作为本申请实施例的一个方面,本实施例提供一种基站,该基站可以对现有技术中的扫地机器人、拖地机器人、手持式扫地机、手持式拖地机等待清洁设备进行清洁。
如图1所示,该基站可以包括:壳体1、清洁部2和通风流道。
壳体1包括清洁槽11和容纳空间12。容纳空间12设置在壳体1的下部,容纳空间12用于容置待清洁设备。清洁槽11设置在容纳空间12的下方的壳体1上且与容纳空间12连通,清洁槽11用于容置待清洁设备的清洁件。
待清洁设备的清洁件可以理解为:待清洁设备工作时用于执行清洁动作的部件。例如,待清洁设备的清洁件可以是抹布、滚刷等。
容纳空间12为了便于待清洁设备的放入,容纳空间12至少与壳体1上开设的一个开口13连通,以使待清洁设备能够从开口13进入到容纳空间12中。
容纳空间12的形状结构、尺寸大小和在壳体1下部的具体设置位置,可以根据需要进行选择和调整。容纳空间12的形状至少能够适配待清洁设备的形状,容纳空间12的尺寸至少能够满足待清洁设备的灵活出入,容纳空间12的具体设置位置至少能够保证待清洁设备能够便于放入。
壳体1可以的形状结构、尺寸大小以及材料,可以根据设计需要进行选择和调整。也可以根据待清洁设备的形状结构和尺寸大小进行选择和调整,在此不做具体限定。
清洁槽11可以是与壳体1一体成型的,也可以是可拆卸地设置在壳体1上的。清洁槽11的形状结构、尺寸大小、凹槽深度以及材料,均可以根据设计需要进行选择和调整。清洁槽11的形状至少能够适配待清洁设备的清洁件,清洁槽11的尺寸至少能够满足待清洁设备的清洁件的灵活出入,清洁槽11的深度至少能够使得待清洁设备的清洁件完整放入其中。
清洁部2设置在清洁槽11中,用于对位于容纳空间12内的待清洁设备的清洁件进行清洁。
清洁部2的具体结构和在清洁槽11中的设置位置可以根据需要进行选择和调整,只要能够保证待清洁设备的清洁件放入其中后,能够被清洁部2进行清洁即可。
通风流道设置在壳体1中,通风流道的进风端与驱动装置连接,通风流道的出风端延伸至容纳空间12中且朝向清洁槽11设置。
驱动装置可以理解为能够向通风流道中送入风的设备。例如,风机。进风端为向通风流道内送入风的一端。出风端为将通风流道中的风排出的一端。
出风端朝向清洁槽11设置可以理解为,出风端排出的风能够流向清洁槽11。进而对清洁槽11和清洁槽11内的待清洁设备的清洁件进行风干。
通风流道可以是单独设置在壳体1中并延伸至容纳空间12内的管路,也可以是利用容纳空间12内其他器件之间的缝隙所形成的。
在本实施例中,基站由于设置有通风流道,因此可以在清洁部2对待清洁设备清洗完成后,通过通风流道同时对清洁槽11和待清洁设备的清洁件进行及时吹风,使得被水冲洗过的潮湿的清洁件和清洁槽11能够快速被风干,进而能够有效解决清洁件和清洁槽11未及时风干而滋生细菌的问题,以及清洁件和清洁槽11内产生异味的问题。通过通风流道风干清洁件和清洁槽11可以解决用户手动清洗清洁槽11的问题,使得待清洁设备的清洁过程更加智能和自动化,解放了用户的双手,提高了用户的使用体验。
在一种实施方式中,如图1、图2所示,基站还包括喷淋部,喷淋部包括蓄水箱4和喷淋头41。蓄水箱4设置在壳体1中,用于存储清洁待清洁设备所需的水。喷淋头41与蓄水箱4连通,喷淋头41设置在容纳空间12中且朝向清洁槽11设置。喷淋头41用于向清洁槽11内输送水,以使清洁部2能够利用水更好的对待清洁设备的清洁件进行清理。也即是说,待清洁设备的清洁件在被清理过程中会被清洁槽11内的水浸泡和冲洗。
蓄水箱4的形状结构、尺寸大小和材料可以根据需要进行选择和调整。例如,蓄水箱4的结构和尺寸可以根据壳体1进行选择和调整。蓄水箱4的材料可以根据所盛放的清洁水进行选择和调整。
喷淋头41可以直接与蓄水箱4连接,也可以通过水管与蓄水箱4连通。喷淋头41在容纳空间12中的布置位置和数量可以根据需要进行选择和调整。
在本实施例中,由于喷淋头41能够向清洁槽11能输送水,因此可以使得清洁槽11内的清洁部2对待清洁设备的清洁件进行清理时,利用水将污渍冲刷掉,有效提高清洁效果。
在一种实施方式中,如图3所示,蓄水箱4内设置有电解水器件42。电解水器件42可以使得蓄水箱4内存储的水变为具有杀菌功能的水。
电解水器件42可以采用现有技术中的任意生成杀菌水的器件,在此不做具 体限定。
在本实施例中,由于电解水器件42能够将蓄水箱4内的水转变为具有杀菌消毒功能的水,因此清洁部2在对待清洁设备的清洁件进行污渍清洁时还能够对其进行杀菌消毒。并且水容置在清洁槽11内,还能够对清洁槽11起到杀菌消毒的作用。
在一个示例中,电解水器件42具有电极,在工作时电极附近会产生致密的气泡。除了气泡产生外,在电极(阳极)附近会产生活性氧、羟基自由基、氯气、次氯酸等有强氧化性物质,此类物质能氧化细菌、病毒的含硫基酶,控制其蛋白质合成从而杀菌消毒。此过程用户不需要额外添加其他杀菌消毒剂,只需要对电解水器件42通电即可,操作简易、省事、高效。
在一个示例中,蓄水箱4内具有杀菌消毒功能的水制备好后,还可以通过喷淋嘴补充到待清洁设备的水箱中。使得待清洁设备在执行清洁动作时,所使用的水也能够具有杀菌消毒功能。
在一个示例中,待清洁设备可以是扫地机器人或拖地机器人,当扫地机器人或拖地机器人在基站中进行清洁的过程中或在基站完成清洁后,喷淋嘴可以将通过电解水器件42制备的具有杀菌消毒功能的水输送至扫地机器人或拖地机器人的水箱中。
在一个示例中,蓄水箱4内还设置有输水管43,输水管43与喷淋头41连通,用于将蓄水箱4内的水输送至喷淋头41。
在一种实施方式中,如图2、图4所示,基站还包括排污部,排污部包括污水箱5和排污管51。污水箱5设置在壳体1中,污水箱5用于存放清洁槽11内产生的污水。排污管51一端与污水箱5连通,排污管51的另一端与清洁槽11连通,用于将清洁槽11内的污水输送至污水箱5内。
污水箱5的形状结构、尺寸大小和材料可以根据需要进行选择和调整。例如,污水箱5的结构和尺寸可以根据壳体1进行选择和调整。
在本实施例中,由于设置有污水箱5和排污管51,因此可以及时的将清洁槽11内的污水排出,避免对待清洁设备的清洁部2造成二次污染。
在一个示例中,如图4所示,污水箱5可以与气泵6连接,气泵6用于对 污水箱5内部进行抽真空,进而使得污水箱5能够通过排污管51直接将清洁槽11内的污水吸出。
在一个示例中,如图4所示,蓄水箱4可以与水泵7连接,用于为喷淋头41提供输送水的动力。
在一种实施方式中,如图4所示,通风流道的进风端与风机8连接。风机8用于向通风流道中输送风。
在一种实施方式中,如图5所示,清洁部2包括凸条21和毛刷22。凸条21和毛刷22间隔设置在清洁槽11中。凸条21通过与待清洁设备的清洁件进行摩擦、挤压,类似滚筒洗衣机的工作原理来清洗待清洁设备的清洁件。同时通过毛刷22上的植毛可以对待清洁设备的清洁件进行深度清洁。
凸条21的形状、数量以及材料均可以根据需要进行选择和调整。毛刷22的形状、数量以及材料也可以根据需要进行选择和调整。
在一个示例中,如图5所示,清洁槽11内间隔设置有多个凸条21和毛刷22,且凸条21和毛刷22的设置方向与清洁槽11的底面平行。
在一种实施方式中,通风流道的出风端延伸至容纳空间12中且与清洁槽11连通。进而能够更加充分的向待清洁设备的清洁件以及清洁槽11内进行通风,使得待清洁设备的清洁件和清洁槽11能够更加快速的风干。
在一种实施方式中,通风流道的出风端为多个,各通风流道的出风端间隔设置。各通风流道的出风端延伸至容纳空间12中且与清洁槽11连通。
在本实施例中,由于设置有多个出风端,因此能够全方位的向待清洁设备的清洁件和清洁槽11内进行通风。
在一种实施方式中,为了便于清洗,清洁槽11可拆卸地设置在容纳空间12下方的壳体1上。
在一种实施方式中,容纳空间12和/或清洁槽11中设置有液位传感器44。液位传感器44用于检测清洁槽11内的水量。当检测到喷淋头41向清洁槽11内通入的水到达阈值水位时,喷淋头41则停止向清洁槽11内输送水。
在一种实施方式中,清洁槽11的侧壁或底部设置有多个开孔,用于收集待清洁设备的清洁件上掉落的污物。
在一个示例中,容纳空间12设置在壳体1的下部,开口13开设在壳体1的下部侧壁上且与容纳空间12连通。清洁槽11设置在壳体1的底部,清洁槽11位于容纳空间12的下方且与容纳空间12连通。在容纳空间12上方的壳体1中插置有并排设置的两个套筒10。两个套筒10内分别放置蓄水箱4和污水箱5。在蓄水箱4和污水箱5的顶部设置有盖板9,用于密封壳体1的顶部。
作为本申请实施例的一方面,如图6所示,本申请实施例提供一种清洁系统,该清洁系统包括:上述任一实施方式中的基站100和清洁设备200。
清洁设备200可以是扫地机器人、拖地机器人、手持式扫地机、手持式拖地机等。清洁设备200具有清洁件,清洁件用于执行清洁动作。清洁件可以是滚刷或抹布等。清洁设备200的形状与容纳空间12适配,清洁件的形状与清洁槽11适配。
在一个示例中,如图6所示,清洁设备200为拖地机器人,拖地机器人具有作为清洁件的抹布。当需要利用基站100对拖地机器人进行清洁时,首先通过喷淋嘴向清洁槽11内喷入水,然后控制拖地机器人通过开口13驶入基站100的容纳空间12的预设位置,此时抹布会自动落入清洁槽11中。当抹布落入清洁槽11后,拖地机器人驱动抹布转动时,基站100的清洁部2上的凸条21和毛刷22将会对抹布进行清洁。在清洁过程中,排污管51会将清洁槽11内的污水排入到污水罐中。当清洁结束后,通风流道的出风端朝向清洁槽11吹风,进而风干清洁槽11内残留的水渍,以及对抹布进行风干。
在本说明书的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基站,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,包括清洁槽和容纳空间,所述容纳空间设置在所述壳体的下部,所述清洁槽设置在所述容纳空间的下方且与所述容纳空间连通;
    清洁部,设置在所述清洁槽中,用于对位于所述容纳空间内的待清洁设备的清洁件进行清洁;
    通风流道,设置在所述壳体中,所述通风流道的进风端与驱动装置连接,所述通风流道的出风端延伸至所述容纳空间中且朝向所述清洁槽设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基站,其特征在于,还包括:
    喷淋部,包括蓄水箱和喷淋头,所述蓄水箱设置在所述壳体中,所述喷淋头与所述蓄水箱连通,所述喷淋头设置在所述容纳空间中且朝向所述清洁槽设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基站,其特征在于,所述蓄水箱内设置有电解水器件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基站,其特征在于,还包括:
    排污部,包括污水箱和排污管,所述污水箱设置在所述壳体中,所述排污管一端与所述污水箱连通,所述排污管的另一端与所述清洁槽连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的基站,其特征在于,所述清洁部包括凸条和毛刷,所述凸条和所述毛刷间隔设置在所述清洁槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的基站,其特征在于,所述通风流道的出风端延伸至所述容纳空间中且与所述清洁槽连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的基站,其特征在于,所述通风流道的出风端为多个,各所述通风流道的出风端间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的基站,其特征在于,所述清洁槽可拆卸地设置在所述容纳空间下方的所述壳体上;所述容纳空间和/或所述清洁槽中设置有液位传感器;所述清洁槽的侧壁或底部设置有多个开孔,用于收集所述待清洁设备的清洁件上掉落的污物。
  9. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1至8任一项所述的基站;
    清洁设备,具有清洁件,所述清洁设备的形状与所述容纳空间适配,所述清洁件的形状与所述清洁槽适配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述清洁设备为扫地机或拖地机。
