在发明内容部分中引入了一系列简化形式的概念,这将在具体实施方式部分中进一步详细说明。本公开的发明内容部分并不意味着要试图限定出所要求保护的技术方案的关键特征和必要技术特征,更不意味着试图确定所要求保护的技术方案的保护范围。
如图1至图4所示,根据本公开的实施例,提供了一种清洁设备,包括本体1和连接部3,本体1或连接部3上设有用于吸附于待吸附表面的吸附件2。
在本实施例中,清洁设备可为手持式清洁设备,如床刷、毛刷或缝隙刷等。如图1至图6所示,本体1包括刷头,或包括刷头和延长杆的杆体,刷头可以包括刷体,也可以包括滚刷,对于包括滚刷的刷头,该刷头还可以包括与滚刷可拆卸连接的尘盒、及与滚刷电连接的驱动部,滚刷与待清洁表面相接触,驱动部驱动滚刷滚动,从而可将待清洁表面的物体清扫到尘盒内,进而便于脏污的收集处理。另外,滚刷和刷体的材质不限,可以为棉线布料、纤维布料等等。
当然,刷头也可采用其他具有清洁功能的结构,本申请不做严格限定。在具体应用中,对于清洁面较低的情况,用户可直接使用清洁设备的不包括杆体的本体1来进行清洁,例如使用床刷进行床上清洁作业;对于清洁面较高的情况,用户可直接使用清洁设备的包括杆体的本体1 来进行清洁,例如使用墙刷进行屋顶的清洁作业。
以上描述的清洁设备可以从更宽泛的含义理解为包括了各种类型刷头的清洁器具,例如床刷为带有滚刷及滚刷驱动电机的刷头,通过连接部3直接或间接连接至清洁器具的主机,清洁器具主机上包括有尘桶、尘袋或分离装置部分或全部置于尘桶内部、风机、过滤器组件、电池组件、控制板等,通过将刷头与主机连接,主机上的电池组件为滚刷驱动电机供电,并且沿着从刷头上的进尘口到清洁器具主机上的出风口形成的气流通路来实现清洁表面的清洁。而对于例如毛刷、缝隙刷等没有设置滚刷的刷头,则直接通过类似的气流通路将清洁表面的灰尘进行抽吸清洁。
如图3和图4所示,清洁设备的连接部3为与主体1相连的连接件,具体地,连接部3可为具有可拆卸连接功能的连接构件,通过连接部3与主体1的组合连接,可实现较高清洁面的清洁作业,例如屋顶的缝隙清洁等。
吸附件2为具有吸附功能的部件,例如磁体或者电磁体等;吸附件2的形状可为任意形状,不做严格限定。待吸附表面为能够被吸附件2所吸附的表面,例如,家用电器的外周壁或者存放装置的支撑部的外表面等。
在实际应用中,在清洁设备使用完毕后,用户可通过清洁设备的吸附件2将清洁设备吸附固定在就近的家用电器(如冰箱的)上或者吸附固定在存放装置上,无需倚靠墙角或墙体进行放置,便于用户存放手持清洁设备,并且不易倾倒,稳定性好。
在通过吸附件2实现清洁设备的吸附固定时,为了实现清洁设备吸附固定的稳固性,吸附件2的表面为上部凸出的斜面,相应的,待吸附表面为下部凸出的斜面,如此不仅能够增大吸附件2与待吸附表面之间的接触面积,同时能够增大吸附件2与待吸附表面之间的摩擦力,从而增大吸附件2在待吸附表面上的吸附强度。
进一步地,吸附件2的表面呈凹凸结构,相应的,待吸附表面为与吸附件2的表面匹配的凹凸结构,如此能够增大吸附件2与待吸附表面之间的接触面积。
其中,吸附件2的表面的凹陷部分和凸起部分均呈条状结构,此时凹陷部分和凸起部分可沿水平方向排布,也可沿竖直方向排布;当然凹陷部分和凸起部分均呈块状结构,此时凹陷部分和凸起部分呈网格状排布。
当凸起部分呈条状结构,凸起部分的横截面呈矩形,且凸起部分和凹陷部分沿竖直方向排布时,或者凸起部分呈块状结构,凸起部分的横截面呈矩形时,待吸附表面还能够对吸附件2形成支撑,保证清洁设备固定的稳固性。当凸起部分呈条状结构,凸起部分的横截面呈半圆形时,或者凸起部分呈块状结构,凸起部分呈圆锥形时,吸附件2能够更便捷的吸附固定在待吸附表面,从而提高清洁设备固定的高效性。
进一步地,吸附件2突出于安装面的外表面,或者低于安装面的外表面,或者与安装面的外表面平齐。
其中,当吸附件2安装在本体上时,本体1的外表面为安装面;当吸附件2安装在连接部3上时,连接部3的外表面为安装面。
吸附件2可采用多种设置方式:一种方式为吸附件2突出于安装面的外表面,这样可使吸附件2的吸附面与待吸附表面相贴合,从而提高吸附效果。另一种方式为吸附件2低于安装面的外表面,这样若安装面为本体1的清洁面,则可在用户使用清洁设备时,避免吸附件2的吸附面对清洁作业产生阻碍和干涉。再一种方式为吸附件2与安装面的外表面平齐,这样既可使吸附件2与待吸附表面相贴合,从而提高吸附效果,又能在用户使用清洁设备时,避免吸附件2对清洁作业产生阻碍和干涉。当然在一些情况下,在制造工艺允许的条件下,吸附件2可埋设于清洁设备内部的任意位置,即吸附件从外表面不可见,清洁设备整体外表面为相同的材质,这样可以在不影响美观的情况下实现以上功能,即吸附件2位于本体或连接部内部,或贯穿本体或连接部,示例性地:吸附件2位于本体1的内腔、吸附件2位于连接部3的内腔、吸附件2贯穿本体1的壳壁且伸入本体1的内腔、吸附件2贯穿连接部3的壳壁且伸入连接部3的内腔。
针对不同厚度的吸附件2,可采用不同的固定形式,在吸附件2较薄的情况下,吸附件2位于本体1或连接部3的内部;在吸附件2较厚 的情况下,吸附件2可贯穿本体1或连接部3,从而提高本体1或连接部3与吸附件2的适配度。
在具体实现中,吸附件2为磁性件,磁性件通过镶嵌或注塑的方式安装在本体1或连接部3上。吸附件2可采用耐热程度不同的磁性件,磁性件可采用具有磁性的材料制成,如铁氧体、钕铁硼等,现针对不同的耐热程度的磁性件进行详细阐述。
在一种方式中,吸附件2为最高耐热温度为80℃-120℃的磁性件,磁性件通过镶嵌的方式安装在本体1上。
最高耐热温度为80℃-120℃的磁性件可为由铁氧体制成的磁性件。镶嵌的方式具体为在本体1上设置有与磁性件相适配的卡槽,然后将磁性件固定在卡槽内;采用镶嵌的方式安装磁性件,工艺简单,易操作。
在另一方式中,吸附件2为最高耐热温度为250℃以上的磁性件,磁性件通过注塑的方式安装在本体1上。
最高耐热温度为250℃以上的磁性件可为钐钴材料制成的磁性件。注塑的方式具体为在一定温度下,通过螺杆搅拌完全熔融塑料材料,用高压射入放置有磁性件的模腔内,经冷却固化后,磁性件就可固定在本体1上。采用注塑的方式安装磁性件,可增加磁性件安装的稳固性。
进一步地,针对不同的清洁设备,清洁设备的本体1的结构不同,从而吸附件2具有不同的固定位置。
具体地,吸附件2可采用不同的安装位置。第一种安装位置为吸附件2位于清洁设备的质量中心映射到本体1或连接部3外表面的位置。
在一些实施方式中,可根据清洁设备固定时朝向待吸附面的一侧所在的面确定吸附件2安装位置的映射方向。
质量中心指清洁设备的整个质量集中所在的点。将吸附件2设置在清洁设备的质量中心映射到本体1或连接部3外表面的位置,从而在清洁设备通过吸附件2吸附固定时,能够防止清洁设备的倾倒,保证清洁设备吸附固定的稳定性。
示例性的,如图1和图2所示,床刷包括刷头(本体1)及与刷头连接的握持部;握持部相对于刷头倾斜设置,这样该清洁设备的质量中心映射到本体1外表面的位置被确定在刷头的底面,则吸附件2安装在 刷头的底面。也即是对于如图1和图2所示的床刷,本体1的底面用于朝向待吸附面,此时可将过床刷的质量中心且与本体1的底面垂直的方向确定为映射方向,进而在本体1的底面确定吸附件的安装位置。
第二种安装位置为本体1和连接部3具有对称面,对称面穿过吸附件2。也即是,本体1和连接部3均具有对称面,吸附件2的投影与对称的两个面均存在重合部分。
吸附件2可安装在本体1上,并且本体1的对称面穿过吸附件2;也可安装在连接部3上,并且连接部3的对称面穿过吸附件2。
在一种实现方式中,如图5和图6所示,以主体1为延长杆的杆体为例,吸附件2安装在延长杆的杆体上,且延长杆的对称面穿过吸附件2,在清洁设备通过吸附件2吸附固定时,使吸附件2受力均匀,能够防止清洁设备的倾倒,保证清洁设备吸附固定的稳定性。另外,在使用完毕后,用户可直接通过延长杆上的吸附件2进行吸附固定,无需将延长杆拆卸存放,进一步方便用户对清洁设备的存放。可选地,吸附件2位于延长杆杆体的顶端,从而将延长杆杆体的顶端作为吸附固定的连接处,提高延长杆的吸附固定的稳定性。
在另一种实现方式中,如图3和图4所示,以连接部3为毛刷或缝隙刷的连接结构,吸附件2安装连接结构上,且连接结构的对称面穿过吸附件2,在清洁设备通过吸附件2吸附固定时,使吸附件2受力均匀,能够防止清洁设备的倾倒,保证清洁设备吸附固定的稳定性。
上述的清洁器具电池组件包括充电电池、与充电电池连接的第一充电电路、设置在器具上的第一充电电极。在一些可能的实施方式中,第一充电电路包括充电控制电路、充电温度检测电路、充电电压检测电路。在一些可能的实施方式中,第一充电电极为条状,共有两条充电电极。
需要说明的是,清洁设备还可以包括图1至图4未示出的其他模块或组件,或者,可以仅包括上述部分模块或组件,本公开的实施例对此不作限定。
如图7和图8所示,根据本公开的实施例,还提供了一种用于清洁设备的存放装置,包括待吸附表面,待吸附表面能够与上述的清洁设备的吸附件吸附,以使清洁设备固定在待吸附表面上。
该存放装置可以包括底座5及与底座5连接的支撑部4,待吸附表面位于支撑部4的外表面上,从而能够使能够被上述的清洁设备的吸附件2吸附,以使清洁设备固定在支撑部4上。另外,待吸附表面可以覆盖于支撑部4的全部外表面,或者一部分,本申请不做严格限定。
待吸附表面可以有能够被吸附件2吸引的材料所形成,例如,若吸附件2为N极磁体,则待吸附表面可采用S极磁体来制作;或者能够被磁体吸引的金属,如铁等,从而使吸附件2能够吸附在待吸附表面上,从而使该存放装置能够存放上述任意结构的清洁设备。
本实施例提供的用于清洁设备的存放装置,在清洁设备使用完毕后,利用待吸附表面及清洁设备被的吸附件2之间所产生的吸附力,从而使清洁设备吸附固定在支撑部3上,无需倚靠墙角或墙体进行放置,便于用户存放手持清洁设备,并且不易倾倒,稳定性好。
进一步地,存放装置还设有充电组件。
充电组件包括第二充电电极及与第二充电电极相连接的第二充电电路,第二充电电极与清洁器具的第一充电电极相适配;第一充电电极与第二充电电极电连接时,以通过第一充电电路及第二充电电路对清洁设备的电池充电。其中,第二充电电路也包括充电控制电路、充电温度检测电路、充电电压检测电路。
利用存放装置的充电组件,可在清洁设备存放的过程中,对清洁设备进行充电,从而省去了清洁设备的充电时间,增加清洁设备的使用率。
在一些应用方式中,存放装置还可配备用于清理清洁器具尘桶中已存垃圾的集尘装置,例如当清洁器具存放于存放装置后,用户手动或自动触发集尘装置工作,示例性地,触发使得尘桶盖被打开,尘桶中已存的垃圾在重力或其他驱动力的作用下倾倒入集尘装置中。并且,该集尘装置还可配备垃圾收集袋及收集袋压缩打包装置,从而实现集尘过程的全自动化。
根据本公开的实施例,还提供了一种清洁系统,清洁系统包括上述的清洁设备,以及上述的用于清洁设备的存放装置。
需要说明的是,本实施例中所涉及的清洁设备和存放装置可采用上述实施例中的清洁设备和存放装置,具体的实现和工作原理可参见上述 实施例中相应的内容,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提供了一种清清洁系统,在清洁设备使用完毕后,通过清洁设备吸附件2及存放装置的支撑杆之间的吸引力,可将清洁设备吸附固定在存放装置上,无需倚靠墙角或墙体进行放置,便于用户存放手持清洁设备。而当用户需要使用时,只需手动将存放装置上存放的清洁设备拉离存放装置即可,该拉离的过程即作用力大于吸附力即能实现。
本实用新型已经通过上述实施例进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施例只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本实用新型限制于所描述的实施例范围内。此外本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本实用新型并不局限于上述实施例,根据本实用新型的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本实用新型所要求保护的范围以内。本实用新型的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清洁设备,其中,包括本体和连接部,所述本体或所述连接部上设有用于吸附于待吸附表面的吸附件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其中,所述吸附件突出于安装面的外表面,或者低于安装面的外表面,或者与安装面的外表面平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其中,所述吸附件位于所述本体或连接部内部,或贯穿所述本体或连接部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其中,所述吸附件为磁性件,所述磁性件通过镶嵌或注塑的方式安装在所述本体或连接部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备,其中,所述吸附件位于所述清洁设备的质量中心映射到所述本体或连接部外表面的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备,其中,所述本体和连接部具有对称面,所述对称面穿过所述吸附件。
  7. 一种用于清洁设备的存放装置,其中,包括待吸附表面,所述待吸附表面能够与如权利要求1-6任一项所述的清洁设备的吸附件吸附,以使所述清洁设备固定在所述待吸附表面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于清洁设备的存放装置,其中,所述存放装置还设有充电组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于清洁设备的存放装置,其中,所述充电组件包括第一充电电极及与所述第一充电电极相连接的充电电路,所述第一充电电极与设置在所述清洁设备的本体上的第二充电电极相适配。
  10. 一种清洁系统,其中,所述清洁系统包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的清洁设备,以及如权利要求7-9任一项所述的用于清洁设备的存放装置。
