参阅图5和图6,弹珠3包括底座8和固定在底座8上的凸起部9,底座8置于内衬管舱1内,凸起部9可在弹珠孔5内滑动;底座 8的上端设置有与内衬管舱1内壁面配合的弧形面10,当弹珠3弹起时,弧形面10紧贴内衬管舱1的内壁面。本弹珠舱结构,弹珠的底座上端面设置有与内衬管舱内壁配合的弧形面,当弹珠弹起时,底座能够紧贴内衬管舱的内壁,从而使得弹珠弹起的高度增加,整体稳定性好。
参阅图3、图8和图11,上定位柱舱盖2在位于限位卡槽7的侧端设置有第一偏心通孔11,内衬管舱1的下端固定有下定位盖12,下定位盖12上设置有与第一偏心通孔11相对应的第二偏心通孔13,第一偏心通孔11和第二偏心通孔13之间穿设有拉绳14。其中,上定位柱舱盖2和下定位盖12分别通过胶粘的方式固定在内衬管舱1的两端。
本实施例提供的一种用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,可用于折叠式登山杖中,也可适用其他需要弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合套管定位的弹珠冲孔结构产品中;本弹珠舱结构,零部件少,结构简单,整体稳定性好,使用寿命长;其在内衬管舱的上端固定有上定位柱舱盖,上定位柱舱盖上设置有用于限制折弯弹针的限位卡槽,从而可以避免折弯弹针左右转动或者上下、前后移位,避免折弯弹针移位与拉绳发生缠绕;弹针被限位后,弹针不会左右转动或者前后、上下移位,避免弹珠卡死或者弹针缠绕内绳的的情况,提高整体结构的稳定性,延长产品的使用寿命;通过上定位柱舱盖和下定位盖的固定,使得弹针和弹珠处于相对密封的防尘防潮空间中,大大增加了弹珠舱结构的使用寿命,也确保登山杖行走杖适合沙漠,峡谷等不同的极端地形条件,扩展耐候性;并且弹珠的底座上端面设置有与内衬管舱内壁配合的弧形面,当弹起时,底座能够紧贴内衬管舱的内壁,从而使得弹珠弹起的高度增加,整体稳定性好。
以上所述仅是发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:包括内衬管舱(1)、上定位柱舱盖(2)、弹珠(3)和折弯弹针(4);所述内衬管舱(1)的上端固定有所述上定位柱舱盖(2),所述内衬管舱(1)下端的外圆周面上设置有弹珠孔(5),所述弹珠(3)置于所述弹珠孔(5)内;所述折弯弹针(4)支撑在所述内衬管舱(1)内,所述弹珠(3)与所述折弯弹针(4)相连接;所述折弯弹针(4)在靠近所述上定位柱舱盖(2)的一端设置有折弯部(6),所述上定位柱舱盖(2)上设置有与所述折弯部(6)配合的限位卡槽(7),所述限位卡槽(7)用于防止所述折弯弹针(4)移位、转动、卡顿或溃缩。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述弹珠(3)包括底座(8)和固定在所述底座(8)上的凸起部(9),所述底座(8)置于所述内衬管舱(1)内,所述凸起部(9)可在所述弹珠孔(5)内滑动;所述底座(8)的上端设置有与所述内衬管舱(1)内壁面配合的弧形面(10),当所述弹珠(3)弹起时,所述弧形面(10)紧贴所述内衬管舱(1)的内壁面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述上定位柱舱盖(2)在位于所述限位卡槽(7)的侧端设置有第一偏心通孔(11),所述内衬管舱(1)的下端固定有下定位盖(12),所述下定位盖(12)上设置有与所述第一偏心通孔(11)相对应的第二偏心通孔(13),所述第一偏心通孔(11)和所述第二偏心通孔(13)之间穿设有拉绳(14)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述折弯弹针(4)包括成角度设置的第一弹性部(15)和第二弹性部(16),所述第一弹性部(15)通过所述折弯部(6)与所述第二弹性部(16)连接,所述第一弹性部(15)和所述 第二弹性部(16)分别抵靠在所述内衬管舱(1)的内壁面上,所述第一弹性部(15)的端部与所述弹珠(3)连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述第一弹性部(15)端部向上折弯形成有插接柱(17),所述弹珠(3)的底座(8)上分别设置有用于限位所述第一弹性部(15)的直线槽(18)以及与所述插接柱(17)配合的插槽(19)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述内衬管舱(1)内设置有容纳腔(20),所述折弯弹针(4)置于所述容纳腔(20)内,所述弹珠孔(5)与所述容纳腔(20)相贯通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述上定位柱舱盖(2)的一端设置有伸入部(21),所述伸入部(21)伸入所述容纳腔(20)内,所述限位卡槽(7)设置在所述伸入部(21)的端面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述上定位柱舱盖(2)的另一端环形等间距设置有多个弹性瓣(22),所述弹性瓣(22)、所述伸入部(21)和所述上定位柱舱盖(2)为一体式结构。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述上定位柱舱盖(2)和所述下定位盖(12)分别通过过盈配合复合胶粘的方式固定在所述内衬管舱(1)的两端。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的用于弹珠和冲孔衬管相结合的弹珠舱结构,其特征在于:所述弹珠(3)、所述底座(8)和所述凸起部(9)为一体式结构。
