一种LED显示屏(1),包括箱体(10)、显示模组(30)及设于箱体(10)和显示模组(30)之间的加强板(50)。箱体(10)内设置转接电路板(70),显示模组(30)及转接电路板(70)分别设有连接器,显示模组(30)上的连接器与转接电路板(70)上的连接器通过箱体(10)设有的开口(11)实现电连接。加强板(50)设有供显示模组(30)上的连接器穿过的收容空间(51),加强板(50)面朝箱体(10)的一侧围绕收容空间(51)的周向凸设一圈凸橼(52),加强板(50)面朝显示模组(30)的一侧围绕收容空间(51)的周向开设一圈第一胶槽(53),且加强板(50)开设连通第一胶槽(53)的至少一个灌胶口(54)。其中,凸橼(52)用于安装密封圈(90),密封圈(90)弹性挤压于加强板(50)和箱体(10)之间并包围箱体(10)的开口(11);灌胶口(54)用于向第一胶槽(53)内灌胶,以实现加强板(50)和显示模组(30)之间的密封。该LED显示屏可防止雨水经箱体的开口进入箱体内。
Description
本申请涉及平面显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED显示屏。
LED显示屏具有发光亮度高、发光效率高、色彩鲜艳、对比度高、响应时间短、工作温度范围广、能耗低等优点,广泛应用于舞台、商演、广告、会展等行业,尤其是户外LED显示屏的应用需求越来越多。
目前,LED显示屏大多通过插接式连接器组件来实现显示模组电连接于箱体内的转接电路板。具体的,显示模组和转接板上分别设有连接器,并且箱体上开设有供转接电路板上的连接器外露的开口,以使显示模组上的连接器和转接电路板上的连接器通过该开口相互插接。然而,显示模组及箱体相互固定后,二者在邻近连接器组件的周围容易存在缝隙,雨水可从该缝隙处进入箱体的开口,进而由箱体的开口进入箱体内,造成转接电路板短路,导致LED显示屏报废。
发明内容
基于现有技术中存在的问题,本申请提供一种LED显示屏,能够防止雨水经箱体的开口进入箱体内,而且防水效果好。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供一种LED显示屏,包括箱体、设于所述箱体上的显示模组,以及设于所述箱体和所述显示模组之间的加强板。所述箱体内设置转接电路板,所述显示模组及所述转接电路板分别设有连接器,所述箱体设有开口,所述显示模组上的连接器与所述转接电路板上的连接器通过所述开口实现电性连接。所述加强板设有收容空间,以供所述显示模组上的连接器穿过;所述加强板面朝所述箱体的一侧围绕所述收容空间的周向凸设一圈凸橼,所述加强板面朝所述显示模组的一侧围绕所述收容空间的周向开设一圈第一胶槽,且所述加强板开设连通所述第一胶槽的至少一个灌胶口。其中,所述 凸橼用于安装密封圈,所述密封圈弹性挤压于所述加强板和所述箱体之间并包围所述箱体的开口;所述至少一个灌胶口用于向所述第一胶槽内灌胶,以实现所述加强板和所述显示模组之间的密封。
本申请提供的LED显示屏,包括箱体、显示模组及设于箱体和显示模组之间的加强板,箱体内设置转接电路板,且箱体设有供显示模组上的连接器与转接电路板上的连接器实现电连接的开口,加强板设有供显示模组上的连接器穿过的收容空间,通过在加强板与显示模组之间围绕该收容空间进行灌胶密封、以及在加强板与箱体之间设置包围箱体的开口的密封圈,从而能够在连接器组件(即电性连接的显示模组上的连接器与转接电路板上的连接器)的周围形成一个封闭箱体开口的密闭空间,可实现较好的防水效果,以防止雨水经由箱体的开口进入箱体内,避免转接电路板短路导致的LED显示屏报废。
为了更清楚地说明本申请实施例的技术方案,下面将对实施方式中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图是本申请一些实施方式,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或者位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或者暗示相对重要性。

请一并参阅图1至图5,本申请其中一实施例提供的LED显示屏1,包括箱体10、设于所述箱体10上的显示模组30,以及设于所述箱体10和所述显示模组30之间的加强板50。所述箱体10内设置转接电路板70,所述显示模组30及所述转接电路板70分别设有连接器,所述箱体10设有开口11,所述显示模组30上的连接器与所述转接电路板70上的连接器通过所述开口11实现电性连接。所述加强板50设有收容空间51以供所述显示模组30上的连接器穿过,所述加强板50面朝所述箱体10的一侧围绕所述收容空间51的周向凸设一圈凸橼52,所述加强板50面朝所述显示模组30的一侧围绕所述收容空间51的周向开设一圈第一胶槽53,且所述加强板50开设连通所述第一胶槽53的至少一个灌胶口54。
其中,所述凸橼52用于安装密封圈90,所述密封圈90弹性挤压于所述加强板50和所述箱体10之间并包围所述箱体10的开口11;所述至少一个灌胶口54用于向所述第一胶槽53内灌胶,以实现所述加强板50和所述显示模组30之间的密封。需要说明的是,所述密封圈90为弹性的密封圈,如橡胶密封圈或者硅胶密封圈,所述密封圈90具有用于套装所述凸橼52上的圈槽。优 选的,如图5所示,本实施例中,所述密封圈90设于所述凸橼52上时,所述密封圈90的圈槽与所述凸橼52之间具有挤压空间,所述密封圈90设于所述加强板50与所述箱体10之间后,所述密封圈90内的挤压空间受到挤压而发生形变,使得所述密封圈90与所述箱体10的表面之间的接触面积增大,能够实现更好的密封效果。
本申请提供的所述LED显示屏1中,通过在所述加强板50与所述显示模组30之间围绕所述收容空间51进行灌胶密封、以及在所述加强板50与所述箱体10之间设置包围所述箱体10的开口11的所述密封圈90,从而能够在连接器组件(即电性连接的所述显示模组30上的连接器与所述转接电路板70上的连接器)的周围形成一个封闭所述开口11的密闭空间,可实现较好的防水效果,以防止雨水经由所述箱体10的开口11进入所述箱体10内,避免所述转接电路板70短路导致的所述LED显示屏1报废。
具体的,如图1及图2所示,本实施例中,所述显示模组30的数量设置为四个,所述箱体10对应设置有四个安装槽12,所述四个安装槽12两两并排设置且彼此相邻,每一所述显示模组30设置于一所述安装槽12中,所述四个显示模组30拼接形成所述LED显示屏1。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述箱体10的边缘以及相邻的两个所述安装槽12之间均设置有同等高度的承载筋,每一所述显示模组30安装于对应的一所述安装槽12中时,每一所述显示模组30的边缘均搭接于所述承载筋上,从而能够保证多个所述显示模组30的平整度。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述显示模组30的数量也可以设置为一个、两个或其他合理数量,所述箱体10对应设置与所述显示模组30的数量相同的至少一个所述安装槽12,通过控制所述显示模组30的数量可以控制所述LED显示屏1的显示区域的大小,从而满足所述LED显示屏1的不同尺寸需求。
其中,每一所述显示模组30可以通过螺纹连接、卡合连接或者磁性吸附等任一种可拆卸的连接方式固定安装于所述箱体10的一所述安装槽12中。优选的,请一并参阅图2及图6,本实施例中,每一所述安装槽12面朝所述显示模组30的一侧设置若干第一吸附件13,所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧对应所述若干第一吸附件13设置若干第二吸附件31,所述若干第一吸 附件13和所述若干第二吸附件31通过磁性吸附以将所述显示模组30固定于所述箱体10的一所述安装槽12中,从而将所述密封圈90弹性挤压于所述加强板50和所述箱体10之间。本实施例中,所述显示模组30与所述箱体10通过磁性吸附实现安装,可快速定位,无需人工对位,同时也便于所述显示模组30的拆卸,提高了所述显示模组30的安装与拆卸的效率。
其中,所述第一吸附件13和所述第二吸附件31可以是异级相对设置的磁体,或者所述第一吸附件13和所述第二吸附件31其中之一为磁体、另一为金属体,均可以实现磁吸安装,对此不作限定。
请一并参阅图2至图4,本实施例中,所述箱体10具体包括主箱14及后盖15;所述主箱14大致呈方形,所述主箱14面朝所述显示模组30的一侧设有所述四个安装槽12,所述主箱14背朝所述显示模组30的一侧的中间区域设有一容置槽16,所述容置槽16用于安装所述转接电路板70;所述后盖15的形状与所述容置槽16的形状相同,所述后盖15安装于所述容置槽16的槽口处,以用于封盖所述容置槽16,从而保护安装于所述容置槽16内的所述转接电路板70;所述主箱14的每一所述安装槽12于对应所述容置槽16的区域开设有一所述开口11,使得每一所述安装槽12均与所述容置槽16连通,四个所述开口11位于所述主箱14的中间区域且两两并排分布。
其中,所述后盖15、所述转接电路板70分别通过螺纹连接、卡合连接等任一种可拆卸的连接方式与所述主箱14固定,从而将所述后盖15安装于所述容置槽16的槽口处,以及将所述转接电路板70安装于所述容置槽16中。本实施例中,所述后盖15、所述转接电路板70均通过螺纹连接的方式与所述主箱14固定连接。
其中,所述后盖15与所述容置槽16的形状可以是长方形、正方形、椭圆形、多边形或者其他合理形状,安装于所述容置槽16中的所述转接电路板70的形状与所述容置槽16的形状可以相同也可以不相同。本实施例中,所述后盖15、所述容置槽16及所述转接电路板70的形状均为长方形,三者均沿同一方向延伸,即三者的长度方向相同。
如图2及图3所示,所述转接电路板70面朝所述主箱14的一侧对应每一所述开口11设置一连接器,所述转接电路板70上的每一连接器可通过对应的 所述开口11外露,从而与所述开口11对应的所述安装槽12中的显示模组30上的连接器电性连接。可以理解的是,所述转接电路板70可以是设有多个连接器的一个完整的大电路板,也可以是多个小电路板电性连接于一体拼接构成,每一个所述小电路板设有一连接器。优选的,本实施例中,所述转接电路板70为一个完整的大电路板,所述转接电路板70安装于所述容置槽16的步骤少,安装方便快捷。
具体的,请一并参阅图1至图4、图6,本实施例中,所述转接电路板70上的连接器包括第一连接器71,所述开口11包括供所述第一连接器71外露的第一开口111,所述显示模组30上的连接器包括与所述第一连接器71匹配的第二连接器32;所述转接电路板70上的连接器还包括第三连接器73,所述开口11还包括供所述第三连接器73外露的第二开口112,所述显示模组30上的连接器还包括与所述第三连接器73匹配的第四连接器34。
由此,当所述显示模组30设置于所述箱体10的第一区域时,所述第二连接器32与外露的所述第一连接器71配合,以实现所述显示模组30和所述转接电路板70之间的电性连接;当所述显示模组30设置于所述箱体10的第二区域时,所述第四连接器34与外露的所述第三连接器73配合,以实现所述显示模组30和所述转接电路板70之间的电性连接。所述显示模组30与所述转接电路板70可通过任一对应的连接器组件实现电性连接,使所述显示模组30能够设置于所述箱体10的不同区域,有利于增加所述显示模组30的灵活安装性能。
本实施例中,所述箱体10的第一区域是指所述箱体10位于其中心线L左侧的区域,所述箱体10的第二区域是指所述箱体10位于其中心线L右侧的区域,如图1所示。其中,所述中心线L的延伸方向与所述转接电路板70的长度方向相同。
如图3所示,本实施例中,所述转接电路板70在长度方向上的每一端均设置有所述第一连接器71和所述第三连接器73,所述第一连接器71与所述第三连接器73并排设置,且分别位于前述中心线L的相对两侧。
如图6所示,本实施例中,所述第二连接器32与所述第四连接器34分别位于所述显示模组30的相对两端,所述第二连接器32与所述第四连接器34 的间隔方向垂直于前述中心线L的延伸方向。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述显示模组30可以只设置所述第二连接器32,所述显示模组30安装于所述箱体10的第一区域;在其他实施例中,所述显示模组30也可以只设置所述第四连接器34,所述显示模组30安装于所述箱体10的第二区域。
其中,所述第一连接器71与所述第二连接器32的其中一个为插头、另一个为插座,同样的,所述第三连接器73与所述第四连接器34的其中一个为插头、另一个为插座;再者,所述第一连接器71与所述第三连接器73可以相同或者不相同,相应的,所述第二连接器32与所述第四连接器34也可以相同或者不相同,对此不作限定。本实施例中,所述第一连接器71与所述第三连接器73均为插座,所述第二连接器32与所述第四连接器34均为插头。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述第一连接器71、所述第三连接器73、所述第二连接器32及所述第四连接器34的大致轮廓为腰圆形,所述第一开口111与所述第二开口112的形状同样为腰圆形且分别大于所述第一连接器71与所述第三连接器73,以使所述第一连接器71与所述第三连接器73能够外露。
在其他实施例中,所述显示模组30与所述转接电路板70之间对应的连接器组件也可以是顶针和触垫等其他形式的组件,此处不做赘述。
本申请的实施例中,每一所述显示模组30与所述箱体10之间的所述加强板50的数量与所述显示模组30上的连接器的数量相同。具体的,请一并参阅图2、图4至图6,本实施例中,每一所述显示模组30与所述箱体10之间设置有一对所述加强板50,所述一对加强板50分别设置于所述显示模组30的相对两端,位于所述显示模组30相对两端的所述第二连接器32和所述第四连接器34分别穿过一所述加强板50的收容空间51。其中,所述加强板50大致呈矩形板状,所述收容空间51设于所述加强板50的中间区域且贯通其相对两侧,以使所述显示模组30上的连接器穿过,进而与所述转接电路板70上的连接器对应连接。
其中,所述加强板50可以通过螺纹连接、卡合连接或者磁性吸附等任一种固定方式可拆卸连接于所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧。本实施例中,所述加强板50与所述显示模组30通过螺纹连接固定。可以理解的是,所 述显示模组30设置有连接器的部分固定设置所述加强板50,有利于提升该部分的结构强度,从而在所述显示模组30上的连接器与所述转接电路板70上的连接器进行插拔时,所述显示模组30设置有连接器的部分不易损坏。
如图5所示,本实施例中,所述第一胶槽53开设于所述加强板50面朝所述显示模组30的一侧对应所述凸橼52的区域,即,所述第一胶槽53及所述凸橼52分别在围绕所述收容空间51的周向上延伸相同的长度,并且所述第一胶槽53及所述凸橼52的宽度(即垂直于其延伸方向上的尺寸)也相同,所述第一胶槽53及所述凸橼52在所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧的正投影完全重合。在其他实施例中,所述第一胶槽53也可以开设于所述加强板50面朝所述显示模组30的一侧对应所述凸橼52的区域内,即所述第一胶槽53及所述凸橼52分别在围绕所述收容空间51的周向上延伸相同的长度,但所述第一胶槽53的宽度小于所述凸橼52的宽度,由此,所述第一胶槽53在所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧的正投影位于所述凸橼52在所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧的正投影内。
可以理解的是,在满足所述加强板50与所述显示模组30之间通过所述第一胶槽53内灌入的胶体实现密封的前提下,所述第一胶槽53开设于所述加强板50面朝所述显示模组30的一侧对应所述凸橼52的区域或者该区域内,有利于减小所述加强板50的整体尺寸,节省材料和成本。
在其他实施例中,所述第一胶槽53还可以开设于所述加强板50面朝所述显示模组30的一侧的其他区域,由此,所述第一胶槽53及所述凸橼52分别在围绕所述收容空间51的周向上延伸不同的长度,但所述第一胶槽53的宽度与所述凸橼52的宽度可以相同或者不同,所述第一胶槽53在所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧的正投影可以与所述凸橼52在所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧的正投影部分重合或者不重合。
如图4及图5所示,本实施例中,所述灌胶口54开设于所述凸橼52的端面(即所述凸橼52朝向所述箱体10的表面),优选的,所述灌胶口54的数量设置为多个(两个或者两个以上),所述多个灌胶口54沿所述凸橼52的延伸方向间隔设置。本实施例中,可通过所述多个灌胶口54同时向所述第一胶槽53内灌胶,有利于加快灌胶的速度。在其他实施例中,所述灌胶口54也可 以设置为一个。
优选的,如图5所示,本实施例中,所述显示模组30面朝所述加强板50的一侧对应所述第一胶槽53开设一圈第二胶槽38,所述第二胶槽38与所述第一胶槽53连通。由此,通过所述至少一个灌胶口54向所述第一胶槽53内灌胶时,胶体可一并流入所述第二胶槽38中,从而增加了所述胶体与所述显示模组30及所述加强板50的接触面积,有利于提高所述显示模组30与所述加强板50之间的密封性。
其中,所述第二胶槽38的位置可以与所述第一胶槽53的位置完全对应或者部分对应,即所述第一胶槽53在所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧的正投影至少部分位于所述第二胶槽38的区域内,只要所述第二胶槽38与所述第一胶槽53连通以共同容纳所述胶体即可,对此不作限定。
请一并参阅图5、图7及图8,本实施例中,所述加强板50于面朝所述箱体10的一侧围绕所述收容空间51的周向还凸设有一圈第一挡水墙55,所述第一挡水墙55位于所述凸橼52的外侧,所述密封圈90的外侧面向外延伸有第一凸耳圈91,所述第一凸耳圈91与所述第一挡水墙55的内侧面抵接。由此,所述密封圈90与所述加强板50的接触面积增大,有利于增强二者之间的密封效果。
进一步的,如图5及图8所示,本实施例中,所述加强板50面朝所述箱体10的一侧围绕所述收容空间51的周向还凸设有一圈第二挡水墙56,所述第二挡水墙56位于所述凸橼52的内侧,所述密封圈90的内侧面向内延伸有第二凸耳圈92,所述第二凸耳圈92与所述第二挡水墙56的外侧面抵接。由此,所述密封圈90与所述加强板50的接触面积进一步增大,有利于进一步增强二者之间的密封效果。
需要说明的是,所述密封圈90、所述第一挡水墙55及所述第二挡水墙56的内侧、外侧均是相对所述收容空间51而言的,内侧是指靠近所述收容空间的一侧,外侧是指远离所述收容空间的一侧。
进一步的,请一并参阅图3及图5,本实施例中,所述箱体10面朝所述显示模组30的一侧围绕所述开口11的周向凸设有一圈第三挡水墙17(如图3所示),所述显示模组30设于所述箱体10上时,所述第三挡水墙17位于所 述第一挡水墙55和所述密封圈90之间(如图5所示)。本实施例中,所述第一挡水墙55与所述第三挡水墙17配合,可以依次阻挡雨水,消除雨水的冲击力,防止雨水冲击力造成所述密封圈90与所述加强板50之间的密封处及所述密封圈90与所述箱体10之间的密封处渗水,从而提升所述密封圈90、所述加强板50、及所述箱体10之间的密封效果。
在其他实施例中,所述第一挡水墙55、所述第二挡水墙56及所述第三挡水墙17可以只设置其中的任意一个或者任意两个,同样可以在一定程度上提升所述密封圈90、所述加强板50、及所述箱体10之间的密封效果。
需要说明的是,所述加强板50于所述收容空间51延伸方向上的相对两侧分别开设有通孔,所述通孔内用于设置所述第二磁吸件31;所述加强板50还做有镂空处理,以减轻重量;此外,所述加强板50还具有其他结构,此处不做赘述。
更进一步的,本实施例中,所述显示模组30至少在面朝所述箱体10的一侧设置防水层,所述防水层未覆盖所述显示模组30上的连接器,由此,所述显示模组30除连接器以外的其他部分均可以实现防水效果。
其中,所述防水层可以包括设置于所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧的防水膜和/或防水涂层,对此不作限定。
需要说明的是,所述显示模组30面朝所述箱体10的一侧设置有所述防水层及前述的第二胶槽38时,所述第二胶槽38开设于所述防水层上,且所述第二胶槽38可以贯穿所述防水层,也可以不贯穿所述防水层,对此不作限定。

- 一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括箱体、设于所述箱体上的显示模组,以及设于所述箱体和所述显示模组之间的加强板;所述箱体内设置转接电路板,所述显示模组及所述转接电路板分别设有连接器,所述箱体设有开口,所述显示模组上的连接器与所述转接电路板上的连接器通过所述开口实现电性连接;所述加强板设有收容空间,以供所述显示模组上的连接器穿过;所述加强板面朝所述箱体的一侧围绕所述收容空间的周向凸设一圈凸橼,所述加强板面朝所述显示模组的一侧围绕所述收容空间的周向开设一圈第一胶槽,且所述加强板开设连通所述第一胶槽的至少一个灌胶口;其中,所述凸橼用于安装密封圈,所述密封圈弹性挤压于所述加强板和所述箱体之间并包围所述箱体的开口;所述至少一个灌胶口用于向所述第一胶槽内灌胶,以实现所述加强板和所述显示模组之间的密封。
- 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一胶槽开设于所述加强板面朝所述显示模组的一侧对应所述凸橼的区域,所述至少一个灌胶口开设于所述凸橼的端面。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示模组面朝所述加强板的一侧对应所述第一胶槽开设一圈第二胶槽,所述第二胶槽与所述第一胶槽连通。
- 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述转接电路板上的连接器包括第一连接器,所述箱体上的开口包括供所述第一连接器外露的第一开口,所述显示模组上的连接器包括与所述第一连接器匹配的第二连接器;所述显示模组设于所述箱体的第一区域时,所述第二连接器与外露的所述第一连接器配合,以实现所述显示模组和所述转接电路板之间的电性连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述转接电路板上的连接器还包括第三连接器,所述箱体上的开口还包括供所述第三连接器外露的第二开口,所述显示模组上的连接器还包括与所述第三连接器匹配的第四连接器;所述显示模组设于所述箱体的第二区域时,所述第四连接器与外露的所述 第三连接器配合,以实现所述显示模组和所述转接电路板之间的电性连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一连接器与所述第三连接器并排设置;所述第二连接器与所述第四连接器分别位于所述显示模组的相对两端。
- 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示模组至少在面朝所述箱体的一侧设置防水层,所述防水层未覆盖所述显示模组上的连接器;所述防水层包括设置于所述显示模组面朝所述箱体的一侧的防水膜和/或防水涂层。
- 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述加强板面朝所述箱体的一侧围绕所述收容空间的周向还凸设有一圈第一挡水墙,所述第一挡水墙位于所述凸橼的外侧,所述密封圈的外侧面向外延伸有第一凸耳圈,所述第一凸耳圈与所述第一挡水墙的内侧面抵接。
- 如权利要求8所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述加强板面朝所述箱体的一侧围绕所述收容空间的周向还凸设有一圈第二挡水墙,所述第二挡水墙位于所述凸橼的内侧,所述密封圈的内侧面向内延伸有第二凸耳圈,所述第二凸耳圈与所述第二挡水墙的外侧面抵接。
- 如权利要求8或9所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述箱体面朝所述显示模组的一侧围绕所述开口的周向凸设有一圈第三挡水墙,所述显示模组设于所述箱体上时,所述第三挡水墙位于所述第一挡水墙和所述密封圈之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述箱体面朝所述显示模组的一侧设置若干第一吸附件,所述显示模组面朝所述箱体的一侧对应所述若干第一吸附件设置若干第二吸附件,所述若干第一吸附件和所述若干第二吸附件通过磁性吸附以将所述显示模组固定于所述箱体上,并将所述密封圈弹性挤压于所述加强板和所述箱体之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述加强板通过螺纹连接、卡合连接或者磁性吸附的固定方式可拆卸连接于所述显示模组面朝所述箱体的一侧。
