背景技术
随着社会的发展,资产的流通周转起着重要的作用,对于个人而言,所拥有的物品具有一定的价值,资金的周转可以通过抵押贷款的方式实现,例如房子不仅仅可用于居住而且还可以转化为一笔客观的资金用于周转,对于提供借贷的一方而言,抵押类贷款逾期风险相较信用贷也相对较低,例如很多银行都有该类贷款。以资金提供方为银行的抵押类贷款为例,需要在用户已经明确要办理抵押类贷款业务并到银行柜面或者联系工作人员,录入客户基本信息以及房产等信息后再给出客户的可贷额度,流程繁琐,可贷额度提供比较滞后,并且强依赖于客户提供的个人信息。
如何为需要进行物品价值评估的对象快速便捷地提供服务,在不采集客户的个人信息的前提下进行物品价值评估,实现物品价值评估流程的简化,是目前需要克服的一个难题。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种物品价值评估方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
一种物品价值评估方法,方法包括:
接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面;
将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端;
接收发送终端通过交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;
根据物品标识,查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;及,
根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
一种物品价值评估装置,装置包括:
请求响应模块,用于接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码 图像对应的交互页面;
页面推送模块,用于将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端;
物品标识上传模块,用于接收发送终端通过交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;
物品数据查找模块,用于根据物品标识,查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;及,
物品价值评估模块,用于根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:

本申请提供的物品价值评估方法,可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。其中,终端102通过网络与服务器104进行通信。服务器104响应终端102基于编码图像的识别操作触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面;将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端;接收发送终端通过交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;根据物品标识,查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果至终端102。
在其中一个实施例中,终端102包括非注册用户终端和注册用户终端,编码图像是基于注册用户终端的请求生成,编码图像对应的交互页面与注册用户终端关联,当页面请求的发送终端为非注册用户终端,服务器104将物品价值评估结果分别推送至非注册用户终端以及与交互页面关联的注册用户终端,还可以建立非注册用户终端和注册用户终端的通信连接通道,以实现为需要进行物品价值评估的对象快速便捷地提供价值评估服务。
其中,终端102可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和具有页面显示功能的便携式可穿戴设备,服务器104可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种物品价值评估方法,以该方法应用于图1中的服务器为例进行说明,包括以下步骤202至步骤210。
步骤202,接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面。
编码图像是指携带有编码信息的图像,终端能够通过对编码图像进行解码处理识别图像对应的交互页面标识,并基于交互页面标识向服务器发送页面请求,服务器根据页面请 求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面,并将交互页面推送至终端进行显示。
在一个实施例中,对编码图像的识别操作可以是用户通过终端的图像采集装置如摄像头对编码图像进行扫描,终端基于扫描结果向服务器发送页面请求,服务器根据页面请求,推送配置有数据输入接口对应的目标页面至终端进行显示。
在另一个实施例中,对编码图像的识别操作可以是通过对编码图像进行预置的识别触发操作来对编码图像进行识别。其中,预置的识别触发操作可以是点击次数达到预设时间条件或是单次点击持续时间达到预设时间条件,再或者是触发与编码图像对应的可执行操作中的图像识别选项。
终端基于用户对编码图像的识别操作触发,生成页面请求,并将页面请求发送至服务器,服务器响应页面请求,通过提取页面请求中携带的交互页面标识,查找与交互页面标识对应的交互页面。
步骤204,将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端。
在交互页面的开发过程中,可以预先配置交互页面的交互方式,例如通过小程序、网页页面的方式与用户进行交互。服务器基于交互页面对应的交互方式,根据该交互方式对应的页面配置参数,将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端。
步骤206,接收发送终端通过交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识。
数据输入接口是交互页面中用户输入信息的窗口,具体可以是文本输入窗口,用户可以通过数据输入接口对应的窗口输入要评估的物品信息。数据输入接口也可以文本图像扫描等方式,通过OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)等技术识别文本中的物品信息,并推送扫描结果给用户确认,用户确认后的信息即为输入数据。举例来说,用户可以通过文字形式输入物品信息,如房产信息、车辆信息等,也可以通过扫描房产证等包括房产信息的文本图像,直接从文本中提取出房产信息。在实施例中,为了进一步确保OCR识别结果的准确性,可以通过响应用户对OCR识别结果的确认操作,上传对应的识别信息。
步骤208,根据物品标识,查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据。
物品详情数据是指用于进行物品价值评估的所需数据。物品详情数据的查找,具体可以是服务器通过物品标识,确定物品类型,从物品类型对应的数据库中查找该物品的详情数据,还可以是服务器根据物品标识利用大数据获取该物品对应的物品详情数据。其中,包括物品详情数据的数据库中基于预先采集物品的详情信息构建。
在其中一个实施例中,根据物品标识,查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据包括:根据物品标识,确定物品类型,从物品类型对应的数据库中查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据。
以物品为房产为例,房产信息数据库中可以包括具体某个楼盘中每一栋每一层每一户对应的房产详情信息,房产详情信息可以由房产开发商或房产登记机构提供,房产详情信息具体可以包括房屋面积信息、开发商信息、物业信息、周边配套设施信息等,在房产信 息数据库中的信息基于每一处房产与房产详情信息的匹配关系建立。不同的房产具有不同的房产标识,其中,房产标识可以是具体的地址,例如X小区中AA栋BB层CC户。基于该房产标识,可以从房产信息数据库中查找到该房产的房产详情信息。
步骤210,根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
服务器在获取到物品详情数据后对物品价值进行评估,其中,具体的估值过程可以通过基于大量样本预先训练的神经网络模型实现。具体来说,样本具体包括物品的详情数据以及对应的价值评估结果。在实施例中,样本对应的价值评估结果可以是通过价值区间形式来记录的。划分的价值区间即为模型的分类类别。通过按价值区间分类对模型进行训练,得到的分类模型可以用于对物品详情数据进行物品价值的评估,确定其所属的价值区间,从而得到价值评估结果。服务器在对物品进行价值评估处理后,可以将物品估值结果推送至用户终端,以便用户直接快速地获取到物品的价值评估结果,其中,物品估值结果可以是物品的等效价值也可以是与物品的等效价值对应的预计可贷额度。其中,用户包括客户、渠道工作人员或是银行工作人员等。
上述物品价值评估方法,通过接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面,将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端,以使得用户通过交互页面的数据输入接口上传的物品标识,通过后台查找该物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据,基于查找到的物品详情数据,可以在不采集客户的个人信息就能够即可进行物品价值进行评估,通过向用户推送物品估值结果,实现为需要进行物品价值评估的对象快速便捷地提供价值评估服务的目的。
在其中一个实施例中,接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面即步骤202之前,还包括步骤302至步骤306。
步骤302,响应注册用户终端发送的编码图像生成请求,提取编码图像生成请求中携带的注册用户信息和交互页面标识。
步骤304,根据注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至交互页面的编码图像。
步骤306,将编码图像推送至注册用户终端。
注册用户终端是指注册用户基于其注册的账号密码登录的终端,注册用户是指已经通过注册申请,在服务器中记录有注册数据的用户。具体来说,注册用户可以是辅助客户完成物品信息价值评估以及处理后续的业务跟进事宜的人员。服务器在接收到注册请求时,先对注册请求携带的用户身份信息进行身份验证,当身份验证通过时,反馈注册成功结果至注册请求的发送终端。其中,身份验证可以基于后台配置的工作人员名单实现。
服务器响应注册用户终端发送的编码图像生成请求,提取编码图像生成请求中携带的注册用户信息和交互页面标识。其中,注册用户信息可以是指注册用户的身份标识。交互页面标识用于表征交互页面。
服务器根据注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,以 使得在后续数据处理过程中,基于交互页面能够确定对应的注册用户,便于确定编码图像的推广对象建立客户与工作人员的通信连接。
服务器根据交互页面标识,生成用于识别跳转至交互页面的编码图像。编码图像可以是二维码、条形码等可扫描进入交互界面的携带有编码信息的图像。在实施例中,编码图像可以是一个单独的图像。在其他实施例中,也可以是包括二维码、条形码等编码信息的组合图像,例如包括二维码的海报等。
服务器将编码图像推送至注册用户终端,注册用户即工作人员可以通过将编码图像保存至相册,并通过各种社交渠道分享该编码图像,实现编码图像的推广,客户在获取到编码图像之后,即可通过编码图像的识别操作获取到交互页面。
以编码图像为二维码为例,用户通过扫描二维即可码跳转进入交互页面。其中,用户页面可以是进入小程序或是公众号中的一个页面,也可以是网页页面。以房产价值评估为例,客户扫描工作人员推广的二维码,进入到公众号的房产试算页,在房产试算页录入房产信息并进行额度试算,服务器将会依据录入的房产信息给出预计可贷额度。
在其中一个实施例中,编码图像生成请求还携带有产品信息。如图4所示,根据注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至交互页面的编码图像即步骤304之后,还包括步骤402至步骤406。
步骤402,查找产品信息对应的图像模板。
步骤404,将编码图像填充至图像模板,生成携带有编码图像的组合图像。
步骤406,将组合图像推送至注册用户终端。
产品信息是指与各种业务分别适用的产品的标识信息。产品信息对应的图像模板可以预先进行配置,图像模板中包括产品的详情信息,例如产品的名称,产品对应的条件,产品的具体内容等。
服务器将编码图像填充至图像模板,生成携带有编码图像的组合图像,通过将产品信息与编码信息进行融合,能够得到具有更丰富信息的推广信息,在推广过程中,能够便于客户快速了解相关的信息,实现针对性的产品推广。
在其中一个实施例中,如图5所示,根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果即步骤210,包括步骤502至步骤508。
步骤502,根据页面请求携带的用户标识,确定用户身份。
步骤504,当用户身份为未注册用户时,查找与交互页面关联的注册用户。
步骤506,将物品价值评估结果分别推送至页面请求的发送终端以及交互页面关联的注册用户所在终端。
步骤508,当用户身份为注册用户时,将物品价值评估结果推送至页面请求的发送终端。
对于工作人员与客户面对面的场景下,工作人员可以依据客户提供的物品信息,直接进入交互页面,服务器基于物品价值评估功能,试算出该物品的价值评估结果。此时,服 务器只需要将物品的价值评估结果推送至工作人员所在的终端。
对于客户单独操作的场景,通过识别编码图像进入交互页面,服务器基于物品价值评估功能,试算出该物品的价值评估结果。此时,服务器将物品价值评估结果分别推送至客户所在的终端以及交互页面关联的工作人员所在终端。也就是说,不管请求进行物品估值的用户是客户还是工作人员,服务器均会将物品估值结果推送至与工作人员所在的终端,以便工作人员了解客户的需求。
在实施例中,对于客户单独操作的场景,服务器可以先将物品的价值评估结果推送至客户所在终端,并向客户发送授权请求,经用户授权后,将物品的价值评估结果推送至对应的工作人员所在终端,以保护客户的信息安全。
在其中一个实施例中,如图6所示,根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果即步骤210之后,还包括步骤602至步骤604。
步骤602,根据物品价值评估结果,筛选与物品价值评估结果匹配的产品信息,推送产品信息至页面请求的发送终端。
步骤604,当页面请求的发送终端对应的用户为未注册用户时,根据与交互页面关联的注册用户,建立注册用户与未注册用户的通信连接通道。
与物品价值评估结果匹配的产品信息包括所有产品中对物品价值要求不大于物品价值评估结果的产品。将筛选得到的产品以列表的形式推送至页面请求的发送终端。既可以是客户所在终端,也可以是工作人员所在的终端。
例如,以房抵贷产品(房屋抵押贷款)产品为例,服务器根据客户输入的房产所在城市自动检索该工作人员的房抵贷产品库,并从房抵贷产品库中匹配出可贷的房抵贷产品,并将匹配出可贷的房抵贷产品以产品列表的形式推送至客户所在终端。
客户在获取到可贷的房抵贷产品列表之后,可以通过出触发具体的房抵贷产品,获取房抵贷产品对应的详情的信息。此外,服务器还根据与交互页面关联的注册用户即工作人员,建立工作人员与客户的通信连接通道。例如,向客户提供拨号接口,用户可以基于拨号接口向工作人员发起拨号请求,建立通信连接。在其他实施例中,服务器也可以向客户与工作人员同时提供对方的联系接口,以提高客户与工作人员的沟通效率。
在其中一个实施例中,当页面请求的发送终端对应的用户为未注册用户时,根据与交互页面关联的注册用户,建立注册用户与未注册用户的通信连接通道之后,还包括:记录未注册用户的业务进度数据。当业务进度数据为已完成业务请求时,清除未注册用户对应的数据记录。
业务进度数据包括已得到物品价值评估结果、已选择产品并提交业务请求、已完成业务请求。对于已得到物品价值评估结果、已选择产品并提交业务请求的情况,需要工作人员进一步跟进处理,服务器通过记录未注册用户的业务进度数据,能够便于工作人员进行客户信息与进度查找。
在一个实施例中,以通过公众号实现物品价值评估为例,对物品价值评估方法进行说 明。
工作人员需要通过手机号注册公众号,注册成功之后,可将自己的信息以及房抵贷类别的产品信息生成一张海报并保存至相册,然后可通过各种社交渠道去分享该类产品海报。对于客户单独操作的场景,客户扫描推广海报中的二维码进入到房产试算页,开始录入房产信息并进行额度试算,系统将会依据录入的房产信息给出房产价值评估结果,即预计可贷额度。对于客户与工作人员面对面的场景,工作人员可以依据客户提供的房产信息,直接使用公众号的房产试算功能,试算出该房产的预计可贷额度。客户可以根据返回的预计可贷额度去主动选择自己的贷款意向,具体来说,可以在公众号的页面呈列出的多个房抵贷产品去选择所能申请的房抵贷产品。其中,页面呈列出的房抵贷产品是由服务器根据客户输入的房子所在城市自动检索可工作人员的房抵贷产品库并匹配出可贷的全部的房抵贷产品。客户选择房抵贷产品后进入对应产品的申请页,根据页面的指引填入自己的个人信息并授权,信息授权提交后,服务器将提交的信息即作为房抵贷产品的线索单写入该工作人员的待跟进列表。工作人员根据客户提交的信息,去联系客户并引导客户继续进行剩下的房抵贷流程直至最终放款。对于在试算出预计可贷额度但放弃贷款的房产信息,服务器会自动记录至工作人员对应的房产试算记录列表。当房产最终被发展为真实的订单,服务器该房产信息从房产试算记录列表中移除,实现对房产试算记录列表的更新。
通过上述方法,无论是渠道客户经理还是银行客户经理,作为工作人员,只要完成公众号的注册并在管理系统内选择了需要展业的产品类别或者具体的产品,就可以开始展业,满足了多产品以及单产品的多种产品展业模式。客户仅需要扫码就可以进入房产试算页,在最开始仅需要录入房产信息就可以给出客户预计可贷额度并直接将可贷产品信息展示在页面下方,客户可选择对应产品进入该产品的贷款信息申请页。工作人员会根据系统的数据分类去区别跟踪,并将成功展业的客户信息移除自己的待办,转为自己的业绩。上述方方既方便渠道客户经理、银行客户经理灵活的多模式展业,营销获客,也方便了客户在未录入任何个人隐私信息的前提下,仅根据房产信息估算出的预计可贷额度去决定要不要继续申贷。实现了为需要进行物品价值评估的对象快速便捷地提供价值评估服务的目的。
应该理解的是,虽然上述各个流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,上述各个流程图中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
在一个实施例中,如图7所示,提供了一种物品价值评估装置,包括:A请求响应模块702、页面推送模块704、物品标识上传模块706、物品数据查找模块708和物品价值 评估模块710,其中:
请求响应模块702,用于接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面。
页面推送模块704,用于将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端。
物品标识上传模块706,用于接收发送终端通过交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识。
物品数据查找模块708,用于根据物品标识,查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据。
物品价值评估模块710,用于根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
在其中一个实施例中,物品价值评估装置还包括编码图像生成模块,编码图像生成模块用于响应注册用户终端发送的编码图像生成请求,提取编码图像生成请求中携带的注册用户信息和交互页面标识;根据注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至交互页面的编码图像;将编码图像推送至注册用户终端。
在其中一个实施例中,编码图像生成请求还携带有产品信息;物品价值评估装置还包括组合图像生成模块,组合图像生成模块用于查找产品信息对应的图像模板;将编码图像填充至图像模板,生成携带有编码图像的组合图像;将组合图像推送至注册用户终端。
在其中一个实施例中,物品价值评估模块还用于根据页面请求携带的用户标识,确定用户身份;当用户身份为未注册用户时,查找与交互页面关联的注册用户;将物品价值评估结果分别推送至页面请求的发送终端以及交互页面关联的注册用户所在终端;当用户身份为注册用户时,将物品价值评估结果推送至页面请求的发送终端。
在其中一个实施例中,物品价值评估装置还包括产品推送模块,产品推送模块用于根据物品价值评估结果,筛选与物品价值评估结果匹配的产品信息,推送产品信息至页面请求的发送终端;当页面请求的发送终端对应的用户为未注册用户时,根据与交互页面关联的注册用户,建立注册用户与未注册用户的通信连接通道。
在其中一个实施例中,物品价值评估装置还包括业务进度数据记录模块,业务进度数据记录模块用于记录未注册用户的业务进度数据;当业务进度数据为已完成业务请求时,清除未注册用户对应的数据记录。
在其中一个实施例中,物品数据查找模块还用于根据物品标识,确定物品类型;从物品类型对应的数据库中查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据。
上述物品价值评估装置,接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面,将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端,以使得用户通过交互页面的数据输入接口上传的物品标识,通过后台查找该物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据,基于查找到的物品详情数据,可以在不采集客户的个人信息就能够即可进行物品价值进行评估,通过向用户推送物品估值结果,实现为需要进行物品价值评估的对象快速便捷 地提供价值评估服务的目的。
关于物品价值评估装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于物品价值评估方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述物品价值评估装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构图可以如图8所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性或易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性或易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储物品价值评估数据。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种物品价值评估方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图8中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与编码图像对应的交互页面;将交互页面推送至页面请求的发送终端;接收发送终端通过交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;根据物品标识,查找物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;根据物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
在一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
响应注册用户终端发送的编码图像生成请求,提取编码图像生成请求中携带的注册用户信息和交互页面标识;根据注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至交互页面的编码图像;将编码图像推送至注册用户终端。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机可读指令可存储于一计算机取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和易失性存储器中的至少一种。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、磁带、软盘、闪存或光存储器等。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)或外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM可以是多种形式,比如静态随机存取存储器(Static Random Access Memory,SRAM)或动态随机存取存储器(Dynamic Random Access Memory,DRAM)等。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种物品价值评估方法,所述方法包括:
    接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与所述编码图像对应的交互页面;
    将所述交互页面推送至所述页面请求的发送终端;
    接收所述发送终端通过所述交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;
    根据所述物品标识,查找所述物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;及,
    根据所述物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与所述编码图像对应的交互页面之前,还包括:
    响应注册用户终端发送的编码图像生成请求,提取所述编码图像生成请求中携带的注册用户信息和交互页面标识;
    根据所述注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至所述交互页面的编码图像;及,
    将所述编码图像推送至所述注册用户终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述编码图像生成请求还携带有产品信息;
    所述根据所述注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至所述交互页面的编码图像之后,还包括:
    查找所述产品信息对应的图像模板;
    将所述编码图像填充至所述图像模板,生成携带有编码图像的组合图像;及,
    将所述组合图像推送至所述注册用户终端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果包括:
    根据所述页面请求携带的用户标识,确定用户身份;
    当所述用户身份为未注册用户时,查找与所述交互页面关联的注册用户;
    将所述物品价值评估结果分别推送至所述页面请求的发送终端以及所述交互页面关联的注册用户所在终端。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果包括:
    根据所述页面请求携带的用户标识,确定用户身份;
    当所述用户身份为注册用户时,将所述物品价值评估结果推送至所述页面请求的发送终端。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果之后,还包括:
    根据所述物品价值评估结果,筛选与所述物品价值评估结果匹配的产品信息,推送所 述产品信息至所述页面请求的发送终端;及,
    当所述页面请求的发送终端对应的用户为未注册用户时,根据与所述交互页面关联的注册用户,建立所述注册用户与所述未注册用户的通信连接通道。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述当所述页面请求的发送终端对应的用户为未注册用户时,根据与所述交互页面关联的注册用户,建立所述注册用户与所述未注册用户的通信连接通道之后,还包括:
    记录所述未注册用户的业务进度数据;及,
    当所述业务进度数据为已完成业务请求时,清除所述未注册用户对应的数据记录。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述物品标识,查找所述物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据包括:
    根据所述物品标识,确定物品类型;及,
    从所述物品类型对应的数据库中查找所述物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据。
  9. 一种物品价值评估装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    请求响应模块,用于接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与所述编码图像对应的交互页面;
    页面推送模块,用于将所述交互页面推送至所述页面请求的发送终端;
    物品标识上传模块,用于接收所述发送终端通过所述交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;
    物品数据查找模块,用于根据所述物品标识,查找所述物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;及,
    物品价值评估模块,用于根据所述物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
  10. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与所述编码图像对应的交互页面;
    将所述交互页面推送至所述页面请求的发送终端;
    接收所述发送终端通过所述交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;
    根据所述物品标识,查找所述物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;及,
    根据所述物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    响应注册用户终端发送的编码图像生成请求,提取所述编码图像生成请求中携带的注册用户信息和交互页面标识;
    根据所述注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至所述交互页面的编码图像;及,
    将所述编码图像推送至所述注册用户终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述编码图像生成请求还携带有产品信息;所述处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    查找所述产品信息对应的图像模板;
    将所述编码图像填充至所述图像模板,生成携带有编码图像的组合图像;及,
    将所述组合图像推送至所述注册用户终端。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    根据所述页面请求携带的用户标识,确定用户身份;
    当所述用户身份为未注册用户时,查找与所述交互页面关联的注册用户;
    将所述物品价值评估结果分别推送至所述页面请求的发送终端以及所述交互页面关联的注册用户所在终端。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    根据所述页面请求携带的用户标识,确定用户身份;
    当所述用户身份为注册用户时,将所述物品价值评估结果推送至所述页面请求的发送终端。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    根据所述物品价值评估结果,筛选与所述物品价值评估结果匹配的产品信息,推送所述产品信息至所述页面请求的发送终端;及,
    当所述页面请求的发送终端对应的用户为未注册用户时,根据与所述交互页面关联的注册用户,建立所述注册用户与所述未注册用户的通信连接通道。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机设备,其中,所述处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    记录所述未注册用户的业务进度数据;及,
    当所述业务进度数据为已完成业务请求时,清除所述未注册用户对应的数据记录。
  17. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收基于对编码图像的识别操作所触发的页面请求,确定与所述编码图像对应的交互页面;
    将所述交互页面推送至所述页面请求的发送终端;
    接收所述发送终端通过所述交互页面中的数据输入接口上传的物品标识;
    根据所述物品标识,查找所述物品标识对应物品的物品详情数据;及,
    根据所述物品详情数据,对物品价值进行评估,推送物品价值评估结果。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    响应注册用户终端发送的编码图像生成请求,提取所述编码图像生成请求中携带的注册用户信息和交互页面标识;
    根据所述注册用户信息和交互页面标识,建立注册用户与交互页面的关联关系,并生成用于识别跳转至所述交互页面的编码图像;及,
    将所述编码图像推送至所述注册用户终端。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其中,所述编码图像生成请求还携带有产品信息;所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    查找所述产品信息对应的图像模板;
    将所述编码图像填充至所述图像模板,生成携带有编码图像的组合图像;及,
    将所述组合图像推送至所述注册用户终端。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    根据所述页面请求携带的用户标识,确定用户身份;
    当所述用户身份为未注册用户时,查找与所述交互页面关联的注册用户;
    将所述物品价值评估结果分别推送至所述页面请求的发送终端以及所述交互页面关联的注册用户所在终端。
