Le résultat technique consiste en une réduction maximale des risques et une limitation de la propagation croisée de virus et de bactéries nocives au sein d'un grand nombre de personnes dans un local pour la diffusion et la visualisation de productions cinématographiques-vidéo grâce à la mise à l'échelle de locaux-cellules isolés pour de petits groupes de visiteurs selon un procédé d'agencement vertical et/ou horizontal avec d'autres en un seul système. Ce cinéma cellulaire comprend plusieurs locaux-cellules distincts équipés des équipements nécessaires pour regarder des productions cinématographiques-vidéo. Des lampes de type fermé et/ou des unités de recirculation bactéricides sont intégrées dans les parois et les plafonds de chaque local-cellule, et servent à décontaminer le local. Dans le local-cellule du cinéma se trouvent des appareils de ventes en libre service pour la vente de boissons et de nourriture. Chaque local-cellule peut être mis à l'échelle sans limite selon un procédé d'agencement vertical et/ou horizontal avec d'autres locaux-cellules isolés en un système unique à l'aide d'un dispositif de galleries ouvertes, d'escaliers, d'escalateurs ou d'ascenseurs pour le déplacement des visiteurs du cinéma.
