스타트업 지원을 위한 전문가 매칭 시스템
본 발명은 스타트업(startup) 지원 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 스타트업 지원을 위한 전문가 매칭 시스템에 관한 것이다.
스타트업(startup) 기업은 적게는 1-2인의 소규모로 시작하여 발빠르게 사업을 전개해 나가는 특징을 갖는다.
적은 인원으로 시작하다 보니 경영, 마케팅, 구매, 재무, 해외 수출/수입 지역, 기술 등의 다양한 분야의 전문성이 부족하다는 단점이 있다. 이에, 다양한 기관 등에서는 엑셀러레이터(accelerator) 프로그램을 제공하여 스타트업 기업들이 다양한 전문적인 지원을 받도록 하고 있다.
엑셀러레이터나 멘토링(mentoring) 등을 운영하는 기관에서는 마케팅, 구매, 재무, 기술 등의 다양한 전문가 풀(expert pool)을 확보하고 있지만, 전문가 풀의 전문가 수나 분야에 한계가 있다는 문제점이 있고, 사업에 필요한 보다 세밀하고 직접적인 컨설팅을 받는 것이 거의 불가능하다는 단점이 있다.
이에, 대개의 스타트업 기업은 유사 전문 영역의 전문가 1-2이 컨설팅에 참여하여 아는 범위 내에서 컨설팅을 하는 정도에 만족할 수밖에 없다. 즉, 선택 가능한 전문가의 범위가 너무 한정적이다.
더군다나 해외 수출이나 해외 수입처에 대해 정보를 전문가의 도움을 받고 싶어도 특정 국가나 지역에 대한 전문가를 찾기가 쉽지 않다.
이에, 사업에 꼭 필요한 직접적인 전문가를 찾아 정확한 자문을 구할 수 있는 수단이 절실히 요구되고 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 스타트업 지원을 위한 전문가 매칭 시스템을 제공하는 데 있다.
상술한 본 발명의 목적에 따른 스타트업 지원을 위한 전문가 매칭 시스템은, 스타트업 컨설팅을 요청하고 제공받는 스타트업 단말; 상기 스타트업 단말에서 요청된 스타트업 컨설팅을 제공하는 전문가 단말; 상기 스타트업 단말에서 요청하는 스타트업 컨설팅을 분석하여 전문가를 검색하고, 해당 전문가 단말과 상기 스타트업 단말 간을 매칭시키는 전문가 매칭 서버를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.

또한, 해당 전문가의 컨설팅 이력과 컨설팅에 대한 평가 등을 반영하여 전문가 풀의 전문가 정보를 갱신하도록 구성됨으로써, 차후에 유사한 컨설팅 요청이 있을 때에도 전문가를 정확하게 검색하여 매칭시켜줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.

스타트업 단말(100)은 스타트업 컨설팅을 요청하고 제공받도록 구성될 수 있다. 스타트업 컨설팅은 경영, 재무, 구매, 세무, 수출입, 기술 등의 다양한 분야에 대한 컨설팅이 될 수 있다.

전문가 매칭 서버(300)는 스타트업 단말(100)에서 요청하는 스타트업 컨설팅을 분석하여 전문가를 검색하고, 해당 전문가 단말(200)과 스타트업 단말(100) 간을 매칭시키도록 구성될 수 있다. 여기서, 전문가 매칭 서버(300)는 컨설팅 건수 또는 컨설팅 시간 등에 따른 컨설팅 비용을 스타트업 기업으로부터 수취하여 전문가에게 지급할 수 있으며, 일정 비율의 수수료를 수취할 수 있다.
전문가 매칭 서버(300)는 전문가 풀 등록 모듈(301), 전문가 풀 데이터베이스(302), 컨설팅 요청 수신 모듈(303), 전문가 설정 모듈(304), 전문가 풀 검색 모듈(305), 전문가 AI 검색 모듈(306), 컨설팅 의뢰/수임 모듈(307), 전문가 매칭 모듈(308), 전문가 컨설팅 평가 반영 모듈(309), 전문가 정보 갱신 모듈(310)을 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이하, 세부적인 구성에 대하여 설명한다.
전문가 풀 등록 모듈(301)은 전문가 단말(200)로부터 스타트업을 위한 전문가 등록을 수신하여 해당 전문가를 전문가 풀(expert pool)에 등록하도록 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 전문가 풀은 스타트업 컨설팅이 있기 전에 미리 형성될 수 있다. 전문가를 모집하여 전문가 풀을 형성하는 데에는 다소 시간이 걸리고 전문가 수도 제한적일 수는 있다.
전문가 풀 데이터베이스(302)는 전문가 풀이 저장되도록 구성될 수 있다. 각 전문가의 정보로서 프로필 정보와 전문 컨설팅 분야, 해당 전문가의 컨설팅 이력 등이 저장될 수 있다.
컨설팅 요청 수신 모듈(303)은 스타트업 단말(100)로부터 스타트업 컨설팅의 요청을 수신하도록 구성될 수 있다.
전문가 설정 모듈(304)은 컨설팅 요청 수신 모듈(303)에서 수신된 요청에 대응되는 전문가를 설정하도록 구성될 수 있다. 여기서, 전문가는 스타트업 컨설팅에 필요한 일종의 '가상'의 전문가라고 볼 수 있다. 예를 들어, 중국의 우한에 방역 제품을 수출하려고 하는 경우, 해당 업무에 필요한 전문가를 찾아야 한다. 이를 위해서는 중국 우한 지역 전문가, 중국 수출 관련 전문가, 방역 제품 전문가 등이 필요하다.
전문가 설정 모듈(304)은 전문가 검색 카테고리 파악부(304a), 전문가 지역 파악부(304b), 전문가 검색어 추출부(304c)를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이하, 세부적인 구성에 대하여 설명한다.
전문가 검색 카테고리 파악부(304a)는 컨설팅 요청 수신 모듈(303)에서 수신된 스타트업 컨설팅의 요청을 분석하여 스타트업 컨설팅에 필요한 전문가 검색 카테고리를 파악하도록 구성될 수 있다. 앞서 예시한 중국 우한에 방역복을 수출하는 경우, 전문가 검색 카테고리는 중국 우한, 중국 수출, 방역 제품의 3가지 전문가 검색 카테고리가 파악될 수 있다.
전문가 지역 파악부(304b)는 컨설팅 요청 수신 모듈(303)에서 수신된 스타트업 컨설팅의 요청을 분석하여 스타트업 컨설팅에 필요한 전문가의 지역을 파악하도록 구성될 수 있다. 여기서는 중국 우한이라는 특정 지역이 파악될 수 있다.
전문가 검색어 추출부(304c)는 컨설팅 요청 수신 모듈(303)에서 수신된 스타트업 컨설팅의 요청을 분석하여 전문가 검색에 필요한 전문가 검색어를 추출하도록 구성될 수 있다. 여기서는 앞선 예시의 경우 '중국', '우한', '수출', '방역 제품' 등의 검색어가 추출될 수 있다.
전문가 풀 검색 모듈(305)은 전문가 설정 모듈(304)에서 설정된 전문가를 전문가 풀 데이터베이스(302)의 전문가 풀에서 검색하도록 구성될 수 있다. 앞서 파악된 전문가 검색 카테고리, 전문가 지역, 전문가 검색어 등을 이용하여 전문가를 검색할 수 있다.
전문가 AI 검색 모듈(306)은 전문가 설정 모듈(304)에서 설정된 전문가를 SNS 서버(10) 또는 웹 서버(20) 상에서 실시간 자동 검색하도록 구성될 수 있다. 미리 형성해 놓은 전문가 풀의 한계성으로 인해 전문가 AI 검색 모듈(306)은 직접 실시간으로 전문가를 AI 검색하도록 구성될 수 있다.
즉, 스타트업 단말(100)의 컨설팅 요청을 분석하여 그에 직접적으로 필요한 전문가를 SNS 서버(10)나 웹 서버(20) 상에서 실시간 검색하여 전문가를 섭외하도록 구성될 수 있다. 이로 인해 보다 직접적이고 전문적인 전문가를 섭외할 수 있고, 컨설팅의 질(quality)이 높아질 수 있는 장점이 있다.
한편, AI 검색에 의한 전문가는 전문가 풀 등록 모듈(301)에 의해 전문가 풀 데이터베이스(302)에 신규 등록될 수 있다. 이에, 전문가 풀이 점점 더 확대될 수 있다.
전문가 AI 검색 모듈(306)은 전문가 검색 제어부(306a), SNS 로봇 검색부(306b), 웹 서버 로봇 검색부(306c), 텍스트 마이닝부(306d), 전문가 프로필 생성부(306e)를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이하, 세부적인 구성에 대하여 설명한다.
전문가 검색 제어부(306a)는 전문가 설정 모듈(304)에서 설정된 전문가의 검색을 제어하도록 구성될 수 있다.
SNS 로봇 검색부(306b)는 전문가 검색 제어부(306a)의 제어에 따라 SNS 서버(10) 상에서 SNS 유저(user) 정보를 실시간 로봇 검색하도록 구성될 수 있다.
예를 들어, SNS 로봇 검색부(306b)는 페이스북(facebook) 페이지를 검색하여 다양한 SNS 유저 정보를 검색할 수 있다. 중국, 우한, 방역제품 등의 키워드를 이용하여 SNS 유저 정보를 검색해 낼 수 있다. 페이스북의 경우 유저의 국가 범위가 매우 넓고 유저의 수 역시 수십억에 이른다. 전세계적으로 다양한 유저들의 풀(pool)에서 전문가를 검색할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
그리고 SNS 로봇 검색부(306b)는 다양한 언어로 검색을 할 수 있다. 검색 언어의 다양성으로 인해 보다 넓은 검색 범위를 확보할 수 있다.
웹 서버 로봇 검색부(306c)는 전문가 검색 제어부(306a)의 제어에 따라 웹 서버(20) 상에서 전문가 정보를 실시간 로봇 검색하도록 구성될 수 있다.
웹 페이지는 개인 홈페이지, 회사 홈페이지, 블로그 등의 다양한 웹 페이지가 포함될 수 있다.
텍스트 마이닝부(306d)는 SNS 로봇 검색부(306b)에서 로봇 검색된 SNS 유저 정보 및 웹 서버 로봇 검색부(306c)에서 로봇 검색된 전문가 정보를 텍스트 마이닝(text mining)을 이용하여 분석하도록 구성될 수 있다. 텍스트 마이닝부(306d)는 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 보다 정확하고 구체적인 분석을 하여 전문가를 찾아낼 수 있다.
전문가 프로필 생성부(306e)는 텍스트 마이닝부(306d)의 분석에 따라 스타트업 컨설팅을 위한 전문가 프로필을 생성하도록 구성될 수 있다. 전문가 프로필 생성부(306e)는 특정 스타트업 컨설팅에 필요한 전문가를 찾아 전문가 프로필을 새로 생성할 수 있다. 여기서, 새로 생성된 전문가 프로필은 전문가 풀 등록 모듈(301)을 통해 전문가 풀 데이터베이스(302)에 신규 등록될 수 있다.
다른 한편, 전문가 AI 검색 모듈(306)은 컨설팅 요청이 있을 때만 전문가 AI 검색을 하는 것이 아니라 평상 시에도 실시간으로 AI 전문가 검색을 하도록 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 가상 컨설팅 요청 모듈(미도시)에서는 가상의 컨설팅 요청을 생성할 수 있다. 이러한 가상의 컨설팅 요청은 스타트업과 연관된 다양한 빅데이터 데이터베이스(미도시)를 스타트업 빅데이터 분석 모듈(미도시)에서 분석하여 현재 가장 많은 컨설팅 요청을 예상할 수 있다. 이를 이용하여 가상 컨설팅 요청 모듈(미도시)이 가상의 컨설팅 요청을 실시간 생성하여 전문가 풀을 미리미리 확보해 놓을 수 있다. 예를 들어, '코로나'로 인해 갑자기 국내에서 '마스크' 부족 현상이 급격히 늘어나는 경우, '국내 코로나 방역 마스크 제조'라는 가상의 컨설팅 요청을 생성하여 관련 전문가들을 미리 AI 검색하고 전문가 풀을 확대할 수 있다. 여기서, 전문가 설정 모듈(304)은 가상 컨설팅 요청 모듈(미도시)로부터 가상의 스타트업 컨설팅의 요청을 수신하고, 해당 가상의 스타트업 컨설팅의 요청에 대응되는 전문가를 설정하도록 구성될 수 있다.
컨설팅 의뢰/수임 모듈(307)은 전문가 풀 검색 모듈(305)에서 검색된 전문가 또는 전문가 AI 검색 모듈(306)에서 검색된 전문가의 전문가 단말(200)로 스타트업 컨설팅을 자동 의뢰하고, 해당 전문가 단말(200)로부터 컨설팅 수임을 수신하도록 구성될 수 있다. 전문가는 스타트업 컨설팅 의뢰를 확인하고 선별적으로 컨설팅 수임을 할 수 있다.
전문가 매칭 모듈(308)은 스타트업 단말(100)과 컨설팅 의뢰/수임 모듈(307)에서 컨설팅 수임을 수신한 전문가 단말(200)을 상호 매칭하도록 구성될 수 있다. 여러 건의 컨설팅 수임이 있는 경우, 전문가 매칭 모듈(308)은 컨설팅 수임 리스트를 생성하여 스타트업 단말(100)로 제공하고, 스타트업 단말(100)의 선택에 따라 상호 매칭을 하도록 구성될 수 있다. 여기서, 컨설팅 수임 리스트에는 각 전문가의 전문가 프로필, 컨설팅 이력, 스타트업의 전문가 컨설팅에 대한 평가 등이 포함될 수 있다.
전문가 매칭 모듈(308)은 전문가 매칭 제어부(308a), 컨설팅 예약 설정부(308b), 실시간 자동 통번역부(308c)를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이하, 세부적인 구성에 대하여 설명한다.
전문가 매칭 제어부(308a)는 스타트업 단말(100)과 컨설팅 의뢰/수임 모듈(307)에서 컨설팅 수임이 수신된 전문가 단말(200)을 상호 매칭하도록 제어할 수 있다.
컨설팅 예약 설정부(308b)는 전문가 매칭 제어부(308a)의 제어에 따라 스타트업 단말(100) 및 전문가 단말(200) 간의 컨설팅 스케줄을 예약 설정하도록 구성될 수 있다. 컨설팅 예약 설정부(308b)는 스타트업 기업의 온라인 접속 가능 시간과 전문가의 온라인 접속 가능 시간을 상호 대비하여 컨설팅 예약을 하도록 구성될 수 있다. 여기서, 전문가가 외국에 거주하는 외국인이라면 시차를 반영하여 컨설팅 예약을 수행하도록 구성될 수 있다.
실시간 자동 통번역부(308c)는 스타트업 단말(100) 및 전문가 단말(200) 간의 소통을 위해 컨설팅 예약 설정부(308b)에서 예약 설정된 컨설팅 스케줄 상에서 상호 간의 실시간 자동 통번역 기능을 제공하도록 구성될 수 있다. 앞선 예시에서 중국 우한에 거주하고 있는 중국인 방역 전문가 또는 중국 우한의 여러 상황에 대해 잘 알고 있는 현지의 중국인 경영 컨설팅 전문가와 전문가 매칭이 이루어졌다고 가정하면, 온라인 영상 통화 상에서 실시간 통번역 기능을 제공하여 실시간 컨설팅이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 스타트업의 특성상 빠르고 신속하고 직접적인 컨설팅이 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 전문가 매칭 서버(300)에는 전문가 매칭 모듈(308) 외에 글로벌 투자자 매칭 모듈(미도시)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 여기서, 글로벌 투자자 매칭 모듈(미도시)은 미리 등록된 글로벌 투자자 단말(미도시)을 추가적으로 매칭하여 스타트업 관계자, 전문가, 글로벌 투자자 간의 온라인 미팅을 주재하도록 구성될 수 있다. 글로벌 투자자는 컨설팅에 참여하여 자신의 의견이나 투자를 위한 조언이나 협의 등을 할 수 있다.
전문가 컨설팅 평가 반영 모듈(309)은 전문가 매칭 모듈(308)에 의해 상호 매칭된 해당 전문가의 스타트업 컨설팅에 대한 전문가 컨설팅 평가를 스타트업 단말(100)로부터 수신하여 전문가 풀 데이터베이스(302)에 반영하도록 구성될 수 있다. 특정 전문가가 전문가 매칭 서버(300)를 통해 컨설팅을 하는 경우, 컨설팅을 제공받는 스타트업 기업은 그 컨설팅의 양질, 서비스 등에 대한 다양한 평가를 할 수 있다. 이러한 평가를 통해 다른 스타트업 기업이 그 전문가의 컨설팅을 수임할 지를 결정할 수 있다. 전문가의 컨설팅 평가가 계속 낮다면 스타트업 기업이 선택을 하지 않게 될 것이다.
전문가 정보 갱신 모듈(310)은 전문가 컨설팅 평가 반영 모듈(309)에서 수신된 전문가 컨설팅 평가에 따라 전문가 풀 데이터베이스(302) 상의 해당 전문가의 주요 컨설팅 분야 및 컨설팅 이력에 대한 정보를 갱신하도록 구성될 수 있다. 전문가의 컨설팅 이력이 늘어나면, 이를 통해 다른 스타트업 기업이 참조할 수 있다. 한편, 전문가의 컨설팅이 늘어날수록 그 전문가의 주요 컨설팅 분야와 특장점에 대해서도 전문가 풀에 갱신 저장되기 때문에, 특정 세부 분야에 대해 컨설팅을 받고 싶은 경우, 전문가 풀 검색 모듈(305)은 특정 세부 분야에 강점을 갖는 전문가를 우선적으로 검색해낼 수 있다. 즉, 컨설팅의 이력이 늘어날수록 드러나는 전문가의 실제 강점이 있는 분야를 전문가 정보에 갱신하여 전문가 매칭의 정확도가 높아질 수 있다.
이상 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스타트업 컨설팅을 요청하고 제공받는 스타트업 단말;
    상기 스타트업 단말에서 요청된 스타트업 컨설팅을 제공하는 전문가 단말;
    상기 스타트업 단말에서 요청하는 스타트업 컨설팅을 분석하여 전문가를 검색하고, 해당 전문가 단말과 상기 스타트업 단말 간을 매칭시키는 전문가 매칭 서버를 포함하는 스타트업 지원을 위한 전문가 매칭 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전문가 단말은,
    스타트업을 위한 경영, 재무, 구매, 마케팅 및 기술 중 적어도 하나 이상의 영역에 대한 스타트업 컨설팅을 제공하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스타트업 지원을 위한 전문가 매칭 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전문가 매칭 서버는,
    상기 전문가 단말이 온라인 상에서 상기 스타트업 단말로 상기 스타트업 컨설팅을 제공하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스타트업 지원을 위한 전문가 매칭 시스템.
