具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作具体的介绍。
参照图1和图2,本申请提供一种管道清洁机100,包括把手110、滚筒120、线缆130以及电机140,把手110供用户握持,滚筒120与把手110连接,且能相对把手110转动。线缆130设置于滚筒120内,电机140能驱动滚筒120和线缆130转动。电机140包括能绕第一轴线101转动的电机轴141,电机轴141和滚筒120固定连接,从而电机140带动滚筒120转动。线缆130被设置盘绕在滚筒120内,且被滚筒120支撑,线缆130能随着滚筒120转动。该管道清洁机100还包括送线组件150,用于进给线缆130,送线组件150设置于滚筒120的前端121,线缆130从滚筒120内伸入到送线组件150内,且能从送线组件150向前侧伸出,并从送线组件150向滚筒120内部回缩。
线缆130由弹性材料制作,从而线缆130能围绕在滚筒120内,且可在待清洁的管道内弯曲。线缆130可以是由弹簧钢丝制作,其前部设有钻头,用于清理管道内的杂物。线缆130的后端盘绕在滚筒120内,在送线组件150进给线缆130时,部分盘绕在滚筒120内的线缆130相对脱开被向前送出,在使用完毕该管道清洁机100时,用户通过操作电机140反转带动线缆130回到滚筒120内,线缆130再次盘绕在管道内。可选的,线缆130前部设有附件连接装置,用于安装其它附件如刀片、钳件。
送线组件150包括辅助把手110,以及在辅助把手110内形成的送给通道151,送给通道151轴向支撑线缆130,线缆130能在送给通道151内沿着第一轴线101的方向向前伸出和回缩,线缆130基本沿着第一轴线101在送给通道151内延伸。送线组件150还包括定滚轮152、动滚轮153以及操作件154,操作件154与动滚轮153连接,并能使得动滚轮153在远离或趋向第一轴线101的方向运动。定滚轮152设有两个,其在辅助把手110内的相对位置固定。操作件154能将动滚轮153移动到第一位置和第二位置,在动滚轮153位于第一位置时,动滚轮153相对远离第一轴线101,此时动滚轮153和线缆130不接触。在动滚轮153被移动到第二位置时,动滚轮153相对靠近第一轴线101,此时动滚轮153和线缆130接触,且动滚轮153和定滚轮152配合夹持线缆130。动滚轮153、定滚轮152相对于第一轴线101倾斜,由于线缆130为螺旋状,旋转的线缆130相对动滚轮153和定滚轮152转动,从而滚轮能将线缆130从送给通道151中送出或收回。可选的,操作件154可以是设置于辅助把手110上的扳机,在用户按压扳机使得动滚轮153位于第二位置时,扳机向辅助把手110内部内陷,使得扳机表面基本能和辅助把手110的表面对齐或两者间距在5mm之内。
滚筒120包括暴露于空气的露出部分,露出部分的表面积与滚筒120的总表面积的比值大于或等于40%且小于或等于100%。可选的,所述滚筒包括暴露于空气的露出部分,所述露出部分的表面积与所述滚筒的总表面积的比值大于 或等于20%且小于或等于100%。
参照图2和图3,可滚筒120包括靠近送线组件150的前端121、靠近把手110的后端123以及位于前端121和后端123之间的中部122。滚筒120内部生产容纳腔125,用于储存盘绕的线缆130。滚筒120还生成安装腔124,安装腔124生成于滚筒120的后部。在第一轴线101的径向方向上,安装腔124和容纳腔125的投影部分重叠。可选的,在第一轴线101的径向方向上,安装腔124的投影位于和容纳腔125的投影内,至少部分电机140被置入安装腔124内。安装腔124形成于滚筒120的中后部,滚筒120具有形成安装腔124的内壁。可选的,安装腔124是以第一轴线101为轴的回转体。安装腔124可以是柱体或圆台体。线缆130围绕在内壁周侧,从而至少部分电机140位于线缆130围成的空间内。部分电机140在第一轴线101的方向上,位于滚筒120的后端123的前方,从而滚筒120的后端123在第一轴线101径向方向的投影与电机140在该方向上的投影重叠。
管道清洁机100还包括传动机构160,传动机构160连接电机140和线缆130,传动机构160可以是行星齿轮组,用于对滚筒120减速。传动机构160与电机轴141连接,能被电机轴141驱动转动。传动机构160的输出端设有输出轴,输出轴和滚筒120固定连接,连接的方式可以是通过螺钉连接。电机140转动时,通过传动机构160带动滚筒120减速转动,滚筒120带动线缆130同步转动。传动机构160被设置在安装腔124内,进一步减小管道清洁机100的整机尺寸。
滚筒120包括暴露于空气的露出部分,从而滚筒120露出部分的表面积与滚筒120的总表面积的比值大于或等于40%且小于或等于100%,例如滚筒120露出部分的表面积与滚筒120的总表面积的比值大于或等于65%且小于或等于100%。部分滚筒120外侧不设有罩壳,使得管道清洁机100整机尺寸较小,以减轻其重量,使得管道清洁机100便于工作。可选的,至少部分的滚筒120的前端121和至少部分中部122暴露于空气中,即滚筒120的前端121和至少部分中部122外侧没有设置罩壳,仅在靠近把手110的后端123设置防护罩。
管道清洁机100还包括电机壳体142,电机壳体142包装并支撑电机140,电机140可在电机壳体142内部转动。电机壳体142和把手110固定连接,可选的,电机壳体142和把手110通过螺钉件固定连接,或是电机壳体142与把手110一体成型地模制而成。至少部分电机壳体142位于安装腔124内,电机壳体142的前部的形状和安装腔124的形状匹配。管道清洁机100还包括支撑件170a,设置于安装腔124内,且设置于电机壳体142的周向上。支撑件170a能接触滚筒120的内壁并支撑滚筒120。支撑件170a包括连接轴173和套接于 连接轴173的支撑轴承174,支撑轴承174能绕连接轴173转动,支撑轴承174和滚筒120的内壁直接或间接接触。通过支撑轴承174,滚筒120能相对电机壳体142转动,且能被电机壳体142支撑。支撑件170a和设置在输出轴上的螺钉配合共同支撑滚筒120,使得滚筒120能相对把手110和电机壳体142转动,但是在第一轴线101的轴向方向上与把手110位置相对固定。可选的,支撑件170a设有四个,均匀地分布在电机壳体142的周向上,以使得电机壳体142稳定支撑滚筒120。
参照图4,可选的,支撑件170a被设置在滚筒120后方。支撑件170a包括第一支撑件171和第二支撑件172,第一支撑件171设置于滚筒120的后端123,第二支撑件172设置于把手110或者电机壳体142内,第一支撑件171和第二支撑件172能相对转动。第一支撑件171和第二支撑件172为接触的环形凸筋或环形槽,从而第一支撑件171能嵌入第二支撑件172内,或第二支撑件172嵌入第一支撑件171,使得第一支撑件171能相对第二支撑件172转动。可选的,第一支撑件171为环形凹槽,第二支撑件172为环形凸筋,第二支撑件172被设置嵌入第一支撑件171,连接方式简单的同时,可以缩短管道清洁机100的整机长度。
管道清理装置还包括支座,设置于滚筒120下方,支座可以支撑管道清洁机100整机,使得管道清洁机100可以平稳的放在平面上。由于上述的管道清洁机100的整机设置,使得管道清洁机100的重心合理,管道清洁机100的重心向下的投影位于支架和滚筒120向下投影的重叠区域,使得整机可以通过支座稳定的站立在平面上。可选的,所述管道清理装置的重心向下的投影位于所述滚筒120向下的投影的中后部,从而减低用户使用管道清洁机100的疲劳感。支座一侧或把手下方设有电源结合部,可以连接电源组件或者形成电源线,当连接电源组件时,电源组件具有一个和支座底部平行的平面,该平面与支座底部共同构成放置整机的平面。
可选的,参照图5和图6,操作件154a为套接在辅助把手110上的环形件,操作件154a相对辅助把手110可以转动,操作件154a内设有凸起结构,在操作件154a相对辅助把手110转动到某一位置时,凸起结构能推动动滚轮153向第一轴线101靠近,从而使得动滚轮153移动到第二位置。可选的,辅助把手110上还设有锁定件190和锁定销191,锁定件190能带动锁定销191与滚筒120啮合和脱开,在锁定销191和滚筒120啮合时,滚筒120和辅助把手110能同步转动。在使用管道清洁机100时,将动滚轮153移动到第一位置,线缆130不会被送出,从而线缆130伸出辅助把手110的长度不变,通过锁定销191使得滚筒120和辅助把手110同步转动,防止线缆130过度弯扭,使得线缆130缠绕不能正常工作。可选的,管道清洁机100包括套筒,套筒套接在辅助把手外 侧,套筒相对辅助把手能转动,套筒供用户握持,此时辅助把手能相对套筒旋转。可选的,套筒和操作件154a为同一个环形件。
如图6所示,管道清洁机100高度记为H,该高度为滚筒顶端到支座或电源组件底端之间的垂直距离,H大于或等于200mm小于或等于350mm,尤其可以为大于或等于220mm小于或等于300mm。如图7所示,管道清洁机100宽度记为L1,由于整机中宽度占比较大的为滚筒120,且本实施例的滚筒120直接暴露在工作环境中,则在本实施例中,该宽度也可以认为是滚筒120直径。本实施例中L1大于或等于180mm小于或等于250mm,尤其可以为大于或等于190mm小于或等于230mm。管道清洁机100长度记为L2,该长度(不含线缆)为由送线组件150的远端到把手110或电源组件的远端之间的垂直距离,L2大于或等于430mm小于或等于550mm,尤其可以为大于或等于440mm小于或等于530mm。
如图8所示的管道清洁机100的另一实施例,送线组件150与滚筒120的连接处设有套筒轴承180。在上一实施例中,该处结构与套筒一体成型,形成一种具有凸边的筒形结构。在本实施例中,套筒轴承180一端与滚筒120端部连接,或套设在滚筒120端部外,另一端形成凸边与送线组件150连接,或者送线组件150套设在该另一端的外侧。套筒轴承180可给相对运动的滚筒120和送线组件150提供支撑,减小二者之间直接接触带来的摩擦。在本实施例中,支撑件可以与滚筒120壳体一体成型。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种管道清洁机,包括:
    把手,供握持;
    滚筒,与所述把手连接,且能相对所述把手转动;
    线缆,设置于所述滚筒内;
    电机,驱动所述线缆转动,所述电机包括沿着第一轴线延伸的电机轴;
    送线组件,用于进给所述线缆;
    所述滚筒包括暴露于空气的露出部分,所述露出部分的表面积与所述滚筒的总表面积的比值大于或等于40%且小于或等于100%。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述滚筒包括靠近所述送线组件的前端和靠近所述把手的后端,在所述第一轴线的径向方向上,所述电机的投影和所述滚筒的投影至少部分重叠。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述滚筒的后部生成安装腔,至少部分所述电机被置入所述安装腔内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的管道清洁机,还包括:
    传动机构,连接所述电机和所述线缆;
    所述传动机构被设置在所述安装腔内。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述管道清洁机宽度大于或等于180mm小于或等于250mm,所述管道清洁机长度大于或等于430mm小于或等于550mm。
  6. 一种管道清洁机,包括:
    把手,供握持;
    滚筒,与所述把手连接,且能相对所述把手转动;
    线缆,设置于所述滚筒内;
    电机,驱动所述线缆转动,所述电机包括沿着第一轴线延伸的电机轴;
    送线组件,用于进给所述线缆;
    所述滚筒包括靠近所述送线组件的前端、靠近所述把手的后端以及位于所述前端和后端之间的中部,所述滚筒的前端和至少部分所述中部暴露于空气中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    在所述第一轴线的径向方向上,至少所述电机的投影和所述滚筒的投影重叠。
  8. 一种管道清洁机,包括:
    把手,供握持;
    滚筒,与所述把手连接,且能相对所述把手转动;
    线缆,设置于所述滚筒内;
    电机,驱动所述线缆转动,所述电机包括沿着第一轴线延伸的电机轴;
    电机壳体,与所述把手连接,且包围所述电机;
    送线组件,用于支撑并进给所述线缆;
    所述滚筒生成安装腔,至少部分所述电机壳体位于所述安装腔内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的管道清洁机,还包括:
    支撑件,设置于所述安装腔内,且设置于所述电机壳体的周向上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述支撑件包括连接轴和套接于所述连接轴的支撑轴承,所述支撑轴承能绕所述连接轴转动,所述支撑轴承和所述滚筒的内壁直接或间接接触。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的管道清洁机,还包括:
    支撑件,所述支撑件包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第一支撑件设置于所述滚筒的后端,所述第二支撑件设置于所述把手或者所述电机壳体内,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件能相对转动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件为接触的环形凸筋或环形槽。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述管道清理装置还包括支座,设置于所述滚筒下方,
    所述管道清洁机的重心向下的投影位于所述支座和所述滚筒向下投影的重叠区域。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述管道清理装置的重心向下的投影位于所述滚筒向下的投影的中后部。
  15. 如权利要求8所述的管道清洁机,其中,
    所述支撑件与所述滚筒一体成型。
