折叠固定部分4至少有一端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2中的一个分离,使车顶帐篷的第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2不受折叠固定部分4的约束,可以相对旋转至展开。而折叠固定部分4的两端在帐篷折叠模式与第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2固定,使第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2受折叠固定部分4的约束,实现折叠时固定。
本文图示的实施例,是将所述折叠固定部分4的一端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分1呈分离状态,折叠固定部分4的另一端在帐篷展开模式与第二盖部分2呈固定状态。所述固定状态可以是直接固定,或者是如图所示通过紧固杆41与插槽21配合,呈现可拆卸地固定,还可以通过铆钉固定或锁扣固定等其它方式固定。
进一步,本文图示的所述折叠固定部分4在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分1呈分离状态的一端具有可调节的松紧部分42,在帐篷展开模式,松紧部分42与第一盖部分1呈分离状态,而在帐篷折叠模式,松紧部分42紧固在第一盖部分1上,将第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2折叠时固定。
进一步,所述折叠固定部分4采用防水布,防水布的一端具有紧固杆41,紧固杆41与相应的插槽21配合,紧固杆41可拆卸地紧固安装在第二盖部分2上,防水布的另一端具有松紧部分42,松紧部分42包括穿线孔421和拉绳422,拉绳422贯穿在穿线孔421中,通过拉紧或放松拉绳422来调节松紧部分42的松紧度。在帐篷展开模式,防水布的松紧部分42放松,使防水布与第一盖部分1呈分离状态,第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2不受折叠固定部分4的约束,第二盖部分2可以相对第一盖部分1旋转至展开。而在帐篷折叠模式,防水布的松紧部分42拉紧,可以采用弹簧扣423锁紧,或者采用系绳方式锁紧,松紧部分42紧固在第一盖部分1上,第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2受折叠固定部分4的约束被折叠固定在一起。
本发明的另一实施例关于所述折叠固定部分4的安装固定方式也可以与图示实施例相反:将所述折叠固定部分4的一端在帐篷展开模式与第二盖部分2呈分离状态,折叠固定部分4的另一端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分1 呈固定状态。其它结构与图示实施例类似。此实施例在帐篷展开模式,防水布的松紧部分42放松,使防水布与第二盖部分2呈分离状态,第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2不受折叠固定部分4的约束,第二盖部分2可以相对第一盖部分1旋转至展开。而在帐篷折叠模式,防水布的松紧部分42拉紧,可以采用弹簧扣423锁紧,或者采用系绳方式锁紧,松紧部分42紧固在第二盖部分2上,第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2受折叠固定部分4的约束被折叠固定在一起。
本发明第三个实施例是:所述折叠固定部分42的两端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2都呈分离状态。具体地,所述折叠固定部分4的两端具有可调节的松紧部分,松紧部分的结构可以如前述实施例,在帐篷展开模式,松紧部分与第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2呈分离状态,而在帐篷折叠模式,松紧部分紧固在第一盖部分1和第二盖部分3上。同样地,所述折叠固定部分4可以采用防水布,防水布的两端具有可调节的松紧部分,松紧部分包括穿线孔和拉绳,拉绳贯穿在穿线孔中,通过拉紧或放松拉绳来调节松紧部分的松紧度,在帐篷展开模式,防水布的两端松紧部分放松使防水布的两端与第一盖部分和第二盖部分呈分离状态,而在帐篷折叠模式,防水布的两端松紧部分拉紧而紧固在第一盖部分和第二盖部分上。
第三个实施例,因为松紧部分与第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2呈分离状态,所以,在帐篷展开模式,折叠固定部分4可以完成拆卸下来,收藏在一旁备用;当然,也可以将一端的松紧部分拉紧,而将该端的松紧部分紧固在第一盖部分1或第二盖部分2,使用时可以视情况选择折叠固定部分4与第一盖部分1和第二盖部分2是否保持连接。
上述仅为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于包括:第一盖部分、第二盖部分、铰链连接部分、折叠固定部分和帐篷部分;铰链连接部分可旋转地连接第一盖部分和第二盖部分;帐篷部分连接到第一盖部分和第二盖部分;第一盖部分和第二盖部分中的一个被设置成固定安装在车辆的车顶上,第一盖部分和第二盖部分被布置成在帐篷折叠模式彼此面对;折叠固定部分至少有一端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分和第二盖部分中的一个分离,而折叠固定部分的两端在帐篷折叠模式与第一盖部分和第二盖部分固定,使第一盖部分和第二盖部分折叠时固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述折叠固定部分的两端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分和第二盖部分都呈分离状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述折叠固定部分的两端具有可调节的松紧部分,在帐篷展开模式,松紧部分与第一盖部分和第二盖部分呈分离状态,而在帐篷折叠模式,松紧部分紧固在第一盖部分和第二盖部分上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述折叠固定部分采用防水布,防水布的两端具有可调节的松紧部分,松紧部分包括穿线孔和拉绳,拉绳贯穿在穿线孔中,通过拉紧或放松拉绳来调节松紧部分的松紧度,在帐篷展开模式,防水布的两端松紧部分放松使防水布的两端与第一盖部分和第二盖部分呈分离状态,而在帐篷折叠模式,防水布的两端松紧部分拉紧而紧固在第一盖部分和第二盖部分上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述折叠固定部分的一端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分和第二盖部分中的一个呈分离状态,折叠固定部分的另一端在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分和第二盖部分中的另一个呈固定状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述固定状态是直接固定或者可拆卸地固定。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述折叠固定部分在帐篷展开模式与第一盖部分或第二盖部分呈分离状态的一端具有可调节的松紧部分,在帐篷展开模式,松紧部分与第一盖部分或第二盖部分呈分离状态,而在帐篷折叠模式,松紧部分紧固在第一盖部分或第二盖部分上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种硬质车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述折叠固定部分采用防水布,防水布的一端具有紧固杆,紧固杆与相应的插槽配合,紧固杆可拆卸地紧固安装在第一盖部分和第二盖部分中的一个上,防水布的另一端具有松紧部分,松紧部分包括穿线孔和拉绳,拉绳贯穿在穿线孔中,通过拉紧或放松拉绳来调节松紧部分的松紧度,在帐篷展开模式,防水布的松紧部分放松使防水布与第一盖部分或第二盖部分呈分离状态,而在帐篷折 叠模式,防水布的松紧部分拉紧而紧固在第一盖部分或第二盖部分上。
