结合图1和图2所示,本体2上设有安装槽21,安装槽21包括入口槽211和与入口槽211径向地连通(也可以称为横向相通)的限位槽212。可拆卸式把手1安装时,使限位座12经入口槽211进入安装槽21中,然后将限位座12横向地滑入限位槽212。限位槽212具有能够限制限位座12在第一安装部11的轴向上移动的结构,由此可以限制限位座12从限位槽212中向外拔出。然后,使锁扣座13在靠近限位座12的方向上移动,直至锁扣座13到达与入口槽211配合的锁止位置,此时锁扣座13限制限位座12在径向上(也可以称为在横向上)向着入口槽211移动,避免限位座12在使用过程中滑入入口槽211后从入口槽211脱离本体2,从而实现了对限位座12的限位锁紧,也即实现了可拆卸式把手1的限位锁紧。在拆卸可拆卸式把手1时,先使锁扣座13在远离限位座12的方向上移动,直至锁扣座13到达脱离安装槽21的入口槽211的释锁位置,从而解除对限位座12在径向的移动的限制,然后使限位座12沿径向移动至入口槽211,限位座12可可通过入口槽211脱离安装槽21,从而实现可拆卸式把手1的拆卸。该装置在运输过程中,可将可拆卸式把手1拆卸,使本体2的整体厚度变薄,有助于节省运输空间以及降低成本。
在本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,锁扣座13上设有提手131,借助提手131便于使锁扣座13沿着第一安装部11在靠近或者远离限位座12的方向上移动,使锁扣座13在锁止位置 和释锁位置之间切换。
在本实施例中,锁扣座13包括附接在一起或者一体成型的连接部分132和限位部分133,连接部分132与第一安装部11垂直,限位部分133与第一安装部11平行。连接部分132可轴向移动地套设在第一安装部11上,提手131设置于连接部分132上。限位部分133用于与入口槽211配合限制限位座12在径向上的移动。更具体地,当锁扣座13处于锁止位置时,限位部分133插入入口槽211中,以限制限位座12从限位槽212横向滑入入口槽211中。当锁扣座13处于释锁位置时,限位部分133从入口槽211中退出,以不限制限位座12向入口槽211的横向滑动,进而允许限位座12从入口槽211取出。
在本实施例中,连接部分132与第一安装部11接触的面可以包括切面115,以防止锁扣座13的连接部分132相对第一安装部11转动。在本实施例中,限位部分133可以为圆柱状,入口槽211可以呈半圆形。
在本实施例中,连接部分132内可以设有可弹性伸缩的限位组件3,第一安装部11上设有上下间隔的第一凹槽111和第二凹槽112,第一凹槽111位于第二凹槽112的上方,限位组件3用于与第一凹槽111或第二凹槽112配合限位,使得锁扣座13可以定位于释锁位置或者锁止位置。具体地,当限位组件3与第二凹槽112配合限位时,锁扣座13被定位于锁止位置,锁扣座13的限位部分133插入入口槽211中,将限位座12限制在限位槽212中,避免限位槽12在径向上的移动。当限位组件与第一凹槽111配合限位时,锁扣座13被定位于释锁位置,锁扣座13的限位部分133在轴向上脱离入口槽211,在限位槽212中的限位座12可以径向滑动至入口槽211中,然后离开入口槽211。
在本实施例中,连接部分设置有安装孔130,限位组件3可以为波珠螺丝,波珠螺丝为现有的标准件,一般波珠螺丝包括弹簧、钢柱和壳体,波珠螺丝的制造和安装较为方便。在其他实施例中,限位组件3也可以包括安装在安装孔130中的限位块和弹性件(例如复位弹簧),复位弹簧例如设于连接部分132的壁体和限位块之间,以将限位块压持在第一凹槽或者第二凹槽中。当然,限位组件3还可以有其他类似的结构。
在本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,可拆卸式把手1还包括握持部14和第二安装部15,第一安装部11和第二安装部15分别自握持部14的两端延伸,且均与握持部14垂直,使得该可拆卸式把手1呈门框型,第二安装部15的端部也设有限位座12,结合图2所示,本体2上设有两个分别与第一安装部11和第二安装部15对应的安装槽21。可拆卸式把手1安装时,第二安装部14上的限位座12也经入口槽211进入限位槽212,限位槽212限制第二安装部14 上的限位座12在轴向上的移动,由于第一安装部11上的限位座12被锁扣座13和入口槽211配合限制在径向上的移动,使得第二安装部14上的限位座12在径向上的移动也受限制,因此,可拆卸式把手1与本体2牢固结合在一起。在本实施例中,握持部14套设有防滑垫圈4,使得握持时更加稳固。
在本实施例中,结合图2所示,限位槽212与限位座12配合限位的具体结构为:在安装槽21的部分槽口处设有卡位部22,该卡位部22将安装槽21划分为入口槽211和限位槽212,限位槽212位于卡位部22下方。换言之,卡位部22设置在限位槽212的侧壁上,卡位部22可以为板形结构并与限位槽212的底壁(图中未示出)相对。卡位部22开设有与对应的第一安装部11或第二安装部15配合的避让槽221,当限位座12进入限位槽212后,限位座12的轴向移动被限位槽212的底壁和卡位部22限制,卡位部22限制限位座12从限位槽212中拔出。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种带把手的装置,包括:
    可拆卸式把手,所述可拆卸式把手包括第一安装部,所述第一安装部的端部设有限位座,所述第一安装部上套设有可沿所述第一安装部在靠近或远离所述限位座的方向上移动的锁扣座;
    本体,所述本体设有安装槽,所述安装槽包括入口槽和与所述入口槽连通的限位槽;
    所述限位座能够经所述入口槽进入所述限位槽,所述限位槽具有限制所述限位座在轴向上移动的结构;所述锁扣座能够在靠近所述限位座的方向上移动至所述安装槽,限制所述限位座在径向上的移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述锁扣座上设有提手,借助所述提手便于使所述锁扣座沿所述第一安装部在靠近或远离所述限位座的方向上移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述锁扣座包括连接在一起的连接部分和限位部分,所述连接部分与所述第一安装部垂直,所述限位部分与所述第一安装部平行,所述连接部分可轴向移动地套设在所述第一安装部上,所述限位部分移动至所述安装槽后限制所述限位座在径向上的移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述连接部分与所述第一安装部接触的面包括切面,所述切面用于限制所述连接部分相对于所述第一安装部的转动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述连接部分内设有限位组件,所述第一安装部设有上下间隔的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽位于所述第二凹槽的上方,所述限位组件可与所述第一凹槽或所述第二凹槽配合以限制所述锁扣座的轴向位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,所述限位组件为波珠螺丝。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,所述限位组件包括可插接于所述第一凹槽或第二凹槽的限位块以及设于所述限位块和所述连接部分之间的复位弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述可拆卸式把手还包括握持部和第二安装部,所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部分别自所述握持部的两端延伸且均与所述握持部垂直,所述第二安装部的端部也设有所述限位座,所述本体上设有分别与所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部对应的两个所述安装槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述握持部套设有防滑垫圈。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,在所述安装槽的部分槽口处设有卡位部,所述卡位部将所述安装槽划分为所述入口槽和所述限位槽,所述限位槽位于所述卡位部的下方, 所述卡位部开设有与所述第一安装部配合的避让槽。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述带把手的装置为LED显示屏模组。
  12. 一种带把手的装置,包括:
    可拆卸式把手,包括握持部、第一安装部和第二安装部,所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部自所述握持部的两端延伸,并且所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部的端部分别设置有限位座;
    本体,所述本体设有与各个所述限位座相对应的安装槽,各个所述安装槽包括入口槽和与所述入口槽横向相通的限位槽,各个所述限位座适于在插入所述入口槽后横向地滑入所述限位槽中,所述限位槽具有限制对应的所述限位座从所述限位槽中拔出的结构;
    锁扣座,位置可调整地套设在所述第一安装部上并且包括限位部分,所述锁扣座相对于所述第一安装部具有锁止位置和释锁位置,当所述锁扣座位于所述锁止位置时,所述限位部分插入所述入口槽中以限制所述限位座从所述限位槽横向滑入所述入口槽中;当所述锁扣座位于所述释锁位置时,所述限位部分从所述入口槽中退出。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,
    所述锁扣座还包括连接部分,所述连接部分套设在所述第一安装部上,所述限位部分与所述连接部分附接在一起或者一体成型;其中,所述连接部分内设置有可弹性伸缩的限位组件;
    所述第一安装部分上间隔设置有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述限位组件与所述第一凹槽或者所述第二凹槽配合,以将所述锁扣座定位于所述释锁位置或者锁止位置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述连接部分与所述第一安装部接触的面包括切面,所述切面用于限制所述连接部分相对于所述第一安装部的转动。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述连接部分设置有安装孔,所述安装孔的延伸方向垂直于所述第一安装部;所述限位组件包括安装在所述安装孔中的弹性件和限位块,所述弹性件用于将所述限位块压持在所述第一凹槽或者所述第二凹槽中。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述限位组件为波珠螺丝。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述连接部分上设置有提手,以便于对所述锁扣座施加沿着所述第一安装部移动的力,使所述锁扣座在所述锁止位置和释锁位置之间切换。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述握持部套设有防滑垫圈。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,在所述限位槽的侧壁设有卡位部,所述卡位部与所述限位槽的底壁相对,所述卡位部开设有与所述第一安装部或第二安装部配合的避让槽,所述卡位部用于限制所述限位座从所述限位槽中拔出。
  20. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述带把手的装置为LED显示屏模组。
