Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de gestion de paie électronique. Un système de gestion de paie électronique selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un terminal d'opérateur d'entreprise qui dépose des fonds de paie et transmet une demande de transfert de paie comprenant des informations d'identification d'entreprise et des informations d'identification d'employé ; un serveur de gestion qui reçoit la demande de transfert de paie, produit une fiche de paie électronique pour un employé de l'opérateur d'entreprise selon la demande de transfert de paie reçue, transmet une demande de confirmation de paie comprenant la fiche de paie électronique produite, et reçoit une approbation de transfert de paie en réponse à la demande de confirmation de paie et transmet une demande de transfert de dépôt ; un terminal d'employé qui reçoit la demande de confirmation de paie et transmet l'approbation de transfert de paie au serveur de gestion selon la confirmation de l'employé ; et un serveur financier qui reçoit la demande de transfert de dépôt et transfère les fonds de paie déposés au compte de l'employé selon la demande de transfert de dépôt.
