車10が備える車輪Aが削れたイメージを示す図である。交換されない限り車輪径が大きくなることはないから、Ratio1<Ratio0の場合、制御部23は、車輪Aの車輪径を補正する。補正後の新車輪径R_aは「R_a=R_b×Ratio1」によって算出することができる。制御部23は、Ratio1<Ratio0の場合において、閾値を設けて差異が閾値未満の場合はRatio1=Ratio0とみなし、車輪Aの車輪径を補正しなくてもよい。
 なお、制御部23は、より厳密に車輪径を補正することも可能である。以下では、一例としてRatio1>Ratio0の場合について説明するが、Ratio1<Ratio0の場合にも適用可能である。まず、制御部23は、前述のような方法によって車輪Bの第1の新車輪径R_bとして「R_b=R_a×(1/Ratio1)」を算出する。つぎに、制御部23は、車輪Aが列車10の走行距離に対して最大削れが発生した場合の車輪Bの第2の新車輪径R_bを算出する。ここで、列車10の単位走行距離当たりの車輪径の最大削れ量をα(m/m)とし、車輪径比率のずれを検出するまでの列車10の走行距離をD(m)とすると、車輪Aの新車輪径R_aは「R_a=R_a-α×D」となる。従って、制御部23は、車輪Aの最大削れを考慮した車輪Bの第2の新車輪径R_bとして「R_b=R_a×(1/Ratio1)」を算出する。また、制御部3は、車輪Bの列車10の走行距離に対する最大削れ量を考慮して車輪Bの第3の新車輪径R_bを算出する。制御部23は、車輪Bの最大削れを考慮した車輪Bの第3の新車輪径R_bとして「R_b=R_b-α×D」を算出する。
 制御部23は、第1の新車輪径R_b、第2の新車輪径R_b、および第3の新車輪径R_bから最大車輪径および最小車輪径を選択する。具体的には、制御部23は、「最大車輪径R_b_max=MAX(R_b,R_b,R_b)」によって最大車輪径R_b_maxを選択する。また、制御部23は、「最小車輪径R_b_min=MIN(R_b,R_b,R_b)」によって最小車輪径R_b_minを選択する。制御部23は、最大車輪径R_b_maxおよび最小車輪径R_b_minを用いて、列車10の速度、走行距離などを推定することができる。なお、制御部23は、実施の形態1の空転または滑走の検出について、各車輪で検出されたパルスの数によって判定していることから、個々の車輪径の誤差が大きくなっても、影響を受けることなく行うことができる。
 このように、制御部23は、第1の車軸に取り付けられた第1の車輪の第1の車輪径を第2の車軸に取り付けられた第2の車輪の第2の車輪径で除算した車輪径比率を、第2のパルス数を第1のパルス数で除算した値として算出して定期的に比較する。制御部23は、車輪径比率が前回よりも大きくなった場合、第2の車輪が削れたと判定して第2の車輪径を補正する。制御部23は、車輪径比率が前回よりも小さくなった場合、第1の車輪が削れたと判定して第1の車輪径を補正する。制御部23は、第1の車輪径および第2の車輪径を用いて、列車10の速度および列車10の走行距離を推定する。
 列車制御装置20の動作を、フローチャートを用いて説明する。図16は、実施の形態2に係る列車制御装置20の動作を示すフローチャートである。列車制御装置20において、制御部23は、最新の車輪径比率を算出する(ステップS21)。制御部23は、算出した最新の車輪径比率が前回算出した車輪径比率より大きいか否かを比較する(ステップS22)。最新の車輪径比率が前回算出した車輪径比率より大きい場合(ステップS22:Yes)、制御部23は、車輪Bの車輪径を補正する(ステップS23)。最新の車輪径比率が前回算出した車輪径比率よりも大きくない場合(ステップS22:No)、制御部23は、算出した最新の車輪径比率が前回算出した車輪径比率より小さいか否かを比較する(ステップS24)。最新の車輪径比率が前回算出した車輪径比率より小さい場合(ステップS24:Yes)、制御部23は、車輪Aの車輪径を補正する(ステップS25)。最新の車輪径比率が前回算出した車輪径比率より小さくない場合(ステップS24:No)、制御部23は、最新の車輪径比率は前回算出した車輪径比率と同じとして、車輪Aおよび車輪Bのいずれの車輪径も補正せず(ステップS26)、動作を終了する。
 以上説明したように、本実施の形態によれば、列車制御装置20は、列車10の車輪A,Bで削れが発生したことを検知した場合、車輪径を補正することとした。これにより、列車制御装置20は、列車10の速度、列車10の走行距離などを推定する場合において、補正した車輪径を用いることによって精度良く推定することができる。
 以上の実施の形態に示した構成は、一例を示すものであり、別の公知の技術と組み合わせることも可能であるし、実施の形態同士を組み合わせることも可能であるし、要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の一部を省略、変更することも可能である。
 10 列車、11,12 車両、20 列車制御装置、21 取得部、22 記憶部、23 制御部、31,32 速度センサー、41~48 車軸、51~58,61~68 車輪。

Claims (14)

  1.  列車に搭載される列車制御装置であって、
     前記列車の第1の車軸で発生する第1のパルスを検出する第1の速度センサーから前記第1のパルスを取得し、前記列車の第2の車軸で発生する第2のパルスを検出する第2の速度センサーから前記第2のパルスを取得する取得部と、
     前記第1のパルス、および前記第2のパルスを記憶する記憶部と、
     前記第1のパルスのうち前記列車が規定された距離を走行する際に検出された第1のパルス数と、前記第2のパルスのうち前記列車が規定された前記距離を走行する際に検出された第2のパルス数とのパルス比率に基づいて、前記列車の空転または滑走の発生を判定する制御部と、
     を備えることを特徴とする列車制御装置。
  2.  前記距離は、前記列車における前記第1の車軸と前記第2の車軸との間の車軸間距離である、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の列車制御装置。
  3.  前記第1の車軸には、前記列車において前記列車の進行方向に対して前方の車輪である前輪が取り付けられ、前記第2の車軸には、前記列車において前記列車の進行方向に対して後方の車輪である後輪が取り付けられている、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の列車制御装置。
  4.  前記制御部が前記第1のパルス数および前記第2のパルス数を検出する測定期間は、前後の複数の測定期間で一部の期間が重複しており、
     前記制御部は、各測定期間の開始タイミングのずれ量の間隔で、前記パルス比率を確認する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の列車制御装置。
  5.  前記制御部は、前記パルス比率と正常時パルス比率との差異が閾値未満の場合、前記列車において空転または滑走が発生していないと判定し、前記パルス比率と前記正常時パルス比率との差異が閾値以上の場合、前記列車において空転または滑走が発生していないと判定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の列車制御装置。
  6.  前記制御部は、前記列車の空転または滑走が発生したと連続して判定した回数が規定された回数以上の場合、前記列車で空転または滑走が実際に発生したと判定し、前記列車の空転または滑走が発生したと連続して判定した回数が前記規定された回数未満の場合、前記列車で空転または滑走が実際には発生していないと判定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の列車制御装置。
  7.  前記制御部は、前記第1の車軸に取り付けられた第1の車輪の第1の車輪径を前記第2の車軸に取り付けられた第2の車輪の第2の車輪径で除算した車輪径比率を、前記第2のパルス数を前記第1のパルス数で除算した値として算出して定期的に比較し、前記車輪径比率が前回よりも大きくなった場合、前記第2の車輪が削れたと判定して前記第2の車輪径を補正し、前記車輪径比率が前回よりも小さくなった場合、前記第1の車輪が削れたと判定して前記第1の車輪径を補正する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の列車制御装置。
  8.  列車に搭載される列車制御装置の空転滑走検知方法であって、
     取得部が、前記列車の第1の車軸で発生する第1のパルスを検出する第1の速度センサーから前記第1のパルスを取得し、前記列車の第2の車軸で発生する第2のパルスを検出する第2の速度センサーから前記第2のパルスを取得する第1のステップと、
     前記取得部が、前記第1のパルス、および前記第2のパルスを記憶部に記憶させる第2のステップと、
     制御部が、前記第1のパルスのうち前記列車が規定された距離を走行する際に検出された第1のパルス数と、前記第2のパルスのうち前記列車が規定された前記距離を走行する際に検出された第2のパルス数とのパルス比率に基づいて、前記列車の空転または滑走の発生を判定する第3のステップと、
     を含むことを特徴とする空転滑走検知方法。
  9.  前記距離は、前記列車における前記第1の車軸と前記第2の車軸との間の車軸間距離である、
     ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空転滑走検知方法。
  10.  前記第1の車軸には、前記列車において前記列車の進行方向に対して前方の車輪である前輪が取り付けられ、前記第2の車軸には、前記列車において前記列車の進行方向に対して後方の車輪である後輪が取り付けられている、
     ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の空転滑走検知方法。
  11.  前記制御部が前記第1のパルス数および前記第2のパルス数を検出する測定期間は、前後の複数の測定期間で一部の期間が重複しており、
     前記第3のステップにおいて、前記制御部は、各測定期間の開始タイミングのずれ量の間隔で、前記パルス比率を確認する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1つに記載の空転滑走検知方法。
  12.  前記第3のステップにおいて、前記制御部は、前記パルス比率と正常時パルス比率との差異が閾値未満の場合、前記列車において空転または滑走が発生していないと判定し、前記パルス比率と前記正常時パルス比率との差異が閾値以上の場合、前記列車において空転または滑走が発生していないと判定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか1つに記載の空転滑走検知方法。
  13.  前記第3のステップにおいて、前記制御部は、前記列車の空転または滑走が発生したと連続して判定した回数が規定された回数以上の場合、前記列車で空転または滑走が実際に発生したと判定し、前記列車の空転または滑走が発生したと連続して判定した回数が前記規定された回数未満の場合、前記列車で空転または滑走が実際には発生していないと判定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の空転滑走検知方法。
  14.  さらに、
     前記制御部が、前記第1の車軸に取り付けられた第1の車輪の第1の車輪径を前記第2の車軸に取り付けられた第2の車輪の第2の車輪径で除算した車輪径比率を、前記第2のパルス数を前記第1のパルス数で除算した値として算出して定期的に比較し、前記車輪径比率が前回よりも大きくなった場合、前記第2の車輪が削れたと判定して前記第2の車輪径を補正し、前記車輪径比率が前回よりも小さくなった場合、前記第1の車輪が削れたと判定して前記第1の車輪径を補正する第4のステップ、
     を含むことを特徴とする請求項8から13のいずれか1つに記載の空転滑走検知方法。
