1 Una máquina para elaborar bebidas en base a castaña y otros frutos secos similares caracterizada porque comprende: un componente de corte (1 ) con cuchillas para el corte del fruto en trozos; una tolva de ablandamiento y desinfección (2) con una primera resistencia eléctrica (3) adecuada para recepcionar el fruto en trozos; una tubería para el ingreso de agua (4) en conexión con la tolva; un recipiente de centrifugado (5) que incluye un ducto superior (6) con una compuerta (8) en su extremo superior en conexión con la tolva, otra compuerta en la parte inferior (9) y una zona inferior (7) que en la base (10) tiene cuchillas, y en los laterales (11 ) tienen cuchillas y orificios por donde se separa el líquido de los residuos sólidos del fruto; una cámara de cocción (12) con una segunda resistencia eléctrica (13) para el calentamiento o cocción del líquido; una zona de succión (14) con bomba conectada con la cámara de cocción para extraer el líquido procesado y llevarlo hasta su disposición final; y un panel de control (15) con microprocesador conectado a al menos un motor (16) que genera un movimiento en el recipiente de centrifugado, en el componente de corte, activa la bomba de la zona de succión, prende la primera y segunda resistencia eléctrica, y es adecuado para controlar las compuertas. 1 A machine for making beverages based on chestnuts and other similar nuts characterized in that it comprises: a cutting component (1) with blades for cutting the fruit into pieces; a softening and disinfection hopper (2) with a first electrical resistance (3) suitable for receiving the fruit in pieces; a pipe for the entrance of water (4) in connection with the hopper; a centrifuge container (5) that includes an upper duct (6) with a gate (8) at its upper end in connection with the hopper, another gate at the bottom (9) and a lower area (7) that in the base (10) has blades, and on the sides (11) they have blades and holes through which the liquid is separated from the solid residues of the fruit; a cooking chamber (12) with a second electrical resistance (13) for heating or cooking the liquid; a suction zone (14) with a pump connected to the cooking chamber to extract the processed liquid and take it to its final disposal; and a control panel (15) with a microprocessor connected to at least one motor (16) that generates a movement in the centrifuge container, in the cutting component, activates the suction zone pump, turns on the first and second resistance electrical, and is suitable for controlling gates.
2.- La máquina para elaborar bebidas en base a frutos secos y similares, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el componente de corte (1 ) comprende dos paredes laterales con cuchillas hembra (1 a) y macho (1 b) para el corte a presión del fruto con un movimiento de vaivén, una tapa (17) en la parte superior del componente de corte y una compuerta de control de trozos (18) en la parte inferior del componente de corte controlada por el panel de control. 2.
