结合附图1-3,本实施例提供一种塑胶卡板,包括:卡板本体1,所述卡板本体1内设有钢管架2;至少一个支撑脚3,所述支撑脚3设于所述卡板本体1的底部。
在本实施例中,卡板本体1内设有钢管架2,钢管架2的设置增强了塑胶卡板的结构强度,使得塑胶卡板在使用的过程中具有不易变形,且承重能力强的效果。
实际运用中,在钢管上设置若干定位塑胶扣4,由于定位塑胶扣4外形尺寸与注塑塑胶卡板模具中的孔槽相同,故使钢管架2可以牢固的固定在注塑卡板本体1的模具中,然后对固定有钢管架2的模具中进行注塑塑料,最后形成内部包有钢管架2的卡板本体1,该设置的卡板本体1具有不易变形,承重能力强的特点。
实际运用时,钢管架2在卡板本体1上的设置为九宫格设置。
实施例2
结合附图1-7,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例1的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述支撑脚3与所述卡板本体1可拆卸连接。该设置使得塑胶卡板中的支撑脚3一旦出现损坏时,便于更换新支撑脚3,有效避免了因为支撑脚3损坏而使整个塑胶卡板报废的情况,进一步降低了用户的使用成本,间接提高了塑胶卡板的使用寿命。
实际运用中,所述支撑脚3与所述卡板本体1一体成型。该设置可以简化工艺操作
实施例3
结合附图1-7,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例1的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述支撑脚3为中空结构,所述支撑脚3的一端设有开口,所述开口位于所述卡板本体1的底部,所述开口的尺寸大于所述支撑脚3的另一端外周尺寸,所述支撑脚3的一端开口与所述支撑脚3的另一端相配合。
在本实施例中,通过将支撑脚3设置一端具有开口的中空结构,且开口的尺寸大于所述支撑脚3的另一端外周尺寸,所述支撑脚3的一端开口与所述支撑脚3的另一端相配合,不仅可以有效减轻塑胶卡板本身的重量,且在多个塑胶卡板运输存储时,可以依次上下采用套入式叠放,即,相邻塑胶卡板中的上塑胶卡板的支撑脚3的一端开口与下塑胶卡板的支撑脚3的另一端相配合,不仅能够大幅度节约存储空间,且降低了运输成本。
实施例4
结合附图3-5,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例1的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述支撑脚3包括第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13,所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13均为中空结构,所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的一端均设有开口处5,所述第一支撑 部12的开口处5与所述第二支撑部13的开口处5通过连接板16相连接,所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的开口处5的尺寸分别大于所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的另一端外周尺寸,所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的一端开口处5分别与所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的另一端相配合。
实际运用中,支撑脚3在与所述卡板本体1相连接时,连接板16与所述卡板本体1相贴合。通过将支撑脚3中第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13均设置成一端具有开口处5的中空结构,且开口处5的尺寸大于第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13的另一端的外周尺寸,所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的一端开口处5与所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的另一端相配合;该设置不仅可以有效减轻塑胶卡板本身的重量,且在多个塑胶卡板运输存储时,可以依次上下采用套入式叠放,即,相邻塑胶卡板中的上塑胶卡板的第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13的一端开口处5分别与下塑胶卡板的第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13的另一端相配合,不仅能够大幅度节约存储空间,且降低了运输成本,同时,相比于现有的支撑脚的结构,本实施例中支撑脚的结构,使得其与卡板本体的接触面积更加的大,从而增加了受力面积,增加了支撑脚的承重能力。
实际运用中,所述支撑脚3具有5个,其中四个分别设于所述卡板本体1的周侧边角上,另外一个设于所述卡板本体1的中间位置。
第一支撑脚14在与所述卡板本体1相连接时,支撑脚3在与所述卡板本体1相连接时,连接板16与所述卡板本体1相贴合,且与连接板16贴合的卡板本体1的位置含有钢管架2中的其中一根钢管,支撑脚3的第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13对称设置在上述钢管的两侧。该设置可以进一步增强支撑脚3的承重能力。
实施例5
结合附图1-4,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例4的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述卡板本体1具有多个贯穿的槽孔6。通过设置卡板本体1具有多个贯穿的槽孔6,可以降低整个塑胶卡板的重量。实际运用中,所述槽孔6为正方形、矩形和蜂窝型的任意一种。
实施例6
结合附图1-7,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例5的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述槽孔6包括第一槽孔17,所述第一槽孔17的尺寸分别大于所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的外周尺寸,所述第一槽孔17分别与所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的开口处5相通。该设置便于相邻塑胶卡板中上塑胶卡板的支撑脚3中的第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13分别下塑胶卡板的支撑脚3中的第一支撑部12和第二支撑部13内,完成多个塑胶卡板的套叠。
实施例7
结合附图4-5,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例4的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的开口处5边沿设有多个卡扣7,所述卡板本体1内对应设有多个卡槽8,所述卡扣7与所述卡槽8配合连接。
在本实施例中,通过卡扣7与卡槽8的配合,使得支撑脚3与所述卡板本体1之间固定连接,该设置使得塑胶卡板中的支撑脚3一旦出现损坏时,便于更换新支撑脚3,有效避免了因为支撑脚3损坏而使整个塑胶卡板报废的情况,进一步降低了用户的使用成本,间接提高了塑胶卡板的使用寿命。
实际运用中,所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的开口处5边沿均设有4个卡扣7,也就是说每个支撑脚3中设有8个卡扣7,所述卡板本体上设有对应的8个卡槽8,所述卡槽8与所述卡扣7配合连接。
实施例8
结合附图1-7,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例7的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13内部的底面上均设置有多个隔板18,所述隔板18分别与所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的内侧壁之间形成内凹槽。该设置可以进一步增强支撑脚3的承重能力。
实施例9
结合附图4-5,本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例8的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的内侧壁上均设有第一凸起9和第一凹槽14,所述第一凸起9与所述第一凹槽14相邻设置,所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的外侧壁上均设有第二凸起10和第二凹槽15,所述第二凸起10与所述第二凹槽15相邻设置,所述第一凸起9与所述第二凹槽15对应设置。该设置可以大大提高支撑脚3的抗弯强度,从而大大提高脚的承重能力。实际运用中,第一凸起9和第二凸起10的横截面为梯形,第一凹槽14与第二凹槽15的横截面则为倒梯形。
实际运用中,所述第一槽孔6的内壁上设有呈倒T形的凸台11,所述凸台11的底端与所述第一支撑部12和所述第二支撑部13的内壁上的第一凸起9的顶端贴合设置。该设置可以增加卡板本体1与支撑脚3的受力面积,进一步提高支撑脚3的承重能力。
实施例10
本实施例的塑胶卡板,与实施例4的技术方案相比,可改进如下:所述第一支撑部12的开口处5与所述第二支撑部13的开口处5的尺寸大小为500-800mm,该尺寸大小可以使杆柱形的货架放进且稳定的固定在第一支撑部12的开口处5与所述第二支撑部13的开口处5内, 使货架稳定的固定在塑胶卡板上。.

Claims (10)

  1. 一种塑胶卡板,其特征在于,包括:
    卡板本体,所述卡板本体内设有钢管架;
    至少一个支撑脚,所述支撑脚设于所述卡板本体的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述支撑脚与所述卡板本体可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述支撑脚为中空结构,所述支撑脚的一端设有开口,所述开口位于所述卡板本体的底部,所述开口的尺寸大于所述支撑脚的另一端外周尺寸,所述支撑脚的一端开口与所述支撑脚的另一端相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述支撑脚包括第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部均为中空结构,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的一端均设有开口处,所述第一支撑部的开口处与所述第二支撑部的开口处通过连接板相连接,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的开口处的尺寸分别大于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的另一端外周尺寸,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的一端开口处分别与所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的另一端相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述卡板本体具有多个贯穿的槽孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述槽孔包括第一槽孔,所述第一槽孔的尺寸分别大于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的外周尺寸,所述第一槽孔分别与所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的开口处相通。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的开口处边沿设有多个卡扣,所述卡板本体内对应设有多个卡槽,所述卡扣与所述卡槽配合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部内部的底面上均设置有多个隔板,所述隔板分别与所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的内侧壁之间形成内凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的内侧壁上均设有第一凸起和第一凹槽,所述第一凸起与所述第一凹槽相邻设置,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的外侧壁上均设有第二凸起和第二凹槽,所述第二凸起与所述第二凹槽相邻设置,所述第一凸起与所述第二凹槽对应设置。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的塑胶卡板,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部的开口处与所述第二支撑部的开口处的尺寸大小为500-800mm。
