进一步地,还包括把手,在所述第二空间内的所述底板上设有固定座,所述把手通过贯穿所述防水机箱罩的锁紧件安装在所述固定座上。所述把手可以方便使用者搬运舞台灯具,同时所述把手通过所述固定座安装在所述底板上,避免了将所述把手直接安装在所述防水机箱罩上,可能导致的所述防水机箱罩因受力强度较低而发生断裂的问题。
进一步地,所述底板上设有维修口和用于覆盖所述维修口的密封板,所述维修口与所述第二空间相连通,所述密封板通过第四防水垫密封连接在所述底板上。所述维修口方便了所述轻便型舞台灯防水机箱的后期检查和维护。
进一步地,所述底板远离所述防水机箱罩的一侧设有用于安装吊挂抓手的吊锁组件。方便舞台灯具可在吊挂在舞台桁架等安装支架上。
本发明还提供了一种舞台灯,包括灯头、支架以及前述任一项所述的轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,所述灯头安装在所述支架上,所述支架与所述旋转轴远离所述第一空间的一端连接。

如图1至图4所示,本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱及具有其的舞台灯,有效解决了舞台灯具的底座机箱因采用全密封的压铸铝结构设计,而造成的产品计体积过大、成本过高和重量过重的问题,在保证舞台灯机箱质量稳固耐用的前提下,实现了舞台灯机箱的轻量化,也保证了舞台灯的制造成本控制在合理范围内。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,包括用于控制舞台灯旋转的旋转轴100、塑料防水机箱罩200、顶板310、底板400以及侧板320,所述防水机箱罩200罩设在所述底板400上形成腔体,所述顶板310和所述侧板320均设置在所述机箱腔体内,且所述侧板320连接所述顶板310与所述底板400将所述机箱腔体分隔成第一空间和第二空间,所述顶板310与所述防水机箱罩200密封贴合,所述防水机箱罩200上设有第一连接孔220,所述顶板310对应所述第一连接孔220设有第二连接孔311,所述旋转轴100的一端依次穿过所述第一连接孔220和所述第二连接孔311在所述第二空间内固定在轴承座130上。
本发明所述的轻便型舞台灯防水机箱通过改变以往全密封的压铸铝结构设计,将压铸铝机箱罩替换成由塑料制成的防水机箱罩200。所述防水机箱罩200密封罩设在所述底板400上形成一个机箱腔体,为提高所述防水机箱罩200的受力强度,所述防水机箱罩200与所述顶板310密封连接,并通过在所述机箱腔体内设置四个连接有所述顶板310和所述底板400的所述侧板320,所述侧板320一方面提供了支撑顶板310和所述防水机箱罩200的作用;另一方面,将所述机箱腔体分隔成两个空间,即所述第一空间和所述第二空间。其中所述旋转轴100设置在所述第二空间内,舞台灯的其他驱动部件及其控制部件可设置在所述第一空间内或所述第二空间内。由于所述防水机箱罩200与所述顶板310、所述底板400均为密封连接,因此所述第一空间和所述第二空间均具有防尘防水的功能,且由于防水机箱罩200采用塑胶材料制成,相对于以往采用压铸铝材料,其重量可以大幅降低,从而使整个舞台灯机箱可以实现轻量化,同时塑胶材料也保证了整个舞台灯机箱的成本可以控制在较低的范围内。
在本发明优选的实施例中,如图1所述防水机箱罩200与所述底板400的连接处还设有一层密封圈110。如图4所示,所述顶板310为长方形,所述侧板320包含支撑段和弯折段,4个所述侧板320的支撑段分别与所述顶板310的侧边连接组成一个体积较小的罩体,所述弯折段通过螺纹螺钉固定在所述底板400上,使所述罩体罩设在所述底板400上形成所述第一空间,所述第一空间内可以装有舞台灯的驱动部件及其控制部件,如驱动电机、控制电路板、驱动齿轮或定位元件等。如图3所示,所述防水机箱罩200的其中一个侧面设置有显示面板,所述显示面板与所述防水机箱罩200的连接处装有密封圈110。所述第二空间内装设有对应所述显示面板的控制元件,同时控制元件的控制电线可以在两个相邻的侧板320形成的间隙中穿入到所述第一空间内与所述驱动部件及所述控制部件连接。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述侧板320和/或所述底板400由金属材料制成。保证所述轻便型舞台灯防水机箱的结构稳定性和受力强度。在本实施例中,所述侧板320和所述底板400均由压铸铝制成。在其他实施例中,所述侧板320和所述底板400也可由不锈钢、冷轧钢、热镀锌钢或铜板制成。
如图4所示,在本发明优选的实施例中,所述侧板320与所述底板400形成的夹角范围为60°至85°。避免因所述旋转轴100在高速运转时带动所述顶板310产生水平方向的位移,而可能导致舞台灯晃动或定位不精确等问题,保证了所述轻便型防水舞台灯防水机箱的结构稳定性。优选地,所述侧板320与所述底板400形成的夹角为80°。在其它实施例中,所述侧板320与所述底板400形成的夹角范围也可以是85°至90°。
在本发明优选的实施例中,还包括加强柱330,所述加强柱330在所述第二空间内且其两端分别与所述顶板310、所述底板400竖直连接。进一步增大所述顶板310以及所述防水机箱罩200的受力强度。优选地,所述加强柱330的数量为4个,分别连接在所述顶板310的四个直角处。在其它实施例中,所述加强柱330的数量也可以是2个或3个。
如图2所示,在本发明优选的实施例中,所述防水机箱罩200与所述顶板310连接处设有第一防水垫510。阻隔雨水从所述防水机箱罩200与所述顶板310的连接处流入到所述机箱腔体内,保证所述轻便型舞台灯防水机箱的防水性能。优选地,所述第一防水垫510为硅胶防水垫,所述硅胶防水垫安装在所述防水机箱罩200设有的防水槽内。在其它实施例中,所述第一防水垫510也可以是泡棉防水垫。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述轴承座130固定在所述顶板310上且在与所述顶板310的连接处设有第二防水垫520。阻隔雨水从所述顶板310与所述轴承座130的连接处流入到所述机箱腔体内,保证所述轻便型舞台灯防水机箱的防水性能。优选地,所述第二防水垫520为硅胶防水垫,所述硅胶防水垫安装在所述轴承座130设有的防水槽内。在其它实施例中,所述第二防水垫520也可以是泡棉防水垫。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述防水机箱罩200与所述底板400连接处设有第三防水垫530。阻隔雨水从所述防水机箱罩200与所述底板400的连接处流入到所述机箱腔体内,保证所述轻便型舞台灯防水机箱的防水性能。优选地,所述第三防水垫530为硅胶防水垫,所述硅胶防水垫安装在所述防水机箱罩200设有的防水槽内。在其它实施例中,所述第三防水垫530也可以是泡棉防水垫。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述旋转轴100上套设有密封圈110。阻隔雨水从所述旋转轴100与所述顶板310的连接处流入到所述轴承座130内,避免安装在所述轴承座130内的轴承等元件被雨水侵蚀而造成生锈失效等问题。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述旋转轴100上套设有骨架油封120。一方面,防止外界的灰尘、杂质等进入所述轴承座130内;另一方面,限制轴承中的润滑油由所述轴承座130内漏出到所述防水机箱罩200外。优选地,所述密封圈110直径大于所述骨架油封120的直径,所述密封圈110套设在所述骨架油封120的外侧上。
在本发明优选的实施例中,还包括把手210,在所述第二空间内的所述底板400上设有固定座410,所述把手210通过贯穿所述防水机箱罩200的锁紧件安装在所述固定座410上。所述把手210可以方便使用者搬运舞台灯具,同时所述把手210通过所述固定座410安装在所述底板400上,避免了将所述把手210直接安装在所述防水机箱罩200上,可能导致的所述防水机箱罩200因受力强度较低而发生断裂的问题。优选地,所述固定座410呈三角形状,4个所述固定座410分别固定在所述底板400的四个直角处,所述锁紧件贯穿所述防水机箱罩200的连接处套设有密封圈110。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述底板400上设有维修口430和用于覆盖所述维修口430的密封板440,所述维修口430与所述第二空间相连通,所述密封板440通过第四防水垫540密封连接在所述底板400上。所述维修口430方便了所述轻便型舞台灯防水机箱的后期检查和维护。优选地,所述密封板440与所述维修口430的连接处装有密封圈110。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述底板400远离所述防水机箱罩200的一侧设有用于安装吊挂抓手的吊锁组件420。方便舞台灯具可在吊挂在舞台桁架等安装支架上。优选地,所述吊锁组件420数量为四个。在其它实施例中,所述吊锁组件420数量也可以为两个。
本发明还提供了一种舞台灯,包括灯头、支架以及前述任一项所述的轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,所述灯头安装在所述支架上,所述支架与所述旋转轴100远离所述第一空间的一端连接。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以作出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,包括用于控制舞台灯旋转的旋转轴(100)、塑料防水机箱罩(200)、顶板(310)、底板(400)以及侧板(320),所述防水机箱罩(200)罩设在所述底板(400)上形成腔体,所述顶板(310)和所述侧板(320)均设置在所述机箱腔体内,且所述侧板(320)连接所述顶板(310)与所述底板(400)将所述机箱腔体分隔成第一空间和第二空间,所述顶板(310)与所述防水机箱罩(200)密封贴合,所述防水机箱罩(200)上设有第一连接孔(220),所述顶板(310)对应所述第一连接孔(220)设有第二连接孔(311),所述旋转轴(100)的一端依次穿过所述第一连接孔(220)和所述第二连接孔(311)在所述第二空间内固定在轴承座(130)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述侧板(320)和/或所述底板(400)由金属材料制成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述侧板(320)与所述底板(400)形成的夹角范围为60°至85°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,还包括加强柱(330),所述加强柱(330)在所述第二空间内且其两端分别与所述顶板(310)、所述底板(400)竖直连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述防水机箱罩(200)与所述顶板(310)连接处设有第一防水垫(510)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述轴承座(130)固定在所述顶板(310)上且在与所述顶板(310)的连接处设有第二防水垫(520)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述防水机箱罩(200)与所述底板(400)连接处设有第三防水垫(530)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述旋转轴(100)上套设有密封圈(110)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述旋转轴(100)上套设有骨架油封(120)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,还包括把手(210),在所述第二空间内的所述底板(400)上设有固定座(410),所述把手(210)通过贯穿所述防水机箱罩(200)的锁紧件安装在所述固定座(410)上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述底板(400)上设有维修口(430)和用于覆盖所述维修口(430)的密封板(440),所述维修口(430)与所述第二空间相连通,所述密封板(440)通过第四防水垫(540)密封连接在所述底板(400)上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,其特征在于,所述底板(400)远离所述防水机箱罩(200)的一侧设有用于安装吊挂抓手的吊锁组件(420)。
  13. 一种舞台灯,其特征在于,包括灯头、支架以及权利要求1至12任一项所述的轻便型舞台灯防水机箱,所述灯头安装在所述支架上,所述支架与所述旋转轴(100)远离所述第一空间的一端连接。
