本发明公开了一种滚筒洗衣机,包括:机壳,机壳的前面板开设投放口;外筒,设置在机壳内,外筒的外筒口与投放口相对;内筒,可转动的设置在外筒内,洗涤时可独立盛放洗涤水;以及机门,可开闭的安装在前面板的投放口上;所述的机门包括用于封盖所述投放口的外盖、用于封盖外筒口的外筒盖和以及用于封盖内筒口的内筒盖,所述的外盖与外筒盖固定连接,所述的内筒盖通过转动组件与外盖和/或外筒盖可转动的连接。本发明针对洗衣机不同部件的结构特点,通过一体化的机门同时解决投放口、外筒口以及内筒口的密封问题,且内筒盖与内筒口之间固定连接两者同步转动,相对于动密封方式密封效果好,密封稳定性强,密封寿命更长。

Description

一种滚筒洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种滚筒洗衣机。
背景技术
现有技术中,滚筒洗衣机一般包括相互套装的内筒和外筒,外筒密封用于盛水,内筒用于盛放衣物、经旋转内筒以对衣物进行摔打洗涤;同时,内筒上设置脱水孔,以使得外筒中的水经脱水孔流入内筒以对内筒中的衣物进行浸泡、内筒中的水经脱水孔流出至外筒、内筒中衣物上水分在内筒高速旋转时经脱水孔外排至外筒,以实现对衣物进行洗涤的目的。
但是,由于内筒与外筒相互套装,在洗衣机使用过程中内外筒之间容易积存污垢;同时,由于内外筒相互套装,用户无法对内筒外壁、外筒内壁进行清洁,使洗衣机内部细菌增多,降低了洗衣机的洗衣效率、衣物洗涤后的洁净度。
为了解决上述问题,现在也提出了一些专利,比如申请号为CN201410215346.3,名称为一种滚筒洗衣机的中国发明专利,该发明涉及一种滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体,箱体内设有内筒和外筒,外筒与箱体之间设有门封,内筒与驱动装置相连,所述的内筒为无孔内筒,且所述的内筒为筒底处直径小、筒口处直径大的锥形筒,内筒的筒口处向内呈弧形收拢,所述的门封上设有进水导管,进水导管的一端与洗涤水快速加热装置相连,进水导管的另一端穿过门封伸入内筒内,所述的外筒上设有排水口及水压检测装置。由上述技术方案可知,该发明的内筒为无孔内筒,通过设置在门封上的进水导管实现内筒进水,并通过内筒自身的形状在脱水过程中实现排水,这样可以避免在内、外筒之间存水,大幅节约了洗涤用水量。
上述发明提供了一种具有无孔内筒的滚筒洗衣机,解决了内筒与外筒之间存水浪费和内筒与外筒之间积累脏污的问题,但是,由于内筒为无孔内筒,为了实现盛放洗涤水,洗衣机门需要与内筒的筒口之间保持动密封接触,但是动密封接触存在稳定性、有效性较低以及随着时间增长密封性变差等问题。
有鉴于此,如何解决滚筒洗衣机的无孔内筒的筒口密封问题,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种内外筒间无水的滚筒洗衣机,可有效的解决内筒的密封盛水问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种滚筒洗衣机,包括:
机壳,机壳的前面板开设投放口;
外筒,设置在机壳内,外筒的外筒口与投放口相对;
内筒,可转动的设置在外筒内,洗涤时可独立盛放洗涤水;
以及机门,可开闭的安装在前面板的投放口上;
所述的机门包括用于封盖所述投放口的外盖、用于封盖外筒口的外筒盖和以及用于封盖内筒口的内筒盖,所述的外盖与外筒盖固定连接,所述的内筒盖通过转动组件与外盖和/或外筒盖可转动的连接。
进一步地,所述外盖的内壁上设置轴承座,所述的转动组件包括安装在轴承座内的转动轴承以及套装在转动轴承的内圈内的转动轴,所述的轴承座穿过所述外筒盖,所述的转动轴与内筒盖固定连接。
进一步地,所述的轴承座的开口内设置与转动轴保持动密封接触的动密封油封,所述的轴承座的外周壁与外筒盖之间设置密封圈。
进一步地,所述转动轴的端部通过紧固螺钉与内筒盖的中心位置处固定连接,所述紧固螺钉与内筒盖上的紧固孔之间设置螺钉密封圈。
进一步地,所述的内筒口上设置内筒密封件,所述的机门关闭时,内筒盖封盖在内筒口上与内筒密封件保持密封接触,形成可独立盛放洗涤水的盛水腔室。
进一步地,所述的内筒密封件包括套装在内筒口的外周壁上的内筒套装部和延伸至内筒口内与内筒盖的周壁密封接触的内筒密封部;
优选地,所述的内筒套装部通过卡箍套装在内筒口的外周壁上。
进一步地,所述的外筒口上固定安装密封饰板,所述的机门关闭时,外筒盖通过密封机构与密封饰板保持密封接触。
进一步地,所述的密封机构包括设置在外筒的筒口上的外筒密封件,所述的机门关闭时,外筒密封件与外筒盖保持环形密封接触。
进一步地,所述的外筒密封件包括配合部和密封部,所述外筒的筒口外壁上开设环形密封槽,所述的密封饰板通过连接件固定安装在外筒的筒口外壁上,同时挤压配合部进入密封 槽内;所述的机门关闭时,所述的密封部与外筒盖保持环形密封接触。
进一步地,所述的密封机构包括设置在外盖上的弹性密封圈,所述的机门关闭时,弹性密封圈与密封饰板的外表面保持环形密封接触;
优选地,所述弹性密封圈与密封饰板接触的一侧设置磁铁,所述的机门关闭时,磁铁吸附在密封饰板上使得弹性密封圈与密封饰板的外表面保持环形密封接触。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明的机门包括用于封盖所述投放口的外盖、用于封盖外筒口的外筒盖和以及用于封盖内筒口的内筒盖,所述的外盖与外筒盖固定连接,所述的内筒盖通过转动组件与外盖和/或外筒盖可转动的连接,针对洗衣机不同部件的结构特点,通过一体化的机门同时解决投放口、外筒口以及内筒口的密封问题,且内筒盖与内筒口之间固定连接两者同步转动,相对于动密封方式密封效果好,密封稳定性强,密封寿命更长。

如图1至图4所示,本发明提供一种滚筒洗衣机,包括:
机壳2,机壳2的前面板4开设投放口3;
外筒15,设置在机壳2内,外筒15的外筒口与投放口3相对;
内筒14,可转动的设置在外筒15内,洗涤时可独立盛放洗涤水;
以及机门,可开闭的安装在前面板4的投放口3上;
所述的机门包括用于封盖所述投放口的外盖6、用于封盖外筒口的外筒盖7和以及用于封盖内筒口的内筒盖32,所述的外盖6与外筒盖7固定连接,所述的内筒盖32通过转动组件与外盖6和/或外筒盖7可转动的连接。
本实施例的内筒14为筒壁上不开设脱水孔的无孔内筒,洗涤时,内筒14内独立盛放洗涤水,内筒14转动进行衣物洗涤,内筒4内独立盛水,解决了现有洗衣机的洗涤水进入到内筒与外筒之间,随着时间的累积,内筒的外壁和外筒的内壁容易“藏污纳垢”的问题。
现有滚筒洗衣机外筒的作用主要是用于盛水,由于外筒固定不动,一般通过外筒与机体密封连接实现密封。而本实施例的滚筒洗衣机创造性的将内筒14设计成无孔内筒,用于盛放 洗涤水,由于内筒14是水平放置,本实施例需要将内筒14的内筒口进行密封。因此,本实施例的机门包括用于封盖所述投放口的外盖6、用于封盖外筒口的外筒盖7和以及用于封盖内筒口的内筒盖32,所述的外盖6与外筒盖7固定连接,所述的内筒盖32通过转动组件与外盖6和/或外筒盖7可转动的连接,针对洗衣机不同部件的结构特点,通过一体化的机门同时解决投放口、外筒口以及内筒口的密封问题,且内筒盖32与内筒口之间固定连接两者同步转动,相对于动密封方式密封效果好,密封稳定性强,密封寿命更长。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,如图2及图4所示,本实施例所述外盖6的内壁上设置轴承座41,所述的转动组件包括安装在轴承座41内的转动轴承36以及套装在转动轴承36的内圈内的转动轴42,所述的轴承座41穿过所述外筒盖7,所述的转动轴42与内筒盖32固定连接。本实施例通过转动轴承36实现内筒盖32与外盖6、外筒盖7之间的相对转动,结构简单稳定。
进一步地,本实施例的转动轴承36包括外圈37、内圈40、设置在内圈40与外圈37之间的支架38以及设置在支架38上的滚珠39,本实施例的外圈37与轴承座41的安装孔之间过盈配合,本实施例的转动轴42与内圈40之间过盈配合。
进一步地,本实施例所述的轴承座41的开口内设置与转动轴42保持动密封接触的动密封油封44,所述的轴承座41的外周壁与外筒盖7之间设置密封圈45,这样,可以防止内筒14内的水通过连接间隙渗出流进到机门内。
为了实现转动轴42余内筒盖32之间的连接,本实施例所述转动轴42的端部通过紧固螺钉43与内筒盖32的中心位置处固定连接,所述紧固螺钉43与内筒盖32上的紧固孔之间设置螺钉密封圈。
为了解决内筒盖32与内筒口之间的密封连接,本实施例所述的内筒口上设置内筒密封件23,所述的机门关闭时,内筒盖封32盖在内筒口上与内筒密封件23保持密封接触,形成可独立盛放洗涤水的盛水腔室。
进一步地,所述的内筒密封件23包括套装在内筒口的外周壁上的内筒套装部34和延伸至内筒口内与内筒盖32的周壁密封接触的内筒密封部33。优选地,所述的内筒套装部34通过卡箍35套装在内筒口的外周壁上。
为了解决外筒盖7与外筒口之间的密封,本实施例所述的外筒口上固定安装密封饰板21,所述的机门关闭时,外筒盖7通过密封机构与密封饰板21保持密封接触。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机取消了现有窗垫密封连接外筒的筒口的方式,通过设置密封饰板21,在所述的机门关闭时通过密封机构与密封饰板21保持密封接触实现外筒的筒口密封,杜绝了现有滚筒洗衣机窗垫积累脏污的问题。另外,本实施例的密封饰板21可以阻挡外筒的筒口处的结构,使得外筒的筒口处更加整洁美观,提升用户的使用体验。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的密封机构包括设置在外筒的筒口上的外筒密封件22,所述的机门关闭时,外筒密封件22与外筒盖7保持环形密封接触。本实施例采用外筒密封件22直接与外筒盖7的内壁面保持环形密封接触实现机门对于外筒的筒口密封,外筒密封件22的结构更加的简单,相对于窗垫不易积累脏污,且通过机门关闭时与外筒的筒口处挤压增加密封效果。
进一步地,所述的外筒密封件22包括配合部28和密封部27,所述外筒的筒口外壁上开设环形密封槽29,所述的密封饰板21通过连接件30固定安装在外筒15的筒口外壁上,同时挤压配合部28进入密封槽29内;所述的机门关闭时,所述的密封部27与外筒盖7保持环形密封接触。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机在进行密封饰板21安装的同时,挤压外筒密封件22的配合部28进入密封槽29内,实现外筒密封件22的安装,装配方式简单可靠。本实施例的密封槽29设置在密封饰板21背部所对应的外筒15的筒口边缘上,所述的配合部28为环形弹性体,环形弹性体在密封饰板21安装的同时受挤压进入密封槽29内。
进一步地,本实施例所述密封饰板21上具有沉槽31,沉槽31内开设安装孔,所述的连接件30穿过安装孔固定在沉槽31内;所述的外筒密封件22包括延伸至沉槽31内用于阻挡所述连接件30的阻挡部24。本实施例的阻挡部24在连接件30安装完成后恢复弹性形变,对连接件30及沉槽31进行遮挡,实现无连接件视觉感,增加其美观性。
优选地,本实施例所述的连接件30可采用紧固螺钉。
进一步地,本实施例所述密封饰板21的边缘具有翻边26,所述的沉槽31位于翻边26的内侧,所述的外筒密封件22包括套装部25,套装部25内部具有套装在翻边26上的敞口凹槽,敞口凹槽的一侧槽壁水平延伸形成阻挡部24,敞口凹槽的另一侧槽壁延伸分别形成配合部28和密封部27。本实施例密封饰板21的边缘具有翻边26可以增加密封饰板21的整体强度,避免外筒15震动时发生形变,同时将外筒密封件套住翻边26,避免用户接触到翻边26可能会造成损伤,同时增加了密封饰板21的整体美观性。
由上述可知,本实施例的滚筒洗衣机取消了窗垫,通过在外筒的筒口处安装密封饰板实现外筒密封件22的安装,外筒密封件22在机门关闭时与外筒盖7保持密封接触,实现了外筒盖7对外筒的筒口密封。同时,本实施例的滚筒洗衣机还需要进一步增加外盖6与密封饰板21之间的密封,增加密封的效果,具体地,如图2所示,本实施例所述的密封机构包括设置在外盖6上的弹性密封圈46,所述的机门关闭时,弹性密封圈46与密封饰板21的外表面保持环形密封接触。
进一步地,所述的弹性密封圈46包括密封本体,密封本体具有中空的弹性形变腔室。这样,在机门关闭时通过挤压密封本体进行弹性形变保持密封接触。优选地,本实施例的密封本体具有相互隔开的多个弹性形变腔室,增加弹性形变的范围,确保密封效果。
本实施例所述的弹性密封圈46包括与密封本体一体成型的卡扣,所述的外盖6上具有卡槽,所述的卡扣卡接在卡槽内,实现了弹性密封圈46安装在外盖6上。
进一步地,本实施例所述弹性密封圈46与密封饰板21接触的一侧设置磁铁,所述的机门关闭时,磁铁吸附在密封饰板21上使得弹性密封圈46与密封饰板21的外表面保持环形密封接触。本实施例的密封饰板21采用金属材料制作,本实施例的弹性密封圈46上设置磁铁,机门关闭后磁铁吸附密封饰板21保持关门状态,同时增加机门与弹性密封圈46之间的密封效果。
本实施例的外筒盖7通过外筒密封件22与外筒15的筒口保持密封接触进行密封,外盖6通过弹性密封圈46与密封饰板21之间保持密封接触进行密封,这样,在机门进行关闭时,在外筒15的筒口与外筒盖7之间、密封饰板21与外盖6之间形成由内向外的至少两道密封,确保了机门对于外筒15的筒口的密封效果,避免漏水。
如图2所示,本实施例的外盖6可转动的安装在机壳2的前面板4上,位于投放口3一侧的前面板上通过转轴座螺钉11固定安装转轴座10,所述外盖6的一侧安装转轴9,所述的转轴9可转动的安装在转轴座10上,从而实现外盖6可转动的安装在前面板4上。
本实施例位于投放口3与转轴座10相对的一侧的前面板上通过锁座螺钉18固定安装锁座19,所述外盖6上与转轴9相对一侧安装锁钩。
本实施例的弹性密封圈46对应转轴9、锁钩设置,这样,在外盖6关闭锁定后可以更好的作用在弹性密封圈46进行接触密封。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,本实施例的外筒15的筒口安装外筒前配重环20,所述 的密封饰板21阻挡所述外筒前配重环20。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机的机壳2包括:上台面板,前面板4,后背板和底板,底板上安装固定了底脚5,用于支撑整个洗衣机,前面板4上部设置控制板1以及洗涤剂投放盒8。
本实施例滚筒洗衣机的机壳内部具有外筒15,外筒15内同轴设置了内筒14。外筒主要目的为了收集内筒14的排水及内筒14高速离心的排水。内筒14旋转,优选的是设置了提升筋13,不断的提升跌落摔打衣物,以便洗净衣物。内筒14是无孔结构的。
外筒15具有中心安装孔,安装固定了轴承结构,与内筒14紧固连接的驱动轴16穿过所示轴承,所述驱动轴16连接驱动电机17,所述驱动轴16具有中空的进水孔道12,所述进水管与进水孔道12之间设计了动密封。
本实施例图例的驱动电机17采用直驱电机为例说明,类似的也具有轴中心进水的结构,不再图例。
本实施例滚筒洗衣机的无孔内筒具有锥度,且离心阀设置在锥度最大处。在锥形面的离心水在离心力作用下,会沿着锥度边向离心阀运动、汇聚。该结构可以有效实现无孔内筒的高效脱水性和离心排水性。
本实施例的离心阀在一定转速可以打开,转速为N,如100转/分钟。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机在洗涤或者漂洗完成后,开始排水脱水。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机的排水过程:
在偏心量M1以下的情况下,驱动电机驱动内筒运转至第一转速并维持一定时间t1,其转速为N1,N1>N。
如N为110-400转/分钟,优选的是170±50转/分钟,更为选优的在150±20转/分钟。
t1范围在0.1-5分钟之间,优选的是在1-2分钟。
此时可以将内筒中大部分的水排出内筒,且有效带水分布负载,有效实现均与分布负载,实现降低偏心,降低后续高速脱水的振动。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机的脱水过程:
在转速逐步升高至额定脱水转速(如1400转/分钟),离心阀在离心力作用下打开,衣物中含有的水被离心脱出,经离心排出,实现离心排水。

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机壳,机壳的前面板开设投放口;
    外筒,设置在机壳内,外筒的外筒口与投放口相对;
    内筒,可转动的设置在外筒内,洗涤时可独立盛放洗涤水;
    以及机门,可开闭的安装在前面板的投放口上;
    所述的机门包括用于封盖所述投放口的外盖、用于封盖外筒口的外筒盖和以及用于封盖内筒口的内筒盖,所述的外盖与外筒盖固定连接,所述的内筒盖通过转动组件与外盖和/或外筒盖可转动的连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外盖的内壁上设置轴承座,所述的转动组件包括安装在轴承座内的转动轴承以及套装在转动轴承的内圈内的转动轴,所述的轴承座穿过所述外筒盖,所述的转动轴与内筒盖固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的轴承座的开口内设置与转动轴保持动密封接触的动密封油封,所述的轴承座的外周壁与外筒盖之间设置密封圈。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述转动轴的端部通过紧固螺钉与内筒盖的中心位置处固定连接,所述紧固螺钉与内筒盖上的紧固孔之间设置螺钉密封圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的内筒口上设置内筒密封件,所述的机门关闭时,内筒盖封盖在内筒口上与内筒密封件保持密封接触,形成可独立盛放洗涤水的盛水腔室。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的内筒密封件包括套装在内筒口的外周壁上的内筒套装部和延伸至内筒口内与内筒盖的周壁密封接触的内筒密封部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的内筒套装部通过卡箍套装在内筒口的外周壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的外筒口上固定安装密封饰板,所述的机门关闭时,外筒盖通过密封机构与密封饰板保持密封接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的密封机构包括设置在外筒的筒口上的外筒密封件,所述的机门关闭时,外筒密封件与外筒盖保持环形密封接触。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的外筒密封件包括配合部和 密封部,所述外筒的筒口外壁上开设环形密封槽,所述的密封饰板通过连接件固定安装在外筒的筒口外壁上,同时挤压配合部进入密封槽内;所述的机门关闭时,所述的密封部与外筒盖保持环形密封接触。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的密封机构包括设置在外盖上的弹性密封圈,所述的机门关闭时,弹性密封圈与密封饰板的外表面保持环形密封接触。
