本发明涉及光缆结构的技术领域,具体为一种易开剥扁平分支拉远光缆。
背景技术
光纤光缆行业作为电子通信的重要组成部分,为国民经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献,光纤光缆行业推动了电子信息产业的体系效应,随着光纤光缆行业的发展壮大夯实了我国通信领域的基础,光纤光缆行业已经成为我国FTTH、FTTA系统的采用、三网融合以及大规模4G建设、5G探索的重要支撑。
现有拉远光缆以及分支光缆一般采用子单元及填充绳加强结构,在结构设计上采用螺旋绞合方式,生产工艺受设备限制较多,且光缆一般使用大量芳纶作为承力元件,成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种易开剥扁平分支拉远光缆,其满足抗拉伸、抗压扁、抗辐射、寿命长的机械环境性能,既能满足室外拉远使用又满足室内布线使用。
一种易开剥扁平分支拉远光缆,其特征在于:其包括中心加强件,所述中心加强件的两侧分别设置有一根光单元,两根光单元和所述中心加强件在横截面状态下形成直线排布,两根光单元和所述中心加强件的外周包覆有扁平护套层,所述扁平护套层的外周上设置有若干内凹的开剥槽。
其进一步特征在于:
所述中心加强件的外径和两侧的所述光单元的外径相同,使得三个单元形成厚度一致的整体结构;
所述中心加强件包括中心FRP加强件、外周的护套层;
所述光单元的中心为光纤布置区域,所述光纤布置区域的外周顺次包覆有芳纶纤维砂层、内护套层,所述内护套层具体材质为LSZH护套料;
所述光纤布置区域具体为多根裸纤或者单根紧套纤;
所述扁平护套层为抗粘连LSZH护套料挤制而成,所述扁平护套层的对应于两侧的光单元的外周区域为圆弧结构。
采用本发明后,其结构简单、外径小,并且设计有开剥槽,提高了施工效率,同时可以作为拉远光啦和分支光缆易于市场推广;其在满足传统拉远光缆的敷设环境下,根据应用环境,使用相对便宜的FRP加强件代替部分芳纶纤维纱作为主要的承力元件,产品成本经济,为产品的推广和应用提供了助力;且光缆结构扁平,采用双层护套,并且产品结构紧凑,产品抗压性能以及环境性能优越,能满足4000N/100mm以上抗压以及-40-85C的应用环境;其满足抗拉伸、抗压扁、抗辐射、寿命长的机械环境性能,既能满足室外拉远使用又满足室内布线使用。

具体实施方式
一种易开剥扁平分支拉远光缆,见图1:其包括中心加强件1,中心加强件1的两侧分别设置有一根光单元2,两根光单元2和中心加强件1在横截面状态下形成直线排布,两根光单元2和中心加强件1的外周包覆有扁平护套层3,扁平护套层3的外周上设置有若干内凹的开剥槽4。
中心加强件1的外径和两侧的光单元2的外径相同,使得三个单元形成厚度一致的整体结构;
中心加强件1包括中心FRP加强件11、外周的护套层12;
光单元2的中心为光纤布置区域,光纤布置区域的外周顺次包覆有芳纶纤维砂层21、内护套层22,内护套层22具体材质为LSZH护套料;
光纤布置区域具体为多根裸纤或者单根紧套纤;具体实施例、见图1,光纤布置区域包括单根光纤23和外周的紧套层24。
扁平护套层3为抗粘连LSZH护套料挤制而成,扁平护套层3的对应于两侧的光单元2的外周区域为圆弧结构。
其结构简单、外径小,并且设计有开剥槽,提高了施工效率,同时可以作为拉远光啦和分支光缆易于市场推广;其在满足传统拉远光缆的敷设环境下,根据应用环境,使用相对便宜的FRP加强件代替部分芳纶纤维纱作为主要的承力元件,产品成本经济,为产品的推广和应用提供了助力;且光缆结构扁平,采用双层护套,并且产品结构紧凑,产品抗压性能以及环境性能优越,能满足4000N/100mm以上抗压以及-40-85C的应用环境。
光缆采用中心加强件作为承力元件代替传统拉远光缆的填充绳作为降本措施;其在扁平护套层的外周上设置有若干内凹的开剥槽、同时采用抗粘连LSZ材料护套,光缆易撕开分支,施工高效,其光单元单芯光缆或者MPO光缆作为分支,既能满足室外拉远使用又能满足室内布线使用。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种易开剥扁平分支拉远光缆,其特征在于所述中心加强件的外径和两侧的所述光单元的外径相同,使得三个单元形成厚度一致的整体结构。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种易开剥扁平分支拉远光缆,其特征在于:所述光单元的中心为光纤布置区域,所述光纤布置区域的外周顺次包覆有芳纶纤维砂层、内护套层,所述内护套层具体材质为LSZH护套料。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种易开剥扁平分支拉远光缆,其特征在于:所述光纤布置区域具体为多根裸纤或者单根紧套纤。
