Abstract

본 발명에 따른 빅데이터 및 클라우드 시스템 기반 인공지능 응급의료 의사결정 및 응급환자 이송 방법은, 사용자 단말기가 응급환자 발생 시 응급의료 서비스 제공 업체의 사이트에 접속하여 응급환자의 상태를 기록하여 전송하는 단계; 응급의료 서비스 제공 서버가 응급환자의 상태 정보를 수신하여 클라우드 플랫폼 서버로 환자의 상태 정보를 전송하는 단계; 클라우드 플랫폼 서버가 환자의 상태 정보를 수신하고, 빅데이터로 훈련된 인공지능에 의해 환자의 상태 정보를 토대로 한 추정 진단, 검사 및 치료를 도출하는 단계; 클라우드 플랫폼 서버가 응급환자의 치료가 가능한 병원 서버로 환자의 상태 정보를 전송하는 단계; 및 병원 서버가 클라우드 플랫폼 서버로부터 도출된 추정 진단, 검사 및 치료 정보와 환자의 상태 정보를 수신하고, 응급환자의 위중 정도에 따라 진료 순번을 정하는 한편 기타 신속하게 업무를 처리하는 단계를 포함한다.
